DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have sent two couriers with CN No H64463796 and H64463797 on[protected]. They were neither delivered nor returned till DATE[protected].

Upon of serveral enquiries they responded saying that "Concerned staff are on leave" "no service is available to return the package etc"

I request for return of courier and reasonable penalty for the inconvinience caused....

Sir i had booked a shipment of no z87040138, and was not delivered since 6 days after booking. Even after my several call it was not delivered and was returned back to the booking address. Even there is no responce by the customer care services and the one if he is picking the call is denying to take the matter by just saying that it is not his/her teritory or area. Even the onlne complaint desk of company is also not working.

We had provided a document to DTDC office gurgaon on 9th may 2016 and the consignee location is also in gurgaon but the courier is not delieverd by them till yet and when i tried for phone calls sometimes they cut my phone after receiving my complaint or sometimes some official give me some another contact details and when i make a call on such number they again cutted my phone and told me to call to another officials.

While consignment tracking there was...

I had couriered a backpack via dtdc. It was part of my amazon shopping return to the seller. The tracking number is d27129095. While tracking it shows the item as delivered but the seller has not yet received the shipment. I have raised a complaint#02122632 asking for delivery receipt from dtdc on 9/5/16 but yet to receive any response from them. I replied to the email multiple times asking for status and even called them but not getting...

Consignment not delivered and they failed to return it back.
They lost it.
The dtdc is not providing me the consignment back and not providing me the refund. Raised claim already. It's been more than since i raised the claim.

I had raised a request for a pickup of a product on 3rd May but nobody has turned up for the pickup as yet. I have tried contacting them via calls but nobody is responding to the calls neither nobody is responding to the mails which I am sending on daily basis.
