I would like to inform you that i have couriered an important document on 20th of May, 2022 through DTDC Courier Service (Consignment Number: K[protected] and i was trying to track through DTDC website but unfortunately it couldn't be tracked and accordingly i lodged the complaint to them.

But i regret to inform you that today i came to know from DTDC authorized collection center that they are having the documents with them till today without informing me and i am very disappointed & requested you to take immediate action against this collection center nearby Park Street, Kolkata (Ph: [protected] / [protected])

Therefore, i demand compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- on account of mental harassment & hiding information regarding my important parcel and damages caused due to non delivery of my important parcel till six days.

I had booked online print of my certificates from printonweb site and they delievered them by dtdc courier but when i used to track it they are showing incorrect address and neither they are contacting me.

With umpteen follow-ups they are not delivering products. The tracking status shows Out for Delivery for last 3 days. Customer care doesn't have clue and no response to the tickets raised.

This is regarding a courier that has been booked on 13th May 2022 (attached receipt image) from Nagpur to Indore. It has been mentioned from the DTDC Khamla branch, Nagpur (Maharashtra) that it will reach Indore by 16th May 2022. The courier contains important documents which are to be reached Indore on an immediate basis but when hadn't been delivered till 18th May 2022. We approached the DTDC office, Nagpur branch (contact number:[protected] on 19th May 2022 to keep track (Tracking details attached) of it. From there, we got to know that the parcel has been reached Pune by mistake & also confirmed us that they will redirect it to Indore and will reach Indore by 21st May 2022. Then, we receive a call on Monday i.e. 23rd May 2022 mentioning that the parcel has reached Indore & will be delivered in a day or two & when we followed up with them, they stopped picking up calls and also did not give us any update that where our parcel is? & it is 25th May 2022 today, the parcel hasn't been delivered yet. We can sense that DTDC has lost our parcel. Also, the tracking history which is being downloaded from the DTDC website is duly attached too.

Kindly sort this issue ASAP as those documents are of high value to us.

I am expecting a parcel from Surat and it was booked on 19th May with an AWB number A49433249. The parcel has reached nearest Gachibowli master franchise on 21st May but it has not been delivered to me. The status is showing "Not delivered" due to incorrect address, where I have already confirmed with the customer care that the address provided was correct. I never got a call from the delivery person to clarify any doubts regarding the address, if they had any.
The franchise has a terrible service which I was not aware of and I only came to know after I read a bunch of negative reviews on Google. The number provided is also switched off. While they charged 90 rupees for this delivery, the service is utterly pathetic. Either they should take customer service responsible or shut down the franchise rather harassing people in this way.

The delivery guy (Mr. Karthi, mob no. [protected]) refused to deliver the consignment at my door front even after repeatedly telling him to do so. I am out of station. I have setup a camera to monitor the deliveries at my apartment door. The delivery executive was very rude and asked me to raise a complaint stating that he won't deliver it to my door front. The tracking status of my order ID D44255086 states that I have refused delivery which is absolutely wrong. No action has been taken by DTDC consumer support team even though the issue was raised with the concerned team. Kindly assist.

We have three docket numbers which is not delivered to our customer and as per DTDC Portal its delivered, and there is no proper response getting from your end also no POD.

This parcel has not yet been delivered to me. I request that this company be told to send the parcel at the earliest

Dear DTDC Team,

This is Shakeel from Warangal and I work for Flipkart.
Warangal franchisee did not deliver the shipment(B[protected] and return to same address. May i know the reason for not delivering the shipment to my home? My home is around 3 km away from the delivery hub, but they were not able to deliver to my home.
Please find the consignment tracking details(B[protected]. Please take the necessary action against the delivery hub not delivering shipment. I am not expected this much poor service from DTDC.

Haven't received the parcel since 21 days I don't have any ### idea where my parcel is...totally unprofessional behavior

My courier has been stuck in ghaziabad for about 1 week now and I have complaint to the helpline number 3 times now but there is no update on the situation nor the delivery has been done . My DTDC Complaint ticket number is 2797418.

