Hi Guys,

DTDC is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I am expecting a courier(AWB#Z[protected] which got dispatched from Delhi on 16-Oct-2014 and supposed to be delivered in Bangalore. I did not receive it till date ( 24-Oct-2014). They did not even update the status of the consignment after 16-Oct-2014. Also, they (DTDC) have world's worst customer service representatives, I called so many times on the given number ([protected]) but, nobody picked it up even for once. It is really frustrating. I dropped them multiple emails as calling them did not work, but no response so far. You guys really deserve the award for worst courier service.

This complaint is in reference to a courier which was booked with DTDC Docket no Z36956600 on 16th October 2014 from Sector- 62, Noida, U.P to Aon Global Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Employee Benefits 801-803, Ashoka Estate, 24 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi -110001. The packet contained original Medical papers and a stamp paper of Rs. 50.

We got conformation from DTDC representative that it would be delivered next day but yet not delivered(22nd October 2014). They have confirmed that the packet is with them in Jhandewalan Branch.

We have still not got the packet back .

I tried to contact every one whom i could but no body helped i called

I have couriered some urgent medicines (tablets) from Bangalore (560037) to Bhilai, Chattishgarh (490021) on 17th Oct, 2014 through DTDC courier, BEML layout, Kundalahalli Branch. They claimed that it will reach by 21st October. Now on 22nd October, they are saying it will reach on 27th October. I have paid 120 rupees for their service and since the content were medicines (which my mother had to take from 22nd October, I chose this) This is second such instance of delaying the courier by 1 week or so even though they charge premium price for their service. I did a mistake by sending medicines through dtdc and now my mother is suffering in lack of medicines. I feel disgusted.

My name is Sarita Yadav and i sent a courier with Consignment no D19974387 on 16th Oct. 2014 from Mumbai to Lucknow. The Courier packet originally contained 40 inch LED tv and its yet not reached .I had made payment for air mode but they had sent through road mode and its still not reached Lucknow and no clue when it will reach Lucknow. And i want this shipment to be done on 22nd October 2014 (urgent). Deliverer address: 115 tulsi vihar jalalpur rajaji puram lucknow 226017 U.P.

Consignment number: N95523439 Hi All, We have sent Diwali courier from Pune to Benicia, though DTDC courier. And consignment num is N95523439. I am not able to track above consignment and getting error like "This consignment could not found and please contact customer care" I tried to call customer care many times but nno one picking call. Really very bad service you providing... very disappointed for your service. Kindly do needful ASAP. Else we have to take further action.

I sent a package on 10th oct 2014 from N Delhi to Phagwara which came back the next day with the explanation that service to Phagwar is not provided. Ppick up man called his local office and got it confirmed that service is available for the pin code 171005 so sent the same package to Shimla 17005 on 14th oct 2014. the package had the phone number of sender and recipient clearly mentioned. the package wasn't received by 20th oct so I inquired delhi office of its whereabouts. on 21st oct 11:20am they informed me that package had been lying in their Shimal "the Mall" office since 16th oct but because it was a normal courier and not an express one so they didn't call either the sender or the receiver about its status. Moreover now they found out that the pin code mentioned is not in their service area so the receiver has to come and collect it from their main office that is "indra villa, albion house, the mall-171001". Suddenly when the receiver is at their above mentioned office on 21st oct, they found out that the package arrived in shimla not on 16th but on 21st oct at 12:53pm and to top it the courier is not there as they had sent a delivery person with the courier to the address mentioned on the package. Now the delhi office is also ranting that in the morning the stats of consignment showed that it had reached shimla on 16th but now the status is showing that it reached shimla on 21st and not on 16th as they had mentioned earlier. With all these developments I am not sure whether these people have the package with them or they have misplaced it and are now making silly excuses.

