My consignment no z74952845 is yet not delivered. I am regularly tracking it and even contacted at dtdc katra allahabad.
I was told that they don't have any such consignment.
Just now i saw the update, it is stating that receiver not available (Cir).
No dtdc rep called and no attempt was made to deliver.
It has taken 5 days plus and the consignment stands not delivered.
Sad and careless.

Hello sir/mam .My tracking number is M70043293 I didn’t receive my courier yet but they show it’s delivered to me but via sms they show that they attempt delivery on 28oct but didn’t get response but I didn’t get any call from them so plsss help me

I have booked my parcel on 22 Oct from Kolkata to Hyderabad . Expected date was 27 Oct but today it's 29 Oct but not getting any update about my parcel.This simply harrasment to me .I need urgently but bcoz of dtdc it's too late for me

It was delivered broken.
I had informed the vendor that it’s an electrical item and Plz put a Fragile Talley.
The vendor sent it as a normal Cargo.
Who will pay for the loss

    Highly disappointed from dtdc service,
    No response we have been expecting courrier from pune, and there is no update and we are chasing company agents like anything and they least bother to update about same.
    Tomorrow there is an event and that courrier is very important for us.
    I would never recommend anyone to your company.
    Icing on cake is we r getting calls from dtdc that we tried to deliver your consignment but no one received it, i mean wow you guys are expert making fool of people.

      Who the hell is going to take risk about our damaged goods??? We are paying the amount to dtdc to take risk for our courier...
      Consignment no. D46222124 through ac wafrom rajasthan to dimapur was sent (Led tv 80cm) but on recieving it was already damaged... Whom shall i blame??? The company who took the risk to send or me (Choosing a bad company)??? What am i to do with my led tv set which is totally damage??? Is this the s rvice the company is providing??? I need my refund/replacement... Asap

        I sent this mail at the customer support and at the company secretary's mail I'd and no response or action has been taken regarding my issue.

        This is to inform you that I want to register a complaint and none of the dtdc's online customer care numbers are working, so I have to now write a mail regarding my complaint. I want to bring this to the notice of the top management that there is no one available from the dtdc company's side to look into the matter seriously. We are seriously facing a lot of problem and chaos because of the wrong delivery and the missing courier.

        I sent a courier from India (Delhi) to England (Manchester), on 27th September 2018 with the consignment number as N20427328.
        The courier was delivered with my courier slips on the outside, but the inner parcel did not belong to me.

        This is what they received and that is not what I had originally sent, I am assuming the courier got exchanged somewhere in the dtdc department and my original courier is still missing. The slips have my consignment number but the courier packet has different consignment number.

        Below are the attached images. Kindly take immediate action. It's been a long time and no action has been taken. The two courier slips belong to me but the actual courier packet/product that is delivered is not mine.

          The consignment no. X29666640 is booked from Chennai to Bangalore on 3rd Nov and the tracking details confirm that the same is received on 5th Nov by 8.18am. but still not delivered in Electronic City which is urgent. Your bommasandra office no[protected] is not reachable. Your helpline numbers +[protected] & +[protected] is not working. Your Electronic City office says consignment is at Chennai and I should follow up there. It's sad, inefficient and irresponsible attitude.

            My friend sent courier from khana hosahalli (Kudligi taluk bellary district) to anantapur (Andhra pradesh) tracking no. V47242641 on 2nd nov, 2018, till now we didn't received the courier.
            When i tracking with number the courier went to hyderabad bala nagar branch.

            Kindly take the action against somu sekhar ([protected]) dtdc khana hosahalli branch.

              Coorg silk society art & craft emporium, madikeri-571201 had booked one parcel on behalf of me (Pampa ray) for delivery of the parcel containing sarees and some perishable item at my residence in kolkata. The booking date was 25.09.2018 with number d45848423. With lots of pursuation i came to know the address of the destination reached for the parcel on 03.10.2018, very near to my residence. However, this office neither bothered to deliver the parcel nor informed me. Only on 02.11.2018, while knowing the address of the dtdc office, i myself had gone there and collected the parcel on my own. It was very obvious that some of the perishable items became non usable. I am lodging this complain for your compliance.

                      Consignment no. D46222124 sent from pushkar, dist. Ajmer, rajasthan to dimapur, nagaland. I received my goods on 3rd oct.2018 but the goods was damaged (Led tv 80cm), now, what am i suppose to do with that damaged goods as it is of no use. I need replacement/refund for my damaged goods. Is not the courier company that should take the risk of delivering goods safe and sound to its distination???