I had placed a courier from Kolkata to Bangalore (D[protected] on May 16th. They promised to deliver within a week but I received a message on Saturday, 21st that the parcel is out for delivery. Neither was the parcel delivered on time nor any support offered after taking the service. The website shows not delivered even though I didn't receive a single call from any delivery agent. There is no contact given of delivery person so you cant track. After calling their customer care support at least 20 times, they pick up once and just write a ticket and offer no resolution. Even though I urgently required my parcel I now fear for it being lost. Please help resolve this issue at the earliest.

I had a order to be delivered on 23/05/2022 through DTDC. It had reached the near franchise ( DTDC MASTER FRANCHISE PALLIKARANAI) on the same day at 11 am . It’s just less than 1 km from my office address where it had to be delivered. I had called the Chennai office regarding this and they had promised delivery within 6 pm. I waited in the office for more than the specified time and even though they failed to deliver the parcel. When I got the number and called the nearby franchise, the agent speaks so rudely. I want compensation from the company on this and request the Chief Post Master General of the state to close such franchises.

Dtdc has sent my parcel, which was, a live plant to a wrong address. It took them 5 extra days to deliver it to my place. When i opened the package in front of the delivery agent the product was unusable. Now a second plant has been sent to a wrong address. This is highly professional of dtdc.

I have sent the courier on 16th May from Salem to Bangalore. Till now it is not delivered. Consignment Number: C24556832 and the complaint i raised on 20th may. Complaint Number: 2804172.

On 21st May I received a message my product was out for delivery then I received a call from the DTDC guy he's saying I need to travel 10 km to receive my product he can't deliver the product to my address and it's not a serviceable area. I asked him if it was unserviceable why he agreed to deliver the product also delivery charge included what I paid for the product, he blames the seller, they should check before sending it to the customer also he's humiliated me that guy can't deliver in a village area I was very shocked to hear those words.

He's very rude to me, my question is if he can't deliver why does this DTDC Agree to the customer's doorstep since am not in my hometown I thought of requesting my parents to receive my product now parents also can't travel anywhere so inform him I will return on Tuesday then I will get it from him but he refused it we cant keep it for a very long time also I should request him I shouldn't speak boldly only speak politely. If I spoken more he may use abusive words so I finally told him to return the package to the seller.

All other courier is serviceable to my area. This DTDC simply loots the money from the people's name of the courier at the customer's doorstep. If I need to get the product from the courier office means what's the point of paying the courier charge why should I spend money to travel to the courier office. He finally mentioned about me in the courier tracking that is being refused the courier my whole day was spoiled because of that DTDC guy

Please don't place any order in DTDC

My courier was booked from Delhi by one of corporate to me at Muzaffar Pur on 3 May 2022. Courier reached to Muzaffar Pur by 6 May 2022. I got a first & last call on 13 May 2022 morning 1 call from delivery boy stating, he will deliver this by next day because it's only 1 courier in my route & there is some distance. I guided route also & he confirmed like he knows the route. I was not made any contact after that time & courier was returned to origin. I raised my voice to customer support team, Linkedin from 14 May 2022 but I could not see any positive fruitful response. Grievance Details : 1. Why there were no contact between 6 May to 13 May 2022 ? What were being done with my courier these 8 days? 2. When I guided route also on 13 May 2022, Why delivery were not made till next day 14 May 2022 ? 3. When delivery boy knows the route then how this could be incomplete address as per status on DTDC website? 4. Without making any further contact thrice delivery is marked on 13 May 2022 & courier is returned to origin. 5. When i was in touch with Customer support team from 14 May 2022, then also this was returned to origin on 16 May 2022 (as per website status). Why ? 6. I was just being promised & cheated by support team, and parallelly they returned courier. No proper response received from Courier boy, Support team. 7. On 19 May 2022, I was being informed by Customer support team that they could not do anything as this went to origin.

My DTDC tracking number is Z76120582. It is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). Also, DTDC people have not attempted to call the receiver even a single time! All other couriers get delivered to this address easily. Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

The complaint about DTDC sarisha, which is Chandrapulak L. T. D Private limited. After reaching the place of destination where DtDc office is situated with in 1 kilometer, but it has not delivered the product. After that I was reached the place of office to get product, he was saying lie that, the product has came now. It is a irresponsibility. The person name is Pritam Halder and contract is [protected]. I shall recommend any one to avoid this office .
