B33572655 is de tracking id of my consignment. The tracking report said it was delivered on 16 th without any receivers signature. But the concerned person hasnt recieved any courier. I tried calling the customer care n no. Of times finally i was able to reach the service. They gave the recieved branch no. Wen i called them they gave me yanam branch no. To which i called. After i made the call he delivered the courier on 22 nd of this month. Without even delivering how can they update the status delivered.if only i wouldnt have called the courier would have never made it to the concerned person.this kind of service is very bad n makes me not to trust your courier service again.plz take the necessary action.

I have sent two couriers on 19th Aug, 2016 from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to Lucknow (UP) and Shahjahanpur (UP), the lady sitting at the DTDC office in Arora Shoppers complex, Shakti Khand-II, Indirapuram committed me that both my consignments will be delivered today, i.e. 22nd Aug, 2016 before 5 PM. When i am checking the status of my consignments online, the consignment of Shahjahanpur is sent to Saharanpur (incorrect city) and the other sent to Lucknow is also undelivered. When i have made the call at the office today, the lady is saying, it won't be delivered today and the other sent to incorrect city will also reach in some days at correct address. The consignments sent were time bounded packets which needs to be delivered by 22nd Aug, 2016. The lady in the office is asking me to take my money back and also yelling at me. Is this the service DTDC is offering to their customers.

Pathetic service by DTDC, I would never suggest any one to go for DTDC service.
every time when my courier reach to their office they call me to collect from their instead of deliverying at my home (they even dont take time to find address)and they are very rude people.
my courier is stucked in their office since 3-4 days still they are not giving it to me.
i have sent mail to customer support but still did not get any reply.
hope somebody will read this will get back to me.

On dated 4 july 2016, i gave my parcel to dtdc, bhilai, chattisgarh and the destination to reach was "xerion retail pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon"
Even after passing one month, my parcel not reached at destination and even your dtdc area manager chattisgarh is not responding to my call. Its very bad service and very panic for me.

Very irresponsible, pathetic, worst and ashamed service by dtdc. See what happened with me.

I have ordered a mobile screen digitizer from maxbhi.com website. They shipped the courier on 16th august by dtdc, from jhandewalan (New delhi) to amrapali empire, near abes engineering college (Ghaziabad) which is just 27km distance.

The courier was delivered by dtdc from jhandewalan at 16th august and reached to ghaziabad hub next day on17th august which is not more than 5 - 6 km away from my place.

Today 21 august is over and still courier is at the ghaziabad hub at the same place where it was on 17th august. What they are doing with the courier from the past 5 days at the same place.

2 days back at 19th august i have called to dtdc office to ask why they are not delivering the courier from ghaziabad hub to my home. They are asking about my consignment number, name, address, what is inside the courier and so many nonsense questions which already they have and at last said ok i will update it and the courier will reach you by tomorrow.

Now i don't understand what should i do with these crap, annoying dtdc company. I am facing this type of problem 3rd time with dtdc. They are running a company but no one is responsible for the delivery of the courier.

If any one from dtdc is reading this. Why are you running this type of crap company and making people fool by charging them for the delivery of the courier on time. When will i receive my courier that is still stucked at ghaziabad hub from 17th august to today 21st august and still undelivered. Who is responsible for the delivery of the courier.

I have sent the important as well valuable documents having consignment no-k87804598 on 12.08.16 to cuttack from haldia (W. B) by paying extra amount for safe as well as quick delivery of my parcel. But it is very unfortunate as well as care less of dtdc courier that till today parcel is undelivered at the given address.

So due to this negligence /care less as well as cheating nature of dtdc courier i have lost so many things as well as facing lots of problem.
So for that loss/problem dtdc courier should compensate as soon as possible to minimize my loss other wise i will go for legal complain/consumer complain against dtdc courier.

I wish to bring your notice towards your pathetic service.

On 16th of august, i booked a courier with consignment # v30697186 from greenfield colony, faridabad franchise to bhopal, m. p.. i was communicated that it will be delivered on 18th by max. when i checked on 18th, it was not delivered at given address. when i contacted the person in franchise, mr jitender spoke to me very harshly and rudely and ask me to take back the money and he will stop the courier. somehow, i managed to get the delhi\ncr head ms\mrs priya but she also not responding at all.

Now, the situation is that even 4 days courier has not been delivered on address and no one is here to inform us where actually it is. i have a very bad experience with your courier service where no one cares about the customer.

Courier service of jiaganj/murshidabad branch is not delevered the courier properly...unnecessarry retained the courier.for 4 /5days...and the behave of the representive of dtdc courier is badly... i also paid for the courier to reach the right time...but some people like this is very disturbing...no courier supply to this end in time...also i says many time to delivered right time..but he dont

We have send a consignment via dtdc courier dated-16/7/16 to tripura, the consignment was firstly wrongly couriered to madhurai (Tiripur), after speaking with the salem office, we have asked it to returned the consignment at source place (I. E-at venfone office), but instead of sending to mumbai it was resend to kokatta hub, we are trying our best to coordinate at your juinagar (Navi mumbai) dtdc hub, but there is no response from their side. Pls help us retrieve our consignment.

I send a documents through dtdc courier service from new delhi to jaipur and my tracking id z94257659 but 4 days over now or nobody can contact me or reply on my emails and calls. I call more than 40 times jaipur to new delhi courier customer care numbers but nobody attend my calls or after 4 to 5 calls landline number out of service that means dtdc couriee staff dont care about our parcels or courier. I track my couier regular since 17 aug 2016 but status shiw me same messages on screen. Parcel dispatced for delivered after 4 days?? Or intransit staus show me since 17 aug. Now i dont undertand why government dont action on that type worst courier companies?? Pleaae solve my issue otherwise i lodge my complaint in consumer forum or other interent platform complaint platfirms.

