I had sent an application & a demand draft having no. 379059 dated 26.09.2016 for rs. 16800/- in favour of institution of valuers payable at delhi, i have inquired many times from dtdc courier services at zirakpur, chandigarh & delhi but not got proper information.
I m under loss rs. 50, 000/- due to late payment.

Dtdc ppl told from hyderabad to banglore dtdc express charge 230rs and normal 120.
Due to emergency case i made express
But waste of money it was not reached on time.

They told me it will reach within 3 days, and it reached to indore next day but indore people are not delivering for 15 days. I talked to courier boy he told i did not get the consignmnt but he is lying. Please help, as it is a bday gift of 4 yrs old kid.

I had booked the consignment from dtdc ratnagiri to michigan and the number is n97356312. I have booked my complaint on e mail but no response. I am unable to track the status of my consignment since 24/10/2016 which is showing as arrived at pune hub. After making several contact to local booking station at ratnagiri and at kolhapur super franchaisee phone. No one is giving correct feedback. So i feel that your customer support is very poor. And service is worst. Kindly give me status of my above mentioned consignment. Hoping early reply.

I have sent one parcel through dtdc ptp (a guaranteed service for time-bound deliveries, as dtdc claims) from pune to kolkata on 27th oct'16 bearing consignment no. e73095339.

I was promised that it will positively reach by 28th oct'16 but it didn't reach.
On online tracking it showing ‘out for delivery’ from kolkata hub for last more than 18 hours.

I tried to calling kolkata customer care, but there no one is picking phone.

I have sent one parcel through dtdc plus from ambikapur, chhattisgarh to kolkata on[protected] bearing consignment no. v32275372. i was promised by mr. ravi bajrani, here that it will positively reach by 28-10-16 but it didn't reach. on calling him today he promised at around 20:30 that it will be positively delivered today at night and the delivery man has taken your parcel for delivery but it was all lie. and then after he didn't pickup my call. is this the modus operandi of your company. pls chk.

As many people must have told you, you are one of the most disgusting, pathetic and irresponsible courier companies in India. And yes, your company is a cheat as well. No ethics at all. An express delivery takes between Bangalore and Mumbai takes 4 days for you. Good Job...

While taking the consignment order, I was told express takes 24 hours between metro cities. A normal consignment normally takes 3 to 4 days. As i had Diwali Sweets to be delivered to Mumbai, i opted for express delivery. As I had opted for express delivery i was charged twice the normal charges. I was told that the parcel would be delivered next day by 5 pm (Oct 27, 2016).

Today is Oct 28, 2016, 10 pm its still not delivered. BTW i had booked the parcel on Oct 26, 2016 around 3:30 pm. Will DTDC take responsibility if the sweets gets rotten.

No words can describe how your pathetic customer service are. Your customer service lines are always busy and you dont bother to respond to the emails.

As usual, i cannot expect anything more from a company which is irresponsible and unethical like DTDC. But yes, certainly i will not use your service again.

I do online shopping, n also put order for Amway products. . when ever I get the product it will struck in kondapalli branch. Every time they will call n tell me to pick the product without doing door delivery if I ask they will say door was locked when we came, even though we are available . Then I will ask y don't u send now, they will reply, courier boy was not available. If I ask second time they will fight on me even though they lie. Their behaviour towards customer was too bad.

Respected sir/mam, dtdc couriour company didnot deliver me the order and didnot even try to contact me for the delivery of my order. They return my order to the origin without informing me. I have ordered my product from ebay and the courier service is available to my area. I didnot except such a irresponsible action take by dtdc authority. I want my product to resend it to me back as early as possible. I shall be highly greatful to you for helpimg me

I had sent a courier to my client on 26.10.16 to mumbai via dtdc plus, the courier was suppose to reach on 27.10.16 but has not been delivered on time.

They said the amount will not be refunded because the company incured charges for the shipment. it does not make any sense because i have not been given the service i have paid for.
The client who ordered the products refused to bear the shipping charges as it was not delivered on time. the company is asking me to bear the charges for a service that they charged for but have not provided

Booked Gift packet on 24th October 2016. Mumbai to Kagal CITY near KOLHAPUR. Untill 28TH afternoon parcel not delivered .Paid huge amount RS 640 for 1 KG packet. In such time the delivery to overseas countries is effected by many courier companies.
Most poorest pathetic service and response..

I am informed that from kolhapur to kagal which is about 16 km their concerned pick up person hasnt come. So the consignment is now stuck in kolhapur.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the email, one of the my friend has sent a courier from Mumbai to Chennai (Consignment number : M[protected] on 18 October 2016. The courier arrived at Guindy branch, Chennai on 21 October 2016. Please see the tracking details below (word doc).

It took almost 7 days for the courier to be delivered to my residence. Guindy branch to my residence is just 4-6 kms away.

