Consignment number is F09837795 send from chennai to patiala on the 20June and the courier is missing and very conveniently the company officials do not attend calls nor do they reply to mails and are least bothered about delivery of consignment.I have no idea where the consignment is and need information urgently but no one responds from the company

I want bring your kind noticed, one parcel of this Docket no V30087549 has been shipped from Hyderabad from one of our customer, but the status is showing In dtdc that its delivered to us "but we did not got the parcel " and we have confirmed nearby dtdc franchisee but they said they don, t have any parcel of this C/N No please do the needful things as we are waiting your response as soon as possible.

Recently I have ordered for some product and got a call from[protected] for receiving the parcel but I was not present that day in office, he said madam whenever u come back to office give me a call I'll bring the parcel again.
But when I went to office and called him up he behaved very rude and said that it is not my responsibility now, you check yourself.
That was really very annoying, atleast he should have intimated me beforehand that after 3 days it wont be his responsibilty. In that case I would have gone to office the very next day to collect the parcel.
Such kind of irresponsible behaviour was really annoying.

I booked this parcel : z95401083 at rohini sector 16 on 5th july i don't know if people are blind or uneducated at their that they could 't identify at the time of booking whether the pincode is serviceable or non serviceable now end delivery branch denied the delivery and they set up the shipment for rto because it is non serviceable. this shipment was so urgent that it was suppose to be delivered before 11 july as i sent this to my university at venkateshwara university gajraula up it contains some important docs which i needed to submit before 11th. it was my mistake that i rely on this courier company. but it has done huge damage to me ing my. now i will personally have to go to university and i am desperately waiting for my parcel to reach back. please punish them so that in future other people do not get effected by their fake commitments of delivering a parcel

I done a return order to jabong from khammam with courier number h64250792 on[protected]. and after one week they called me and told me that my order is returned from jabong and they are going to deliver back the product to me. but after regular begging them they delivered me after 4 months. now after tracking the product in their website i have known that it was returned due to no service,
When i asked them about this they replied that they are not responsible and charged me again for sending the same product.
Please sort this issue for me

I send my doc through dtdc courier by its plus service on 8.7.16 shipment no. v 30255161 from kolkata and the person is not delivery the packet till now. what service they are give clients charging lots of money and not give any service.

Sent two letters from chandigarh on 29 th june 2016 and on 2nd july 2016 to deoghar, jharkhand. vide ref. no. z90859768 and z 90859678 via dtdc courier from secor 15 a, dtdc booth, chandigarh ut. they were not received at the recieving end till date i, e on 9th july 2016. on customer care query they are telling that they don't have a service to deoghar. so they should have denied while accepting the letter. it is a clear deficiency in service. now if it is not delivered in time i am bound to file a case against the dtdc in consumer court.

Sir, the courier has arrived in patna on 5 july 2016 but still today they have not delivered to us. it is an urgent material so we want to have it soon. Consignment no. is D28015852. Please do the needful.The items are meant for the school. the programme is on Sunday evening. Hence do something soon.

I had a very bad experience with your courier service. your company charges extra money for premium delivery (dtdc plus) but don't deliver it on time. courier which was sent on jul 4th 2016 (monday) from andhra pradesh has to reach bangalore by jul 6th 2016.

As per the details from customer care, its mentioned in your database that the recipient door is closed which was the reason for not delivering on time. for your information, the delivery address given was office address which is open 24/7 on business days.

However after i made several calls to almost all the branches of bangalore, as well as head office dtdc bangalore, also branch manager (white field - bangalore) mr. venkatesh - i could not trace where my courier is roaming in bangalore since jul 6th 2016.

Later i had to personally travel to 4-5 branches are ask them where my courier was.

Finally on july 8th 2016, out of no where the delivery boy called me on the same address. after enquiring the reason for delay in delivery, he had to explain me that "he is sick and couldn deliver on time".

Having being a reputed courier service in india, it is the responsibility of the courier service to hand over this consignment to a person on duty / or aren't the delivery people trained to inform the same to the customer?

Charging higher amounts and not delivering the courier on time is a great risk to customer satisfaction. i wouldnt recommend either my family, friends or colleagues to utilize dtdc courier for emergency cases.

