I booked one courier from bangalore to lucknow and i paid 310 for fast and premium delivery and they told me that they will deliver this product within 3 days. Still after 10 days my product is not delivered and if i talk to customer care they are not responded well.

Not delivering products or latter at door step branch name dtdc chiplun opp to abhiruchi hotel chiplun they said there is no service provided by us in pag chiplun area if dtdc dont know about this issue then please take an action or if dtdc knows that the services is not provided by this branch in particular areas then why dtdc is accepting the shipment

I have tried calling on all the number also send messages to all the number provided by customer care of dtdc in lucknow. I am really pissed off with the behaviour of all the people. They don't have courtesy to pick my call or reply me back of my messages. My consignment is lying at hub since 20th of jul-16 at lucknow hub and nobody is picking up my call. I made complaint on customer care as well but no resolution provided by them. I wrote an email and still waiting for their reply.

Dtdc service and people are really pathetic. I will post all this on all the social networking sites now.

I have sent a parcel from bangalore to chennai in 23rd june in dtdc. Till date it has not reached chennai.In thier websit it shows it s n bangalore hub status is under investigation but when we call bangalore office they tell it reached and asked me to call chennai office.
When i ask chennai office they say it hasn't come to chennai call bangalore office
Madam rohini and lalitha treated me as a fool making me call here and there giving different numbers

It's of around 5000 rs parcel they are very lethargic

I have sent a courier to shimoga(Bhadravathi) on 18/07/2016, the items list as below
1. Jeans top two no
2. Chudi top two no
3. Eating ring
4. Hair band
5. Shoes
Some of my items are missing from my parcel.That is items no 2, 3, 4 .
When i enquired about my missing items from the dtdc yelahanka new town branch( where i sent the parcel), they asked me to wait for a day.Today they told me, my parcel was not properly packed.
My question is, when the parcel is not packed properly .Why did the accept my parcel.
Now i want my items are reimbursement of all the missing items .
If i don't get the reimbursement i will raise the issue to consumer court.Waiting for your reply as early as possible

This is to bring to your notice that i had sent documents twice using your service from pune - pisoli area:
1. The document was to be delivered in mumbai at s. P. Jain global management - not delivered (P[protected]
2. Document was to be delivered to jre group of institutions in greater noida but that too was not delivered (P[protected]

The bills given were also not completely filed by the person who came to collect the documents. When asked to send me a snapshot of the receipt page to know who received it at both the places they said they will get back but didn't call back or take my calls after that. What does this show? You guys are not reliable at all.

Both the times i was told the status is delivered, while i checked with institutes and was informed the documents had not been delivered. The people who communicated with me were sunil and ashraf ([protected]).

It is unacceptable and disgusting that you'll collect money from the customers and the package while the delivery is not done. Your company should be black listed and not allowed to trick or cheat customers.

Very annoyed with your service as these documents were very important for me. I will never recommend your service to anyone known to me.

I booked my consignment under docket no. D28321542 from dehradun on 01.07.16 for ahmedabad under name if asha singh, but even after 19 days it is not delivered. On enquiring local office asked for alternate address, on providing that they said they will deliver to local bopal dtdc franchisee and after three days they declined it saying you have to pick consignment from head office which is nearly 25 kms from our place. Consignment contains photo frame and even after charging heavy amount they are not delivering and created headache for us. Either consignment should be delivered at earliest or strictest action be taken against dtdc ahmedabad.

By mistake i had choose dtdc for courier and now waiting for delievery from last 45 days.
I am always getting next delivery date and getting vary hard word from dtdc employe.
It is very worst thing for dtdc that i am saying they have to stop their services immediate effect as they are not capable for the same.
Now am going to file case against him in consumer court as my item was very valuable for me it is more than 50k

I have ordered a book from arihant website and following are the shipping details for order id: a297596 and has been shipped via dtdc with tracking id z96214371. the ordered has been returned due to no
Address in the delivery box. i would like to make clear that either from courier or from the arihant i did not receive any calls to receive my courier since the delivery is door delivery. so i want to know how my piece of book that i ordered from arihant website (www.arihantbooks.com) would reach kanyakumari district with such people being there in the dtdc courier nagercoil hub sir. sir with all kind request make the product delivery through some other courier or post. as far as i am concerned india post delivery is delivering properly for my address. and particularly none of them is picking up the call that is given for nagercoil hub dtdc courier. numbers are[protected] / [protected]. i need proper replay from dtdc courier what caused it to return the delivery and do they have proof against non mentioning of address by arihant publications. is it the fault of arihant publication or dtdc courier fault.
Guys whoever is reading this i want to mention one thing whether the complaint filed by the consumer here in the consumer forum has cleared or in the process no one no knows... this is not to blame any of the bjp likers... i am a fan of narendra modi sir. but why is that this consumer forum people not adding simple icon stating whether the complaint has been resolved or not. is these people are lazy to do work. for all of the citizen to get even more clearer picture i have attached image file you guys can get some glimpse of knowledge from what i try to describe from this so boring essay writing.

