These Theives Just Lost My Rs. 17000/- Worth Parcel which I sent from Bangalore to Jhalawar, Rajastan.
My Counterpart told me the Delivery Boy of #DTDC of Jhalawar Rajastan is a Theif, there are lot of Complaints against them that they have lost lot of items of DTDC.
DTDC India has given a Simple Reason that the item is lost During Transit. What an Excuse!!!
They told me why I didn't get the Insurance, What the Hell, your #DTDC booking agency didn't inform me about that..
My Friends please stop using this Theives courier Services, Please share with your friends, collegues, offices, everyone whom you know.
Please help me get back my Product or refund from #DTDC.

Mohd ishaq here wd like to bring ur attention about the services offered by u in kanpur.. so fr as i m personnaly the victim o[censored]r service. U were supposed to deliver a docket bearing no "X19080743''. It was on priority and still DTDC fail to deliver it on time, when contacted on bangalur no. No body picked up d phone even after 101 calls. Finally i searched the local numbers of dtdc kanpur online, there are lots of no's mentioned but no body will respond to u and the 1 who will respond will tl u that he has left the job or he dont hv any info abt the product and this will b d extra money u will spend on calling these fake numbers. Finally i searched there office in harris market, siddhart compound in kanpur cantt. And found ma docket there, Mr himant casually told that he had no guys to deliver that is y the docket is still in offic, when contacted the branch manager he was silent and seems to me that he too does not bother. Atlast they told sorry, but sorry is not the solution if customer does suffer bcoz o[censored]. So i want u to look into the matter and respond me bck. Further i had spend nw extra bcoz o[censored]r mistake i had to cl lots of ppl, i had to burn xtra petrol and moreover my time. So i want the refund of all these processess..

I send a documents through dtdc courier service from Kolkata to benagluru
and my tracking id D29222734 but 8days over now or nobody can contact me or reply on my calls. I call more than 100 times KOLKATA TO BENAGLURU courier customer care numbers but nobody attend my calls or after 4 to 5 calls landline number out of service that means dtdc couriee staff dont care about our parcels or courier. I track my couier regular since 3RD SEPETEMBER 2016 but status shiw me same messages on screen. Parcel dispatced for delivered after 10 days?? Or intransit staus show me since 1st September. Now i dont undertand why government dont action on that type worst courier companies?? Pleaae solve my issue otherwise i lodge my complaint in consumer forum or other interent platform complaint platfirms.

My consignment no Z99011115 is lying there in your delivery centre from the past four days and everytime when I call your Pune delivery centre they told me that it will get delivered in the evening.

I haven't received from them as yet. What a poor service by your executive.
Request you to please resolve this matter and get my consignment deliver as soon as possible.

On 3rd Sep Saturday I couriered a product from one of your outlet located @ dwarka mor New Delhi . Tracking ID - Z98559589 .
The order was to be delivered Vasant Kunj . New Delhi. The person there told me that it will be delivered by Monday . When not received on given time I thought to trace it online . To my surprise the order was shipped to Bhiwandi maharashtra as you can find the screenshot below . Now how is it possible . A packet to be delivered in delhi reaches bhiwandi . Whats this?
I contacted the same outlet in morning today and there is no positive revert till now . The person who took the money and did everything MR ANAND, contact no [protected] actually said that " You have just given us money and not purchased us " .
The courier was to be deliverd on 5th Sep and today is friday . There is no revert till now from anyone . I am calling the outlet time and time again . Sometimes there's no response and when the pick they just talk in bad manner .

I would suggest nobody to use DTDC as it's customer service is worse and the best part is that after doing wrong things still they would not talk in good manner .
Imagine a product to be delivered to delhi gets delivered to someone in Bhiwandi maharashtra .
This is really [censored] and no response from anyone till now

That courier was an DD huge amount, for a client, this courier was handed over to delivery person on 7th morning for deliver and status was out for deliver from 7th sept morning, were was not delivered to me. in spite of continuous follow up and address guidance, the delivery person delivered it to a wrong person and answered irresponsibly. why cant these guys have a delivery guy who know the local area or take guidance from others or listen to the courier correspondent.

The courier was sent on 29th aug and on tracking shows out for delivery from 3rd sept 2016, however, the receiver haven't yet received it. the customer care people are not responding to calls and once they attended call they gave other contact numbers which are apparently not of dtdc. i am just curious to know by when can i expect to get the shipment delivered to its destination. its a very urgent shipment and was informed to me that it will reach in couple of days. its been over 10 days now... how should i proceed further? who will bear the cost of delay as the shipment was urgent and has to be utilized further for some important work?

