This is update you that the courier vide pod - z00330943 was neither delivered to concerned address nor being informed for its failure, recently post discussion with my friend i realized that he has not received the courier.
After tracking with the pod number online, in receiver details the dtdc office concerned person number was found i. E abhay ([protected]). Post discussion he has told that it was not delivered because the address was not there. I was shocked and surprised that how come the company like this will take the amount of courier (Ie rs 80) and didn't check whether the docket has the respective address or not. Moreover the pod i have has the details mentioned (Pune).
Although instead of messing these people, i told them to courier the details and forward the correct address of receiver and sender with contact details though the same was delayed for more then a month. To top up the trouble of customer they again asked for the amount. I told them i have already paid the amount to deliver the consignment from ghaziabad to pune and it was not being sent because the address was not mentioned in the envelope. Although it was not possible by a common sense but still if the courier was not being sent anywhere then why i need to pay again.
I have all the recorded communication as well as the whatsap details of these dtdc people who make fool of customer by charging double by giving such an unrealistic reasons and logic.

I want to bring it your notice that the “Medicine”was sent through “DTDC Courier” on Friday(23/09/16) at Vijayawada one town branch. The Branch person said that the medicine will reach Bangalore on Saturday(24/09/16) between 12:00pm – 3:00pm. (within one day), However, even today, Monday(26/09/16) still I didn’t receive my courier. I am extremely disappointed.

This is to inform you that my consignment docket no K91491176 booked on 19/9/16 had not yet got delivered on time. Instead of that when I tried to track the consignment it's showing rto on 25/9/16 whereas they haven't contact the person at all whom to be the document has to be delivered . I got a contact no of shrirampore hub [protected], they gave another person number mr. Aroop contact no. [protected]. When I tried to contact the same person he mention that it's his personal number and he does not entertain over this no. I tried to contact the landline no but no one receive the call also.
Sir my humble request as its one of the leading courier service throughout India please appoint some responsible person who can provide a good service to your regular customer.
I would request you to take the issue at your earliest and arrange to deliver my document by today itself.

Courier no -A35599936 dispatched frm bhavnagar for Sibsagar (assam) on 20th september 2016.I haven't received the courier yet... It still showing in transit in tracking récords... Its showing that courier Packet arrived at vileparle hub (Mumbai) But haven't dispatched From there yet... May i know Whats taking so long to deliver It... Pls take urgent steps in these regards

I sent a parcel by dtdc courier on september 10, 2016 from bangalore to hyderabad. the cn no. of my consignment is b36087291. the lady at the counter of the dtdc delivery centre (ms. madhu mala, shop #1, near cmr college, ombr layout, bangalore) told me that the package will be delivered in 2-3 days while accepting the same. however, it did not reach on time as promised and i started following up on the 13th and she kept on telling me that she had made a complaint to the receiving center (dtdc, bowenpally franchisee) and will reach "tomorrow". even after daily following up it was not delivered till 20th and then again on the 22nd she said that they cannot deliver it to the address citing the reason that the dtdc delivery center at lotkunta has been closed 3 months back, which they were not aware of! and instead of trying through any other nearer center, she said that they will send it back to me to bangalore and i have to pay the courier charges for returning the parcel.

Then i planned to file a complaint in the consumer court and asked her the details of the courier and the complaints that she made. to my surprise, she told me that she had never made a written complaint to her hyderabad delivery centre and it was only a verbal communication. then while checking the delivery tracking details on 22rd, i noticed that someone has changed the status to "attempted"! i immediately called my party in hyderabad and confirmed that she was full time at home and no one ever called and reached her to deliver the package!

I again went back and told the lady at the delivery centre the same and determined to file the compliant.in less than 5 mins after i left the center, with all the details that i needed to submit my complaint to the consumer court, my party called me and informed that someone came and delivered the parcel just then!

Though, i did not make my complaint this time to the consumer court, but thought it is important that i bring this in to your attention that it was only a 5 mins job for your people, but it took more than 13 days of my time, effort, worry and frustration in following up after paying the delivery charges!
I appeal to you for the benefit of the consumers who go through similar kinds of desperate and helpless situations to take serious note of the laziness and irresponsible behavior of your people sitting at the delivery centers of the dtdc company.

I hope the company take necessary actions to get this fixed for the benefit of the customers.

As per the website shipment has been delivered but the consignee claims not yet delivered so please do the necessary investigation and resolve it.

It has been 3 days since DTDC hyderabad had my courier and not delivering.
Deadline given by DTDC exceeded but still shipment not delivered.
Each branch of DTDC are giving some other branch number but no one addressing the issue.

Status showing devilry attempted but no one actually showed up .

DTDC is loosing its reputation due to this kind of negligible attitude of its employees toward customers.

This is to pay your kind att that the above said consignment containing parcel booked from delhi to siliguri was boked on dt - 16/9/16,
so far we have not received the said parcel till date and time, its been 8 days and its very unfortunate to say that DTDC being such a big courier co will provide this type of service, truly hopeless and unacceptable.

I have a courier from Ludhiana to Vasai, Mumbai. Z00629872 is the tracking number. It's been more than 20 days and still I have not received the courier. When I track online, the last update was on[protected]. Last updated location is bhiwandi warehouse. When I call on bhiwandi warehouse phone number they tell that they have forwarded the courier to Vasai branch, and when I call vasai branch, they tell that they have not received the courier. Please help me. I have important things which i have not yet received. When I call the customer care they never pick up the phone. Please help me.

I have booked a shipment at soudi arabia dtdc branch from dtdc gowri gopal branch, kurnool, andhra pradesh on 16th september-2016, tracking no. N97240818 to maternity and children hospital, ministry of health, makka, al_mukarramah, kingdom of soudi arabua-21955, post box.13255 but the shipment was delivered but some valuable things are missing and we received empty box. I have been doing follow up on this from last 4 days, but no one picks the call and no one responses to my call properly. I have never seen such a worst service/worst courier, and the employees of dtdc are very very irresponsible.
If our things are not deliver kindly return to our address as soon as possible.

