I have sent the courier throught DTDC lite on 10/6/16.
And it was said that the courier will be sent by 5-6 days (not working days)

on dtdc site it is saying dispatched on 16/6/16. But it is still not recieved up to date of 19/6/16.

Worst service I experienced with dtdc. I have sent the courier from Srinagar colony Hyd to local address saidabad in Hyderabad on 9th June...today is 18th...not delivered. I called people. No one is lifting...and one courier office girl said that ur courier is in malakpet...I told I already know that...what is it doing there? Why it's not moving staggneting there on 10th...? Status stopped showing from 10th...so what shall I do friends ?...

I have couriered on 16/06/2016 from bhavnagar to bandra, mumbai.
Today 18/06/2016 still parcel not delivered on the address and for regular courier they charges 80 but it was urgent so i have sent the parcel in express courier.
Than too it's not reached in time.
So i want that access 270 rs back.

Hi,

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by dtdc for our consignment no. M36529048.

We sent this package from dtdc mumbai (Malad west - link road office) to gurgaon on 2nd june. If we look at the status on the website it says the package has been delivered on 4th june which is not correct.

I'm the sender & the recipients are our relatives who have confirmed they have...

Which is posted Monday night from Bangalore (domlur) to Bangalore (Electronic city) has not been delivered.. And it's more than 4 days...but still there is no proper response.. The customer care has given branch number but it's switched off always... I never have seen such a worst service in my life.

It's very urgent documents need to be submitted......

My sister has sent this courier from gorakhpur on 11th june 2016 after confirming with the shopkeeper in gorakhpur that it will be delivered in 3 days.

“this was very very very very urgent containing important academic form of my brother in jamshedpur. But till now it hasn't been delivered and the shopkeeper told that it will take another 2 days. “

Now i lost my faith in dtdc courier company as it is misleading...

A courier has been sent from mumbai to guwahati on 11th june but is has been stuck since then in the source station itself with the latest status updated as "processed & dispatched from dtdc facility". It has been 4 days since i could see no movement in the tracking details. I have tried contacting the customer care and source courier station and they have no clue where the shipment is current stuck. I have raised a complaint with the customer...

I have sent some medical reports to Jammu via DTDC courier consignment number V30155572 on 8th June 2016 from Bangalore.

I book an order from dtdc on 9/06/2016 by cn.Z88391255 at 5 pm. It not picked on 9.06.16 as per online tracking as i also checked online on 10.06.2016 morning, its not showing on record. Its contain some important document. Who will be responsible for such delay. If my document is rejected from department. This is bad situation why this courier not picked on booked date while the person who booked my courier says that delivery...

Herewith i am mentioning the lr details of the lost documents consignment no:h49746579, dt:28-november-2015. According to dtdc courier company the documents had to be returned to the origin but instead the documents have been lost, it is not there with any of the branches of the dtdc courier service. I send a parcel from kolkata newtown consignment num D28573684 to Bangalore in which there were some dresses n shoes n 2 cream and one very expensive lipstick. When inquired with the dealer the answer i got is very cruel and ruthless. I request you to take a complaint against the services and behiviour of the persons.
