I have a shipment with tracking no: z45681787
The shipment is out for delivery from 20th july 2020 and my shipment status is showing not delivered (Rescheduled), not delivered (Restricted entry - (Otr), not delivered (Otp not generated). But i have not reveived the package nor they have even contacted me.

I have to get a parcel through dtdc pondicherry (Z[protected] i didn't get the parcel but today (22/07/20) 8.52pm i got a message goods delivered so i contact agent no.[protected] she didn't give a proper reply so again i called balamurugan in head office he said i am not responsible for that, so where i have to talk pl take some steps to get my parcel, thank you sir

I have booked a parcel from barrackpore to durgapur...the parcel was out foe delivery on the next day but the tracking information showed that the reveiver not available.They did not even try to call the receiver once.they just marked it undelivered.How careless are these service.My comsignment no is K24890018

I booked a shipment for door pickup on 9/7/2020 and it was pickup happened next day. The parcel was packed and shipped but never delivered. They have no customer care number for ambala, haryana where it was supposed to be delivered, i lodged complaints on chatbot, no reply came ever. I tried calling the hub, none of the numbers given online work. I am stuck in a bad situation as the item was being shipped back to a seller on amazon who cheated me with a fake product initially. Amazon insisted i send the item back and then i would get my refund, now that dtdc seemingly lost my parcel. I don't know what should be done. I paid an exorbitant 440rs for delivering something worth 499rs, since amazon had assured i will get the courier charges back. Now i have lost twice the value of product in money and no response from dtdc.

I sent a package with important documents to fbi (Federal bureau of investigation) from karimnagar, telangana, india on 15th july 2020 to clarksburg, west virginia 26306 and the package was delivered in pittsburgh, pennsylvania on 21 july 2020. I called customer care and waited for 40 minutes for someone to answer then they gave me a mobile number ([protected]) for international shipments office, i tried calling that number almost 80 times...

My tracking number d73100013 of dtdc courier facility, is not delivering my electronic item since 20 days have passed. Online updated that customer refuses to accept, since there was no contact or call for delivery. Worst delivery service. All other services are working well in my area.

Also dekivery agents are not giving proper replies, talking rudely.

Kindly deliver my parsel as its since more than 4 weeks in transit.
It is very important to me.

Kindly make my delivery ASAP as i am very disappointed with DTDC service.

Even after i called to Agent, no positive response i found. And found that DTDC do not care for item of parsel. Parsel is in DTDC office, how can i get it???
courier delivery of every item is available in my area except my parsel from DTDC????

If this is case i need to complaint to consumer portal.

I was supposed to get a parcel from Kolkata to Bangalore.They have returned the parcel saying I have moved out from my address.Where as I am staying in the same address since 5 years.
They have neither sent a single message nor a single call.Then how they mentioned that I have moved out from my address?
When I spoke to there customer care they said they cant do anything as the parcel got returned.and the lady I spoke was so rude and insane.
After a long try somebody taken my complaint and said I will get a call for the resolution.I have not received a single call again.

Hi i called dtdc courier customer service and one of their executive pick my call i explained her i don't know anything about dtdc courier how to make it possible i asked with her so she told me that someone from dtdc courier will be call me back and then i received a call saying he is an dtdc courier executive will help me so i trusted him he shared me a form link i opened and fill the details such as upi i'd the number of the executive is as follows[protected] and after sharing he said to forward one msg to a number which was given to me i forwarded it and suddenly my account debited with all the amount i had in my account. As you know this situation surviving is challenge for us please help me.

This is regarding shipment D58522144, which was sent on 17 th July, today i.e 20 th July it reached bangalore, the laptop screen was broken and when sending it was secured with thermocol sheets, but during the shipment, Some damage happened, please let me know how to get it resolved, as there is no insurance claimed let me know how to proceed.

I have handed over package to DTDC Madinaguda branch on 28 Jun to sent it to Singapore. It was urgent medicines for my cousin. They charged 2700 Rs and agreed 4 days delivery. The package haven't delivered yet. DTDC tracking info showing "In Transit".

I have sent few emails to Customer care and no response from them. I would like to know the actual status and when it will be delivered.

Updated by antopainadam I got different numbers from DTDC Madinaguda branch person to check the status. Seems those are not customer care numbers. I tried call one number and one lady said will check and asked me to call next day. When I called next day that number was switched off.

I got one more number and that guy directed me to another person. That person told " call after some time as I am having lunch". First time I am hearing from a customer care desk like that :)

I don't know how to get the right DTDC contact and release my package.

Updated by antopainadam As per the update from DTDC, They handed over the package to UPS and it got stuck in China on 8th July. When I contacted UPS, they said they will provide updates to DTDC only as I am a third party for them. As per the latest update, the package is missing and UPS is searching for it :(

Updated by antopainadam UPS is still investigating the issue. I have sent another set of medicines through DHL and it got delivered in 4 days.

I am chasing DTDC for claim and they are waiting for confirmation from UPS.

DTDC person called me and asking me to pick up the parcel from their location instead of delivering it to the loacation. When asked for the explaination for not delivering he is talking ### with the CUSTOMER.
I did not expect this kind of worst service from the DTDC....