I had booked a courier from Pappareddypalya, Bangalore on 29th June, 2016 to Electronics City, Bangalore. It contained an urgently required material worth thousands of rupees. My customer received the courier today at 1:30PM, July 7th at his place in Electronics City, Bangalore but the material is missing. It only has the documents without the material. The consignment no. is B32268548. Now, 1. The below photos clearly suggest that the envelope was tampered with. I had sealed the envelope with tape on all four sides and in the middle? Who is going to bear the loss when it has been tampered with clearly at your side. 2. How can a local courier take more than 7 days when the time you quote is 1-2 days? Let me know how you are going to resolve this or else I'll have to look for other alternatives to get it redressed. I have been a loyal DTDC customer from the last 2 years but this is extremely upsetting where I have lost my material worth thousands of rupees. Please recover the material, it is a big loss for us. The material description: 2 yellow boxes of 4cmx4cmx6cm dimensions. It was about 385g in weight. It has to be somewhere, either in the courier boys' bags', or in the office or somewhere. It just cannot fall off on the road.

I had sent a courier from mumbai to bangalore by dtdc the courier was wrongly delivered to some other person this was an confidential courier with it documents when approached dtdc customer care would not sort it out till date they are yet to respond to my compliant no 02521610 in addition to that the franchise that dtdc talk very rudely. The docket no was M36678135. I have sent a mail to the customer service of DTDC but yet to get response, hence I would expect an refund for the amount

The courier containing semi precious jewelry hasn't been delivered to the address mentioned on the courier packet and the company guys have updated on the website as delivered. On the flip side, the customer service refuses to accept their fault and have done nothing until now.. The tracking no of the item is c[protected]Dtdc)..
Pl help me out in tracing this item and getting it delivered to where it was supposed to be.

I shipped my parcel from virar (mumbai) to champaran (bihar) at date15/6/16 but i had send dress material but my customer received t-shirts inside it. when virar branch boy had weighed it 890gm. virar branch boy not helping us they r not giving us proper reply. they r not giving us any details. plss reply my mail and take action against it.

Courier shipped from Kanpur on 24th of June, 2016 is yet not delivered till 4th July 2016 to the receipient at New Delhi. The status of the shippment shows that it is with DTDC-Jhandewalan Branch since 26th of July, 2016. The receipient hasnt been contacted by courier service provider. The delay is huge and unacceptable. Who's going to pay for this delay.

We have couriered some important documents (cn no z[protected] from gurgaon to andheri west mumbai.
In the name of : mr. raghunandan saran (receiver) at his mumbai address: 1001 kohinoor apartments, shalimar bakery lane, off yari road, versova, anderi west, mumbai - 400061. through dtdc franchise, gurgaon (ggn/l02) on 27th june 2016.
2) dtdc customer care and website confirmed that the shipment was delivered on 29th june 2016. but till date it’s not delivered.
3) on 2nd july 2016, several calls were made to dtdc customer care (mumbai and gurgaon offices) to know whereabouts of the shipment. dtdc at all times confirmed that the shipment has been delivered to the receiver on 29th june 2016.
5) concerned about delay in delivery and loss of shipment, sender has registered a complaint numbered case# 02533509 and also sent an email to [protected]@dtdc.com for non-delivery and loss of shipment on 4th july 2016.

6) subsequently, various phone calls were made to dtdc customer care number at gurgaon requesting them to trace the actual status of shipment.
It’s very important document and all dtdc guys are not providing any right information on this document.

Please look into this.. documents are very important for us.

Dear sir, my gr no.[protected] and this parcel my company dispatched from merrut at 25/06/2016 and dtdc old delhi road opp. maruti plant gurgaon office recieved courier at 28/06/2016 but till now parcel has not delivered at my address even i also walk at ur above address office but ur delivery boy not come to my given address single time and tracking saw that reciver not available its serious issue my company is attached with u from long time.
Please solve this issue otherwise i will breack all courier from ur company. and it is heavy loss to ur business.

DTDC courier really Sucks.. Friends please do not go for this service. Worst experience l ever had. I sent a parcel from Chennai to Hydrebad on June 24th. And till now it did not reach the destination. No proper tracking of the shipment.The online tracking system sucks. And no response from the customer care numbers which is present on their website if I call. When I went to the courier office to check about the shipment the reply was pathetic. A guy said that my shipment was misrouted and it will reach the destination by Thursday (30th June). But still it was not reached. And the thing is the receipt that they gave me on my booking date was wrong and it was having different CN no which doesn't belong to my parcel. Later on the guy gave me another CN no stating this is my correct one. It sucks. Not even a apology for that mistake. This parcel is very important for me.I have attached there receipt they gave me with this complaint. The corrected tracking number is written in Pen in that receipt. Do something about it and make it to be delivered to my Destination. The CN no is C67909249. I m highly disappointed with this service.
