Dear Sir/Madam We the customers of DTDC feel very poor about your service. A courier was booked from Calcutta to Kundrathur on 4th September and the Courier was not reached us. We fought with the one who sent to us and received the courier on 13th September. It didn't reach us by proper way rather we fought with the courier service supplier. After we asking they told us that they don't have supply in Kundrathur but he courier was with them....

I thought DTDC is good and very punctual about their Deliveries and commitment given to customer. With respect to it, I submitted parcel on 9th Sept to be delivered to Pune from DTDC Amravati Rajapeth office of doc no V18403726. As I need to deliver it urgently, I have opted PREMIUM EXPRES Sservice worth of 230/- and I have been told that it would be delivered by 11th morning any how. With those words I agreed and planned my respective activities....

I sent a courier from Powai branch to Kochi branch which was not delivered and returned (the person to which it was sent never got any calls). Adding to this, the shipment returned never reached me even though it reach mumbai on August 30th. I checked with the Powai office in person 3 times during which the only response which I got was it hasn't reached them yet(the offices are just 2-3 kms apart). It has been 12 days and I never got a communication...

I had book one parcel from moradabad to deheradun on 7th Aug.Tracking number is Z31359407.After 20 days they informed to me that my parcel is not delivered and return back.Now they are not giving my parcel to back to me. Considering the reputation of DTDC I decided to send an urgent cover to Chennai from Trichur, Kerala.
I sent on 01/09/2014. My son inform me today (03/09/2014) that he has not received it yet.
3 day delay is too much for a courier delivery.

The "WORST" service I ever had experience with DTDC, Consignment no.H34135560, which is courier August, 27, 2014 and supposed to delivered on 01 Sept 2014, but still not received even when calling to local Kharghar branch [protected], on 01 Sept 2014 ..so irresponsibly about how important that courier to customer is! Saying excuses of getting late and all. AND THIS IS THE THIRD TIME HAPPENING WITH ME....
