My dtdc consignment id a45903116 has not been delivered since 19th march 2020, order was sent to dtdc on 17th march 2020 and the courier executive is marking it as "incorrect address or receiver requested another date for delivery". I have not received a single call or attempt for delivery by the executive, this is really fraud. I have raised complaints with dtdc case no: 16370920 but no response.

Please help me deliver the same

And tracking it si shown as 'successfully delivered, medchal' where my location is jeedimetla
It's been already a month since i ordered the product.
Another courier with consignment no:h19186892 was also not delivered
Please deliver both the products asap

Courier id z08365125 dtdc tracking showing as out for delivery from 19-mar-2020 8am and later updated that not delivered (Local holiday (Otr). Please let me know when i get the courier and please deliver as early as possible. Because of covid-19 i am leaving from bangalore to my native by tomorrow so please take priority. Also as my office given work from home, so i may not be available from 22-mar to [protected]@mar.

I have ordered my consignment no. H18610143 on 11 march 2020 by a online seller (Rc hyderabad) and selected dtdc air plus as delivery medium but alas! Its been nine days i have not received yet, i also called dtdc office today morning they raised a complain : no. 16365582, and instructed to contact near by dtdc franchise by giving number [protected] but they said they didn't have any parcel of this consignment number.

I humbly request dtdc to deliver my consignment by tommorow morning.

My tracking id is z04334489.
My product booked on 14th march still now it will reach at my near hub and again then it show the consignment redirected.
Again and again, i also call one of the helpline number of bawal where product should dispatch and she told me that it is the fault of company by which you have faces so much trouble and still i didn't get any response from anywhere.
Please take legal action as soon as possible and please reach my prouduct soon as soon possible.

Against consignment note no. D57462262 dated 12.03.2020 the package was delivered to our security guard on 16.03.2020 at around 5.00 pm and the delivery man has not taken his signature as evidence.in the evening around 7.30 pm on my arrival, our security guard handed over me the package. I came to my flat then thought up to open the package. When checked the pack i noticed a piece of transparent sallow tape was hanging from a corner of the packing box. Then i pulled the tape and noticed that the box has tampered and two pieces of sarees were missing. Also, i noticed that the invoice copy was missing on the package. I have discussed with the sender and he confirmed that they have used only brown tape for packing not any transparent sallow tape. To close the opening somebody has used 3 lengths of sallow tapes. For the proper investigation, i have handed over the packing box to mr. Sachin, manager, security & vigilance, dtdc, bhubaneswar on 18.03.2020.

I would like to tell you that we handover one small packet to dtdc of calculator with valuation rs. 3650 on 12th march with tracking id "z50992083". As per contacting our local dtdc operator they said the packet has been lost.

So we urge you to kindly give a good resolution and please give our money back if packet has been lost

I am c. Sivagama sundari. I was expecting my product parcel on one month. I called villupuram dtdc office. They told me approach to vadalur sri krishna dtdc courier agency. I had asked them. But they said that it would delivered. But fake signature. I was shocked at the moment. They told more lies. I think they might have stolen my product. They insulted me.

My name is ravi kishore from silchar, assam. I have used dtdc courier service to ship my product eairtech 40" full hd smart tv with consignment number: d5673730 from bhadrachalam, telangana to silchar, assam. Shipment delivered on 25.02.2020.

But my tv broken while shipping, i have given many complaints but no one responding. I paid 1300/- for this including insurance and shipment. Now they are saying like no insurance, and dm is saying like i did't get cc tv footage from bhadrachalam, but with out cc tv footage how they are running dtdc courier service in bhadrachalam.

I spoke with dm and agent in bhadrachalam both said it was their mistake, i have phone call recording also. But now they are escaping with irrelevant answers.

Please respond to my request, i have already many times raise a query regarding this issue in dtdc website but no response from their side. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

Because technician from tv company said, i will not get even warranty also as tv broken even though one year warranty is there. As it is led full hd smart tv, repair cost will be more than the cost of new tv.

