I have sent one consignment number:V31601864 to Bankura, west Bengal, 722102 on 4th oct 2016 but still its not yet delivered.When I checked with the customer care I got the msg that they are checking with DTDC service on 12th oct 2016.but even now I am not able to track my item, its showing its delivered to ANAND.Dont know what is happening.Can you guys please help me out, otherwise I have to go to consumer forum.

This is regarding my parcel which i sent from Delhi to hyderabad on[protected]consignment no - D[protected].
It was a 13kg parcel (Rs 910) which included personal stuff such as books, wall hanging, shoes etc. From that lot of stuff such as shoes and wall hanging is missing and there is no reply or step taken for this behavior from DTDC courier company.
Please do the needful, try to get my stuff back if possible or raise a request for refund or take any appropriate step for the compensation.

I sent a courier from New Delhi to Gorakhpur on 20th September. Courier no is Z03351861. The courier was handed over to a DTDC employee who comes to my office in Okhla everyday. It contained a watch but I forgot to mention that to the man. I was not aware that I need insurance to send such products (admittingly some mistakes on my part). But I was handed over the receipt next day and when I tracked the courier it said, the courier contained 'clothing' which the DTDC people wrote on their own as no one contacted to ask me.

My courier has since been missing and no one has any idea where it is. All I get to know is that it hasnt reached Gorakhpur. The local branch hasnt been of much help. I have emailed at customer support multiple times but I have got no response. I can never get through to the customer care number and basically have no one to contact to find out the whereabouts of my courier.

I had booked a consignment with DTDC from your office in Police Bazaar, Shillong on 04 October 2016, to be delivered to my daughter, Arundhati Mitra, at VIT Vellore (TN). Due to the urgency I had booked the consignment as URGENT, and paid Rs 350/- for the same. Even though I was assured that the consignment would be delivered within three days, the same has still not been delivered.
To make matters worse I have lost the original receipt of the booking given by your office. When I sent somebody to the above office to trace out the duplicate copy of the receipt and inquire about the consignment, I was told that nothing could be done since I had lost the original receipt.

Now what kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is this? Despite charging a higher fee, your company has not delivered my consignment which has caused tremendous harm, inconvenience and lost opportunities to my daughter. And what is the meaning of nothing can be done just because the original booking receipt has been lost? Even though the time, place of booking and addressee was provided, you mean to say the duplicate receipt cannot be traced? I refused to believe that a company like DTDC can have such a lackadaisical approach towards a customer's troubles.

May I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and resolve my troubles at the earliest? After all this is over, I also intend to approach the consumer court for redressal of my trauma caused due to such apathy, insensitivity and unprofessional approach of your company.

1. I am a serving Army Officer stationed at Bangalore. My mother, Mrs Purnima Rao booked TWO BOXES in Cartons (Total Weight 16 kgs) with DTDC on 04 October 2016 vide Consignment number D[protected] to be delivered from New Delhi to Bangalore.
2. DTDC has delivered only ONE BOX and taken signature on the receipt, saying that the other box would be delivered shortly.
3. However, on repeated enquiries, they are unable to trace the Second Box which contains Important personal documents, Property documents and Medicines.
4. The DTDC Staff at Head Office, Victoria Road, Bangalore are NOT cooperating and abusive.

From Sudarshan Silks, Bangalore the parcel is booked to B.R. Sathyanarayana, Sai Vishram No. 144 C1, Kirloskar Road, Bommasandras Industrial Area, Hebbagodi, Bangalore 560 099 on[protected]. Docket No. B36819270.Complaint over phone was lodged: case No 03530870 at 10. 15 AM today Till now i.e.,[protected].45 PM, the parcel is not received. Once it was told that the parcel is not traced & require more time to trace & inform. After some time told that the parcel is Bommasandra Mobile No. [protected]. This mobile is not working. Now, the phone No. 33004444 where the complaint was lodged & the case No. was informed over SMS is not being answered. My mobile No. [protected]

My cousin had send me a Note 2 mobile phone(Screen Broken) with AWB # Z87232305 .The courier originated from Ghaziabad and was supposed to reach Hyderabad. After I received courier I opened it and found that the mobile phone is missing . I was not having any doubt(as DTDC is a big name) so I did not opened it in presence of courier guy.
Related to this I have repeatedly called DTDC guys but they have not replied back. The problem is they are not even taking any action even the vigilance officer has confirmed that problem is on their part .

DTDC courier services accept parcels/courier at the source from different online vendors who charge delivery fee and then fail to deliver them at my address in Sarjapura saying they do not service at my area.This is happening multiple times now (4 or 5 times) due to which I do not either receive the couriers or I have to travel 1 or 2 hours to their office to collect the courier/parcel.They should either not accept the courier in which case another courier service could be used or if DTDC accepts the order, then they should deliver at the address.Please take appropriate action at the earliest against DTDC for fooling the customers like this.

Dtdc accepted a courier from Bangalore for Kolkata only after they committed to my friend that it would be delivered by Saturday 8th October. As per the online tracker it arrived at the Lake View branch in Kolkata on Friday Oct 7th at 1055 am. However despite repeated calls and requests that I would personally pick it up from the branch they did not listen. An employee named Anjan whose mobile number I have promised that he would deliver it on Tuesday (even though I reminded him that it was Dasani) and it still has not been delivered. I leave town now without my courier. Also it has perishable items and it has cost me money.

