dtdc is worst service of all courier service of world ... i dont know if they know the meaning of courier service...these guys work like stone age people ...my parcel has to come from hadapsar area pune .. to pimple nilakh area pune ...and i still not get my parcel till now . i have booked parcel on 9 oct ... and toady is 16 oct... its almost 7 days and more taking days to deliver from one end of pune to other end of pune ... even snail walk faster than these guys... ..about customer care ... whatever number they give on there website is all lie ... none of them are work ... even accidently phone ring they dont pick it up .. and again next time when i call its busy tone ... how they build this company if they dont value for there customer... i think companys ceo, is in dark sleep ... they dont know what is going on in there company ... ...i saw many coustemer complaints .. none of them reply ...

The consignment was sent on 11 october 2014 from the following DTDC office- DTDC, 1-Shree Sai Apartment, Ground floor, Diva gaon, Airoli, Sector -9, Navi Mumbai- 400708, Maharashtra. It was couriered to Mangalore, Karnataka. Firstly, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE by the DTDC employee, no proper information given about the fare and mode of transportation. Seemed like his only goal was to prepare the bill n take the money as soon as possible. Secondly, The consignment got delivered to mangalore DTDC office IN BROKEN CONDITION! The blame is solely on the DTDC employee of airoli office, I had informed him about the nature of the material and its importance. I also asked him whether they would repack it with any cardboard material or so, firstly he said YES and then he jus pulled a brown tape over the polythene cover I had taken to carry the material and labelled it. On asking about the transportation, he didnot reply and handedover the 850rs bill to me. Rediculous behaviour by the employee, even after asking each and everything he behaved so irresponsibily... I REQUEST THE DTDC CUSTOMER CARE TO UNDERSTAND THE CRITICALITY OF THE LOSS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON THE DTDC COURIER OFFICE, mentioned above and DO JUSTICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS and CLUMPSY SERVICE... by DTDC... THE MATERIAL WAS NOT IN CONDITION TO CLICK PICTURE...

I used this service to send one urgent courier (1 day delivery) from Pune to Mumbai on 11 Oct 2014. As on today (15 Oct 2014) no one knows where that parcel is. Their online tracking doesn't work No one picks up at[protected]. The number for Pune[protected] is out of service. SMS tracking does not work email tracking does not work The place from where i couriered, is totally unaware. He said we sent from here now it is not our responsibility that it didn;t reached to destination. I sent it from Shop No 23, LG Floor, Arun Plaza, near Dange chowk. The only question is why are they still operating and fooling people?

Couriered a camera from Hyderabad to Jamshedpur through DTDC. The courier charge was approximately Rs. 860 for the DTDC blue service, which promises to deliver the consignment within 2-3 working days. This is what I was told by the lady who operates out of the Begumpet branch, near Lifestyle building. It has been over a month and my consignment has still not reached. I'm told that my consignment, including many others, have been seized in Kolkata, because "they are commercial items". DTDC representatives then asked me to pay a sales tax of Rs. 11, 000 to get my consignment released. I spent Rs. 27, 000 on buying the camera. I chose to courier it to Jamshedpur only because Amazon (the website from which I purchased it) does not ship to Jamshedpur. I have contacted several DTDC officers, including Mr. Srinivas, Ms. Prashanti and Mr.A.R. Khan in Hyderabad, and Mr. Sowmik in Kolkata, and each one has managed to give me a different version of what has happened and what I should do. I was also made to write a written clarification to say that the item that I shipped was not a commercial item, to which there was no response, written or verbal. Despite having all the receipts for it, I have not once been asked to produce them; just been blindly asked to pay the sales tax money. Thank you DTDC, for setting the worst standards in courier service.

I have Send a courier From Industrial Area Ph II Panchkula to Khanna (Punjab) on dated[protected] but till today their is no delivery for the courier to the destination courier status is still showing in transit i have complaint lots of time to the dtdc shop but they are not responding properly everytime they are saying it will definitly delivered today..but all are vain.finally it is requested that plz return my courier and money back i am not interested in dtdc at all. Dear sir / madam On 4th oct 2014 i send a small parcel through dtdc from amritsar to thane ( mumbai) having docket no z34702690 is still not delivered. When i track from dtdc site it showing attempted on 6 th oct. I also contact amrisar customer care on no [protected] since 7 th oct, i m not getting any satisfaction response. They tell me stupid things net working ect. Plz update me where is my parcel. I m very disappointed from the service of dtdc. Plz never send ur parcel through dtdc. Dear sir/ mam as below I am giving the details DTDC gave me pathetic service. My shipment has been placed on 18 sep 2014. to alwar. but they had return the packet as the address was incomplete. While the address given is right. I am receiving all the mails, cooriers at same address but dtdc saying my address is rong. and now the are not returning the parsel. the parsal is laying Goregaon from 26 sep 2014. this gave me loss in business. till date this is showing that shipment RTO in process. I dont how much it will take more time. when I am calling no one is picking the call. and if they pick the call the give me no. only. aap is no pe bat kr lo all that . DOMLUR Bangalore Branch DTDC has missed my mail, and after a continuous fight and follow up for 4 months i got the mail delivered to the same address. I had booked a shipment ( Urgent Medicines with Prescription ) on 15th Sept from the Naupada(Thane - Maharashtra) DTDC office & the same was asked to be sent to be Ballia ( Manish Enterprises) & my parents were supposed to pick up the same from the above mentioned franchisees. The person who was supervising was Pawan Dubey ( who is not traceable ) After 3-4 days the same came back undelivered & reason being incomplete address. I wonder... why on the planet u want me to specify your own address destination. I raised complaint in the Customer service, spoke to supervisor...then to the assistant manager Ravinder but no use... Ravinder assured that he will look into the matter & get the same delivered in the next 2-3 days but all fake commitments. YOUR COMPANY IS FAKE & IS FOOLING AROUND. IF YOU CAN’T PROVIDE SERVICE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CLOSE DOWN….

