1st) trying track my courior as it is not updating on their website.
2) after that customer care number not working continuely called more than 20 times lose my lots of balance.
3) their given commitment at store that by air cargo my currior will be delivered within 5 days. I had given currior on 10th october monday.
4) now they are teling me to call here and their and no one responding me properly like what happen to my currior or where it is.

I am shilpi Gupta. I have booked a parcel(Watch) for my customer Amandeep Arora. Date was 14.09.2016 for out for delivery. I have tracked through shipment number that is A34671671. first of all, there is no phone number was update to whom I need to contact like delivery boy and they updated status that phone not picked up the receiver. Even my customer did not receive any call from DTDC side, and they returned the parcel. I called many times in Gurgaon centre as delivery location is Gurgaon but no one picked my phone. I need Courier Today or tomorrow. Request you to please send parcel to my customer.

I am very disappoint with the service of DTDC.

I had sent a courier to guwahati, assam through dtdc in the month of august. They said the courier will be delivered in around a week and today it is October and still the courier is lying in the dtdc office in rajsamand, Rajasthan because of their ignorance.I was in Rajasthan when I had sent the courier and now I came back to assam but the courier never came. I paid them Rs.2800 for the courier and because of their mistake the courier returned back to Rajasthan from Delhi due to some documents being not attached. And now they say I will have to pay again, only then they will resend me the parcel.

My parents had sent me notebooks from bandel and it's around 10days that I did not receive them. When I called the customer care I came know that they had attempted delivery and it's returned back to origin from Hyderabad without even informing me .The delivery person did not call me even once and no delivery was attempted. Dear sir,

I send a defective mobile to Amazon through DTDC express limited . They told me they will deliver the materiel at the destination place and take the money rs 500 for delivery.
After 20 days they returned my mobile to me and told me. They have no franchise in that area so they did not delivered the material.
I asked for my money . They told me they shall not refund the money because they send the materiel.

Sir it is not my faulty . After checking the address they take the material for delivery
But they did not delivery the material and not refund the money.
Please help me how to get back my money.

I had sent a courier from Bangalore to Thiruvananthapuram on 13 September 2016, through DTDC Courier Services. Now it is been over 1 month but my courier is not yet received at the destination.

I have been following the DTDC service people many times but they have been so irresponsible from their side. The tracking status is displayed as 'In Transit'

I booked some stuff at DTDC Gill colony saharanpur on 6th September 2016 to NIFT Kangra Himachal Pradesh.When I called them to confirm, they said it is at Pathankot.I told them to make it clear but they didn't. Then I arranged Pathankot number and talked to them they said we don't have any parcel from saharanpur. Again I went to saharanpur office n registered my complaint but It is not delivered yet.
When I asked them, they said it's missing .
Do help me in this case. I want cost of my consignment.
It is around 5000rupees .

This is regarding my parcel which i sent from Delhi to hyderabad on[protected]consignment no - D[protected].
It was a 13kg parcel (Rs 910) which included personal stuff such as books, wall hanging, shoes etc. From that lot of stuff such as shoes and wall hanging is missing and there is no reply or step taken for this behavior from DTDC courier company.
Please do the needful, try to get my stuff back if possible or raise a request for refund or take any appropriate step for the compensation.

I sent a courier from New Delhi to Gorakhpur on 20th September. Courier no is Z03351861. The courier was handed over to a DTDC employee who comes to my office in Okhla everyday. It contained a watch but I forgot to mention that to the man. I was not aware that I need insurance to send such products (admittingly some mistakes on my part). But I was handed over the receipt next day and when I tracked the courier it said, the courier contained 'clothing' which the DTDC people wrote on their own as no one contacted to ask me.

My courier has since been missing and no one has any idea where it is. All I get to know is that it hasnt reached Gorakhpur. The local branch hasnt been of much help. I have emailed at customer support multiple times but I have got no response. I can never get through to the customer care number and basically have no one to contact to find out the whereabouts of my courier.

I had booked a consignment with DTDC from your office in Police Bazaar, Shillong on 04 October 2016, to be delivered to my daughter, Arundhati Mitra, at VIT Vellore (TN). Due to the urgency I had booked the consignment as URGENT, and paid Rs 350/- for the same. Even though I was assured that the consignment would be delivered within three days, the same has still not been delivered.
To make matters worse I have lost the original receipt of the booking given by your office. When I sent somebody to the above office to trace out the duplicate copy of the receipt and inquire about the consignment, I was told that nothing could be done since I had lost the original receipt.

Now what kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is this? Despite charging a higher fee, your company has not delivered my consignment which has caused tremendous harm, inconvenience and lost opportunities to my daughter. And what is the meaning of nothing can be done just because the original booking receipt has been lost? Even though the time, place of booking and addressee was provided, you mean to say the duplicate receipt cannot be traced? I refused to believe that a company like DTDC can have such a lackadaisical approach towards a customer's troubles.

May I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and resolve my troubles at the earliest? After all this is over, I also intend to approach the consumer court for redressal of my trauma caused due to such apathy, insensitivity and unprofessional approach of your company.

1. I am a serving Army Officer stationed at Bangalore. My mother, Mrs Purnima Rao booked TWO BOXES in Cartons (Total Weight 16 kgs) with DTDC on 04 October 2016 vide Consignment number D[protected] to be delivered from New Delhi to Bangalore.
2. DTDC has delivered only ONE BOX and taken signature on the receipt, saying that the other box would be delivered shortly.
3. However, on repeated enquiries, they are unable to trace the Second Box which contains Important personal documents, Property documents and Medicines.
4. The DTDC Staff at Head Office, Victoria Road, Bangalore are NOT cooperating and abusive.

Docket No. B36819270.Complaint over phone was lodged: case No 03530870 at 10. 15 AM today Till now i.e.,[protected].45 PM, the parcel is not received. Once it was told that the parcel is not traced & require more time to trace & inform. After some time told that the parcel is Bommasandra Mobile No. [protected]. This mobile is not working. Now, the phone No. 33004444 where the complaint was lodged & the case No. was informed over SMS is not being answered. My mobile No. [protected]

My cousin had send me a Note 2 mobile phone(Screen Broken) with AWB # Z87232305 .The courier originated from Ghaziabad and was supposed to reach Hyderabad. After I received courier I opened it and found that the mobile phone is missing . I was not having any doubt(as DTDC is a big name) so I did not opened it in presence of courier guy.
Related to this I have repeatedly called DTDC guys but they have not replied back. The problem is they are not even taking any action even the vigilance officer has confirmed that problem is on their part .

DTDC courier services accept parcels/courier at the source from different online vendors who charge delivery fee and then fail to deliver them at my address in Sarjapura saying they do not service at my area.This is happening multiple times now (4 or 5 times) due to which I do not either receive the couriers or I have to travel 1 or 2 hours to their office to collect the courier/parcel.They should either not accept the courier in which case another courier service could be used or if DTDC accepts the order, then they should deliver at the address.Please take appropriate action at the earliest against DTDC for fooling the customers like this.

Dtdc accepted a courier from Bangalore for Kolkata only after they committed to my friend that it would be delivered by Saturday 8th October. As per the online tracker it arrived at the Lake View branch in Kolkata on Friday Oct 7th at 1055 am. However despite repeated calls and requests that I would personally pick it up from the branch they did not listen. An employee named Anjan whose mobile number I have promised that he would deliver it on Tuesday (even though I reminded him that it was Dasani) and it still has not been delivered. I leave town now without my courier. Also it has perishable items and it has cost me money.
