DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Hi, i placed a shipment with dtdc from bangalore to mumbai on 30th september 2016. Shipment number: b36416509. First they sent the shipping to kolkata and now after continually following up every single day, they are not giving any clear picture on what is the status. It was an important shipment and i do not have any idea about where it is.

Date shipped: 28.09.2016. present status showing on dtdc website: in transit.
Its been 8 days already since it has been dispatched. there is no response from dtdc company from saharanpur[protected]/[protected]) or from their customer service ([protected]/[protected]) or from jaipur...

Doc. No: H56230221 ... Showing as delivered but no details of it in tracking... My important docs are missing now... And am gonna take u to the consumer court now i[censored] don't screw address my issue ASAP. Want you to take this up seriously and confirm me on my courier whether it has reached the desired destination... Else you will face the consequences......

My previous company sent some important certificates from Hyderabad to my office address located at Rushikonda IT park. Even I requested for speed post but with special interest they sent by DTDC on[protected].

The certificate is very important to me and I need to submit at AU on 8th October. Every day i'm tracking using awb number all of sudden they returned to Hyderabad...

Hi, My shipment with ship no#. H67907739 has been misplaced or lost DTDC. I tried contacting their customer care via email and call there was no response.
When I spoke to the local authorities they coldly me told to lodge a complaint. Lodging a complaint is not going to help me, My shipment contained electronic PCB board worth Rs. 7000 INR.

Please take the legal action help me in either getting my product back or refund...

B37593391 consignment number is not delivered to me but in DTDC tracking system its showing as Delivered.
for this i contacted 3 delivery franchise no one is responding. i have mailed to DTDC but from there also no any responce.
and Hadapsar Branch manager is not picking up call.

i never expected such Bad response from DTDC. very BAD... i am very much unhappy with customer service....

I have send one courier to aligarh uttar pradesh by dtdc courier gajuvaka vishakhapatnam andhra pradesh on 26 august 2016 (Consignment no. V[protected] but courier status showing only from last one month hyderabad airport after discussion with customer care and dtdc center they told me some problems in airport authority. And they forwarded required documents to airport authority india. Then i requested to dtdc courier team return back my courier....

My name is raj mishra and i have booked a parcel 23/07/2016 consignment number p38210485 from pune to tasgaon till date my parcel is not delivered. I followup 20 to 25 time but no response yet. I give him many reminderon mail but i an not getting any response from dtdc team.
That parcel was very important so i am facing many problem from last two months

We sent a courier to my sister from delhi to hyderabad including food items, cloths, cosmetics and medicines for the dashera festival. We had sent her in a carton box but she received a plastic bag with a pant, two ruberbands a pair of sock and food that was halfway eaten by someone!!! Have a parcel sent for me from chennai for goa on 28.09.16 under dtdc lite express service tracking no. c70064678. (addressed to mathew gomes, fatorda, goa)
As of 03.10.2016 dtdc tracking info (after 6 days) the same has arrived mysore today.
Never know how long it will take to arrive goa.

Just as they charge extra for delivery in quick time, there should be a penalty

My consignment no. Is z99814300. It was booked from mohali on 22/09/16 to chamba. Feom last one week i. E. 27/09/16 it is showing as in pathankot branch. When asked number of times that when it is going to be dispatcjed they just lied that will be delivered the very next day. I am frequently calling from last friday and they are just faking. Fakely they updated the online tracking status as of saturday that it is dispatched. When asked today,...

Have not received my order however tracking consignment number z02253513 says product is delivered successfully. Checked the slip given to sender and consignment number and receivers address are correct.
No one picks up their main customer care number in mumbai. When i called the local branch they give me another number that is unreachable then stop picking up themselves....

I had courier an important document from DTDc C. R. Park outlet located in D-block. The person not only charged me extra from what I pay from other DTDC counters but also told it will reach by Saturday, which is 4th day from the date of the courier of the document. its 6th day still did not reach the destination. Why are they charging so much, if they are not proving ith the courier service? The speed of the mail is like a normal post then...

I hv sent consignment to Dhanbad from Bangalore with cn no:B31714419.i booked this courier from Arekere Bangalore and they said my courier will reach in72 hours but so far it's not yet reached. And when I check in their website for track it still shows in transit at Bangalore. such kind of courier should be ban in India. We sent the items with courier to hv guarantee that it will deliver early but we're not aware such a cheater...

I had to send an urgent courier to my parents to complete an LIC policy. Since I am based out of Chennai and they are in Trivandrum, we had to do this via courier. They send me the form to be signed and completed via Speed Post and I sent the return via DTDC. What a horrible choice that was!!