I have booked motog earphones through ebay on 14/08/16. I have got a message that shipment has been processed through dotzotwith tracking number[protected] it is showing that product is out for delivery in vijayawada but from morning i have called several dtdc branches no one has responded i can't understand whether beings r working or dogs are working i'm dtdc. I want to file a complaint on dtdc through legal and in social networks if i didn't get response for this complaint with in 24 hours

I sent a parcel (H[protected] via dtdc on 13th aug from hyderabad to chennai under lite express service.. Was told it would reach by 17th aug but the tracker shows it is still (Even today 20th) in the chennai hub and there has been no communication to either parties over the delay. I mailed dtdc customer support and there was no response from them either - still waiting on that. I called the below numbers - dtdc hyd:[protected], dtdc chennai:[protected], dtdc madhapur, hyd (From where i sent the parcel):[protected]/ [protected] and there has been no response from them/nobody picked the calls.
Please let me know to whom this can be escalated. The corporate email ids have not been given and the customer support numbers are inaccurate. The parcel needs to be delivered in chennai as requested asap else i need a full refund along with the parcel. This is very poor unprofessional service esp given the money spent sending it.

My sister send a courier consists of rakhi and other stuff. I didn`t received my rakhi when i called the helpdesk, they said we do not have this courier number registered (B[protected] and when i again called, they are not picking up my phone. Please help.

I p. sneha used services of dtdc for sending a parcel (weight - 250 gm) to hydrabad from raipur (pod no – m[protected]. the service was utilized on 4th august 2016.

The courier reached my home on 10th august. i sent a rakhi and a new fastrack watch worth rs.3200 which was kept in the fastrack box and neatly gift wrapped in that courier. at the time of dispatching i informed about the items and he assured me a safe delivery. but by the courier reached my home it was tampered by dtdc staff. there is no watch in the courier. rakhi and empty fastrack box was delivered to my home. dtdc people opened that gift cover, stoled the watch and they kept the empty box and packed it. by seeing the condition of that cover it is clear that dtdc staff stealed the fastrack watch. this is what you people do to the customers trust!!!???. inspite of many couier services i choosed this thinking that it was safe...

This is purely an unethical and unprofessional act by a reputed company like dtdc, also it leaves questions on the reliability and confidentiality of products sent through your courier.

It is very heartening that such type of theft case is happening... very poor and bad service from your company. i went to the main branch but no positive response.

My Consignment no. is V30819777. I have submitted it on 13 Aug 2016 at seethammadhara DTDC center. I have paid 500 Rs for fast service and they ensured it will be delivered up to 16 Aug 2016. But it is not delivered and not traceable till now. I made lot of calls to DTDC center (Jaipur, Alwar, Vizag) but they replied it is not traceable.

I had given courier (Rakhi) to sec-50 office of dtdc on 12th aug. Courier number z99867614. It had to reach bhopal before 18th aug but it is 19th today and still it is not received.

Moreover when i track online it is showing courier is destined for rajkot (Gujrat)!!

It is so shocking, when i contacted person on 17th aug he said don't worry give me reference number i'll get it deleivered by 17th before 10 pm and now on 19th he is saying courier has reached indore. The phone number of shop keeper is [protected].

These people charge so high and this is the service they give!! So much lies in statement and in status online!!

Either give me right status or return my courier along with money!!

The incident took place today itself (19th of aug'16) (around 4:10 p. m.), i sent a greeting card to my sister in bangalore from vellore, because of some important reasons she wasn't able to pic his call, the guy then called me asking to ask her to go to the main gate of her college and receive the package as security personnel wasn't allowing him to get in the campus.
I asked him to wait for five minutes and let me look into it. my sister's phone wasn't reachable, i tried several times and then i was finally able to contact her and and inform her about the delivery of the package.
And then i called the delivery guy to let him know that my sister would be there in few minutes and request him to not to leave. but that guy behavior was so impolite.
Firstly he called me around 4:10 p. m. when its the time for him to leave, he should have called me earlier if she wasn't picking up the call or even if her phone was busy. secondly, he is misbehaving and being rude.
My phone records all of my voice calls (both incoming and outgoing) 24x7. i have the call recording too.

I happened to send my shipment from this pathetic service provider. The tracking id is #z99651486 and i booked the shipment on 05 of august 2016. As promised by the counter person on taimoor nagar, new delhi that shipment can be collected from the counter at mau nath bhanjan, up since my address was at a remote location. I was provided the mobile number ([protected]) to check that if the shipment be reached to be collected. I called up just after three days and the person told that there was no packet received. I kept calling them on fourth day and fifth day and sixth day. I received the same response of no packet received yet.
However on very next day, they told that they had returned the packet because of remote address despite getting assurance from the counter person that the shipment can be collected. What kind of services are they providing if they can't deliver the packet within the stipulated time!!!
I called up at taimoor office and the counter person fabricated a different story to prove us wrong that we did not go there to collect the packet. I don't know any person who can't collect his packet with rakhi which are sent by his dear sisters. Such a logic!!!
I am launching a complain here to just make aware not to use this pathetic courier service provider. You would be screwed up, trust me.

As on 3rd august, 2016, we have placed our courier from hanuman junction to cuddapah, andhara pradesh, courier no:h67289838. though the days are passing the courier was not yet dispatched due to negligence in dtdc in our locality. around 16 days passed but there is no delievery. so you must take some action.
