2. Even after attending after 1000 tries, No proper response
3. The containment Tracking Number: B36339094 Arrived at DTDC APEX 'HYDERABAD SURFACE APEX, HYDERABAD at 11:01AM, but failed to deliver to us (the customer) even same day.
4. Please deliver this package immediately as we have already booked the test lab to perform the testing of our components and we are going to loose lot of money and faith as it is very important deliverable for us.

The above shippment was booked on 21-sep-2016, and we have contacted customer care, booking center, warrangal branch and all we get is "parcel is missing"

On average we booked around 130-140 parcel every month in dtdc, avenue road, bangalore branch, average, 2-3 parcel will be missing or damage every month and because of this we have tried to explain the booking branch and customer care repeatedly but it seems none of them or bothered about their customer issues, and all they want is money.

Regards to customer service, it has gone to toss

When we speak at booking center, they just say we have passed the messages to concerned department and we cannot do much more than, our job is to book and not to take care of parcels until it is delivered and if you want please go and check on your own.

!!! what is this? is this is what you guys care of your customers?

Above is my mail id, if someone is bothered in dtdc company i want you guys to contact me and resolve the issue, else i'm ready to waste time on this and file a suit on consumer court.

Because this is happening from last 8 months but seems no one is bothered, so let me make you to bother now..

In gondia city i had booked 1 parcel on date of 17th oct 16. But Parcel not deliver till time . When i am trace that parcel. Dtdc online system they show booked date 18th oct 16. This thing happen evry time please take action. And still they not deliver Dtdc pepole said to me ho jayega na kahi bhage ja raha hai kya. This type language use to that bloody people . Please take action on that courier service

I have used DTDC Currier service on 27th June 2016 to send my parcel. Consignment number # B30332146 which is not delivered because they were unable to locate the delivery address. This status was updated on 11th July 2016.

I can completely understand that it happens but I am shocked that I didn't receive any call from DTDC regarding my Consignment status. When I tracked online and got to know that my Parcel has be returned to Gottigere DTDC service provider. I asked them to kindly return my package but that fellow is giving such excuses that I will be coming by today tomorrow and bla bla. when I said leave it just tell me where are you I can come to collect my package after that his number is coming switched off.

I raised my complain to DTDC on 24th August but they didn't respond to my e-mail. I have done several follow ups but no respond.

I request you to kindly help me.

आपको अवगत कराना है कि मैंने दिनांक 14.10.2016 को एक कोरियर नहान(हिमाचल प्रदेश) हेतु आपके जे.वी. जैन डिग्री काॅलेज, सहारनपुर-247001 स्थित दफ्तर में श्रीमान प्रवीन जी को सौंपा था तथा उसकी प्राप्ती रसीद प्राप्त की थी। जिसका No. Z05749875 उनके 40 रुपये मांगने पर मैंने उन्हें रुपये भी दे दिये थे। मैंने उनसे यह भी पूछा था कि यह कोरियर कब तक नहान पहुंच जायेगा। तब उन्होंने कहा था कि या तो कल या परसो यह कोरियर वहां पहुंच जायेगा। तब मैं सन्तुष्ट होकर वहा से चला आया।
परन्तु आज दिनांक 19.10.2016 तक भी कोरियर अपने पते पर नहीं पहुंच पाया है। जब मैंने श्रीमान प्रवीन जी से इस बाबत पूछा तो वह कोई संतोषजनक जवाब देने की बजाये मुझ से बदतमीजी करने लगे।
उस लिफाफे में मेरे भाई के शादी के कार्ड हैं शादी की रस्म मंढा भी 20.10.2016 यानी कल का है। ऐसी स्थिति में मैं अधिक टेंशन में आ गया हूं। मेरे निमंत्रण पत्र मेरे रिश्तेदारों को आज तक नहीं मिले हैं।
अगर मुझे यह बताया गया होता की मेरा कोरियर आज तक भी डिलीवर नही होगा तो मैं कुछ और व्यवस्था कर लेता।
आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा मुझे भ्रमित किया गया है जिससे मैं मानसिक तौर पर परेशानी में हूं।
कुछ दिन पूर्व भी मेरे साथ ऐसा ही हो चुका है, मैंने अपनी बहन को पूना में आम आपकी कोरियर कम्पनी द्वारा भेजे थे, जिनकी कीमत मात्र 600 रूपये थी, परन्तु मैंने यह आम 1000 रूपये कोरियर पर खर्च कर इनको भेजा था। आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा मुझे बताया गया कि यह हवाई जहाज से 2 से 3 दिन में यह पूना डिलीवर हो जायेंगे। परन्तु वह कोरियर भी 10 दिन बाद वहां पहुंचा था। तब तक सभी आम सढ चुके थे।

