One of my parcel having docket number d58085124 reached on 09.07.2020 after continuous followup. It has already reached the hub location on 02.07.2020 but the courier service didn't informed. After so many followup finally received my package on 09.07.2020. After receiving, i found that two items are missing inside packet. Please help me to recover my items....

I have a parcel which awb consignment number is m00903580. Today i checked and surprised that its mentioned that consignment redirected on 9th july.
Nobody called me from dtdc.

Its not expected from a reputed company like dtdc.

Very bad experience. Please look into the matter and inform me.

My name is veeresh and i want to file a complaint regrading delivery of courier. My courier has been delivered to the wrong address "frazer town, banglore" whereas it should've been delivered to this address "401jha, ghasiyaripura, bahraich, uttar pradesh". The person who received it has name name ss. I don't know who he is. So, please look into this matter and try delivering my courier back to the original address.

The consignment was booked on 25th june 2020 from delhi to jamshedpur but it has not been delivered yet even after 14 days and no status update has been made on the website. The awb number of the package is d73565550. I have called several times to the helpline number even lodged written complaints but no response has been given to me from your representatives. On the helpline number they always say that the product will be delivered by tomorrow...

The subject packet has not yet been delivered to us. Every day we are getting a message that the packet is out for delivery and the delivery agent's number is mentioned but no one is coming to deliver. On calling the number mentioned in the message the delivery agent is just refusing to deliver and asking to come to dtdc office to pick-up the packet. These dtdc people didn't delivered the courier yet and after making "n" number of calls to the customer care, there is no response. Then i spoke to branch office where my product is there right now, they said they won't deliver it until and unless the lockdown is closed in your area. They didn't even tried to inform us regarding it. If they even informed us before, we would have tried to visit the branch and collect it. These dtdc department...

Dtdc c/n no. C02384368,. It was sent for krishnagiri to bangalore on 03/june/2020, due to incorrect pincode it went to sarraki. I have called dtdc customer care for more than 10 times and gave all my details including phone number, they said it will be escalated to concerned branch and it wi be delivered within 24 hours. I ordered a product from adams mannequins and it was a prepaid order. I recieved a tracking number[protected]. I've been tracking it frequently on dtdc's website. When
I tracked it today it is showing that the shipment has been delivered successfully on 7 july 2020. It's 9 july today, i haven't recieved the shipment yet. And i got no phone call or sms or notifications or anything regarding the delivery. I haven't recieved product....

I had sent parcel on 24.06.2020 through dtdc as a special delivery charged rs440/-, consignment number v59279391 to bangalore and it has not been delivered yet. It is just walking distance and called them to which they said will deliver soon. Now the office is closed.
This is an emergency courier for my education documents

Parcel received via dtdc courier is in extremely bad condition please check the videos ad images attached. During this rainy season atleast we expect the business parcels to be transit and delivered in good condition but this is not acceptable it's heavy zari sarees which the boxes has been tampered opened and torned... Why??? Inspite of paying big amount for couriering and services this is what you get... Highly recommending not to opt for...

I've booked a parcel on 6th july from bahamanian to kolkata vip nagar (700100) with the tracking number - k34911172 but the product has been received by lakeview branch yesterday morning and after that no update from the vendor as it is almost 24 hours over but no update or no call from the hub and the customer didn't received the product till so please help me regarding this product

This feels like a customer harassment. Amidst this unlock phase when i'm finally able to send my long awaited courier to my friend, i cannot track the item. It's showing invalid. Shop is closed where i sent it from and it's very very far from my home. Customer care is not responding and also not calling me back.
I don't know any where-how of my consignment. Please help.

Courier should be delivered in 501359 pincode area, they went to 500080. They did not even call me for delivery and tracker is showing address shifted to new location or something. It’s very urgent parcel. And even after rainy so many complaints they are not responding...

I had booked a consignment no. M00878227 via dtdc courier on 30-june-2020 from airoli to bhiwandi. Today it is 5-july-2020 and still my consignment is not delivered. The status shown in tracking is wrong and there are no updates from customer care. I demand my product to be delivered to destination or else returned back to me along with refund of courier fees. I will never recommend anyone to use dtdc courier as they are highly unprofessional....

Parcel is not delivered to me yet.. earlier it was showing out for delivery from past 10 days and now it is showing as delivered where as it is not delivered yet.
The local delivery person contact no [protected] spoke to me very badly that do whatever you want to do or complaint but I don't care.
Request you to please deliver my parcel and see this matter seriously...
