Nearly 7 days back i have registered a complaint online through mail that my consignment no z[protected]Spectacles) booked from bhilwara rajasthan on 17 may to shahjahanpur u p have not reached yet. On traking i found that it has rreached lucknow on 19 may then dispatched same day further but not reached yet to destination. Several times i rang up to bhilwara, lucknow, shahjahanpur but nobody has given me any answer rather...

Booked air parcel from gandhi nagar, ghaziabad on 28/5/2016 around 6:00 pm. I was told that it would be delivered at bangalore address on mondey i. E. On 30/5/2016.
It was actually delivered on wednesday, 1/6/2016.
The purpose of sending the parcel by air is therefore defeated.
Therefore i ask for refund the difference of charges between air and surface charges. I. E. Rs. 120/-.

Our parents have place an parcel with dtdc on 19-05-16 on karanjia, having consignment no - d26562594. After that the dtdc office of yours in karanjia branch updated the day of receiving the goods on 22-05-16. Still today[protected] we have not receieved the parcel neither their is any update after 23-05-16 in your website. Kudos you have wonderful customer service and website updates... And that is the reason you charge hefty amount....
