Hi I had send a courier through an authorised DTDC COURIER AGENGY . My reference number is M13959326. My delivery address is : Jasper infotech pvt ltd- SNAPDEAL Khasra no. 10/13/1 Revenue estate, Old gurgaon road, NR.karan dharam kanta, Village samalkha, Delhi 110037 Mob: [protected] This courier was send one month before but still my receiving party cannot confirm the parcel as your agency have delivered this courier on the wrong address in Delhi. Despite calling the customer care 10 times my complaint was not resolved but instead your executive were dis-respectful. I was also spoken to you agent in Mumbai but no reply from him either. Dear Team Last week my brother send the parcel via dtdc on 22dec2014 till now 28dec 2014 not reached my parcel, we are confidente to your dtdc courier but this incident is very bad opinion for me so please search my parcel where and give me quickly my courier no z42397189 gaziyabad to coimbatore

My Courier despatched from Panchkula, Haryana to Bahadurgarh, Haryana 124507 vide Document No.Z40532125, dated[protected] not received till date[protected] and your local authorities not cooperating for searching that documents. The said document containing important papers of myself. Hope you will search that document and sent me the following address: Ambrish Srivastava, House No. 1009, Sector-2, Bahadurgarh 124507 Haryana Kindly take the matter is very serious due to very important document inside the packet. If it is not search, i will take necessary action against lost consignment.

Today evening I received the parcel from your courier service my parcel number is Z41725421 . The man who delivered the parcel was knocking the door vigorously . We just asked why are you knocking like this . for that he is speaking so rude and shouting abusing us . He just created a mess and created a problem in my house and my neighbors house . Is this way you People treat the customers ?

My consignment number is Z38656521 and while tracking this i got to know this has been delivered to Vijyanagar Branch and it should have been delivered to South Extension part 2. It was dispatched on 5th Dec 2014 but it is still not delivered and no one from Khirki Extension branch is picking up calls and no one is showing the proof of delivery. No signature is being shown but delivered to some unknown presence which is highly deplorable. Consignment carries an important and confidential document and if lost then DTDC have to bear that. Hello DTDC, I me and my sister made courier from Bangalore to Bellary on 24th December 2015. in Moodalapalya Nagarabhavi main Road Bangalore 560072 DTDC counter. I have sent a gift item to my friend it costs 850 Rs. When she received the delivery nothing was there in the box. It means someone from DTDC has take the item. When we enquired about this to booking person, he arrogantly replied he dont know anything and he said you go and inform anyone he ll not bother. So i am putting my complaint here. After this i suggest ppl think before going to DTDC. I have attached my booking receipt. I have taken this seriously, it is not about money, it is about the trust. to win this complaint i will go to any extent. I will put my complaint in PMO website and in local consumer court too. Misbehaviour done by Gurgaon office supervisor Contact No[protected] Misbehaviour done by one of supervisor of Mr Prakash who attended my call thrice. DTDC one office confirmed the consignment but one of the person sitting in Delhi Gurgaon denied about the same where status was also there that consignment at pathankot. POD No D17793624 Pathankot No [protected] Diljot confirmed that consignment is with them and I am having recording of those call as well but one person sitting who was claiming that he is the Manager of person sitting there at CS desk named Mr Prakash contact No[protected] has did misbehaviour with me and abused me while I forcefully asked for status for detail and told that status on web is something else than also he denied and uphrently told that packet is not with DTDC where it was there with DTDC only and not delivered even after 20 days from dispatch. When I have quoted that I will escalate to Mr. Subhasish Chakraborty than he told me that you can go to anyone and abused me post hich he disconnect the call as well.

Hi Finally i had no option but to get online here. I had booked a courier from Kundli Sonipat (Pin code:131028) for Srinagar (Pin code: 190010), on 20th Dec 2014. My precise instructions where that the parcel should reach the place latest by 24th Dec. I was assured that the delivery will happen on 23rd itself by the booking agency. I have paid a sum of 4 thousand for the parcel to be delivered. till now ie 28th EOD the delivery has not happened. All the numbers of customer care for DTDC are either wrong or the one i get connected leads to an IVR ([protected]) which asks to hold on and after waiting for 4 to 5 min calls gets disconnected always. The agency where i booked it is giving me all the lame excuses of that it was raining there so consignment is stuck in srinagar airport (that was 2 days back, & now is giving me the excuse that it is stuck in toll tax. I fail to undrstand that i have sent it through courier and where is the toll plaza in srinagar. what tax are they asking for when i have couriered it with the bill and is for personal use product. I need your help. i wrote to DTDC couple of times, either emails are bouncing back on it or there is no reply from their customer service till now. Attached are all communications i have done thus far. They are cheating customers and i need to make sure someone else doesnt go thorugh sucha a hassel as i have gone due to these lying .

Dear DTDC Team, My wife sent parcel from Chennai to Riyadh (KSA). I didn't get the parcel. But in the tracking field, it shows that the product has been delivered. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Tracking details: N95722267 Regards

Mr. Gulshan Vij dispatched a courier from Moradabad by DTDC courier service on[protected], Monday and they told us that it will be delivered by[protected], Thursday at my respective location i.e. Hyderabad but still I didn't received. I consulted them regarding that matter but they didn't give a clear response and also they didn't respond to our call. As my parcel contain some useful content and I am facing difficulties in my procedural work. Please take some strict action against it.

