DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Dear Team,

We have been noticing that DTDC accepts courier to Jokatte, Mangalore -from other states, but doesn't deliver there. The DTDC courier located in Baikampady which is around 5kms, tells customer that we don't deliver to jokatte and asks us to come and get it from there location.

which i see is not satisfactory. This need to be looked upon.

I hope you look into this matter.

Dear Team,

14th May 2022, Booked a courier from Hyderabad to Mangalore.
It started at 16th May from Chandanagar.

As per Shipping history it halted 2 days in Hyderabad Only.
It says now processed from Bangalore, yet to reach Mangalore.

Total halt 4 days from 14th to 18th in Hyderabad as per history.

Please investigate this. which raises concern to go for courier like this

HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - P61281555 But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap.

I recieved a call from the delivery agen and then he said that he had a courier for me of my stuff that was going to arrive that day but he said that now he will deliver it on monday after wards but then i got to know that it was delivered and it wasnt delivered to me. I was waiting for the package for 2 days and then i got to know that it was already delivered but not to me.

I have courier before 14 days from Ahmedabad to Mohali Punjab but still my parcel not delivered at destination address. Also no any one take seriously in DTDC. Daily I am doing complaint on mail and call but situation is same. And today 15 days passed but my some important documents still not delivered.

जो भी व्यक्ति ले गया है उसका नाम और मोबाइल नंबर भी नही है उनके पास की आपके ऑफिस से कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी भी समान लेजा सकता है क्या ?????

On 7 May 2022, I couriered a passport from Jharsuguda Odisha to Nalgonda Telangana but it not reached yet its been more than 10 days. This is matter of serious concern because it is passport....

My courier which was addressed to me was received by someone else, and the status of tracking shows successfully delivered, I got the otp, but no one came to my house
The message I received :D43368019 is out for delivery.Plz share SMILE CODE (3237) with Dly Agent, for Zero Contact Delivery. DTDC won't ask for any payment OTP

If I got the message, how did the delivery person deliver it to someone else.br...

One of our customer has sent an docket wide docket no V73856888 date 30 mar 2022, has not received as on today the said docket.kindly take action and send the docket to the address mentioned on the cover. Action on priority.

i was waiting for the delivery and updates in online tracking.and the online tracking now says Not Delivered(Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I has very important documents and dtdc not even called me .Please deliver as soon as possible as delay may cause my admission to cancel.

Why the item is not delivering. This is the 4 th time not delivered (receiver requested on delivery another date(CIR). What is the reason ?

sub : DTDC parcel no.D21985384, delivery boy's harsh behavior threatening to take back the parcel, we are afraid

DTDC parcel no.D21985384 dated[protected] was booked at Kakinada and delivered to us on[protected] at 16-38. Very much shocked to notice the behaviour of DTDC courier parcel delivery boy with tel no. [protected]. He happened to give us calls, though we were trying to receive they got missed.Then immediately with in 'one minute' we opened the door and noticed the delivery boy with tel no. [protected]. He was very harsh and impatient threatening us to take back the parcel thus deprieving us of its receipt. please note that parcel was of Rs.2600/- and containing very much sought after household material was being brought from 1000 km far. We senior citizens, after making several beseeching requests he handed over the parcel, challenging us that he would not bother about any customer care and concern.

Please instruct your representatives to inculcate soft & positive attitude along with due patience of behavior with customers in the interest of customer focus .

This grievance was already give to DTDC representatives on tel no.[protected], but there was no acknowledgement, that is why we are again coming to you thru this mail for a corrective action from DTDC in the interest of their customer focus.
We are trusted customers of DTDC and we always prefer DTDC, but this type of occurrances will put us, being senior citizens very much, in fear of getting scared and afraid of DTDC deliver boys

I just currier an laptop through DTDC and before submission, there wasn’t any damage however at the receiving end, there was a damage.

I have booked the courier with DTDC premium. The parcel was missed at Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore. 7 days passed no response from branch office. They simply said parcel has missed. That product very important to my client. Due to of this 2-3 lakhs loss for us.

There is one consignment book in the name of me with the tracking ID D22466948. It is showing successfully delivered to me but no one has contacted to me for the same and neither I nor any of my family member has received the consignment.

I have ordered a book from books99store and they give it to dtdc courier services. It has reached cuttack and showing that out for delivery but after sometime showing that address correct and pincode wrong CIR. But both my address nd pincode are correct . Please look into my matter, and if possible give me delivery man's number so I can guide him to my home.