A consignment reached pune and was out for delivery on 11/07/2016 consignment no. M34835828. Today is 15/07/2016 and i am filing a complaint as i have still not received the parcel. I have been following up patiently with the viman nagar branch ph no [protected] for the last two days, when they kept on saying that we are following up, we have handed over the parcel to the lohegaon branch and they are not answering ph calls. After being patient for so many days, today i called them up and a woman who ans the ph says we have given it out from our end what do we do its with lohegaon branch. Is dtdc viman nagar and lohegaon two different companies??? Later when i asked to spk to a manager... She passed on the ph to a man.. Who called himself the branch manager, no etiquette to talk to cust... Was not even ready to give out his name, later after threatening to file complaint with higher authority he said his name is chandrashekhar. Explaied him what the issue is, he had no answers... Called 2-3 ppl and said will chk and get back and had the audacity to hang up the call. This is the kind of service a co like dtdc is providing. This is so much of harassment. Their customer care numbers are unanswered, so are the head office nos for bangalore. What am i supposed to do... My parcel worth of more than rs 3000 is missing...!!!

I booked an urgent package containing important documents related to competitive examination with dtdc plus through seventeen courier service new camp majnu ka tilla, delhi 110054 on 23.06.2016 vide consignment no. v29872343 to be delivered to j&k board of professional entrance examination (jak bopee) 4th floor, south block, bahu plaza, jasmmu-180012. after three days i learnt that the package has been receipt by the dtdc jammu office at nanak nagar, jammu. the next day i learnt that the package was sent to srinagar (kashmir).
When enquired from dtdc jammu they said they could not find the jak bopee at bahu plaza hence sent it to srinagar for delivering it to srinagar office of jak bopee. since the package was addressed to jak bahu plaza jammu the srinagar office refused to accept it and the package was returned to jammu. i am really disheartened to say that dtdc jammu claiming that they could not locate the govt office of jak bopee at south block bahu plaza jammu. it is merely 900 mtrs. from the dtdc office at nanak nagar. it takes about 15-20 mts on foot and appx. 5 mts. by bike or scooter. there are two blocks building (5 story's) known as north and south block adjacent to bsnl hqrs. and reserve bank of india. it is a well known shopping complex developed by the jammu development authority.
The dtdc jammu returned the package to delhi dtdc and learnt that the package reached delhi on 06.07.2016. however the package was returned to me only on 13.07.2016 at 0530 pm. so after 20 days the package was returned to me. this is the fate of dtdc plus service.in 20 days an ordinary letter would have reached from kashmir to kanyakumari.
I could not understand (1) why in the first instance when the
Dtdc jammu could not locate the address informed dtdc delhi or returned it to delhi immediately. (2) who told them to send the package to srinagar. thus wasting valuable 20 days. if they had returned it immediately i was having other option to re-send the package. the dtdc delhi also kept the package with the for a week without returning it immediately.

Dtdc jammu was also not responding to telephone calls. whereas they were having three mobile numbers and one land line number.
Due to the irresponsible, and pathetic attitude of dtdc valuable one year of my life has been wasted as i would not be able to write the entrance examination.
Will dtdc compensate for this loss. i just want an answer from dtdc for this criminal negligence on the part of its staff.

Dear concern,

My shipment tracking number # n97152292. i am expecting courier on urgent basis in dubai delivered from gopalganj patna dated july 4, 2016.
Moving forward, i was promised to get the delivery max by july 10, 2016 but till date no response. this is very frustrating due to the false promise made.

Please train your staff not to make false promise to the customers just for the sake of getting business.

How long do i have to wait for the delivery?

I initially booked a courier having docket no D27531706 on 6th June 2016. courier company did not deliver the parcel and without any prior notice they returned it to the place from which it was booked. On asking they said that they had asked the security guard on reaching the destination for the person but was given a reply that there is no such person. However please see to this because there was no guard deputed at that place. so where did they ask and without informing the customer how could they return the parcel. On asking for it they said, do whatever you want, we will see.

I tried mailing DTDC regarding this issue but no action was taken.

So after some time i booked it again, And the docket no is D27531730. this time also they did not deliver the parcel. They tried calling me once, After that I tried calling them for the many times. they picked up the phone[protected] once and after that they did not. I was frustrated and went and took the parcel from the office. on asking they said that the phone was on silent so they did not notice it. also they said that the parcel was not to be delivered because there was no slip on the parcel. but my contact details were mentioned and docket no was also mentioned, they did not try tracing the customer also did not try delivering it.

Dear dtdc team,

Courier no. h51973448 is not delivered at jaipur address. it is still in transit
And not able to track. also numbers are not reachable.

Courier is stuck in dtdc apex location for last 4 days. i sent some mail to customer support. nobody is reply on status. courier is very urgent.

Hope you will understand the situation. i never thought this kind of response, i will get from dtdc.

We sent 6 cartons of Garments using your express service with AWB number D27847559 on 18th June. It had to be delivered from Manesar to mangalore by 20th June. On 20th June we recieved 5 cartons which were opened and tampered with (See Pics) and the rest of them are missing.

I have send device from dtdc plus to ahemdabad but on tracking it show hold due to no lane delivery.

I had a courier which has to be delivered on 11th july when entered in track my order which said it is out for delivery for two days but I didn't get yet.on top of which nobody is bothered to answer the callsi called 76 times neither the main branch nor the customer care .how sick is this ...

I had returned my product (led) to shopclues from gangtok through dtdc courier consignment no. d28194222 to address clues network (p) limited plot no.653a, pallam vihar road, bijawasam, new delhi on the day of 09th june 2016, as they informed me that they had recieved product but the contents inside parcel was missing i. e;cable (wire), remote and tv stand not only that but the product (led) were also broken in bottom.. i had called shopclues for more than 20tyms regarding this issue but they are regularly denying to take any action (refund or replace) about this. they are saying that courier service is responsible for all this.. so as i being a costumer would like to request you to plz kindly solve my problems regarding this and help me to get my products refund or replace as soon as possible. hope for the best support.
