I had courier item through DTDC but after 10 days when its not delivered I check and found its lying at same location. When I contacted they diverted matter to respective station and not responding, cutting the phone again and again which I am trying to follow-up for 5-7 days.

I have send a courier to tirunelveli from bangalore on 26th but still the courier have not reached my home, i have enquirer tirunelveli dtdc office what they are saying is we dont have frequent service for that area so we will come when we have more items to deliver, its ridiculous where you are getting more money and delay in delivery of item and no proper response, if any one sees this kindly dont go for dtdc courier waste of money waste of time and waste of energy. Ediotic persons who are working in this concern cant even treat the customer in a proper way. Please guys dont ever try to send any courier in dtdc courier.

I have booked pick up service (request id[protected] from bhilwara, rajasthan on dtdc.in. they said pick up will be scheduled with in 24 hrs.
Its more than 6 days but till now no one contacted from dtdc. i have tried calling dtdc office in bhilwara and jaipur, but they did not pick up the call.
I have also registered complain on dtdc customer care (case no.[protected] but that is also not answered.

This is pathetic service from well known courier service. i did not expect that from dtdc. it they cant serve the request, they should not take it and make people waste their time in waiting.

Parcel consignment no z96177622 not delivered yet. I booked on 23.07.16.
No response from company... Written mail and called numbers mention on website. All are fake.

Worse experience

I paid for door to door delivery of my motorcycle. The company promised door to door delivery, but did not deliver. Later they promised reimbursement against my travel to pick up the bike, but they did not pay later. I had to travel 60 kms to pickup my bike, where no public transport is available. Moreover it took them 3-4 weeks to get my vehicle, that too cause i accepted to pick it up

I had sent a courier to my father in law on the 20th of July.Was a normal courier and they mentioned that it will be delivered 3-4 days.When I checked the tracking site, on Friday it was mentioned that it was out for delivery .It seems they had called my father in law and initially he had not picked up.He had given a call after 1 hour or so and the person told him that it will be delivered the next day.Instead of this, it was couriered back to Bangalore.On Monday, as he had not received it still, he went to the local DTDC office and he realised that it had been delivered back to Bangalore.Is this the sort of professionalism expected from DTDC?Pathetic !!!I am wondering whether I should send any courier via DTDC again.

I dont know y still no one takes an action on DTDC, there is no customer care nothing no one picks the calls or no one takes the responsibility of letting us know where the courier is.

Each tracking shows different information which will not help, its a worst courier service helped by waste government.

Government should stop the services & should not allow these kind of service providers who are not even responsible enough.

I send a courier to some of our employee as official document. but it found address was wrong. the consignment no is k86461633. it sent on 26 the april. it shows in status returned back but still not returned back to us. its urgent. plz look in to it.

Pathetic customer service from dtdc courier

I had booked a courier at the cg road branch chembur of dtdc where in the franchise owner (mr. hitesh) himself had taken the booking bearing no “v31030459”. i did it on 16th july in their express delivery and he confirmed that the same will be delivered by 18th july from mumbai to ludhiana. when i could not see the status online on 18th july then i followed up with the branch and there is when it came to me as a surprise that the courier has gone via road service and not by air even after booking the same is express service and paying double the money than their normal courier. the reason given was the content in the courier cant go by air. the franchise owner is also not aware what all can go by air and what can go by road.

When i insisted on online tracking they came up with reasons that server had changed so its not showing online. later when i met his staff i came to know that the express service was not used at all for my courier so they issued a new ref no which is of regular courier. the franchise owner kept telling lies all the time. this shows how they operate.

Today it is 23rd july still we are trying to figure out if the courier will be delivered or not. this shows the kind of service these people give. the customer service department is also hopeless and they always say will get back and never get back to the customer.

Product not received till now was despatched on 14/07/2016 from bangalore now status they showing is product is in meera bagh delhi.. dtdc.. they r not informing me about the product infact they giving me different numbers to get the product. doc no is b33721078

My package was send by a friend in June end. I have not received the product till date. Received a call two days back saying that my pack is with them. As I am working I told them I am available only after 3pm. They agreed to deliver after 3pm. Next day again they went my place in the morning. When I call to find out. The person who picked up my call said "aap me ghar ka chakkar kaatthey erythromycin Hein him. Hummey air bhi Kaam Hein. And sirf aap ka package lekkar him ghoom nahi sakthey"... and he kept in shouting ... this happened as soon as I told him I called to check on my package...I am filing a complaint to the customer cell also for the language he used.

I booked one courier from bangalore to lucknow and i paid 310 for fast and premium delivery and they told me that they will deliver this product within 3 days. Still after 10 days my product is not delivered and if i talk to customer care they are not responded well.