I courier documents to state bank of patiala tirupur thamilnadu on 21st sep, 2016 from dtdc office uppal branch but the courier not delivered and the courier was return while i track online than i came to your office for my courier but your executive told me that courier not came to dtdc office uppal since last saturday. I did not expect this kind of nasty service from dtdc please return my courier asap

Above documents booked on[protected] from noida sector 48 branch have not been received by me at po - dariba, distt rajsamandh, rajasthan, so far after passing 12 days. why your service has slugished that a customer has to suffer mentaly and physically. these dtdc misdeeds should be checked seriously by company seniors. l;ease educate your courier staff about the urgency of this business. kindly get my parcel asap.

This is the second time the dtdc courier has disappointed me. The screenshot has a better way of explaining because i have the entire shipment history. It has been days that i have been tracking of the consignment when it was said to be "out of delivery" yesterday and today, however in the evening now the package is getting returned to guwahati. Its very disappointing because the shipment never ever touched noida or greater noida but was only stuck in delhi and was out for delivery. I will write an article on dtdc and also put on all the social medias along with the screenshot.

We have Sent a courier through DTDC on 14.07.16 having tracking no. P[protected] to port blair from Nasik, It shows delivered later but the thing is that it has some important documents, we ask return documents from them but the receiving department says the courier is not delivered by DTDC at that time.
so i request you to provide the delivery report for the same, as the parcel carrying very important document plz provide the delivery report for the same.

My urgent documents vide order no 86826 adhar card despatch via dtdc courier vide reference no. M27948468 has not been delivered to me inspite of availability of person 24/7 at my residence. on tracking the records it is found that a person named Rajesh has been given the delivery instead of my address being clearly mentioned with name.Kindly track the records and issue me the documents immediately since payment for the same made.

Application form was sent through dtdc services as courier to reach to a specific destination. Before handing over to the agent, it was asked and confirmed that delivery services were available to the destination. After complete reassurance by telephonic confirmation by agent the packet was handed over to dtdc for delivery. I approached dtdc as it was an emergency and the packet needed to reach before a specific date.
But the packet was not delivered. There was no delivery available at the destination and the packet was sent back to me. By God's grace and our timely intervention I was able arrange some means to collect the packet in transit and was delivered at time.
It is the worst experience with DTDC. An information that the packet could not be delivered and hence is sent back was not given by dtdc people though contact no was provided. That was expected.
Consumers approaches company like dtdc when there is emergency, fast and responsible delivery is needed as other transport services like professional couriers and Indian postal services are available. One need to understand it and be a little responsible.

My consignment has not reached me yet ( Oct 18) . I send it on Sep 2nd from Delhi and there has been no communication from DTDC to me regarding this delay in delivery or whatever the reason behind this irresponsible behaviour. I had to contact DTDC customer care executive in Cochin to know that my consignment was sent without proper documentation. The DTDC staff in Delhi did not ask anything except shipment address and made me pay the full amount. I want my consignment at the soonest and I demand full reimbursement for the delay caused.