Today (27 Oct'16) around 18:30hrs, the courier was delivered by the dtdc executive but the box was in a very bad status with wrapping papers removed, the box was opened and item was also missing from the box. Photos attached below.

This is the second time an item was missing which was sent through DTDC courier (Consignment Number : C70197442 sent from Chennai to Coimbatore). In this case, out of the 2 items, 1 item was missing and the cover was neatly packed after taking one item from the box and then it was handed over to my friend.

Courier (M[protected] sent by Air on 16 Oct'16 from Mumbai to Chennai was delivered on 22 Oct'16 at 17:30. I would like to inform you that we are getting a very bad customer service from DTDC especially Chennai team and they are not even attending our calls and giving us false information.

I have lost all faith with DTDC now and thinking of moving to some other couirer services. I have been sending courier through DTDC for the last 4-5 years and every day I am sending 2-3 couriers including international courier.

I have decided to post this to all social medias including pictures about DTDC. I have lost lots of money because of the misuse/theft done by the DTDC staff. I have handed over the box to the DTDC executive and have taken the photos too.

Grateful for an action asap else I am going to take action against you.

My courier no: z94462473 is still been not delivered to me it’s about more than one and half month now. I also reported the matter to dtdc through facebook platform and also contacted with dtdc whitefield branch and talked with venkatesh still not solution provided every time he told me to let them search and they will comeback to me still i am waiting for their call despite reminding them no of times from last 3-4 weeks i never get any callback from them. I have also reported the matter to the official mail id of dtdc help but didn’t get any response from them also. It’s very unprofessional behavior which i haven’t expected from dtdc. I have been using dtdc services from long back now i have to think. It is a mental trauma for me to wait for the courier for more than 2.5 month long and calling dtdc customer services many times and also wastage of my time and energy. And for you kind information the package contains two expensive rakhis. Please do the needful to investigate on this and get my courier delivered safely!! I hope dtdc do everything needed to get my courier to me so that i don't have to go through the trouble of legal processing.

Hello, I have couriered my parcel on 25 Oct 16 from Mulund to Vile parle (within mumbai). Till date parcel not reached. When I have called Customer care no., twice the phone was lifted & just kept aside. 3rd time customer care person told that packet is misrouted, but on site it is showing as in Transit. The lady talking from CC, Fransisca was very loud in talking & rude, response was pathetic.
I big courier company like DTDC, can not deliver a packet within mumbai after 2 days.
Worst service, costly also.

Sent a packet containing 10 items from DTDC office at sector 7 Faridabad on 22.10.16 vide CN NO Z05003895 for Rohini Delhi. The packet delievered within expected time on 24.10.16.
Packet received at Rohini had only 6 items. 4 items stolen in transit. It seems that the packet was tampered by someone "IN TRANSIT".
It is very unfair and alarming as we will be either looking for another courier service or will be more cautious while packing.
I think all customers shall take a photograph of the packet before shipping and send it to person receiving it.

Consignment number Z03871376 has been sent to me from Delhi to Goa. According to the tracking details, the courier has reached Goa in 18th Oct 2016, but it has still not been delivered. Upon calling the DTDC Margon several times, no one picks up the call. I even emailed their customer support care 5 days ago. Still no response. This is highly frustrating and very unprofessional on their part. Please loom into the matter.

I, tandra majumder, resident of ramrajatala, want to draw your kind attention to the major problem that iam facing with dtdc (Ramrajatala station road branch). On 12th october 2016, i have parceled a courier of worth rs 5500 from dtdc ramrajatala station road branch to ramagundam telangana. It has not been delivered to d desired location till date. There has been a tracking number which is constantly showing different location. The tracking number is k90588527. When i went to dtdc office (Ramrajatala station road) and asked about the courier details, they bluffed me by saying it has already reached hyderabad and gave me a different tracking number k90588528. This number when tracked, is showing that the product is dispached from howrah... No other details is being showed. Today is 26th of october 2016, still my courier has not reached the desired location... Nor did i get back my parcel, although i have paid the desire courier charges.
I will be highly obliged, if i get help from d consumer forum.. To help me out from this problem.

I have received courier from my office bangalore.When i open the cover there was no sodex coupons 2500/- stolen.They cut the cover at back side and pasted with dtdc cover.Consignment number B37570713.

This courier was receiver at[protected] at eveining and when i open the over ther is no sodex coupon 2500/.This cover was cut at back side of the cover and closed with dtdc plaster.

The worst courier service! I had a courier from Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore. It has reached the Bangalore Whitfield branch on Saturday (22 Oct, 2016) according to tracking history, but not received my courier. The customer care doesn’t pick the calls, works completely like a Fake company. No responsibility towards the customer. I request you to share my post still reach to higher management and also I suggest you to don’t prefer DTDC Courier.

I have attached supporting document for reference. The receipt and Status details. The information doesn't get update in the website and nobody responds from their office.