The package consisted of a branded watch, a wallet and a pair of expensive sunglasses. The package was sent out for delivery on the mentioned date. While making the delivery request, nothing about the package was enquired, due to which i was unaware about what needs to be done while sending in the package.

The product was sent, and now its been more than a month, since its been sent and not delivered. Due to certain important engagements, i could not track the package. I went on an enquiry after two weeks from the sent date. They reverted saying its been sent to kerala. The next week, the reply was, due to incorrect receiver address, the package was sent back to bangalore rajajinagar office. Again, there was no response.

I made calls to the mentioned number[protected]. The lady who picked up reverted saying that the package is in trivandrum, and made me call to their tvm office, who replied saying it was sent back as they were unable to deliver the package, due to address issues/ receiver not responding - which is totally untrue as the receiver did not receive any call and the address was correct. Again calls back to bangalore was made, where they had no information about the package. About half an hour, the people made me do a couple of calls.

On top of all this, the manner in which the employees spoke was pathetic!! Disgusting!! Impolite. They spoke as though it was my mistake. When one employee, who was the worst, when asked for his name, he replied "this is none of your business"!! Dtdc recruiters - hats off to you for the amazing recruitment you make!!

They mentioned saying that it was because the details was not declared that the issue happened - as per company policy! If a package is roaming about, if the case founds to be that the receiver address is incorrect (Which was not in this case), doesn't it come under the company's policy that "it needs to be returned to the sender"?? Keeping the package in the company and throwing it away is a part of the company's policy??!!!

Dtdc is the worst ever delivery service one can choose!! The employees are so rude and impolite and i don't see any good purpose for the existence of this company!

My package is worth 6000 and more and i want all the amount back, without lossof a single penny!!!

This issue was put forward the operations team, head team, even the social media and even then, no response!! Great way to run the company and trest your customers.

I will see to it that this company will have spread a huge negative word of mouth, and will never suggest this to my circle of people!! I will get this news circulated as wide as possible!!

I bought samsung 32 gb evo+ memory card on ebay, my ebay deatail attached. My dtdc reference no. Is Z00560695. I have not received item but updated as delivered. My destination address is at pin code 396155 (sarigam, valsad) and item delivery status at ahmedabad. I have raise claim on ebay bu its not resolved, fake seller are there i want my item so kindly do needful.I have attached detail of transaction in screen shot.

i have not receive my courier but according to my tracking number it shown delivered my tracking no. Is z99903492. I am very upset to your service & this courier is very important to me please solve my problem as soon as possible on urgent bases. I am also talking with courier boy but they are not response and said he was not well.I am trouble with this problem since one month. So please solve my problem on urgent bases because my exam will very soon.

Dear Concern,

I suppose to received one important courier from DTDC, which was dispatched from Dehradun for Hisar (Haryana) on 19th September, now on DTDC website its showing delivered to Dehradun.

When it was booked from Dehradun to Hisar why its delivered back to Dehradun
Also on website its showing signed by received.. I am at Hisar (haryana) I have not received it yet so who had signed this.

For your Information I am a army officer & the packet contains Army related Documents.

This type of error is non tolerable at all... to avoid any further escalation please deliver the packet at right address ASAP.

The first flight unit of gunupur pin 765022 never brings our post at our door.. the y u people fool people with the title 'door to door servie' as it is not door to door service but door to shop service.. had i been intended to go to the shop i would have selected Insia post or smthing of its own kind.. grow up people. and stay on what u speak.else the customers will find their own way to resolve this matter. Do me a favour either shut ur office down or merge urself with any other courier service coz it doesnt feels good being complaining about a reputed organization like urs again nd again.

I have ordered a tempered glass screen protector for my mobile on eBay.in to my home (pin code- 711409) . The seller has shipped the item through dtdc courier (Airway Bill Number: A[protected]. First of all it took long time . And after reaching to my nearest warehouse (about 5-6 and from my home) the courier boy told me on mobile that your area is not deliverable to us, please collect the item form warehouse. My question is if my pin code is not deliverable to dtdc, then why they are picking up items from the origin.
FedEx, ecom, blue dart, Velez are coming to my pin code. dtdc is so worst.

I shipped the courier on 23rd august 2016 but it has still not reached the desired. The dtdc consignment number is D29671247.The online status shows to be delivered since 31st august 2016, sinve then there has been no update.I have called customer care more than 50 times and everytime they come up with something.I visited the dtdc franchise here in Mahadevpura, Bangalore but all in vain.Nobody knows where the box is.Its almost a month now and the shipment has not been delivered yet.

I have contacted dtdc delhi customer care number against docket number - d28742796, they have asked me to contact delivery man sharing his phone number - [protected]. The person reverted he is not delivery man and instead have staff assigned to do delivery. He is sitting in dtdtc shalimar bagh and stated that if the courier is of rohini-110085 than it must not come to him as his delivery staff is accountable to shalimar bagh area vicinity not rohini.

He said that i need to contact amazon as some goof-up is done from there end. After a request he furnished me details of delivery report which he insisted is itself not clear to him as only recipient mobile number is mentioned -[protected] in delivery report.

I contacted this recipient number-[protected] myself to track that person but number is coming invalid.
When contacted many times employee at dtdc by number [protected] says that they got intimation from amazon that money is refunded.

Consignment number "b35880539" as per your track record it show consignment was reached, but i haven't got any parcel.
One of the worst service ever. The document which i was supposed to received was very important and i am left in a deadlock situation.
Kindly solve this asap