Consignment No. - V19989843 I sent a courier from Pune (Aundh Branch) on Wednesday 24 December 2014 to Bastora, Goa. The following are my complaints: 1. While booking my courier, I asked the woman at the desk if the courier would be delivered by Thursday (25 Dec) as it was a Christmas gift that I was sending & I was assured that it would be delivered in 48 hours. Later on, I was told that they "suddenly" declared 25 December as a holiday which is why the courier was not delivered. 2. On Friday (26 Dec), I received a call from the Mapusa branch asking me to ask someone to collect the parcel from their office as they could not deliver it to the given address. I told them that was not possible and I needed someone to deliver it to the house address mentioned. The lady at the other end of the line was very rude and told me that it was the Pune branch's fault for not checking whether the delivery was possible or not and that the Goa branch would not deliver the parcel. I told her to please sort it out and that since the parcel was already late in being delivered I was not responsible for who went to deliver it as I had already paid the entire shipment amount and no one had informed me that there would be a problem in delivering it to the given address. 3. Today (27 Dec) I had someone go to the DTDC office in Goa and they were told that the shipment was sent back to Pune because of an incomplete address. I have received no call despite my phone number being given. Also the Goa branch refused to speak to me on the phone when my person was at their office even though it was their fault. They also had the audacity to tell me that no phone number was mentioned in their records and that is why I had not received a call. Your organization seriously has a miscommunication problem within and I don't understand why the customer has to bear the brunt of it. I am seriously displeased with the way this situation has been handled and I doubt that I will ever do business with you ever again. Please ensure that this does not happen with another customer and that my parcel is delivered to me safely back in Pune and my money is refunded back.

We sent courier from Erode to Bangalore with the sample pieces.But when it reached to Bangalore, 2 pieces of the sample got lost. It is worth of 200 Rs. They took only the two pieces and tied as such. It's really a loss for me and it disappointed me very well. There is no response from staffs when we went and complaint. I stopped giving courier in DTDC. Very poor service.Please look into this and take necessary action, else the name will be spoiled

Track no.X11264422. I received a call from dtdc office Mysore on 23 stating that I have to be a given a parcel, the caller made the point that the delivery boy has visited our house for the past 3 days, could not deliver the parcel as the house was locked, later, the caller said that the courier would be delivered on 24th, the whole day we were waiting in our home but no one turned up, again we called up dtdc office in mysore on 26th regarding the courier, the caller said that the parcel would be delivered before 4 p.m But again it was a false promise, when I called the office around 5.p.m. one Mr. Anil, rather in a rude voice refuted my claims stating that the office has not received any calls from us against the above mentioned track no.Also, he said that the company shall not provide any stipulated time to deliver the goods. This is preposterous, how could you expect us to stay in the home all through the day to wait for your delivery boy. DTDC which has international reputation cannot afford to have such rude imbeciles as office assistants, to add to the dirt, the manager or the chief of the office was not there and i could not contact him. The irresponsible, negligent attitude of the staff of DTDC office of Mysore is certainly unacceptable. All other courier services call our mobile no before coming to the house just to easen the . transaction, But your staff seem to be ignorant of this customary services. I appeal to the authorities to set right the office and make it more courteous and customer friendly..,

I HAVE SEND THE PACKET THROUGH YOUR COURIER SERVICE FROM ROORKEE TO JAMMU ON 18.12.2014 UNDER THE CN NO.Z405 68302 .TILL TODAY THE SAID PACKET HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHILE TRYING TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE NOT RESPONDING AND I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND TO WHOM I SHOULD COMPLAINT FOR STATUS OF THE ABOVE SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES PROPERLY THEN WHY YOU ARE MAKING THE BOOKING AND HARRASING THE PUBLIC. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY BEING THE DELIVERY PACKET MOST URGENT & SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TILL DATE . IF NOT HEARING FROM THE CONCERNED RESPONSIBLE OFFICIAL, THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO REFER THE MATTER TO CONSUMER REDRESIAL FOR HARRASMENT AND ACTION TO TAKEN AGAINST THE DTDC FOR LOSS SUFFERED.

Our parcel couriered at Hyderabad on 11:00am 23.12.2014 to dispatch to Visakhapatnam by speed post, for that they demand Rs. 250/-. For actual service they demand Rs.125/- only. The parcel reached at Visakhapatnam at 4:00pm on 24.12.2014. But not delivered to the address. The second day is Holiday for DTDC Visakhapatnam. At Hyderabad Courier people say 25.12.2014 No holiday for their service. What is this ? It is bad service. If it not possible for their service say we can't. This not proper way. DTDC is totally useless company urge people/companies use blue dart or any other premium service but not DTDC. I have been asking for scan copy of POD from their Rajkot office, the person (nilesh : [protected]) has been wasting my time. For 2 days iam calling him from Pune and he days he will do it in 10 mins or he will ask Jamnagar person to mail me scan copy in 10 mins but nothing. Surprise that person just does not have any sense of any...

Dear Sir/Madam, I am not satisfy with your service i have a courier DTDC Courier Shambhu Nagar, Meerut (Uttar Pradesh).But the courier is not deliver to me some one call me dtdc shambhu nagar branch and said take your courier i not deliver to you at your address.if you don't take your courier with in two days than i return back courier to sender. and the language of calling person is very bad... No. F08688869 . Its been 10 days my parcel is not yet been delivered. I paid more for express service and this is what the service you provide? and you have the worst customer service no one is responsible for the Parcel ? Kindly resolve this problem...
