      I have sent some urgent medicine through dtdc courier to ibs hyderabad having consignment k88327503 on 21st june 2016 and that parcel reached hyderabad on 22nd june 2016 but still didnot get the parcel till date. Everytime when we are calling them they say that they will deliver tomorrow for sure. Dtdc should take serious steps in delivering their parcel on time and stop being irresponsible.

      The items were dispatcher on 17 may 2016 and still they have not delivered .i have mail to dtdc and went to local branch no idea what they are doing .they are unable to track the items.

        Received empty packet with broken seal. Product is missing. The customer care is not responding. Awb # - m36204433. I also went to their main branch but no positive response. The reply from dtdc customer support is really bad. Without investigating, they just replied packet is delivered.
        How can they deliver empty packet and back off their responsibility.
        Please help me resolve this.

          Parcel misplaced

          Hello,
          i booked a parcel on 16th of June from Jaipur to Gurgaon, providing all the necessary details, phone number of the recipient, etc. I am sadly surprised that DTDC one of the best domestic courier services of India has failed in delivering my parcel, no proper information can be traced from the tracking number from 20th June. I tried calling DTDC Jaipur and Gurgaon office but they never responded.

          I have booked medicine in a box and it was very urgent and while booking i the guy told it will be delivered in 2 days, but its been 9 days i have not received the parcel. There is no update online on the consignment. I have tried calling customer support many times no one answer the call, sent complaint email but there is no reply on this. Consignment number h[protected]. Please don't misguide the customer without understanding the emergency, if you can't deliver just let us know.

            Sir / madam,

            As i have booked my courier from dtdc on 03.06.2016 from nagaon, assam to my home town, west bengal, but till date my home members did not received at my home town, and when i have gone to check the status on 27.06.2016 at dtdc branch on nagaon assam, they are saying that they have delivered, but the facts is that they have not delivery the goods, but kept at their office, and when i asked to show the acknowledgement slip, they are ignoring.

            As dtdc is a reputed courier service, but when the staff does not think about the value of time, so this company will be vanished as nokia. Please take initiative steps or otherwise i have more option where to complaint about the same.

              The same adderess i got courier no x17197270 but courier no x17196501 returned stating "no service area" almost 10 days they played with me saying today or tommorow it will get delivered. The courier was dispatched on 16th and on 27 th june they are saying the area is no service area.
              When the same dtdc one courier can be delivered to the same address, then why for same dtdc another courier it is no service area.
              Very irresponsible dtdc staffs and call center people.
              They should be rated 0 out 5 stars.

                Poor service

                My courier was booked on 18th june from jammu j&k. The package was booked for greater noida, ncr. Such is poor service of the courier service till today (27th june) i have not received the packet. The packet was very imprtant for me. Also my work has suffered a lot because the delay. I hope and pray it will be delivered to me.

                I would request everyone not to book through dtdc.

                They even don't phone which they...

                My shipment number z93809518 was booked on 22 jun from aligarh and it is still showing as "attempted" though it was never attempted as my house is open. When i tried to call the given number""[protected] nobody is picking the phone. This shipment has very documents and i am clueless now. Even the customer care number[protected] is nobody picking up.
                This is horrible.

                      And received by rajat as per the dtdc.

                      But i, rajat tripathi didnt get the parsel. I dont know whom they have
                      Delivered it.

                          It was booked on DTDC centre 20th june'16.
                          but the same has started shipping on 23 june'16 . it is evident in tracking site.
                          why there is delay of 3 days?

                          Eben there complaint/enquiry website is not working and no proper customer service is available.

                          the delivery centre of DTDC shall be questions and shall pay compensation on delay of my documents.

                            I have booked a parcel in my name Sudhir Ohdar and same was came to the gate of Crpf chandrayangutta Hyd on 30 may16 but not delivered and returned. Dtdc has not record parcel details to trace out. A rep called me from mobile no [protected] but he also not intimating details of parcel for tracking. He was called me on 30 may. As per your office record please intimate returning address of my parcel with pin code.

                              We have couriered 2kg weighing parcel from mangalore to bhubaneshwar on 1st june 2016. till now the parcel didnt reached to bhubaneshwar.
                              almost 20days over.very bad response to your local office at mangalore.last 10 days i continously communicating...they give readymade answer tmrw it will be delivered but till now not delivered, who will take the responsible our company lost 1lakh payment from our client.as per our scope of work we have to issue the report within days to our client.

                              very ver worst and bad service in dtdc in future i wont go with dtdc

                                I have given my courier to dtdc to send it from chennai to kota (Rajasthan)... They told me that they will deliver this around 2 days... Currently already 4 days finished and still my courier have not reached at destination.
                                My courier tracking number: c69025312
                                Till the branch is saying it will take another 3 to 4 days...
                                They have charged me for express delivery but there services are worst than normal delivery...

                                They are only good in advertisement not in service.


                                I am quite unhappy with there services...

                                  I have sent the courier throught DTDC lite on 10/6/16.
                                  And it was said that the courier will be sent by 5-6 days (not working days)

                                  on dtdc site it is saying dispatched on 16/6/16. But it is still not recieved up to date of 19/6/16.
                                  The courier was very urgent to be sent, i had some important files to be delivered on time, with dead line of 18/6/16. Now the date has already passed i have missed my oppurtunity. Now even if it is delivered it is of no use. What kind of service is this... I want to know the reason, my money back and how can i trust this kind of service. Worst service ever...

                                    Worst service I experienced with dtdc. I have sent the courier from Srinagar colony Hyd to local address saidabad in Hyderabad on 9th June...today is 18th...not delivered. I called people. No one is lifting...and one courier office girl said that ur courier is in malakpet...I told I already know that...what is it doing there? Why it's not moving staggneting there on 10th...? Status stopped showing from 10th...so what shall I do friends ? Suggest me...suppose if my courier is lost and they r not able to trace will they pay me money for my item? I am giving u photo here. See
