We sent a courier to my sister from delhi to hyderabad including food items, cloths, cosmetics and medicines for the dashera festival. We had sent her in a carton box but she received a plastic bag with a pant, two ruberbands a pair of sock and food that was halfway eaten by someone!!! The package too was delivered days after promised date. We already sent the company emails complaining about it but we got no response. Dtdc is a complete joke and untrust worthy it should shut down. How can some one be that shallow and use gifts for a festival send to a daughter!!! If we dont get any response we will drag this matter to consumer's court!! Who ever is responsible for this sick deed will have to pay for this. The company is completely responsible for this screw up!!! Dtdc if you are reading this then better solve this problem because i sure as hell am not letting this go!!! I will not compromise and will report a complaint in the police station as soon as we can!!!

    Have a parcel sent for me from chennai for goa on 28.09.16 under dtdc lite express service tracking no. c70064678. (addressed to mathew gomes, fatorda, goa)
    As of 03.10.2016 dtdc tracking info (after 6 days) the same has arrived mysore today.
    Never know how long it will take to arrive goa.

    Just as they charge extra for delivery in quick time, there should be a penalty
    On them for delays.

    Also dtdc website is not regularly updated with the tracking info.
    It is updated once in 3 days at times.
    Please take up with dtcc

    Dear All,
    I have booked one courier AWB no E73028461 on 30.9.16 by prime time. However the courier not reached on time and that's why I had embarrassing situation.
    I had taken many follow ups from Manikbaug branch.
    I believed DTDC however it failed.
    I need compensation for the same as it was really urgent.
    This is the Cn no I had done a courier till now it hasn't delivered.I have posted it on 27.08.2016

      My consignment no. Is z99814300. It was booked from mohali on 22/09/16 to chamba. Feom last one week i. E. 27/09/16 it is showing as in pathankot branch. When asked number of times that when it is going to be dispatcjed they just lied that will be delivered the very next day. I am frequently calling from last friday and they are just faking. Fakely they updated the online tracking status as of saturday that it is dispatched. When asked today, they replied it is currently in banikhet again a lie. On confirming in banikhet there is no such consignment received. Again when queried in pathankot they said due to some reasons it was not dispatched and will send it by tomorrow!!! Why are they cheating on us. This is such a inconvenience. I have mailed to customer care as well but there is no reply. The documents are related to police station and if i dont get any status on this then i am going to give the numbers to police.

        Have not received my order however tracking consignment number z02253513 says product is delivered successfully. Checked the slip given to sender and consignment number and receivers address are correct.
        No one picks up their main customer care number in mumbai. When i called the local branch they give me another number that is unreachable then stop picking up themselves.

          Jextacart.com's service is too bad and very bad customer care.
          Courier through dtdc had been sent from vishakapatnam on 22nd Sep 2016. Online tracking shows that it has been dispatched on 24th Sep but I did not receive it. To whom did they deliver this? Who is responsible for the missing papers inside the courier? Who will be responsible if someone misuses the papers in the Courier?

            I had courier an important document from DTDc C. R. Park outlet located in D-block. The person not only charged me extra from what I pay from other DTDC counters but also told it will reach by Saturday, which is 4th day from the date of the courier of the document. its 6th day still did not reach the destination. Why are they charging so much, if they are not proving ith the courier service? The speed of the mail is like a normal post then why should a consumer pay Rs. 70 when by normal Rs 5 post it can reach in 6 days. I feel they are cheating the customers like this.               I hv sent consignment to Dhanbad from Bangalore with cn no:B31714419.i booked this courier from Arekere Bangalore and they said my courier will reach in72 hours but so far it's not yet reached. And when I check in their website for track it still shows in transit at Bangalore. such kind of courier should be ban in India. We sent the items with courier to hv guarantee that it will deliver early but we're not aware such a cheater are available in market.
              These guys don't care about customer only running behind false promises and money. I would request all citizens if India kindly stop using dtdc as other couriers are good and cheaper than these.

                Courier sent from west bengal on 26/9/2016. Showing "delivered" on 29/9/2016.

                I'm a bengali & durga puja is our big festival. So, my parents have sent that precious & much costly dress of 5000inr all the way to delhi on 26/9/2016 in south delhi - 110065. Today, she was completely haywired & worried as the shipment tracker showed that the item has already been delivered to me! I immediately called up dtdc and they gave me the courier guy's number. Now the guy is saying their office have never received my package in the first place! If they did not receive my package, how on the earth is his number being shown on screen to the dtdc department?! I belong to a middle class family and even 50inr is worth 50000inr for us! We buy costly clothes only once a year during our festival! I either want my dress asap or i want a refund of ₹5000+₹272=₹5272 asap!!

                Please do the needful and help return my precious item asap!

                Please take serious measures as it's not rich man's food wherein 5000₹ = 5paise!

                    Hi,

                    I had to send an urgent courier to my parents to complete an LIC policy. Since I am based out of Chennai and they are in Trivandrum, we had to do this via courier. They send me the form to be signed and completed via Speed Post and I sent the return via DTDC. What a horrible choice that was!!

                    The consignment originated from Chennai on the 26th and it was supposed to be delivered on 29th. That was what I was promised. From the status on DTDC website, I can see that it has reached Trivandrum on the 29th and it is out for delivery. It has not yet reached my house and nor has the recipient got a call or an update. When I call customer service they say its out for delivery! How can the status not change for 3 days!!

                    I have spent the last couple of days following up for an update with the Chennai and Trivandrum DTDC hubs and I have not even got a response. All the people in Chennai do it give me Trivandrum numbers and ask me to call them. The people in Trivandrum cut my calls and then switch off the phone!! This is absolutely pathetic service!!!

