My parcel with consignment number b58823805 was supposed to delivered as per given address on 15th oct 2018 instead delivery was attempted on 16th oct 2018. But the courier guy refused to deliver it to the said address. He refused it even after requesting him to do so, infact he even threatened to dispose off the parcel. It was study material for my friend for his exams fast approaching without which he will suffer significant lose....

A consignment valuing Rs.41, 900.00 was booked from Kolkata to Ministry of External Affairs, South Block, New Delhi on 14.09.2018 vide C.N. No. D46011468 and they charged a hefty amount of Rs. 65 per kg for the same as it is a ministry delivery.
But today even after a month it is still not delivered and DTDC is not even responding properly. First time delivery was attempted at a wrong address and there after they have put up false...

I have been opted dtdc plus courier for gurgaon on dated 3rd october'18 but delivered on 10th october'18.

It should delever less than 4 days but it had taken a week to delever., but it is plus courier not ordinary one, help me about delay in delevery of courier at most.

For the delay in delevery i got 20, 000.00 loss.

Help me the loss amount....

Company (Patanjali) booked a parcel for me from roorkee to pune on 8 sept'18. But the parcel is still not being delivered by dtdc dotzot.

The courier company is playing with the parcel internally at different locations in pune rather than trying to contact me or delivery.
Even the courier company contact details are not available or valid.
This is a terrible experience from such...

I m sindhura, from ranaghat, nadia..a percel has been send to me and it has been booked on 10th oct..my tracking id is k15688346..from the tracking detail i have known that it is in transit on 11th oct and it is in barasat..i was told it would be delivered on 13th oct but till today it is not delivered..so why should someone choose ur service i[censored] r not able to delivered the product in said days..its very irresponsible kind of work..pls deliver...

I have delivered a letter vide no. V48438252 dated 13/10/2018 from rangpo dtdc courier service.
Same may kindly be returned to its originating point i. E rangpo east sikkim, since the person whom i delivered the parcel is fraud.

D46831405 my material from delhi have arived at haridwar sidcul office but they are not delivering material today... They are saying we will deliver material tomorrow if you i need it urgently i can pick from there dtdc is around 6 kms away from my shop... Isit dtdc operational process asking customers to pick material... When materual has reached why isnt it being delivered today?? Am in urgent need of material kindly help.

I am writing to complain about the atrocious lack of service from DTDC in Goa. Despite ringing the office in Margao, and being told fhe item was out for delivery, the item wad never delivered. Eventually, when I visited the actual office, which is in such disarray, the manager/frachisee informed me that he product was returned, after nearly one hour of me waiting. We have booked a parcel from cochin to destination trivendrum against booking no d46799764 on 11/10/2018. When we have tracked next day noon it has been showing out for delivery. But the notification has been changed in evening to receiver not available.in actual case the receiver is available 24x7 in site. I have given very urgent courier parcel to adipur dtdc office and asked him that he is having courier address services or not, dtdc representative reply that they are having service in rawatbhata (Kota) area service and my courier deliver within 3 days of time and representative ensure me about courier delivery. Even they made my son sk kama to visit warehouse to collect the racquet personally.

I send a courier to pune from nagpur m attaching the imgae when i send and as well how it reach their i ask my client not to take delivery. I want my totall loss by dtdc now. Which is 18, 500 this is the shipment No : D46547070. I made a big mistake chossing dtdc to send my valuable products. Now i will tell whole world with the help of social media how they play with their clients valuable products.. Dtdc the worst courier service o[censored]niverse....

I was expecting noc since long, but recently i came to know from the netbanking that they delivered and when i track it down it is sent to some wrong address and they updated the status as delivered without even informing me on my mobile number that it was delivered.

Unfortunately it wasnt delivered until 13th oct and surprising part is that the courier status was mentioned as receiver requested on later delivery (I need to the telephonic conversation was? On 10th of october, 2018. I sent my parcel from yamunanagar (Haryana). Designation was bathinda (Punjab).
The dtdc employee told me that my consignment will reach on 11th of october, 2018.
Till date my consignment has not reached bathinda. Now while live tracking it's showing that it has reached kolkata (And final designation has also changed to kolkata).

I have a important and urgent courier posted at wrong pincode of 522619 which is out for delivery. Its actual delivery pincode is 515801 for sri adi siva sadguru ali saheb ayurvedic medical college, timmapur, guntakal, ananthapur. Though, the address on courier is correct.