I don't know there these dtdc has some internal tie-up with snap deal not to deliver the return item or what???
I have returned the item in month of july and still it has not delivered also no one is there to listen or solve the issue... The worst courier services i have ever seen

I had sent a courier (Using dtdc) from kalimpong on[protected] and i was told that it will get delivered by[protected] to mumbai. On constant tracking, i found my courier was dispatched on the 6-10-16 and till now its been lying in siliguri. The purpose behind my sending the same will no more be effective to serve my purpose as it has already been so much delayed. Please help with this kind o[censored]nsatisfactory service.

I am complaining about DTDC, because i returned a product to myntra office(insta kart kolkata, on 28th of sep, 16, the last update is showing me 29th, sep and the product is not still deliver, i was told the courier company but they didn't respond me, durgapur to kolkata just a little distance, , but why it delayed? I had ordered a product from ebay the seller has shipped the item.and when i see the tracking details it has been showing that it is delivered.I lives in Delhi and the shipment is delivered to Lucknow.I has not got my product.they are not responding either.they had sent my shipment to Lucknow but i lives in delhi.

I have sent a parcel of 8.7 kilo but it was delivered only 6.8 kilo with 3 sharee and 1 dress material of rs.5000/- missing. After calling all the dtdc from gujrat to kolkata i found exact location of this damage. I want an investigation of this and I also want my things back or else I have to visit the higher authority. I want a justice of this damage as soon as possible. I also have the necessary proof.

I had booked my order bearing docket no.- D30555102 from DTDC to transfer my 6 boxes personal luggages to be trasnferred from Titilagarh, odish(pin code-767033) to Pune, maharasthra (pin code-411028) on 21st sept. But it took almost 15 days to deliver to Pune. In between I faced lot of issues summarized below:-

1. Tried calling there customer service numbers [protected](mumbai), [protected], [protected](pune) and some personal nos. ([protected], [protected]) but there was no response. It kept me holding for long time but dint connect me to their executives and they claim we value your time. When I contacted their personal nos., response was very rude and was never picked up again.

2. After all the hassles, I had given the option of "notify me" when the package is out for delivery and had provided my mail id and phone no. because I work and wanted the package after office hours or before 2 pm but the delivery person called me up around 5 pm when he was right in my society and during my office hours. Finding no other alternatives, I had to take half day leave because there was no method of calling them to some other day. I keep on travelling, so what if I was out of town.

3. I was really keeping my calm with DTDC people but when I received one of my box open and in damaged condition I really thought of complaining about DTDC.

I hope my complain will be taken seriously and please keep me in loop what sort of action does consumer forum takes against such issues. I am also attaching images of the parcel received.

Dear sir/madam;

With due respect i would like to bring into your notice that some of the businessman in our country running the business by means of "crooked" way (Dtdc courier & cargo is one of them). Wherein in our company's act (Though it is revised recently) does not actually framed the law for the cancellation of business license or remove the name of the corrupt company from the registrar of companies for malpractice with the customer!!

In brief; i booked a parcel (Less than or equivalent to 500 grams) through dtdc courier service based in delhi (Franchise contact name is deepak - address - nab sarai, new delhi, india) on 4/10/2016 though i paid 1 kg charge keep in mind that parcel will deliver quickly. I paid premium charges in order to send the parcel quickly as they also assure that goods will be delivered within 6/10/2016 and for which they charged for.

As they assure me that goods is delivered in premium service through flight. Hence; i would like to know, if they charge from customer by the name of premium service which is delivered through flight service, then still the date of 6/10/2016 is not crossed? Though they said while booking the parcel that the goods will be delivered within 48 hours, still it is not delivered. Astonishing the fact is that in our country, nobody try to understand the consequences of law if doing anything wrong.

While i contact delhi franchise, they said goods is delivered from delhi on 5/10/2016, but while i contact to guwahati dtdc branch, they said goods is reached on 7/10/2016 (Then where is the 48 hrs. Delivery promise is intact). Shall i know from them if they send the parcel through flight, does it takes 2 days to reach to guwahati? Another malpractice is that, dtdc courier service computerized updating in their website which is maintained for customer tracking purpose is a serious malpractice. Most of the information in the tracking system is vogues.

Still my parcel is not reached to designated location. Then can anybody ask to subhash chakraborty lead dtdc courier service where is the business promise is gone. The way the co. Is earning the money is subject to objection by competent authority of law based on mentioned agony in the above.

While i contact to different personnel of the company, every body is passing one's fault to another!! Imagine, what the customer will do in this circumstances!! I contact to bangalore, gurgaon, delhi, guwahati, but nobody is replying properly. Either phone is switched off, phone is dysfunctional, phone is busy for 2 days at a stress etc.

Can anyone cancel the franchise license who is misleading the customer, no doubt in connivance of senior management of the company? Then there will be a set of example of punishment for those violating the customer right.

Hai iam dinu krishnan from trivandrum, attingal. Ihad orderd a parcel from ebay airway bill number m41590060, w which is send through dtdc courier attingal, but they called me i have to pick the parcel from the courier office because my address is in out off service area which is just 3km from dtdc courier office, i told them that i am out of station and to redirect to my office address then they said that they couldn't do that, because that is not their job and talk to me rudly, and said if i didn't collect the parcel they will return it. This is the experience which i get from dtdc courier in attingal. This is the first time i get this type experience because i had sent and receive many parecell from other courier services. Very very bad behavior from dtdc courier staffs in attingal branch

Hi, i placed a shipment with dtdc from bangalore to mumbai on 30th september 2016. Shipment number: b36416509. First they sent the shipping to kolkata and now after continually following up every single day, they are not giving any clear picture on what is the status. It was an important shipment and i do not have any idea about where it is.
