There is a consignment booked on 12th feb, 2020 from ghaziabad to aligarh via dtdc courier, i have been tracking the shipment through dtdc tracking website, the tracking shows "rto received at facility-aligarh"

But again when i checked it on the same day it shows the status undelivered and consignment redirected.
No one has contacted me and no one has come to the adress.

I have given a verified address for my parcel. No one of the delivery agent contact us. But status showing receiver shifted from given address - (Cir). When the the i'm available at location for a few years.
They also processed return to origin after several requests for reattempt of delivery. Why there service is so unprofessional???...

We recently started using dtdc for our new e-commerce store and out of the last 6 orders, 2 orders are stuck/not delivered/sent to wrong hub, etc. Now after 4-5 days both the orders are showing failed attempt status.

Contacted the local dtdc center, and also placed online complain and they gave some number yesterday. Still no point and our customers are calling again and again for the delivery update.

Hey, i shimpy saxena ordered one item from amazon. And yesterday that parcel is delivered by dtdc. I didnt get the parcel. I dmt know where he delivered my stuff. Its a gift and this is very disappointing thing for me. My security guard is also denying that he received no any parcel.