Not delivering products or latter at door step branch name dtdc chiplun opp to abhiruchi hotel chiplun they said there is no service provided by us in pag chiplun area if dtdc dont know about this issue then please take an action or if dtdc knows that the services is not provided by this branch in particular areas then why dtdc is accepting the shipment

I have tried calling on all the number also send messages to all the number provided by customer care of dtdc in lucknow. I am really pissed off with the behaviour of all the people. They don't have courtesy to pick my call or reply me back of my messages. My consignment is lying at hub since 20th of jul-16 at lucknow hub and nobody is picking up my call. I made complaint on customer care as well but no resolution provided by them. I wrote an email and still waiting for their reply.

Dtdc service and people are really pathetic. I will post all this on all the social networking sites now.

I have sent a parcel from bangalore to chennai in 23rd june in dtdc. Till date it has not reached chennai.In thier websit it shows it s n bangalore hub status is under investigation but when we call bangalore office they tell it reached and asked me to call chennai office.
When i ask chennai office they say it hasn't come to chennai call bangalore office
Madam rohini and lalitha treated me as a fool making me call here and there giving different numbers

It's of around 5000 rs parcel they are very lethargic

I have sent a courier to shimoga(Bhadravathi) on 18/07/2016, the items list as below

Some of my items are missing from my parcel.That is items no 2, 3, 4 .
When i enquired about my missing items from the dtdc yelahanka new town branch( where i sent the parcel), they asked me to wait for a day.Today they told me, my parcel was not properly packed.
My question is, when the parcel is not packed properly .Why did the accept my parcel.
Now i want my items are reimbursement of all the missing items .
If i don't get the reimbursement i will raise the issue to consumer court.Waiting for your reply as early as possible

This is to bring to your notice that i had sent documents twice using your service from pune - pisoli area:
1. The document was to be delivered in mumbai at s. P. Jain global management - not delivered (P[protected]
2. Document was to be delivered to jre group of institutions in greater noida but that too was not delivered (P[protected]

The bills given were also not completely filed by the person who came to collect the documents. When asked to send me a snapshot of the receipt page to know who received it at both the places they said they will get back but didn't call back or take my calls after that. What does this show? You guys are not reliable at all.

Both the times i was told the status is delivered, while i checked with institutes and was informed the documents had not been delivered. The people who communicated with me were sunil and ashraf ([protected]).

It is unacceptable and disgusting that you'll collect money from the customers and the package while the delivery is not done. Your company should be black listed and not allowed to trick or cheat customers.

Very annoyed with your service as these documents were very important for me. I will never recommend your service to anyone known to me.

I booked my consignment under docket no. D28321542 from dehradun on 01.07.16 for ahmedabad under name if asha singh, but even after 19 days it is not delivered. On enquiring local office asked for alternate address, on providing that they said they will deliver to local bopal dtdc franchisee and after three days they declined it saying you have to pick consignment from head office which is nearly 25 kms from our place. Consignment contains photo frame and even after charging heavy amount they are not delivering and created headache for us. Either consignment should be delivered at earliest or strictest action be taken against dtdc ahmedabad.

By mistake i had choose dtdc for courier and now waiting for delievery from last 45 days.
I am always getting next delivery date and getting vary hard word from dtdc employe.
It is very worst thing for dtdc that i am saying they have to stop their services immediate effect as they are not capable for the same.
Now am going to file case against him in consumer court as my item was very valuable for me it is more than 50k

I have ordered a book from arihant website and following are the shipping details for order id: a297596 and has been shipped via dtdc with tracking id z96214371. the ordered has been returned due to no
Address in the delivery box. i would like to make clear that either from courier or from the arihant i did not receive any calls to receive my courier since the delivery is door delivery. so i want to know how my piece of book that i ordered from arihant website (www.arihantbooks.com) would reach kanyakumari district with such people being there in the dtdc courier nagercoil hub sir. sir with all kind request make the product delivery through some other courier or post. as far as i am concerned india post delivery is delivering properly for my address. and particularly none of them is picking up the call that is given for nagercoil hub dtdc courier. numbers are[protected] / [protected]. i need proper replay from dtdc courier what caused it to return the delivery and do they have proof against non mentioning of address by arihant publications. is it the fault of arihant publication or dtdc courier fault.
Guys whoever is reading this i want to mention one thing whether the complaint filed by the consumer here in the consumer forum has cleared or in the process no one no knows... this is not to blame any of the bjp likers... i am a fan of narendra modi sir. but why is that this consumer forum people not adding simple icon stating whether the complaint has been resolved or not. is these people are lazy to do work. for all of the citizen to get even more clearer picture i have attached image file you guys can get some glimpse of knowledge from what i try to describe from this so boring essay writing.
