My led tv is completely broken to pieces which came under the consignment in your dtdc van .. Also the dvd player speaker nd other electronic stuff are either dented or broken. Please take further steps as i had insurance coverage of rs. 1200. Of the tv...which now ur raipur branch is not willing to pay...also your two employes mr. Satyam of ambikapur branch and mr.amol of raipur branch have been misleading me over the phone for past two months which i have all the phone records...please take some immediet action or give some instant response Sending u photos Please take the refund step elsewise I am bound to legal action. Hi I send a courier from Bangalore 100 ft road DTDC office to Kolkata on 13th Dec and still it hast reached. I have tried all the options My consigment no is B16171096 On ur website it showing delivered on 18th Dec but i con confirm it hasnt been delivered to the correct address. The person phone number given there is also not correct who has signed off. I would like proof of delivery pls? This item delivery is VERY URGENT PLS i have reached out to DTDC office bangalore and that guy is really not helping . I have been continuously calling him from yesterday and he is yet to give me any status. this is his number - [protected] This courier was send to the below address in Kolkata Gautam Mashi 8/5 Mominpore road Kolkata 700023 PS Ekbalpore WB I tried reaching ur customer support multiple times but simply not able to reach through and amazed to find that in your website customer service section is not working i am really amazed by at your guys service. My refference number is K75249693, which is showing that it is delivered on 17th dec. But it is not reached to me.When I called their dispatched office to know the details of the person name who delivered and received the courier, they are just harrashing me that they will inform me later.But when I called after some times they are telling that their computer was hanged, they have to ask log from different office etc. Please help me out.

I'm very much disappointment about the service you provide. For the first time when i booked my consignment from aurangabad it reached me the nest day, i was happy with the service and asked my client to book only Dtdc. But this time when there was a need of my goods, it is still in transit in pune since 3 days. very horrible service i could rate. i have lost my business bcos of the delay. the service lines are always busy which irritates us holding our phones for hours. Definitely i would never prefer or refer anyone next time to use the services from DTDC. My AWB consignment no is D20023247, booked on 16/12/2014 at 12pm.

two people with perungudi office. mobile numbers : [protected], [protected] i want to inquire them for my package. they are misbehaving with me and they are shouting at me. Is this the service you give? you shout at people? this is what the agents are supposed to do ? this is the worst service i have ever seen

My package with AWP Tracking No.: H37952447, status is "Shipment Returned due to RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE". There were not a single attempt to deliver this packet to the address. It is my residence address where someone is always available. I also called DTDC Durgapur office and gave them the tracking number but they were very rude and said they don't know about it before they hang up the phone. When you accept a packet, you commit a delivery....

This is in regarding the courier with docket no. V20330745 which had been delivered in broken condition. At the time of submitting the same to the concerned person at Sector 11, panchkula branch, it was being informed to the concerned person that package contains breakable item so kindly ensure the safe delivery. He just inform us for 250 rupee's charge and ensured us it will delivered in same condition. It was a birthday present for my brother and this was really not expected from your DTDC. I expect a good response from your side, as such matter cannot be neglected and it is case of sheer negligence. Co-operation will be highly appreciated.

You thought as this is a free product no one will go on search for tracking and check its tracking but not same like others I will see this to the end, this is an extreme fraud, first off all the respect you have from our eyes that you have lost. Now if you don't return my packet immediately after calling me on [protected] otherwise I have mail the same to the sender that is Procter and Gamble, not only that I will file case against you in Consumer court with the support of P & G team.

No Communication after our packages are booked. I have been trying to call again and again since today morning but all my call are in vain . I had booked a docket but wanted to stop its delivery ASAP. Never seen such stupid facility where i can inform something. and why do you have this customer care number 33004444 dont pay even for this. They all who pick the call are useless...

My courier consignment number is Z40937131. The consignment has not been delievered yet although I couriered on 05 December, 2014. And also, the nearest DTDC courier office at Udupi, which is 12km away from the place of delievery, refused to deliever the courier to door-step at Shankarpura. Extremely pathetic service.

Hi, this is a complaint regarding consignment no:D20065655 dated[protected] booked at kaduthuruthy dtdc.kerala. It was insisted by them as they will do the packing themselves. I received the parcel at MKCG medical college at 11.30am on[protected]. when found the parcel in damaged condition i insisted on complaining but i was told i should receive the product first.It was found that the packet was damaged by rats at two places(which was wrapped in a plastic sheet) & the entire contents inside was damaged & useless. DTDC Team, AWB / Consignment Number: Z41956946I haven't received my item yet but it's been marked as Delivered on 10 Dec 2014 in your tracking status. I'm making calls to Erode branch at regular interval(multiple attempts) for the past 3 days and counting, but no positive sign on delivery. It's totally frustrating. Could you please check at your end and make the delivery, If not update your tracking status as NOT DELIVERED. So that I can revoke my online order for refund. Hello, This is to bring to your notice that CN No. : H37451210 which was handed over to DTDC on 10 Dec 2014 (Last Wednesday) has still not reached its destination which is Bengaluru. it has reached Bengaluru Indiranagar branch on 12 Dec 2014 but no one has take initivative to deliver the courier. I have been calling them daily on thier landline Number which is[protected] and Mob no. : +91 [protected]. But they have been telling me that address mentioned on envelope is locked. Courier which i sent to Bengaluru is my Branch office and i know that it was not closed and i have provided them the My GM in Bengaluru office so that they could contact and deliver the courier. I was sent a parcel from mumbai on 1st dec 2014 through DTDC when i try to track it shows that parcel has arrived in air cargo, yelahanka after tat there is no update i still havent received my parcel. When i connected with those yelahanka executives they dont answer the call, somtimes they disconnect the call, sometimes they answer n the cal and put it on hold. Finally when i when i reached out to the manager/ the executive of some other branch they gave me a different no. i got to talk to Meenakshi she told me that the CN is not traceable so i have lodge a complaint.

I booked a courier thru DTDC at Indira nagar, Doopanahalli, Bangalore on 22 Sept, 11.30AM. STILL the courier is not dispatched to the address as it is a local courier delivered to Bangalore. Consignment Number #: B15173237. I had sent three reminder emails on their id: css.[protected]@dtdc.com. NO response yet. It's a REALLY very pathetic service from DTDC.

On Saturday 13th December 2014, we got one courier booked from Delhi to be delivered in Perumbakkam chennai. We checked with Delhi branch courier service before booking weather they have delivery services in Perumbakkam or not. And when they confirmed services then only we got our courier booked. Today morning 16th December, we got call from dtdc Tambaram West to come and collect courier from their office denying to deliver at address, stating that they don't have delivery services in Perumbakkam. when we questioned why they provided wrong information while booking the courier and they should not trouble their customers like this, they replied "either come and collect or they will return it back". I don't think it was our fault if we are asking in advance then courier service should provide correct information and if they are on mistake they should take ownership and got it delivered. There is difference of 14km between Tambaram West and Perumbakkam so it's difficult to go and collect and if they return in then there is no point of taking initiative in advance and paying to courier services as they wasted our 1 week time because of their own fault.

I have not received the courier from Courier which delivered from Ghaziabad on 9th Dec to Hyderabad. It was there at the HYD APEX (Uppal) center for last 5 days (from 11th Dec onwards). This is a bad experience with DTDC. And no use after calling to HYD APEX center.
