Dear sir/madam;
With due respect i would like to bring into your notice that some of the businessman in our country running the business by means of "crooked" way (Dtdc courier & cargo is one of them). Wherein in our company's act (Though it is revised recently) does not actually framed the law for the cancellation of business license or remove the name of the corrupt company from the registrar of companies for malpractice with the customer!!
In brief; i booked a parcel (Less than or equivalent to 500 grams) through dtdc courier service based in delhi (Franchise contact name is deepak - address - nab sarai, new delhi, india) on 4/10/2016 though i paid 1 kg charge keep in mind that parcel will deliver quickly. I paid premium charges in order to send the parcel quickly as they also assure that goods will be delivered within 6/10/2016 and for which they charged for.
As they assure me that goods is delivered in premium service through flight. Hence; i would like to know, if they charge from customer by the name of premium service which is delivered through flight service, then still the date of 6/10/2016 is not crossed? Though they said while booking the parcel that the goods will be delivered within 48 hours, still it is not delivered. Astonishing the fact is that in our country, nobody try to understand the consequences of law if doing anything wrong.
While i contact delhi franchise, they said goods is delivered from delhi on 5/10/2016, but while i contact to guwahati dtdc branch, they said goods is reached on 7/10/2016 (Then where is the 48 hrs. Delivery promise is intact). Shall i know from them if they send the parcel through flight, does it takes 2 days to reach to guwahati? Another malpractice is that, dtdc courier service computerized updating in their website which is maintained for customer tracking purpose is a serious malpractice. Most of the information in the tracking system is vogues.
Still my parcel is not reached to designated location. Then can anybody ask to subhash chakraborty lead dtdc courier service where is the business promise is gone. The way the co. Is earning the money is subject to objection by competent authority of law based on mentioned agony in the above.
While i contact to different personnel of the company, every body is passing one's fault to another!! Imagine, what the customer will do in this circumstances!! I contact to bangalore, gurgaon, delhi, guwahati, but nobody is replying properly. Either phone is switched off, phone is dysfunctional, phone is busy for 2 days at a stress etc.
Can anyone cancel the franchise license who is misleading the customer, no doubt in connivance of senior management of the company? Then there will be a set of example of punishment for those violating the customer right.