                    This is what happens when I call your hub numbers:

                    Chennai[protected] : Picks up one time, does not pick up the other time, and only thing they do is give me some numbers in trivandrum to reach out to. That is not my job! That is your job and I am paying you for this!!

                    Trivandrum:
                    [protected]: Number is perennially switched off!!
                    [protected]: Number was initially going into call waiting then not picking my call
                    [protected]: Number was ringing at first and then my call was cut. Next time I called, it was switched off.

                    This was a really important document that was supposed to have reached my parents at least 2 days back. Now we have to do this whole process again and we will be impacted financially! The companies have to be held liable for cases like this!!

                      I booked a courier from faridabad, haryana on 26 Sept for kolkata but it is neither delivered nor it's status updated online. Last status showing while tracking is "in transit" on 28 Nov. It's fourth day that it's status is not updated. While booking the parcel agent said that the parcel will be delivered within 04 days. I tried to call customer care banglore and kolkata service but no one received the call. so I send an email to them. but till now I did not receive any response. Plz do something

                        One shipment was booked in Mumbai for Kolkata by AIR under DTDC AWB No M40864952 dtd 27/09/2016. Till date AIR shipment has not been delivered and no update available on company website. The customer care no on their website is not reachable. Either it is wrong or no body picks up the phone. Because of their non-deliveries, i have lost business and goodwill. It has also taken a toll on my health for un-necessary mental stress, agony, anxiety and harrassment.

                          I sent a parcel to india from uk on 16th of september and was advised it will take maximum 7 working days to reach destination. I had more than enough time in hand as a contingency and spent £175 for the service. My family needed to receive the parcel by (Friday 30th september) morning and the purpose of sending the parcel was for a ceremony.

                          The tracking number is[protected]. The last status was the parcel still sitting in delhi since 24th september and afterwards no movement at all!!

                          In between must have made 100 phone calls in case if there is any hope to receive the parcel on time everytime it's a different story.

                          I'm sick and tired of your service. There's no point of my family receiving the parcel now. It's not only material value but it's very emotional stuffs that i can't express the loss of not receiving it on time.
                          I need someone to contact me on [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.co. Uk asap.

                          I would like to get refund as you couldn't provide your service as per service level agreement.
                          If i don't hear from you soon i'm going to take next steps which won't be desirable.

                          The given customer care numbers are no response and mobile switched off item booked on 22nd and till 30th (today) it is not delivered, and booking date is showing wrong. They said will be delivered on 23rd only, but not done. It is worst service from DTDC.

                            Consignment no b36730813 booked to bangalore from dharwad belur on 3rd september 2016 i still not yet delivered nor returned back today is 30th sep 16.

                            Even though against repetitive followup for the same no concern from dtdc.

                            Dtdc especially at dharwad belur is hopeless. Total waste not at all fit for this.

                            Can anyone take some disciplinary action against this. This is not the 1st time it happened with us.

                              I had sent goods in air cargo, not in surface, they have taken the goods, if cant deliver it on time, why they have taken.
                              Its on delhi airport hub since 28 sept 2016 to 30th sept 2016
                              We use air service that it would be delivered asap in 2-3 days otherwise why we will pay air cargo charges, but as shown in dtdc tracking, my goods is on delhi hub after 3 days also, i also have call recording for communicating with dtdc customer care executives of destination, that my cargo is at delhi city.

                              Due to dtdc worst consumer services, this is 3rd time i faced the problem.

                              They dont have any complaint system to rectify their services for future. their current system just resolve your current problem, but its not sure that it would not happen in future.

                              O beware fromn dtdc, i had sent some goods in surface via gati courier awb:[protected] on 22nd sep 2016, on 5th day they are delivering goods on 27th, same location delhi to coimbatore.

                              Now i become to know which one should i use in future.

                                This is the Cn no I had done a courier till now it hasn't delivered.I have posted it on 27.08.2016.i have given complaint to dtdc customer support email.but i didnt get any responce.it is almost two months.even i have not get my courier retun.these people are not responsible for my problem.it is an important document for my health insurance.why these people not giving responce.is there any leagal way to solve this.

                                  I have sent 2 parcels to different locations on 24th September 2016, one at Kalyani, West Bengal (D[protected] and another at Kalkaji, New Delhi (D[protected]. The parcel I sent to Kalyani has not been delivered till date (29th September 2016) and the online status is updated on their site till 25th September 2016. The parcel sent to Kalkaji, New Delhi has been delivered to wrong address, at Okhla, Delhi on 27th September 2016.

                                    We had send urgent package containing parts with our tax invoice for rs.9330 against CN Z98192590 on 10th september. The dtdc website does not show status after 12th sep showing arrival in jammu and we have spoken to every single person at dtdc mayapuri and they are just delaying the matter by giving frivolous reasons. This material is urgently required by customer at the airport but no feedback by dtdc. Dtdc is giving very poor service and nobody is bothered about my or my customers problems and losses. Please take up the matter with DTDC and help early delivery of material.

                                      My issue is that i had send some important documents and it was send through fast service of dtdc. It has been send on 26th sept and it was supposed to deliever on 28th sept.
                                      The package was delievered but i m unaware to whom it was delievered, since the the person from dtdc also has called to the receiver whose name was mentioned. They confirmed his presence but they gave it in the receiption of which we were unaware they didnt even call the receiver again when they were delievering. The call was done around 12 on 28th and they delievered it around 5 pm without informing the receiver.

                                      So you guys just expalin why do i send it in fast service some urgency was their what s this pathetic way of service, this is not at all acceptable from a well renowned courier service.

                                        they gave me dublicate challan of DTDC, i wont be able to track of my product.
                                        they wont respond my calls .