on 1st of aug 2014 i had couriered a parcel to my home city bhubaneswar from mysore infosys branch.and it is not yet received at my home while the status of that parcel is showing as delivered on 8th of aug.The parcel is worth 8000 rs and the delivery charge was 210 rs.i am now done with all the formalities starting from visiting both the branch i.e. both mysore and bhubaneswar as well as calling the manager and supervisor many a times.Now i definitely want my parcel back or the money that too within minimum time.it has been 2 and half months since then.

I have submitted my consignment on September 20th, 2014 and it was due to be delivered by September 22nd 2014. Till now it was not been delivered and no body from DTDC able let me know the status of the delivery. Not sure if DTDC has lost it or they are simply not taking the responsibility to deliver it. I, as a customer had to made all the follow ups even then no body helped me in getting the status. This is so frustrating for me as a customer. Please help me if any DTDC person is seeing this. The said consignment was booked from Baroda (PIN 390018) for Jhumriteliya(825409) on 22th of September 2014 with an assurance/commitment to reach the destination positively on 25th September2014. As the document was very urgent in nature they asked to pay Rs.530.00 as speed charge.But sorry to inform you that till I 09.56pm of 10rd oct 2014 it did not reach me .I am very much worried about my important documents.Please also let me know how one can trust in DTDC after paying the charges more than double of the normal courier charges.Please also tell me know why the extra amount has been charged.Dtdc update delivered but location at jamshedpur but consignee at live in jhumari taliya in jarkhand at this time not received parcel.so please update real time scan. Consignment id Z31701558 My consignment has been returned due to office closed but now after it has been returned i am unable to trace it, according to the Ahmedabad branch it has been sent back and has reached Delhi, but Delhi people says we have not received it from Ahmedabad branch and inquire there. Now this return was done some 15 days back and there is no customer care response towards it. I totally dont understand what should i do in this matter and how do i get my consignment back. I am totally disappointed by the service and look forward to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Airway bill number: Z36938708 Above was meant to delivered on 08-Oct-2014. And 08:00 AM to till 02:30 PM, i was continuously watching status of package on DTDC tracking website and sitting in my office where it has to be delivered and it was showing status as "Out For Delivery". But all of sudden at 02:35 PM it is showing status as "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED on 09:41 AM AND OFFICE CLOSED". Now i don't understand. How this could happen because since morning i was sitting in my office doing my office. So without attempt of package delivery how can they write on their website that DELIVERY ATTEMPTED AND OFFICE CLOSED. When i called on number[protected]Delhi Paharganj), Guy on phone talked very rudly and said that package will be deliver only on tomorrow. I told him above scenario and sais that i will compaling about this. And he said "JO KARNA HAI KARLO". This is very unprofessional response.

Respected Sir, I'm Saptarshi Raha, I send a courier from Hyderabad, India to Jalpaiguri, India, reference no V18579695, when I post the courier dated at 29/09/2014 from Banjara Hills Hyderabad, your employees inform me the courier reach between 3 days and the pin code status says it'll be reach at home of receiving party. Yesterday night, at 7pm I search the nearest dtdc contacts of sending address, then I found a no registered Mr. Gupta, at Birpara-735204, India and I confirm to call Mr. Gupta, he told me their is a no room delivery service, whenever your companie's employee says, the status shown room delivery available, so it's question, the information is wrong or not and/or the system/employee is right why Mr. Gupta who provide the dtdc service at Birpara - 735204, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India give me wrong information, and I also alleging that Mr. Gupta didn't call the receiving party, whenever the courier reach to his office on dated 5th day of October 2014, at 12 o' clock at noon and he give lots of excuse that my sending address is remote area, so nobody dont want to go their. So it's my above submission and it's I demand the justice o[censored]nexpected harassment.
