Hi Team

My AWB number is D42764619.

I have been following up for so much time that I have not received the invoice. The billing team(Dwarka Branch, Delhi) says to contact hub as I booked the consignment from MyDTDC app, and hub says to contact billing team. No one is ready to give the invoice to me for the payment made by me. Please help.

I raised several tickets too on the customer portal but no resolution yet. I paid Rs. 3880 for my consignment.

My DTDC tracking number is Z75396064. It is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). Also, DTDC people have not attempted to call the receiver even a single time! Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

My courier with tracking number M21541357 has been marked as delivered but the delivery guy never cared to call me or message me. It came from Rajasthan and destination was coimbatore tamilnadu.
It contained important docs of mine.

I received a package sent from my hometown and it was an INDUCTION COOKTOP and it was broken.

I want my induction back.

How dare you people do this to my package? First of all, I wanted to know who the hell are you that you treated my package like that and it got broken.

I have paid ₹1440 for my package delivery and you assured me that it will delivered safely. You guys didn't even put the safety sticker on my package.

I want my product back. It was of ₹3700.
I want it back or else I will take a very SERIOUS ACTION against DTDC.

I have sent a courier from Pune Consignment number is - P60843617.
To Kolkata.
But It was not received by us.
And the courier item was missing .
we believe that consignment taken by DTDC Person.
Please help us to recover the Material

Corporate shipment of laptop from my company in Bangalore to Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode -673571

The franchise in Kunnamangalam (Manager Saju) refused to deliver the shipment to the recipient's address. Instead, they called and asked me to go to their office and collect it. On questioning this, Saju replied that the franchise has their own rules and they can't come to my location to deliver it. Although I contended that the shipment has been paid for door delivery, he simply denied it saying that I would have to go and collect it if I needed the shipment on time. Else, I might have to wait for 2 -3 days so that they could see if a delivery could be arranged (but they wouldn't guarantee it).

Completely unprofessional behaviour and it's illegal to deny the service that the customer has paid for.

Please take action against the franchise so that such incidents wouldn't occur in the future.

My dtdc order Id h66891712 which is showing delivered on 22/04/2022. but i didn’t receive any order. inspite my order taken by someone else with my signature. Dtdc office in mandapeta 533308 didnt inform me about my order. So plz enquire my order h66891712.
when i contacted dtdc mandapeta office, no response from them.

I have couriered my parcel from Kolkata to Bihar and paid Rs600 for same, but bihar DTDC guy is not delivering at door step to parcel and updating that we are not available.

The sender has mistakenly entered the wrong pincode. He has entered 491001 but the write pincode is 497001. Please help me to resolve this issue. I'll be very grateful if you'll take action as soon as possible. Please do the needful !

I booked my parcel from ghaziabad to jammu but now it’s online status showing that the receiver refused delivery. I didn’t got any call from the delivery man not even any delivery came to my house as well as i had given them 2 numbers so that they can call me but no calls till now. Day after tomorrow it’s my brother wedding and the parcel is too important for us. So i request you to look into the matter asap and delivered the parcel tomorrow i.e. 30/4/2022

I am S K Jajoo from Vadodara. I have given order to M/s Shree Ram dry Fruits, Jammu for Dry fruits items and prepayment was done of Rs.5240.
M/s Shree Ram Dry fruits vendor has done courier of 8.1 Kg item, including the box weight. Items weight was 7.25 kg. But when i received the courier, the box was seal pack but the weight was less. It was approx. 5 kg. So immediately i opened it and saw that some of the dry fruits are missing (1 kg Badam Giri, 250 gram Akhrt, 1 kg Pista, & 1 Kg Jumbo Akhroot were missing in the packing),
I talked to M/s Shree Ram dry Fruits, Jammu and he told that he has send the material perfectly.
When i shared the invoice kept inside the box to the vendor, the vendor told that this tis not the real invoice and he shared me the real invoice on WhatsApp.
DTDC courier services has done this thief and they are hiding. I has already paid the amount, Both the Courier Service and M/s Shree Ram dry Fruits, Jammu vendor are denying to pay for the loss.
Please help in this regards for solving the problem and getting my left out material or payment back.

2 days ago they marked it "out for delivery in the morning " i got the message, now whole day i did wait for it, but later by the evening it was not delivered, so i checked the status on website it said delivered, though its still not recieved, the courier office guys also dont respond to the calls.

My package supposed to get delivered in the month of Aug 2021, but till now there is no update on the consignment nor from anyone. Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it asap.

I like to raise a complaint against one agent of DTDC courier service from Mumbai, Dombivli east area, Maharashtra. His name is Kaustubh Thavre.
The address is: Shop no. 1, Hari Om Niwas Prakash Society, DNC Road near Leva Bhavan Ramnagar Dombivli East, India 421201. It is Nekst Enterprises - DTDC Express Ltd.

He took amount from me for courier via air but sent via road instead. It is my company laptop and very urgent but he did not value my urgency and need but went for his money earning.

If this is the service agents that DTDC is opting for then I am afraid customers will raise complaint only, might even go for legal actions. I want action against this agent.
