DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,
My friend booked a parcel for UNA through DTDC (Consignment no Z[protected] on 22nd July. On 23rd July it is received at Ambala Hub (Contact no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). But till now it is hold at Ambala Hub. When I call them they make new excuses everytime. I tell them if they cant deliver parcel then return it there from where it is dispatched and also return value which customer spends for zero-service....

This is Meghna Basu. I have sent a mobile phone(samsung galaxy j 5 2016 edition worth rs.13000) on 30th july through DTDC Courier(Bangalore, hopefarm branch, a lady SUNANDA was there). I havewrapped this phone with a gift wrapper, but that lady told to unwrap this as phone need to be checked..I unwrapped that phone, and filled a form with all the details like phone imei number, battery number, model number, price e.t.c. I have paid RS.420....

It has been more than 8 days since I have ordered my parcel
My parcel is at the Hadapsar centre since 5 days and no one at dtdc is bothered to deliver my parcel
I never had any problems with any other courier company

I have been trying to contact dtdc but no one picks the call rubbish company
After this incident I advice anyone reading never ever send with dtdc pls never...

I have booked a courier on 26/7/2016 from bangalore to tirunelveli but still now i dint receive the courier to my home i dont think so this ediotic are working in their concern or sleeping like a dogs, if i meet his manager or his owner i am going to sueee him mkc... The parcel with tracking no z90605461 has not been delivered yet. Plz look into the matter. They are having a very bad service. Never faced such a problem with any courier service. The courier was despatched on 8 july 2016 from haldwani but still not received in delhi. No helpline no works. Branch people not ready to help out. This is really going to be a frustrating concern for dtdc’s reputation and my patience. my family send me special box for special occasion booked my parcel on 22 july-16 and even today there is no respond, even after passed 10 days when time of delivery is 24 hours. its really frustating situation no one talking i inquired from ahmadabad they are keeping on hold for 20-25 min hold just one recorded tune we are listening like some one picked...

I send courier through DTDC service.
my booking date is 22/07/016 karimangar (v& mdl & dist) and
my receive date is 27/07/2016 mubai (india).

two days delay service they do......

Company name: horiba india pvt ltd, ground floor, new no 41. velachery road, little mount, saidapet, chennai. tel no: +[protected]. we have sent the courier on[protected] chennai to delhi. but still now not delivered the courier. that courier is very important. because all are original documents. we do not have duplicate copy. kindly find the courier as soon as possible. and acknowledge for the same....

I had courier item through DTDC but after 10 days when its not delivered I check and found its lying at same location. When I contacted they diverted matter to respective station and not responding, cutting the phone again and again which I am trying to follow-up for 5-7 days.

I have send a courier to tirunelveli from bangalore on 26th but still the courier have not reached my home, i have enquirer tirunelveli dtdc office what they are saying is we dont have frequent service for that area so we will come when we have more items to deliver, its ridiculous where you are getting more money and delay in delivery of item and no proper response, if any one sees this kindly dont go for dtdc courier waste of money waste...

I have booked pick up service (request id[protected] from bhilwara, rajasthan on dtdc.in. they said pick up will be scheduled with in 24 hrs.
Its more than 6 days but till now no one contacted from dtdc. i have tried calling dtdc office in bhilwara and jaipur, but they did not pick up the call.
I have also registered complain on dtdc customer care (case no.[protected] but that is also not answered.

This is pathetic...

Parcel consignment no z96177622 not delivered yet. I booked on 23.07.16.
No response from company... Written mail and called numbers mention on website. All are fake.

Worse experience...

I paid for door to door delivery of my motorcycle. The company promised door to door delivery, but did not deliver. Later they promised reimbursement against my travel to pick up the bike, but they did not pay later. I had to travel 60 kms to pickup my bike, where no public transport is available. Moreover it took them 3-4 weeks to get my vehicle, that too cause i accepted to pick it up...

I had sent a courier to my father in law on the 20th of July.Was a normal courier and they mentioned that it will be delivered 3-4 days.When I checked the tracking site, on Friday it was mentioned that it was out for delivery .It seems they had called my father in law and initially he had not picked up.He had given a call after 1 hour or so and the person told him that it will be delivered the next day.Instead of this, it was couriered back...

I dont know y still no one takes an action on DTDC, there is no customer care nothing no one picks the calls or no one takes the responsibility of letting us know where the courier is.

Each tracking shows different information which will not help, its a worst courier service helped by waste government.

Government should stop the services & should not allow these kind of service providers who are not even responsible...

I send a courier to some of our employee as official document. but it found address was wrong. the consignment no is k86461633. it sent on 26 the april. it shows in status returned back but still not returned back to us. its urgent. plz look in to it.

Pathetic customer service from dtdc courier

I had booked a courier at the cg road branch chembur of dtdc where in the franchise owner (mr. hitesh) himself had taken the booking bearing no “v31030459”. i did it on 16th july in their express delivery and he confirmed that the same will be delivered by 18th july from mumbai to ludhiana. when i could not see the status online on 18th july then i followed up with the branch...