Our ranaghat branch of dtdc courier service is very bad.. Our students study material is not receive our centre. We inform ranaghat dtdc courie. Again and again we inform he but he not steps for this courier.. Please steps as soon as possible..

I sent a courier from chennai to trichy on sep 1, 2016.courier didn't deliver till now.i called to nearest office.they told, they delivered some other place.actually, i mentioned correct address.i asked nearest customer service, their behavior very worst, there is no response. in your courier service, all people are like that only.if customer is asking something means, they have to response properly, but they are lethargically answering.sorry for say this, they irritated very lot.hereafter, please be responsible for customer items.

Its a shameful act of DTDC that a courier is booked on 19th August, 2016 for Ludhiana and that has not yet delivered at Ludhiana (screenshot of courier tracking attached). If you are being asked by the courier person to provide the DELIVERY RUN-SHEET SCANNED Copy of the delivery as the proof of delivery, and you are unable to provide so. This clearly shows the courier has not been delivered yet at Ludhiana.

Can you let us know the reasons for this so long delay?? Also do send the DELIVERY RUN-SHEET SCANNED Copy on urgent basis for the COURIER Number Z99791197.

Want to complain about the delivery gentleman named Bala, he calls me and says to pick up the courier to the point in the highway which is about 2 km from my place after saying that I am not in town please delivery it to my house he says just to dilever one parcel I can't come to your village I will send it tomorrow. And cuts through please take appropriate action on him for your upcoming of the company

I send a Courier of ANI Technologies Pvt.Ltd on 31/08/2016 as urgent basis with the pay extra money to DTDC Courier from Varanasi to Banglore .Some official papers and Electronic bills was in the poket.But after the lot of tracking and calling i could not track my courier till 07/09/2016.After that local employee of DTDC Couriers Misbehave to me and not a given a single information about my courier.

Very bad service, never expected this service from dtdc. You have literally taken my item and not responding. I have emailed you so many times and there is no update. You have also closed my ticket as resolved. My item is pending since 2 weeks, and your website is showing it has been delivered to wrong person. When i call the wrong person, he said he has not got any items and infact his item is also pending. What kind of service is this. There is no reply to my emails or phone calls. You guys a very careless. I need response asap or else i will lodge a complaint to court. Z98216438 is my consignmnt number.

We have sent a courier from delhi to chennai on[protected] but it was not delivered till[protected], it has got some urgent documents but from[protected] onwards it is showing out for delivery and it is yet not delivered till[protected]. Irrespective of numerous calls and follow up there is no help.
It had some sensitive documents which was important for final tender. We lost this tender because of dtdc. We have got a loss of rs 25.0 lacs. Is there any way we can teach a lesson to these guys.

I have a parcel sent from cuttack, odisha to bangalore, karnataka on 30th of august. Though the delivery time was maximun 4 days, till date it couldnt happen. And wrong status update is being given like wrong address/ receiver rescheduled etc. No one did give a call and the customer care is also not pickingup the call, tried calling on all numbers.

Hi, This is Tarun Chhabra. I am expected to receive a package booked via DTDC courier AWB no. M34236978 on 25th August. But still i havent received the package. Package has been sent back where as no body tried contacting me. I have logged a complaint on Customer support but i am waiting for response since last one week. Customer support reference no. ref:_00D90vrqD._500901P96W1:ref.

I tried calling DTDC Delhi & Mumbai customer care but no body picks up the call. This is really Hell kind of service from DTDC. Really pathetic all i can say.

I AM REALLY PISSED OFF WITH THE KIND OF SERVICE DTDC IS OFFERING. TO ME THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN THEIR BUSINESS IF THEY CAN'T EVEN PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hello Sir/Mam,

I send gift item to my uncle to West Bengal. From DTDC Office of Plot No.250, Opp. Mewar University, Sector 2C, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012.

First they didn't check my delivery pin code care fully, That DTDC services not available on that location.

We use courier services coz we have to send our consignment quickly to there. My consignment back to me from given office address after 25 days.

They refuse to back my money I pay for. If you can't send my consignment you should back my money or you should tell me before take responsibility.

Please do not use DTDC Services!