                        I booked my tv sony bravia 55” from cochin to noida under breakage coverage of dtdc dated 24/10/2018 and paid extra money for the same. The tv was received in total broken condition dated 03/11/2018 pm. The screen is shattered. I am filing this complaint as on 4/11/2018 as nobody responded to me being it a sunday. The one who came to deliver the package left before opening the package.

                          My name is niraj singhania, we do small scale business in our hometown named "rishra (712248).
                          We once or twice in a month courier things from dtdc rishra franchise.

                          I don't know how but this time dtdc made us very disappointed because of you people i lost the belief of my customer who live in kochi.

                          I have given my courier on 25.10.2018 at rishra franchise and i have attached you the sender copy of the consignment also in the mail.
                          My courier should have gone to"kochi (682017) ", but i don't know who has made the mistake, the franchise (Rishra) or from kolkata branch, instead of kochi the product is send to ahemdabad (382017).
                          It was clearly mentioned in the receivers copy and the senders copy"682017"but the product is sent to ahemdabad instead of kochi.

                          Now we are calling to the customer care there is no response.
                          We are asking to the franchise to do something, they are ignoring the matter. They said this is not their mistake and now it is upon ahemdabad branch when they will send it back to"kochi".
                          The consignee has also tried to contact the company many atimes and we have contacted the ahemdabad branch too but no favourable response.

                          This courier was sent in an urgent basis as because in that courier there is products of rituals which is very important in the wedding.
                          Please help me out of it.
                          The marriage is on 10th of november and it is very important to send this product to them by 10th of this month. I have lost my customer but i don't want to loose the respect i built among my customers.
                          Please try to contact me and send it back to kochi as soon as possible.

                            My friend has send me a parcel on dtdc from kolkata on 2nd november 2018 and provided with a tracking no k15637488. Whenever i try to track it online in the dtdc site it shows data not available and using sms tracker it shows invalid tracking number. They have charged an hefty amount too for the parcel. Whenever i message or contact in their email and sms numbers it shows invalid details. Someone kindly check into the matter. How can we ensure that a package booked reaches us safely.

                              Again i’m facing the same issue again with dtdc courier services.
                              Previous tracking number is: z67908107 on 9th august 2018 by dtdc courier services.

                              Today your delivery advisor call from +91 [protected] and confirm my address. He is very near to my house. But he refused to come at home for delivery and said you have to pay extra money if you want to deliver the courier at your house otherwise you have to come at kharar bus stand to take this from me.
                              I was not at home at that time. Otherwise i can go and get that courier.
                              But this is very pathetic service i have seen.
                              I’m running a boutique and i have send many national and international couriers every month. I have using dhl, bluedart, and trackon courier service many times but not facing any issue.
                              Your courier service office is very near to my location so i use your service twice and both times i’m facing the issue.

                              This parcel which have to deliver today is very important for me. So i told your agent that if possible then i can take this parcel from your office but he refused and told me that now you can get it by monday. When i told him please give me your name thank he did not tell me his name.
                              This is very pathetic and now i will never use your services again.
                              Now i have attached the voice recording of conversation with your advisor. So you can see the casual behaviour of your representative.

                              Now i request you to please give me the address where i can get my parcel.

                              And please educate your staff about how to behave with the customers.

K[protected] from patna to pune. And, it reached pune at october 30, 2018. And i received that courier and just opened that courier infront of courier boy but their is no phone inside in that box only phone receipt was there.

                                The mobile is an oppo f1s (Gold 4gb). The imei number of the phone is [protected] and the serial number of the device is [protected].

                                I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to trace and recover the lost device.

                                    The most sick and pathetic courier service in town.
                                    Worst customer dealing skills and service levels.
                                    Nobody, nobody should ever use this courier service even it is the last resort.
                                    Just because of their lethargic and unprofessional services, small units are getting recognized.
                                    Shameful and embarrassing experience at least in this town.
                                    A nexus between the locals and some parasites from the company (Dtdc)
                                    Totally frustrated.
                                    Got a call from the local shack of theirs claiming that i have a courier to be delivered by them 36 hours back, i am told my place is not serviceable so i ask which place is, they tell me a place they can deliver at. I confirm and they didn't even deliver there. I call, they don't pick!! Even their helpline is such a waste of time, it's just the interactive voice response who puts you on hold and you're never connected to a human being
                                    Unprofessional behavior at it's best.

                                      Dear ma’am/sir,
                                      This is to bring to your notice my recent ordeal with dtdc parel franchise - shop no 3, vitthal chavan marg, opposite shirodkar mandai, parel east, mumbai-400012.

