I have sent a package through DTDC plus on 07/09/16 and I was promised and given words that it will be reaching the destination on 08/09/16 by 11.30 AM. I have been checking the status from the DTDC website with the help of my consignment number which is V31595256 but there was no update from their side. I also lodged a complaint though writing them via E-Mail but it is still pending and no revert since 5 days have been received and no solution from past one week has been provided to me. Case Number[protected], is still pending and no solution has been provided yet.
That package was very much Urgent and it required to reach its destination on or before 10/09/16 and since there is no update I am unaware about my package and also I am worried about the package as was for the Ministry of Broadcast and NFDC, Mumbai.

I request the authorities to take strict action against the ignorance on the part of DTDC for not taking care to inform the sender about the package and not updating about it.

I had sent a consignment which is a insurance document through DTDC amruthahalli franchisee. Even after 6days is not reached. I had tried calling thier customer service no, but there is no response. Later i had tried franchisee land line ph no, but the response is same, I tried mobile no of franchisee who received my phone after 2 days of continuos calling and he consfirmed that he will check and respond, later he is not receiving my calls at all.
There is no customer service and ethics at all with this company, Franchise people response is also poor. I request people to avoid this Courier service...

My courier contained one greeting card and one cosmetic item. When the shipment was received its packing was tampered and the cosmetic item was missing from the box. I also noticed that the courier went out for delivery on 14th September 2016 but was delivered on 16th September 2016.

The worth of Missing cosmetic item is Rs. 350 and as it was a gift for my mother I want a strict action.

This mail has reference to your Docket No Z00493742 which was booked from Udaipur on 10.09.2016 for Agra Destination. As Per DTDC track record the said consignment reached at Agra, But the said consignment was not delivered without any reason till 16.9.2016 noon. After various calls and Follow up with courier Partners at Udaipur and Agra Finally the Product got delivered on 16.9.2016 but to our surprise in a total damaged Condition. DTDC Courier charged us for door delivery without any delay service and assured us to deliver the Packet in Proper condition . We followed all the packaging guidelines with Fragile Sticker, Handle with care and well Packed in 5Ply Hard Cardboard. Because of DTDC negligence and wrong attitude towards customers, we have experience a very poor and bad services from a reputed Courier organization like DTDC.
If you don't bother your clients, Why you take the responsibilities. Above all this is the second instance and DTDC courier partner does not reply on phone calls and Pass useless comments to customer. The consignment was to be delivered anyhow by September, 12 . We have sent this packet through courier company not to Govt post office with expectation that the packet will be delivered on time and in Proper Condition, but of no vain.
This is the second instance and I am sorry to say that there is no cooperation from the DTDC team .They out rightly reject the claims without any refund. We want our refund bearing the cost Price of our Product worth Rs.1000 and Courier Charges of Rs.180.
Despite of various calls at Udaipur and Agra head office No action has been taken. Especially there is no cooperation from Udaipur DTDC ( Ajay : +91- [protected]) and Agra DTDC ( +91- [protected]) is highly disappointing. Please take this issue as a serious issue and inform to courier services how to talk with customer.
We are a reputed company and your delay in services hurt our brand image. We hope you take necessary steps .

I shipped a parcel on 06/09/2016 and paid them Rs 266 for delivering it to Mumbai from Hyderabad. The branch was DTDC Borabanda, Hyderabad. Last ten days I am trying to contact them no body is responding and no status of my parcel. He promised me to deliver it in only 1 day. Tried reaching to the same branch several times but all the time the shutter was closed. It was a very important parcel that was needed to be delivered very urgently but no status as of now.

I am a jewellery company and was running a contest. DTDC took my package for delivery, an i-phone first prize.
We mentioned the exact price on the package and even told the delivery guy. He said no problem

They didn't deliver it for 3 weeks. The tracking number showed no progress of the package. On continuos chasing, they were able to locate and now asking 1500 for returning it.

They are harassing and blackmailing. Instead of paying fine themselves for the loss we had to face, they are asking for penalty.
They holding our product as leverage

I did Re-Courier of my Parcel or Product with Snapdeal's Return Form attached on it. But DTDC Courier Service not delivered My Parcel yet. The Consignment was to be delivered from Agra to Gurgaon at Snapdeal's Warehouse in Gurgaon. When I'm tracking the Consignment with Consignment No. D29985447 the status is showing at Hero Honda Chowk in Gurgaon which is nearly 100 Meters far from Snapdeal's Warehouse but DTDC is avoiding to deliver my Consignment or Parcel. I'm requesting to take a Strong and Appropriate Step to serve best services to DTDC'S Customers. DTDC always deliver customer's parcel or consignment very late or doesn't deliver rarely.

I Have ordered a cosmetic from one of the online store and they sent me it on[protected] when i tried to track my order the destination in it is showing me wrong as i have booked it for Khammam-507002 but its showing me the destination as vijayawada. I have filed a complaint against it and the case number is 03282692 the customer care numbers are not at all working as i can hear only long rings but no one answers my call. I had very bad experience with DTDC Courier service. I have dispatched the consignment on 31st Aug 16 from Gurgaon to Bangaore. POD No. Z92146715. I was small packet in white color envelop and there was some important paper of bank which we have courier in Bangalore in SEA College but till 5th Sept the status was not updated. I and my family was following - up with them continuously however after lost of follow-up i didn't get any proper response. I was in touch with Varun Madabhushi in Bangalore. He tried to find the courier but could not found. In last he said my courier has been lost from their end and he will be refunding me the amount back.

Do let me know what action has to be taken on this. i want my courier back any how.

