we are informed now that DTDC does not have a service in that area hence parcel could not be delivered

then why did DTDC in the first place take the booking from us .

we have been following with DTDC for last 4 months to return back our parcel

no one in DTDC knows where the parcel is . We have visited several of DTDC branches in bhiwandi, thane, kalva, panvel, diva

This is tracking site for my courier. This courier is from Surat and already returned once for not delivering at destination. The courier company claims to have come for delivery. These guys never came.

Now again we have tried but again these guys havent yet come. No customer support, they never pickup calls.

They have my number but i am affraid they will not bother to call.

Please Deliver the shipments, it is imp. I promise I wont use your service or bother you again.

I did a courier on 20 Oct from Navi Mumbai to thane(it's an intercity courier) but even after 15 days it's not been delivered and status is showing my parcel is in Srinagar city(Jammu and Kashmir State)
I complaint many time but nothing has been done till date, I tried corporate office number but both numbers are unanswered.
I have never seen such an irresponsible response from a courier company like DTDC
Please help me to know how to approach right person for a complaint

I have sent a courier from patia, bhubaneswar to bangalore-560066 having consignment number - k89360355 on 25th october 2016 and it promised me to deliver within 3-4 days but till today, 3rd november 2016, it has not been delivered. firstly, it was to reach bangalore, but it reached panjim, goa on 29th october 2016. then i called several times to them, then it was shipped from there, but it is yet to be delivered. kindly take proper action.

I have sent 1 courier dated 24th Oct to your Saket, New delhi Branch mobile no [protected]. they have given my packet on 26th Oct to there Gurgaon counter part and there mobile no is [protected]. after asking why he has not deliver my courier till 2nd November he replied our office is closed from 26th Oct to 1 November for Closing, i dont know when closing shift from March to November ? in 2nd line he told me they have found that building in which i have send 1 packet 1 month back and that building is 10 year old. then i have asked if your office was closed from 25th Oct to 1st November then why you have taken my packet for delivery ? he told me why you have given packet to us ? if this is the response from DTDC Gugraon Franchisee then god save your comany.

I have sent a letter from Visakhapatnam to Chennai on 22/10.2016 and the same reached Guindy office of DTDC on 24/10.2016. The article has not been delivered on any intimation made regarding the same though cell numbers of both the sender and receiver is given. I have lodged a complaint by mail with customer support team on 31/10/2016 and by phone with the local office of DTDC.

I had sent a parcel of valuable clothes from guwahati (Assam) to bongaigaon (Assam) through dtdc courier service on 26th oct/2016 vide receipt no k91977555. But, the said parcel has not been received by consignee smt. Aivee lata singha of bongaigaon, till today i. E. 2nd nov/16. As per the information given by the dtdc courier, guwahati the parcel was received in the counter of dtdc courier, bongaigaon on 26th oct/2016 and it was delivered to consignee on the same day. But, the consignee has reported me that she has not received the parcel.
Therefore, you are requested kindly to give necessary instruction to dtdc courier, bongaigaon to enquiry the matter. If it is lost then refund the value of parcel materials worth rs.10, 000/- nor return the parcel.

This package was booked on 26th October to be sent to Bangalore to my friend as a diwali gift. But till now it has not been delivered. The standard delivery duration is 2days as assured by the dtdc representative but till now I'm seeing last update as 30 October in the tracking details...no one picks the call for head office which surprisingly is in Bangalore... They are notbresponding properly and now I fear that they might have lost it.Be professional DTDC and answer our queries and reapond to our calls and own up your responsibility..

I couriered a package on 26/10 with express service which promised delivery on 28/10. It's been 2/11 and the delivery is still not attmepted. The package has reached the final destination office as per tracking. We have been trying to contact the local office and no one is responding or confirming the delivery.

The local people are playing, one says false statements like we tried and no one was there. But people were home all the time and there was no call given. Not once.
One more guy says it isn't attempted yet.

If this issue isn't resolved by tomorrow, I ll take it up the next level.

Misrouted my courier given for Allahabad but went to Jhansi branch dispatched on 25 October 2016 & till 2 November 2016 not reached at Allahabad . I had sent an application & a demand draft having no. 379059 dated 26.09.2016 for rs. 16800/- in favour of institution of valuers payable at delhi, i have inquired many times from dtdc courier services at zirakpur, chandigarh & delhi but not got proper information.

Due to emergency case i made express

They told me it will reach within 3 days, and it reached to indore next day but indore people are not delivering for 15 days. I talked to courier boy he told i did not get the consignmnt but he is lying. Please help, as it is a bday gift of 4 yrs old kid.

I had booked the consignment from dtdc ratnagiri to michigan and the number is n97356312. I have booked my complaint on e mail but no response. I am unable to track the status of my consignment since 24/10/2016 which is showing as arrived at pune hub. After making several contact to local booking station at ratnagiri and at kolhapur super franchaisee phone. No one is giving correct feedback. So i feel that your customer support is very poor. And service is worst. Kindly give me status of my above mentioned consignment. Hoping early reply.

I have sent one parcel through dtdc ptp (a guaranteed service for time-bound deliveries, as dtdc claims) from pune to kolkata on 27th oct'16 bearing consignment no. e73095339.

I was promised that it will positively reach by 28th oct'16 but it didn't reach.
On online tracking it showing ‘out for delivery’ from kolkata hub for last more than 18 hours.

I tried to calling kolkata customer care, but there no one is picking phone.

I have sent one parcel through dtdc plus from ambikapur, chhattisgarh to kolkata on[protected] bearing consignment no. v32275372. i was promised by mr. ravi bajrani, here that it will positively reach by 28-10-16 but it didn't reach. on calling him today he promised at around 20:30 that it will be positively delivered today at night and the delivery man has taken your parcel for delivery but it was all lie. and then after he didn't pickup my call. is this the modus operandi of your company. pls chk.

As many people must have told you, you are one of the most disgusting, pathetic and irresponsible courier companies in India. And yes, your company is a cheat as well. No ethics at all. An express delivery takes between Bangalore and Mumbai takes 4 days for you. Good Job...

While taking the consignment order, I was told express takes 24 hours between metro cities. A normal consignment normally takes 3 to 4 days. As i had Diwali Sweets to be delivered to Mumbai, i opted for express delivery. As I had opted for express delivery i was charged twice the normal charges. I was told that the parcel would be delivered next day by 5 pm (Oct 27, 2016).

Today is Oct 28, 2016, 10 pm its still not delivered. BTW i had booked the parcel on Oct 26, 2016 around 3:30 pm. Will DTDC take responsibility if the sweets gets rotten.

No words can describe how your pathetic customer service are. Your customer service lines are always busy and you dont bother to respond to the emails.

As usual, i cannot expect anything more from a company which is irresponsible and unethical like DTDC. But yes, certainly i will not use your service again.

I do online shopping, n also put order for Amway products. . when ever I get the product it will struck in kondapalli branch. Every time they will call n tell me to pick the product without doing door delivery if I ask they will say door was locked when we came, even though we are available . Then I will ask y don't u send now, they will reply, courier boy was not available. If I ask second time they will fight on me even though they lie. Their behaviour towards customer was too bad.

Respected sir/mam, dtdc couriour company didnot deliver me the order and didnot even try to contact me for the delivery of my order. They return my order to the origin without informing me. I have ordered my product from ebay and the courier service is available to my area. I didnot except such a irresponsible action take by dtdc authority. I want my product to resend it to me back as early as possible. I shall be highly greatful to you for helpimg me