So please solve this issue and pay money (Tv cost) as soon as possible.

Dear sir/madam, i gave my own 1 tb laptop hard drive to stellar data recovery software company kolkata branch for data recovery. Stellar assistant without any discussion with me they send it by this fraud courier service. But i i also mailed them to send my drive by blue dart service to the maynaguri branch. When i contact with them for asking about my drive they told we send it by kolkata dtdc courier service on 05.03.2020. My shipment tracking no - k34400792 that is showing successfully delivered on 13/03/2020 in the tracking status. And that was received by a unknown person named ss. But i did't received the item. Then i contact to my local dtdc courier and the told we have not received your parcel. I want to know how courier boy gave my item to a unknown person. Dtdc courier did not do me any call. Five days passed stellar company assistant are saying just we are trying to know the actual matter. Please take the legal action against dtdc. Please help me out to get my parcel.

We are a regular customer, infact permanent customer of your service. And all the courier service i have seen in my entire service used to provide docket at the time of picking up the document or parcel whatever because this is the proof of document acceptance to the company.
I just want to know why dtdc fancy bazar not handed the docket no slip while picking up the documents from mukesh hyundai guwahati assam.
This been informed many times to the pick up boy and even reported to the fancy bazar office but they are very very casula and they replied we donot provide the docket at once.
Now we being the service company we also need to give proof to our customers for the documents sent.
I donot understand why dtdc fancy bazar is not taking the matter seriously. Kindly close this concern immediately else we will be bound to take some other step.
Who will ve responsible if some documents gets loss without these docket slip???

My consignment number is A45910862, and my package is not delivered at chittinagar, vijayawada City. From last five days, it is showing the same status. Shipment arrived to vijayawada hub on 12th march, 2020. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 60 rupees of my mobile balance on DTDC customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my second experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i choose DTDC.

Hi, i am living in aizawl and i was recently sent a parcel from ahmedabad through dtdc courier service but the franchisee in aizawl keeps saying that they cannot deliver the parcel because it is too far from their office. The given delivery address is at upper bazar, near the civil hospital and dtdc's office is just next to the locality of the delivery address.

Delivery instruction booklet of karvy stock broking dispatched through dtdc consignment no 30676020 dated 25 feb 2020 not delivered till date. The delivery boy signed himself and status showing delivered. The same confirmed by dtdc company also. Dtdc contacted several times and requested to deliver the same but not delivered till date. Request to take necessary action to deliver the same.

Consignment no h30676020 consignment date 25 feb 2020 not delivered till date after reminding several times telephonically. M/s karvy stock broking & dtdc contacted telephonically several tlime but vein. Dtdc confirmed that delivery boy has signed the delivery paper himself as areceiver. The consignment status is showing delivered. Request to take necessary action to deliver the same on priority.

After so many incidents, i am forced to write this complaint about the bad delivery of dtdc in my area. The office is hardly 2 km from my home, although each and every time the came up with the same excuse "your pin does not come under our service, so please come and collect; failing so we will return your delivery".
Now, what to do. Choose other service??

I sent my documents (No. N[protected] from chennai on feb 20 2020 with pob address at germany. When i called to dtdc office they said they cannot deliver to it. (Though my previous consignment to exactly same adress was delivered). Then i sent them the updated address. Now they are not replying, just making excuses after multiple calls. The document were to be delivered within 5 days. Yet after more than 20 days (March 13 2020) the package is yet to belivered. Please look into it. It is very frustating that after making twenty calls a day to (Local) dtdc office, they pick up once saying it is lunch hour.

It's been 10 days, I have sent this mail to Akash - Manager at DTDC Aundh Pune there is no response from him.
Over the phone he said that DTDC doesn't courier glass material (gas stove) but previously his colleagues (DTDC employees) accepted the courier and they delivered the stove in pieces. Which you can see in attached pictures. That new gas stove is completely broken and we can't use it at all.

I have raised this complaint to the customer service representative and we have visited DTDC Aundh office as well but there's no action and these guys are least interested in addressing the issue.