                                      I had contacted the dtdc parel east branch on 22nd october 2018, monday. I spoke to ashwini, and told her that i have a consignment to send to faridabad, gave her all the details regarding the number of boxes and contents. She informed me that she will have to come to my place to check the boxes inorder to be able to give the exact estimate. She visited my place in the afternoon. She saw the boxes, measured them and as per volumetric weight gave me a costing of 30, 000 for 18 boxes that i had to send to faridabad. I showed her the wooden trays that i had packed inside the boxes and asked her if my packaging was sufficient. She said that i had packed them well and there is no need to do anything additional and she would see if steining is required once the boxes reach her office. She assured me that she would send my consignment by road by a vehicle that will directly go to faridabad without any stoppage and the consignment would reach the warehouse address provided in my gst invoice in 5 days. I told her that the cost is very steep however i need to insure it as well as the joint billing of my consignment amounted to a little over a lakh. She said it would be 2% of invoice amount. I agreed to send the consignment through her as it was an urgent delivery but told her to revise the cost as it was too steep. She assured me that she would work something out and get the consignment picked up by evening and that it would leave on that day itself for faridabad. She asked me to generate an e-way bill online which i did and mailed to her.
                                      Her person from the lower parel dtdc office came in the evening as promised to pick up my consignment. He was not carrying any invoice with him but i was told that i will be given all the details the next day. I allowed him to go ahead and take the boxes as i needed to urgently deliver them.
                                      Next day i asked her for the tracking slip, which she sent via whatsapp. Have attached it in the mail. The slip has no cost details, only mentions the number of boxes, my client name and number of boxes.
                                      I called her the next day as there was an emergency in my family and i was going to be out for the next 2-3 days. I told her that i would come back and make the payment to which she agreed. I got back on saturday night and called her on monday morning, sunday being a holiday.
                                      On tracking online on 29th october, the products were not delivered, a few were in faridabad and a few pieces there was no update post 23rd october.
                                      I called her and asked for update and also requested her to come home for collecting payment. She came home and verbally told me that the shipment would cost me around 28000 with insurance, she had reduced 3-4k. I told her that the cost is still to steep and to revise it if possible. So she agreed on taking 25000. I couldn’t understand that how all this bargaining works even in this sector and she was ready to let go the insurance amount even after insuring the goods. All this was verbal, i wasn’t given any invoice copy or insurance papers except for the physical copy of tracking slip with no details filled.
                                      I signed a cheque of 25000 on her company name - ‘ashwini enterprise’ and gave it to her, but by now i was extremely suspicious and uncomfortable with this whole transaction, and my goods were not delivered yet to faridabad. She assured me that they would reach the address given in an hours time.
                                      I called her around 3.30pm to follow up and she informed that the goods would reach any moment. I asked her for an invoice, she hesitated and said that she would ‘try’ to provide me with one. Now i was extremely worried that i had paid her but my goods hadn’t reached, i didn’t have an invoice and also worried about damages. So i cancelled my cheque online which was given to her. I decided to pay her after ensuring that my products were delivered safely.
                                      The goods were delivered by 4pm, the faridabad warehouse informed me that they will notify me of damages, if any by late evening or the next day.
                                      I called her the following day and informed her that i had cancelled the cheque. She had deposited the cheque but wasn’t aware by then that i had cancelled it. She got extremely furious and demanded for her money. I assured her that i would pay her but after ensuring that the goods have reached safely without any damages. To my horror that evening i got a mail from faridabad dc of the goods that were damaged. I had sent 224 pcs of wooden gift products, out of which 43 pcs were received in damaged and broken condition. The value of damaged goods is 26000. I shared the mail and pictures with her. She said that it wasn’t her fault and that she had sent the goods safely, and blamed me for shipping damaged goods from mumbai itself. I asked her that if she had sent my goods in one vehicle from mumbai to faridabad, without stoppage, how did the damage happen. To this she changed her statement and said goods were sent to delhi and then transported to faridabad in smaller vehicles. From there everything was collected again in one vehicle and sent to faridabad address. By now i was extremely furious and depressed about the loss i had incurred.
                                      Till date, i’m not given any invoice or insurance papers and she had the audacity to go to bhoiwada police station to do my police complaint for non payment. I’m ready to pay her off but i need my damaged goods to be paid for first, since they were insured according to her. Once i receive my money, i shall pay her dues!!
                                      I need you to look into this matter and give us a solution for this situation.

                                        The package i recieved from delivery men was damaged and material was stolen from the packet... Courier office is one step away from my shop so there is no chance to stolen from our nearby office. It is first time i faced this type of problem from dtdc and their office boys. Plz look after the matter and resolve because mostly we prefer dtdc for confidential documents... Thanx
