Order no. X17093984 reached regional office on 6th-aug-2016 but the order is still not delivered. Tried to contact the regional office but it always remain closed.

There is no contact number available anywhere. Also, dropped an email to the online portal but got no response. Order needs to delivered asap.

My frnd send me a fish tank and told that courier boy to handle with care.. The courier service charges high amount for that..
But here the courier is damage broken in pieces..

I had done courier thru dtdc dated 31.07.2016 vide consignment no. Z97312856. I am tracking continuously on site. But it is pending since 04.08.2016 at hero honda chock, gurgaon. Hence nighter nobody contact to us nor any call. According tracking status now it has been returned to delhi hub hence i am regretted due to not delivered my packet. It was too needed for me. Please take action immedeate. If not taken action i will have to consumer grevience cell because i am facing lot of problem due to lazy service by dtdc courier.

I booked a consignment on premium delivery which says shipment will delivered in 48 Hrs. They charged me high and still after 72 hrs product is not delivered. No one tell me the exact situation of the consignment and talk very rudely. Dtdc have worst courier services in India. The consignment is very urgent and i dont know the situation of that consignment after paying so much money to them..

We have sent out a package to be delivered to an address in Hyderabad. However, it was not delivered and when asked why, we were told to collect it from the courier office. The addressee is at a hostel and he is unable to come to the office to collect the package (number: H[protected].

Hello sir i sent one document through DTDC Lite Express service CN NO.-K89681858 on 27/07/2016 but till today 06/08/2016 the item is not deleivered.I am trying to contact their customer care their lines are always buzy.Please provide some help it was really important document.Thank you.

I placed an order for Sennheiser CX 275 S In Ear Earphones with Mic through eBay.in, Airway bill number: M38396288 on 30/07/2016. The status on eBay says it is delivered to one Mr. Ajit on 1/8/2016, however I did not receive the product, nor do i know anyone by the name Ajit. The courier guy not only delivered the product to the wrong person, he did not even bother to call me when he had my mobile no. this is just ridiculous... What kind of confirmation process you have to ensure the right delivery? If I don't get my product intact, I'll file petition against you & let the world know about your services.

My friend send me a watch vide AWB M35904820. It is shown on net as delivered where as same is not deleived to me. When I went to Sector 9, Rohini office, they said it is delivered and could not find my parcel.

Using DTDC I have sent an customer order from Bangalore to Jaipur on 20th July, since 23rd July its shown as out for delivery in Jaipur.I have contacted the customer service in Bangalore they are not able to track the package and are very unhelpful. I am sure DTDC has lost the package and they are simply wasting my time by giving me excuses.Since i am a small handicraft business when the products are not delivered to the customer i suffer a loss and also loose my credibility.
Therefore i request you to please help me out in this matter.
Desirable Solution:
-the package delivered to the address i have sent to OR
-the package returned to me and the courier charges refunded by DTDC OR
-In case the product is lost i want full refund of the package sent+courier charge.
Since it was a customer order, i have all the supporting documents to claim the money i have spent on the products & package.

The delivery office always asks us to come at their office form the delivery spot. They talk in a very rude manner. They always depend on the customers for picking up the package and thus is a matter of small corruption. corruption as they do not have to work for transporting packages in the city.

Solution : they Should deliver the package at the address mentioned.

My friend booked a parcel for UNA through DTDC (Consignment no Z[protected] on 22nd July. On 23rd July it is received at Ambala Hub (Contact no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). But till now it is hold at Ambala Hub. When I call them they make new excuses everytime. I tell them if they cant deliver parcel then return it there from where it is dispatched and also return value which customer spends for zero-service. They tell me it cant be happen and cant return money. Also they not delivered the parcel and also refuse to refund money (3500(Item Value) + 550 (DTDC Charges)). Kindly look into this matter and help to solve these problems.

This is Meghna Basu. I have sent a mobile phone(samsung galaxy j 5 2016 edition worth rs.13000) on 30th july through DTDC Courier(Bangalore, hopefarm branch, a lady SUNANDA was there). I havewrapped this phone with a gift wrapper, but that lady told to unwrap this as phone need to be checked..I unwrapped that phone, and filled a form with all the details like phone imei number, battery number, model number, price e.t.c. I have paid RS.420. My mom has received a secondhand samsung galaxy grand with the same gift wrap. I have all the documents with me..Everyday they are keep me waiting, they are doing nothing. My secure pack number is 8056675. Even there manager does not receive my phone and customer care also not responding to my phone. Please help me to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. My shipping address was Behala, kolkata-34. Here I am uploading all my documents. From here you will get the the phone imei number which is completely differnt from the imei number of the phone which my mom receiced.

The parcel with tracking no z90605461 has not been delivered yet. Plz look into the matter. They are having a very bad service. Never faced such a problem with any courier service. The courier was despatched on 8 july 2016 from haldwani but still not received in delhi. No helpline no works. Branch people not ready to help out. Incomplete details are being shown on tracking site.

Found the mobile box seal broken and inside mobile was replaced with a broken sony ericssion model phone handset.

Metro plus delivery was charged. Complaint at dtdc site not working.

This is really going to be a frustrating concern for dtdc’s reputation and my patience. my family send me special box for special occasion booked my parcel on 22 july-16 and even today there is no respond, even after passed 10 days when time of delivery is 24 hours. its really frustating situation no one talking i inquired from ahmadabad they are keeping on hold for 20-25 min hold just one recorded tune we are listening like some one picked up phone and kept aside no proper response no one even calling for concern. i have called them more than 25 times but no response

I send courier through DTDC service.

my receive date is 27/07/2016 mubai (india).