Posted my parcel on Friday 14th Oct. Thereafter it has been more than 3 days and still it has not reached its destination. People will not cooperate with you no matter what. Very poor service. Not happy at all. We tried to track the parcel through SMS.
But we got a very odd response that the parcel is out for delivery.
Very bad. Will not recommend it to anyone

My courier is not deliver to me and its shows on u r site is delivered... It delivers on wrong adress and u delivery boy dint call me during delivery am very disagree with this on this courier my important document is there and some money also there... So any how i want my courier otherwise i will clame it from comapny...
Whrn i complaint to the custmer care they dont give proper reply and hold my call for 10 mint and this custmer care no is paible so they just harris the people plz take some action about this matter

Dear sir i sent a parcel from kolkata to bangalore on 29th sep, 2016...but recipient can not get it...it is very unfair...my consignment no is--K90212855...i am helpless..i continuously called customer care but they didn't respond..what can i do???i have been suffered from a heavy financial loss...i lodged a complain.they send a complain no[protected]..pls look into the matter as early as possible...

My mom gave a parcel on 12th october 2016, consignment no.
E73015469, from kolkata which was promised to be delivered on 14th october at my office in bangalore. They charged rs.1240 for the delivery. Today 17th october ended and still i didn't get the parcel. It was highly charged for prime service and still no service. Today the spoke person whose contact number is [protected] spoke very abusively and in an ill mannered way. The spoke person denied to take any responsibility for dtdc services, instead was blaming dtdc bangalore branch abusively. I am totally disappointed and would definitely say dtdc is the worst courier service. They should learn how to treat customers. The behaviour of the spoke person was worst and totally ill mannered. They should teach their representatives how to talk to customers as today's spoke person insulted me and my parents over phone. I want serious actions against the spoke person and the company and want my money back along with my parcel.

I have booked one consignment with # V32998590 on date 12-OCT-2016 from DTDC center MANIKONDA HYDERABAD.
Each and every detail as from whom to where it should go was provided on the same day and the payment was done.
Since 16-OCT-2016, i started to track the consignment and for my surprise it has not yet left the HDERABAD. It has to go to North Delhi.
The track detail is in a cycle, it shows like
Shipment arrived at MALAKPET, then from MALAKPET it arrived at GACHIBOWLI and from Gachibowli it arrived at Uppal.
the next day it Starts from Uppal and arrives at MALAKPET, GACHIBOWLI and UPPAL.
I tried to call them just for 45 times but no one bother to pick or answer the call. the customer care[protected] picks and hang up 7-8 times. The guys sitting at email id not care to reply though i just emailed them 8 times.
The worst service provider is playing a dirty game with customers by charging unnecessary amount and not shipping the consignment. In 6 days when it has not left the HYDERABAD, i wonder if in this decade or in this century it will reach to Delhi. Its a shame on DTDC that they not even picks up customer call or email reply.

Consigment number d30750399, started on 4/10/14, from madurai
It should be reached in my name bhavna khubnani, in mumbai-95 india, but it already more than 13 days happened, and i haven't got my parcel.
I paid extra for urgent delivery, but now when i called them they are unable to track my courier and now they are not even picking up the phone.
I suffered from heavy financial loss because of this and even suffered mentally too to track things up.

Dear sir, A parcel was sent to me from vishakapatnam on 28 September 2016 to my place in aurangabad. its a month nearing now but the product has not been received by me. my Parcel ID number is C70205284. I tried calling the DTDC staff in aurangabad but response was atrocious. They never respond to my call and always claim its been delivered. Please look into the matter as early as possible .

I am Mohd Irfan Khan I sent my document from Gurgaon to Aligarh (UP) through DTDC on 6th October 2016 when I am tracking the status of my courier it is showing out for delivery on 8th October 2016 but it is still not received.
I don't know what kind of pathetic services DTDC is proving.
The tracking ID is "Z00820844".
I have contacted the customer care & wrote 3 emails with the reminders but still no response from DTDC courier services.
I am helpless & don't know whom to contact.
If I will not receive my courier in 2 days then definitely I will move to the consumer court.
