Hello,
My name is kapil ninawe, owner and artist of inkbuzz tattoo & art studio. I ordered some equipment for tattoo art which was booked by dtdc on 6th aug to deliver in pune.
Consignment came in pune on 10th aug and out for delivery on 11th aug. After this date till today 19 aug there is no any update from dtdc about package. I launched complaint in dtdc customer care but no resolution. Customer care gave me no. Pune camp office and i called them regularly 3 days. Third days they picked up call and again gave me contact no. Of delivery person who's name is mr. Sushil ([protected]). I called him so he giving me excuses like address wasn't reachable, i asked him why didn't he call me for address so he said my no. Was also not reachable.
I am worried about this because package details which every delivery person has to update online on regular basis.
As well as mr. Sushil talking very rudely like he don't have any responsibility regarding package.
I am in loss only because of package delivery is late.
I am not sure about what to do. Please suggest proper way to tackle this situation and overcome my loss.

Dtdc tracking no. K89787275 was booked on 15th aug and on 18th aug the status showed delivered. but the product was not delivered to the consignee and even their was no phone call from the courier side. and after waiting for even 24hrs there has been no response from the courier company. the customer care is also very uncooperative and even they dont pick up the phone. not expected from such an established courier company. my product is gone missing and i want my money back. how come they show false status of the delivery.

One letter was dispatched on 12/08/2016 from kolkata to asansol. Today is 19/08/2016. Till now the same has not reached at destination. Consignment number is k88916137. Sorry to say that next time onwards i will not deliver anything via dtdc if they are so irresponsible in delivering things for such a short distance. When contacted the source office, the fellow asked to check the status and he even didn't help.

On the 5th of August 2016, I had sent a parcel from AC Guards, Hyderabad to be delivered at Jamshedpur. I was advised that the parcel would reach its destination within 4 days. Today is the 13th day and still the parcel is not delivered. Upon inquiring, we are asked to come to the office and pick up the parcel in a very rude manner.
The tracking number H55179199 shows it reached Jsr office on the 12th of August yet it was not delivered till the 18th of August.

You charge more than speed post and have pathetic services. Your staffs are outright rude and do not know how to talk to customers.

My sister courier the Rakhi on 16th August 2016.
It was an DTDC PLUS SUPER FAST SERVICE. They charged 200rs for that and promised to deliver within 48 hours. Now it was more than 78 hours. This was the consignment number V32041753.

When checked with DTDC they said courier delivery boy is on leave so they are delaying in delivery. This is not fair response from them.

Kindly please raise a complaint against them.

Consignment No.Z[protected] dt.09/08/16 booked from Delhi by Mrs.P. Behera, "RAKHEE " to his beloved brother Dr.Subrajit Rout, SBI colony, Bhubaneswar.
As per the information given by your Delhi courier Service that the Consignment sent on 11/8/16 and received by your Bhubaneswar office on 12/08/16 but till 18/8/16 the consignment could not be delivered to the addressee. The consignment was detained in Bhubaneswar without effecting delivery of the same.
The important of the services of the DTDC courier is measurably failed. the importance of the booked in your courier is fully mental agony. This deficiency in service of the establishment is simply punishable. This callousness of the organization will be charged.
Please revert your reply by return mail failing which the same will be reflected in the daily news paper. on 20/8/16 without fail.
An expeditious action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.

I had booked Rakhi and a gift from Kolkata on 12 th Aug for Mumbai. The courier has not been delivered till now. I contacted the local booking office yesterday at kolkata they said will call back but they didn't. However today morning the Kolkata office gave a Mumbai office number. When contacted the Mumbai office they gave me the delivery persons number. When I contacted the delivery person he asked for the consignment number and delivery address, which promptly I messaged. However since then we have been trying to get the courier delivered. Either the delivery persons number was switched off or he did not take the calls. When he took call he said it's being delivered but till now it has not been delivered. Both the children who had sent the Rakhi and was suppose to receive it are very disappointed.

Kindly take the action against DTDC this is one of the HELL company in india

Recently i sent a courier to Delhi, name: Amith Tiwari, his Addres: Lucky PG, #402, House No 146/2A, Gali No2, Tughalakabad Extension Kalkaji - New Delhi – 110019, this courier deliveried the product to other person and they not updated his mobile number and other details in tracking status, now they are telling we are not responsible for your product we deliveried to correct address. but they didnt deliveried to right person because of this i lost my mobile and money both, and it customer service also worst they are not responding properly to customer.

I had sent a rakhi to my brother in hyderabad. Despatched on 5/8/16. On follow-up it was stated to have been delivered on 8/8/16. Plz note courier takes more than speed post! On enquiry with my brother, it had not been delivered to him. I called new thippasandra franchise from where i had despathched. They gave me hyderabad, bowenpally, dullapally, kompally and also n number of phone numbers, three of which were switched off. Ashok, vijaya, sunil and finally rekha... So many people contacted with no response. They promised to call back with update but till today, it has not been delivered. What use after raksha bandhan is over???

This is in reference to CN No: Z94547938 dated 12.8.16.The courier contained Rakhi and has not been delivered till today i.e.18.8.16.I selected your courier company thinking to be the best but very disappointed.The courier wasfor Greater Noida by DTDC COURIER.

The parcel should be immediatly because recever is waiting for its way

As above mention consignments i had send via below mention courier on dated 12 aug'16 but both consignments not been delivered yet actual delivery date committed by him on 13 aug'16.

Regarding second consignment i got call on 17 aug'16 ([protected]) & executive told me, we will not delivering consignment on your address if you want delivery visit their office & distance between is 50 km.

Both consignments are rakhees & sending purpose was rakshabadhan but both consignments has not delivered yet so why playing with customer's emotion from dtdc.

I parceled 2 products on 16/8/16. Via dtdc couriers with extra courier charges for faster delivery. Amount rs 230 for each. Regular delivery cost was rs 90. Inspite of this, product not yet delivered. Tracking is :v32241670 and v32241671. Wen contacted no proper reply given. Kindly help in this to take action against courier services for making false promise.

On tuesday evening courier is booked from tadepalligudem to hyderabad. It reached hyderabad hub at 10:33, from hub it forwarded to facility at 2:47. But till now i e., thursday morning 11:00 i didn't get it & when i called to dtdc kothaguda branch they are talking very irresponsibly & they don't even have patience to answer calls

This courier company takes more than a week to deliver couriers between cities that are like 1000 km apart. Adding on to the worst service the customer service people here never pick up the calls neither they reply to mails.
Biggest mistake of life.
It would have been better if i would have gone for indian post. Bad company and bad services. I hope i could go to court to pull them into it for cheating customers.

Complain mental harsh case with 5 lakh of penalty....
