I HAVE SEND THE PACKET THROUGH YOUR COURIER SERVICE FROM ROORKEE TO JAMMU ON 18.12.2014 UNDER THE CN NO.Z405 68302 .TILL TODAY THE SAID PACKET HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHILE TRYING TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE NOT RESPONDING AND I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND TO WHOM I SHOULD COMPLAINT FOR STATUS OF THE ABOVE SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES PROPERLY THEN WHY YOU ARE MAKING THE BOOKING AND HARRASING THE PUBLIC. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY BEING THE DELIVERY PACKET MOST URGENT & SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TILL DATE . IF NOT HEARING FROM THE CONCERNED RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL, THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO REFER THE MATTER TO CONSUMER REDRESIAL FOR HARRASMENT AND ACTION TO TAKEN AGAINST THE DTDC FOR LOSS SUFFERED.

Our parcel couriered at Hyderabad on 11:00am 23.12.2014 to dispatch to Visakhapatnam by speed post, for that they demand Rs. 250/-. For actual service they demand Rs.125/- only. The parcel reached at Visakhapatnam at 4:00pm on 24.12.2014. But not delivered to the address. The second day is Holiday for DTDC Visakhapatnam. At Hyderabad Courier people say 25.12.2014 No holiday for their service. What is this ? It is bad service. If it not possible for their service say we can't. This not proper way. DTDC is totally useless company urge people/companies use blue dart or any other premium service but not DTDC. I have been asking for scan copy of POD from their Rajkot office, the person (nilesh : [protected]) has been wasting my time. For 2 days iam calling him from Pune and he days he will do it in 10 mins or he will ask Jamnagar person to mail me scan copy in 10 mins but nothing. Surprise that person just does not have any sense of any...

As i booked the courier on 21st dec, but he told on that day no service, it was very urgent to send application for my degree certificate, i told him to sent on 22nd, but for more than one day i can't able to track the parcel, i contact them and call center no one is picking the call, according to the database of dtdc booking is done on 23rd dec, but i have the bill which booking is done on 21st dec. i extremely dissatisfied with the service of dtdc because still it is not reach the destination.

As i sent my railway tickets on 16th through DTDC and my courier was in jalandhar on friday i.e 19th december. but thet did'nt deleivered my courier to me. As calling them again and again on saturday and requesting them, they did'nt deleivered my courier. As i was having my train on sunday which i missed due to their negligency which suffered me a lot. I want to take some of the major actions against them.

We have booked a consigment (no. V[protected] on 19 th december'2014 from Solapur to Kolkata through DTDC plus. But till now it is not delivery. The document is very important, So it is unexpected from DTDC. It should be immediately delivered with out delay.

Hello, I've couried an urgent consignment on 17th Dec 2014, Wednesday from Bangalore to Trivandrum(Corporation limits).I was not able to get SMS alert on requesting the status, customer care didnt pick call.On tracking via website, its in Tansit even after a week[protected]. When I called Trivandrum Branch, they say the courier boy has gone to Shabarimala and so come and collect. They have no answer why the recipient was not even informed via call.I'm going to raise such irresponsible action of DTDC in consumer court.I would have better used Post than a courier.Such a pathetic courier, please try to resolve this.I will file for compensation of this delay and losses incurred. I will never ever consider DTDC as a courier company at all, can't even imagine that such a company can exist in this current world where customer service is at priority.

This is to inform that above said consignment has not been delivered to me till yet. Kindly do the needful as you have updated that it has been delivered. My consignment number is Z41634861, and my package is not delivered at Mandavi Pearl City, Manipal UDUPI. From last three days, it is showing the same status. Receiver's address is 6 km away from UDUPI SORTING OFFICE, and 3 days have been passed since it arrived at UDUPI SORTING OFFICE. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 60 rupees of my mobile balance on DTDC customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i chose DTDC.

Hi, I was supposed to receive a courier by Friday evening. It was an express delivery for which we had paid extra bucks and I am still waiting. Its extremely disappointing that your customer support doesn't work whether it is - - online tracking of shipment - SMS tracking - it says it has no information of the shipment - customer support- I literally waited for 15 mins before I dropped the call - email tracking I have tried everything! I am leaving the city day after tomorrow and there is no information where my shipment is, whether I will receive or not. One of my friends also received his courier on the 4 th day which was also an express delivery. Why would we go for this option then and pay extra bucks. Please help !! I had send a Mobile Phone through DTDC from Kerala to Gurgaon(Haryana), 2 months back.But till date it had not yet delivered.When I compaint about it in DTDC they said they got many complaints like this from those who send parcels to Gurgaon, and they cant do anything regarding this now they are offering me an amount of Rs 250/ as compensation. My Phone cost is Rs.15000, itz a Brand new Phone send to company for free replacement.Please help me to get back my phone or equivalent amount.My consignment no: is R16240475...Hope for a good response..

My led tv is completely broken to pieces which came under the consignment in your dtdc van .. Also the dvd player speaker nd other electronic stuff are either dented or broken. Please take further steps as i had insurance coverage of rs. 1200. Of the tv...which now ur raipur branch is not willing to pay...also your two employes mr. Hi I send a courier from Bangalore 100 ft road DTDC office to Kolkata on 13th Dec and still it hast reached. I have tried all the options My consigment no is B16171096 On ur website it showing delivered on 18th Dec but i con confirm it hasnt been delivered to the correct address. The person phone number given there is also not correct who has signed off. I would like proof of delivery pls? This item delivery is VERY URGENT PLS i have reached out to DTDC office bangalore and that guy is really not helping . My refference number is K75249693, which is showing that it is delivered on 17th dec. But it is not reached to me.When I called their dispatched office to know the details of the person name who delivered and received the courier, they are just harrashing me that they will inform me later.But when I called after some times they are telling that their computer was hanged, they have to ask log from different office etc. Please help me out.

I'm very much disappointment about the service you provide. For the first time when i booked my consignment from aurangabad it reached me the nest day, i was happy with the service and asked my client to book only Dtdc. But this time when there was a need of my goods, it is still in transit in pune since 3 days. very horrible service i could rate. i have lost my business bcos of the delay. the service lines are always busy which irritates us holding our phones for hours. Definitely i would never prefer or refer anyone next time to use the services from DTDC. My AWB consignment no is D20023247, booked on 16/12/2014 at 12pm.
