I have not received the courier which contains hearing aid cells. Docket no:b81023147 booked on 23.03.2020 to kottur post, pin 583134. Since it is related to medical (Without cells, hearing aid does not work) items they should have delivered by way of medical commodity during lockdown. But it is not yet delivered. I have requested courier booked person to deliver but he has not taken any responsibility of even looking in to the status of where the shipment is laying.
No body is bothered of shipment and telling its lockdown and no shipment are going where as all medical related shipment are going from the 1st day of lock down and nonessentials are going from 23rd april 2020. Any how i have raised a querry today 24.04.2020. Querry no16397178. I dont know whether the querry will be attended or not.

On february month i have ordered face cream from rajasthan pali. They sent me my parcel to madhavaram dtdc courier. But the courier person missed my parcel. K already raised a complaint to dtdc manager. From the courier company one person spoke with me and he said he will pay for it. But till now he didn't reply me back. Consignment number is z09430335.
Without delivery they have sent message to rajasthan as delivered status. The courier service person contact [protected]. This person not yet reply now. Kindly take my complaint.

Very worst service from Madhavaram dtdc courier service. They missed my parcel

Consignment no d73690299, i have received this consignment from dtdc courier service on dated 21.04.2020. Parcel is totally damage and missing some item (Spacially n-95 mask).
Delivery person name is mr. Pradip kr behuria ([protected]), please look this seriously because within last 1month i have not received parcel from dtdc (Same item like n-95mask & sanitezer).

My complaint was about my lost mobile phone. It was way back in june 2018.

My name is naman markan, i have submitted my mobile phone (Vivo y27l) in dtdc (Som bazar, sec45) on 22nd june 2018 for parcel it in mohan barodiya, tehsil sarangpur, district shajapur, m. P.

They hold it for 4 days, and made some lame excuses, also called my mother in the night to disturb.

Finally they told that they won't be deliver my parcel and asked me to pick that undelivered packet from their office.

I checked the dtdc bar code number in order to track the parcel but it was showing that "no data found".
I also called them numerous times but they haven't received my calls, afterwards i reached their office on 26th jun and asked for my packet.

After waiting for about half an hour a small child came and gave me my packet, when i asked it to un pack it, there was an unknown mobile phone (Zen) kept in that packet.

All my accessories (2 data cables, one was a new one, adopter, mobile cover) along with my vivo y27l were removed.

I strongly believe that you can help me out with this fraud. The cost of that mobile phone is 10000, i too have a bill of that mobile phone.

Sir, i am a middle class person and can't wear that much loss. Please help me with this. I need my mobile phone.

Called DTDC Helpline regarding a Shipment but call got disconnected. Tried twice but no success. Just after that received a call from [protected] and the person said that there was issue with the DTDC phone service which is why he called me with that number. He said that the shipment is pending for a processing and for that I need to pay 5 rupees and the processing will be done. Being too desperate for the shipment to reach my home, I agreed...

Regarding my order deliver query i received a ph call ([protected]) namely dtdc. He said plz pay rs.5 via online and dtdc will delivered our medicine. But that was a fraud. Cheated rs.5000 from my bank account. It's disgusting. After tracking dtdc official sight this fraud was calling that time. How can that fraud know about my number? That number already showing with dtdc... Plz help me out...

Delay until 19 april at first it mentioned that it arrives on april 2. At least they must inform it while placing the order. So much delay is not tolerable kindly address the issue. It is an emergency need. I ordered it online as there are no shops available kindly send the package to me as soon as possible. I really need it by april 2. April 19 is too late.

I had ordered an item from a website and they sent the parcel via dtdc and provided me with a tracking number.
The ti tracked the shipment using this number and it says "address imcomplete and wrong cir" and the item has been sent back.
But i gave complete address with phone number.
Not sure why it was sent back now.

Not received my shipment yet nor iam able to track its current status. From 20th March it is showing out for delivery.i can understand disruption due to corona virus. But they are not picking my calls, replying my queries

My dtdc consignment id a45903116 has not been delivered since 19th march 2020, order was sent to dtdc on 17th march 2020 and the courier executive is marking it as "incorrect address or receiver requested another date for delivery". I have not received a single call or attempt for delivery by the executive, this is really fraud. I have raised complaints with dtdc case no: 16370920 but no response.

Please help me deliver the same

I have ordered a product from online seller on feb 21, 2020 with consignment no:c01527092
And tracking it si shown as 'successfully delivered, medchal' where my location is jeedimetla
It's been already a month since i ordered the product.
Another courier with consignment no:h19186892 was also not delivered
Please deliver both the products asap

Courier id z08365125 dtdc tracking showing as out for delivery from 19-mar-2020 8am and later updated that not delivered (Local holiday (Otr). Please let me know when i get the courier and please deliver as early as possible. Because of covid-19 i am leaving from bangalore to my native by tomorrow so please take priority. Also as my office given work from home, so i may not be available from 22-mar to [protected]@mar.

I have ordered my consignment no. H18610143 on 11 march 2020 by a online seller (Rc hyderabad) and selected dtdc air plus as delivery medium but alas! Its been nine days i have not received yet, i also called dtdc office today morning they raised a complain : no. 16365582, and instructed to contact near by dtdc franchise by giving number [protected] but they said they didn't have any parcel of this consignment number.

I humbly request dtdc to deliver my consignment by tommorow morning.

My tracking id is z04334489.
My product booked on 14th march still now it will reach at my near hub and again then it show the consignment redirected.
Again and again, i also call one of the helpline number of bawal where product should dispatch and she told me that it is the fault of company by which you have faces so much trouble and still i didn't get any response from anywhere.
Please take legal action as soon as possible and please reach my prouduct soon as soon possible.

Against consignment note no. D57462262 dated 12.03.2020 the package was delivered to our security guard on 16.03.2020 at around 5.00 pm and the delivery man has not taken his signature as evidence.in the evening around 7.30 pm on my arrival, our security guard handed over me the package. I came to my flat then thought up to open the package. When checked the pack i noticed a piece of transparent sallow tape was hanging from a corner of the packing box. Then i pulled the tape and noticed that the box has tampered and two pieces of sarees were missing. Also, i noticed that the invoice copy was missing on the package. I have discussed with the sender and he confirmed that they have used only brown tape for packing not any transparent sallow tape. To close the opening somebody has used 3 lengths of sallow tapes. For the proper investigation, i have handed over the packing box to mr. Sachin, manager, security & vigilance, dtdc, bhubaneswar on 18.03.2020.

I would like to tell you that we handover one small packet to dtdc of calculator with valuation rs. 3650 on 12th march with tracking id "z50992083". As per contacting our local dtdc operator they said the packet has been lost.

So we urge you to kindly give a good resolution and please give our money back if packet has been lost
