DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

All my items are damaged during shipment.
And it took more then 1month delivery my items.
I want compensation for my luggage. I have paid high price for fast and safe delivery but this is not acceptable.

Never delivers the courier to home. Though the given address is 2km away from the dtdc office. Neither responds to calls. I get 10 couriers per week and give international courier orders to them, atleast they do not give tracking address for international couriers. Very rash and rude to customers.
Till i have 8 packages at the dtdc center but neither is delivered.
Further the people over there are rude enough.

I placed 4 packages through dtdc service. Out 4, 1 delivered, 1 rejected and 2 are not delivered.
The status of 2 parcel which are not delivered is showing as delivered.
B71480101, b71480103 is not delivered.
B71480102 is rejected at originating source.
Dtdc has charged 25% extra fee as corona charge for such a bad service and response.

I am struggling to find the status of my package B72180248
People are telling me to go to Sarakki office myself and check. I did call the Sarakki office manager, Mr Manu, he either disconnects my call or switches off the phone. His number[protected]

I am a Cancer patient and my parents are old. Why should customers have to go to their office?

I have received 3 other DTDC couriers this week without problems as also from other companies. Only this one I dont know where it is.

2 days someone called from cust care and said they will check. That's it
nothing happening.

I dont know where the courier is from, customer care tells me there are no Sender details.. How is that possible? How was the courier booked without sender details?
People keep asking me what is the content. I dont know where it is from, how can I tell package content?!
I am at my wits' end and dont know what more to do.

I ordered an electronic item from primeabgb on 5th july and was shipped on 8th july through dtdc courier. The product reached my city on 14th july and its the last date when the tracking page was updated and after that till today i'm not getting any updates regarding my order. They are not giving me any specific date on when will it be delivered. So, i kindly request you to look into the matter and help me with the delivery of my item.

This is withâ regards to the above trackingâ id and complaint number which is yet not been resolved. I want to ask you why is the dtdc working so ineffciently where nobody has an answer to give about my package.
My parcel was sent on 13th from hongasandra branch. Person who collected it was pawan. From 14th onwards i have been trackingâ my parcel and it is showing reached cochin hub and in transit. After making a lot of calls to customer care and on social media, they finally made an update on the tracking (Status was out as covid 19 lockdown)â until 23rd (Yesterday) it was showing same status.
Today again when i checkedâ its showingâ status of 14th july (In transit)
I mean do you think customers opting for dtdtcâ services are crazy. Pay money to you people, trust thatâ it wil be safe and delivered. But you'll don'tâ have the # audacity to even give me an update about the status of my parcel.
How many more days do youllâ want me to wait. I am seriously disgusted with dtdc and their services.
By today:1. I want a genuine update and reply about my parcel wherabouts.2. I want my parcel picture to be sent to me and deliveredâ to the consignee today itselfâ  (Address :â  ashley dias, 58/906, market road, kochi 682018)â â 3. I am not going to make any further calls, i will be lodging a direct complaint against pawan hongasandra branch and dtdc india.â 
This attitude is not done.â i will tarnish your name if i don'tâ get an update today..
This seems to be my only work, following up with dtdc every single day, and greeshma from customer will tell me, please wait madam, you will get a message update today. And no # reply comes.â

Myself ramya i've couriered a package through dtdc on 11/07/2020 from vijayawada to hyderabad which was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. If i check the status on dtdc website its shown as package is in transit. But, its not delivered yet to me. Also, i've gone to dtdc office and called their customer care many-a-times but have not recieved good response form them regarding my package. Everytime i'm being told that i'll be given information on it but nothing is been told to me. Its already been 13 days and there is no information on my courier. I need it urgently. I have booked a parcel from barrackpore to durgapur...the parcel was out foe delivery on the next day but the tracking information showed that the reveiver not available.They did not even try to call the receiver once.they just marked it undelivered.How careless are these service.My comsignment no is K24890018

I booked a shipment for door pickup on 9/7/2020 and it was pickup happened next day. The parcel was packed and shipped but never delivered. They have no customer care number for ambala, haryana where it was supposed to be delivered, i lodged complaints on chatbot, no reply came ever. I tried calling the hub, none of the numbers given online work. I am stuck in a bad situation as the item was being shipped back to a seller on amazon who cheated me with a fake product initially. Amazon insisted i send the item back and then i would get my refund, now that dtdc seemingly lost my parcel. I don't know what should be done. I paid an exorbitant 440rs for delivering something worth 499rs, since amazon had assured i will get the courier charges back. Now i have lost twice the value of product in money and no response from dtdc.

I sent a package with important documents to fbi (Federal bureau of investigation) from karimnagar, telangana, india on 15th july 2020 to clarksburg, west virginia 26306 and the package was delivered in pittsburgh, pennsylvania on 21 july 2020. I called customer care and waited for 40 minutes for someone to answer then they gave me a mobile number ([protected]) for international shipments office, i tried calling that number almost 80 times...

Courier delivered on 17th july 2020 from hyderabad, my place chegicherla, boduppal hyderabad, more than 5 days no update in status also from 18th july 2020, wrost service of dtdc

My tracking number d73100013 of dtdc courier facility, is not delivering my electronic item since 20 days have passed. Online updated that customer refuses to accept, since there was no contact or call for delivery. Worst delivery service. All other services are working well in my area.

Also dekivery agents are not giving proper replies, talking rudely.