This is to notify that a parcel was dispatched from delhi to Ahmedabad on 10/9/16. It's 15/9/16 today. I have frantically trying to locate my parcel. After 8 phone calls, I finally found where my parcel is. On calling the person concerned, he said "we do not deliver it until we have 3-4 deliveries in the same locality". "There are dogs in your houses which bite our delivery person". "It's a no service zone". I told him he could called me as the parcel had my contact number. He started shouting on the phone and told me come and collect it yourself.
What kind of service is this. He has the parcel with him since two days and is not bothered to deliver it, nor call me to inform. This is not the way big courier companies work. I am highly disappointed with the services.
Kindly learn from the local courier companies how to work and give services. And learn how to talk to customers. Dtdc charges a bomb to take couriers. After paying so much, I don't think this is expected.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number P37574318 on 9 September 2016 at your Shivajinagar branch. And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past few months. But this time it was a big letdown.

I booked a courier on premium express post v31818538 dated 12th september 2016 for bangalore and paid rs 250 towards it. It should have reached yesterday itself but till today the tracking shows that the courier has only reached bangalore hub today.

There is no intimation from the service provider for the delay as well. There is no point in charging extra when you cannot provide the service you promised. This is deceiving the people by charging premium rate when the courier is actually going as normal parcel.

This complaint is regarding DTDC consignment K88864901. The item is not delivered yet. The item was booked on 29th August and after 15 days the item is not delivered.

Give complaints many times and did not recieve any response.

Also I tried thousands of calls on the below office of DTDC but no response from there .

Whats wrong? How I shall get my stuff deliver?

DTDC has failed to deliver my courier to hyderabad. The tracking number is B36127631. It was sent to Hyderabad from Bangalore on 8th Sep 2016. Today is 13th Sep 2016. Even if i had gone on bike to Hyderabad, i would have got the courier delivered. The courier status shows that the receiver has shifted and it has been undelivered. What is receiver shifted meaning?

This complaint is regarding DTDC consignment K90219766, I have never received the item, but the website shows it got delivered to me on 8th Sept 2016, i have continously checked the website and it showed out for delivery since 8th Sept till 12 Sept afternoon, and suddenly on 12th Sept afternoon it showed thet item got delivered on 8th sept.

How is it possible ??????.

#NEVER EVER COURIER THROUGH DTDC#

I've couriered parcel through DTDC (Noida Branch, Reference # Z[protected] last week on Monday (5th Sep. 2016) with an assurance given that it will be delivered in 2 - 3 days. While I was being charged INR 400 for the service; I clearly informed agency person & even wrote on the parcel that it has got Prasaad inside and should not get delayed else it would be spoiled in transit before it reach itself.

Today, it is the 8th day and the courier is still not delivered and the status on their website is still unchanged from the last 4 - 5 days. I've been making calls to almost everyone in DTDC (Noida, Delhi and Ludhiana) but there is no accountability and ownership from top to bottom. Jammu DTDC number is never reachable or mobile number given by customer care is switched off.

Surprisingly the DTDC branch people from Noida are instead calling person expected to receive this courier in Jammu (customer) and asking to go & visit the DTDC branch in Jammu Tawi to inquire & collect the courier. When I got to hear this from receiver I was shocked since I was doing continuous follow-up with these people here in Noida. Pathetic customer service one could ever expect from a courier company.

I want strict action to be taken against these irresponsible people for such bad customer experience and playing with people emotions, sentiments and other sanctity despite paying huge them high courier charges.

DTDC which we presume to be one of the best courier service throughout India. I am flabbergasted with the response which I have got from them while I dial 20 numbers to reach them.
I want to understand the huge amount of contact numbers which are available over there website but none of them work. They are either '"temporarily out of service" or "Busy". I am trying to connect to the courier people since 3 hours but with no luck.

Tomorrow is my Husbands' birthday, so one of my friend has bought out some time from the busy lives so as to present something for my Husband. Presuming and assuming that DTDC would be the quickest means to send it. He had booked it on 7th Sept, which is and ideal time to courier anything to reach for a span of 580 kms.

My problem over here is NOT that the parcel is not reaching on time but I want to know how and whom to contact when I want to the exact status of the parcel. In the track my oder link I am only able to see it has reached Ahmadabad. But please feel some need to have a contact number mentioning whom can we contact to at this point incase the delivery wont be possible. It only tells me that the delivery will not be possible at my address. Why cant you know this before taking the courier. How can you not inform the people about it.

My case is still pending I have raised a case on 23rd June with case number 02663743. and new case number 02737234. Till today I didn't get any proper response from you, I received damaged parcel and many things are missing, I already contacted to my source Dtdc center they have sent a mail to the head branch also, my parcel is around 13 kg, I received only 9 kg of my parcel, many things are missing, I called to the customer care 50 times and I called to source Dtdc center they told me to they will get back to me, but no one is get back to me till now, and they are not picking my call also. and each time when i am calling to the dtdc, i need to explain everyone from the starting, they are not responding me no call back no response for my email nothing, i really pissedoff dtdc service.

Hi, bhagyashri here. I sent a birthday present as cargo courier from DTDC Morigaon, assam on 3rd September, 2016. They promised it will take 2 days to reach the destination hyderabad. Paid the bill accordingly. However, till today the package has not reached. It was a present for my brother. I am sure to legally sue dtdc for the stupid service. Everytime i call the dtdc agency they give me stupid reasons and fail to even provide me with the tracking details. If the package is lost or misplaced then i will make sure to screw dtdc service in india.
