From the office my house is 1.5 km distance but dont know why consignment is not delivered

Wrong pin code given instead of 400612 it's given 400062. The whole address is correct except my pin code. Tracking id is z76813723. Please try to help my mobile number is also given but the postal address given is of goregaon which is incorrect the actual delivery pin code is of mumbra will the dtdc service provider will contact me i'm provided with only tracking id. Please help asap

Myself y sivarama prasad, i posted an emergency courier to sangareddy as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 10 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is h83629046. Even i went
To dtdc franchise office in chandanagar (Hyderabad) to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good. The manger manoj his mobile no is [protected] the office landline also not working condition[protected] like that they are maintaining their offices

Please help me out in this issue.

WORST WORST WORST COURIER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE (best courier service 🤣🤣🖕🏻) i had my parcel they didnt even call me to deliver it n then this people blame us saying that we called u are we fool?? I had booked 2 parcels one was from dtdc n other was Maruti courier service i got my maruti one parcel n dtdc say i was nt picking up my call n they returned the parcel idiot people worst courier service seriously u people have created goodwill otherwise people are not blind to see the difference btwn service n making people fool ! Maruti courier service i hav tried many tims n its the best best best service in my life wont recommend dtdc also they do not pick any of the call u tried too

I am booked packet from Bhimtal Nainital (Uttarakhand )for Dehradun (Uttarakhand) . After 16 days the packet do not delivered or not return.
it is requested to you please return the packet it is very important papers for government department .

I sent a packet from pune to panvel on 02 oct with the consignment number p4771481. The tracking status shows consignment delivered but it has been not. The relevant snap shot has been attached. The local executives are not at all helpful and most of the numbers always are busy or switched off. Request acknowledge and resolve the issue please.

My wife had chosen the dtdc lite option to send the parcel from attingal (Trivandrum, kerala) to hyderabad (Telangana). She booked the courier on 25th of october and as per dtdc website it reached on 29th of oct at hyderabad hub.
The person to whom she has couriered is my friend who is coming to angola where i am working at present, and that person is flying on november 2.
I really do not know what to do. Two times dtdc has updated the status as not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir) whereas we have provided the complete address with phone number.
Please help us.

Please look into this matter. My consignment bearing no d46467073 has been sign on dated 26 sep 2017 from mumbai and as per the communication given by the service provider the delivery will be done within 3 days in the given address. Today date is 31 oct still i have not received my consignment. While tracking it was showing at siliguri dtdc from 10 october but while contacting them couldn't receive any idea and even communication to the customer is not proper. They keep the phone in hold for more than 10 minutes and after that disconnect the phone. After calling back they even not dear to pick it. Kindly help me to shot out this issue because my courier contains some degradable contains otherwise your service need to pay for it.

One of the very very worst courier service ever seen... They did even contact me just returned by parcel back. Very worst behaviour by the staffs also no proper response and very very rude.. Then y r u having this courier n getting tied up with suppliers n torturing the customers..
I[censored] cant serve for customers get the franchise back and give to better franchise or close the courier.. V wil not be in trouble

Pro direct soccer dispatched my shipment on 29th september from uk through dtdc. However i still haven't got it. I've called dtdc more than 20 times and the only reply i get is that i'll get my shipment in 2-3 days. It is very frustrating and disappointing. My consignment no. Is n96941279. It in france since 8th october. The dtdc executives can't do anything. It has been a month but no positive outcome from their side.

I sent a courier to hyderabad from vijayawada on 29th oct 2018 with dtdc plus with assured one day delivery to pin code 500075 (Kokapet) but the courier didnt reach the destination on time i. E 30th oct 2018 irrespective of dtdc plus. The courier is delayed and is out for delivery now i. E 31st oct 2018 at 14:13.

I need a proper justification for the delay and you are liable for my payment of. 700/- which is of no use.

Subject letter was to be delivered at canara bank hrm section bkc bandra mumbai but it seems it is not delivered to proper place. Canara bank has denied received the same. Which has resulted in discontinuation of my mediclaim policy. The consignment F11102132 was shipped from Bhilai on 17 Oct to Gangtok but hasn't reached. Meanwhile the shipment was shipped via mumbai n kolkata without any valid reason. Since past two days the shipment is shown to be out for delivery but hasn't reached yet. Customer care number never connects and DTDC siliguri nvr picks any calls. DTDC has caused me too much of harassment.

Posted from noida, sector 62, tot mall market dtdc on 27/10/18 via dtdc plus. Online it showed on 29/10/18 11:27 am it is out for delivery. Not recieved by client till 5pm. Went to dtdc noida office, person helped us contact dtdc bangalore person who wouldn't pick up his phone after repeatedly calling him. Next day, called same number at 10 am, given consignment number they said will get delivered by 2, i emphasised urgency and requested them before 11. Till 2, no delivery (Confirmed by client) so i tried calling again. No pick up. Then my client called up and they answered and they said will call back in 20 minutes. No call back. I started calling them again said after multiple calls they picked up, noted my consignment number again and my number and said they'll call in half an hour. They said they'll deliver by today and cut the call. I don't know when they will deliver but this has been a harrowing annoying and frustrating experience. Those documents are really important and i hope to god you haven't misplaced them.

My consignment number is Z73766255 dtd 13/10/2018, and my package is not delivered at Pilibhit City, U/Pradesh. From last three days, it is showing the same status. and 16 days have been passed since it arrived at Bareilly. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i chose DTDC.

no any response from the DTDC Courier in this regarding. This is very
bad service from DTDC.

Consignment number: k15355755 is available in "in tansit" situation since 23rd october, 2018 and is not available to me since today (30/08/2018). Customer care calls are also not helping me out. I have connected to them at least 50 times but they had never resolved my problem. Kindly help me out of this situation.

I had sent a consignment from nagpur to kolkata having tracking number m71058391. The courier was booked on 23/10/2018 and as i had mentioned it was a birthday gift to be reached by 26/10/2018, i was assured a delivery by 25/10/2018 by the vendor (Rahul express services, ravinagar nagpur).

I have been trying hard to reach out DTDC courier people and there was an urget couruer that has been shipped A42125424.
And with no reason or call to customer it has got returned and past 20dasy i.e from 9th october it is in return at Ahmedabad hub.And the parcel wass really costly and urgent.
After contacting multiple dtdc heqadoffices
Trying to collect the courier and also raising complaints.
Such a sick response from DTDC

Need an immediate action as to why are dtdc people playing with our parcels.
Worst service ever.Never we will opt it and also stop anyone from using it.