Hi, I bought a webcam on 12th of October, 2014 from ebay.in prepaid mode. On 13th they despatched the item via DTDC courier to Kolkata. But still the item is not delivered and the customer care people are not receiving my telephone also and in email mode and sms mode I have not getting any track. Hello, I have sent courier using your service on last Saturday[protected].Still now not receiving your that parcel.waiting for 10 days.andi have called thirunelveli office landline -[protected] 10 times there is no response from there side.still that parcel is there only.they are not willing to delivery.then what is the usage to sending my things through courier.I want answer for that.Please take a action as soon as possible.

Hi Sir, My courier reference number: K74740354. The delivery boy came to my office entry point. Gave a call to me and i just try to reach him within 5min, he left without informing. I am giving him call more than 2-3 times no reply. Is this is the customer service a customer expect? Not sure when can i get my courier? The boy is not at all doing his job properly. Very bad experience.

DTDC consignment number Z33612964 dated 9/10/2014 booked at Delhi addressed to CH. Jalandhar, Kothapet, Hyderabad is not at all delivered till today i.e (17/10/2014) but the tracking status of the same is showing as delivered on 11/10/2014 at 4.15 PM. The concerned DTDC Hyderabad is not responding over its phone numbers[protected] and[protected] even after trying several times. AWB No.Z33252127 for delivery in KOTA (Rajasthan) Web tracking reflected that Parcel arrived on 16 Oct 2014. Upon enquiry on 17th AM with the KOTA office, was told that Parcel has arrived and shall be delivered by 6 PM. Upon enquiry at 6:15 PM got to learn from the KOTA office that the parcel was returned back to sender for reasons not known to them. Two of my mobile phone nos.were mentioned on the parcel but the KOTA office did not bother to call up, but chose to return it back. Extremely lousy attitude...of the office staff and the organisation in general.

A courier bearing tracking number 'H35961554' is supposed to be delivered by DTDC on 10th of october to my place. but its been a week still i dint receive my package. I tracked the courier its showing its in transit and dispatched from balanagar office on 10th october. I just dont understand to reach the some place in the same city it took one week and still i dint receive my courier. its just pathetic that none of the numbers given on website are being used. is der any possible pathetic thing a courier service can do ?? atleast u should lift the call to answer something/.. thats supposed to be my birthday gift that supposed to be received on 10th my birthday. i still dint receive it. please please look into this.

My aunt sent me a parcel from Delhi having some pc parts on 13 of October . It was sent through DTDC Plus service wich said that delivery will be done by 14th. On 17th when i called the nearest office they said they dont know any exact date on which it will be delivered. The reference number is V19083741 Please help me in getting my courier delivered on time. They charged Rs 250 and this is the service they give us.

We have one consignment Farrukhabad to Mahipalpur New Delhi booked on 25/09/14 but till time we have not received the consignment & the customer care person Mr Ravi Mobile No.[protected] confirmed me that your consignment was lost & misplaced in the way POD NO.Z32953402. In this box the content is Homoeopathic medicine's & its cost is INR 2500, we required my content or refund my amount. Contact me [protected]

dtdc is worst service of all courier service of world ... i dont know if they know the meaning of courier service...these guys work like stone age people ...my parcel has to come from hadapsar area pune .. to pimple nilakh area pune ...and i still not get my parcel till now . i have booked parcel on 9 oct ... and toady is 16 oct... its almost 7 days and more taking days to deliver from one end of pune to other end of pune ... even snail walk faster than these guys... ..about customer care ... whatever number they give on there website is all lie ... none of them are work ... even accidently phone ring they dont pick it up .. and again next time when i call its busy tone ... how they build this company if they dont value for there customer... i think companys ceo, is in dark sleep ... they dont know what is going on in there company ... ...i saw many coustemer complaints .. none of them reply ...

The consignment was sent on 11 october 2014 from the following DTDC office- DTDC, 1-Shree Sai Apartment, Ground floor, Diva gaon, Airoli, Sector -9, Navi Mumbai- 400708, Maharashtra. It was couriered to Mangalore, Karnataka. Firstly, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE by the DTDC employee, no proper information given about the fare and mode of transportation. Seemed like his only goal was to prepare the bill n take the money as soon as possible. Secondly, The consignment got delivered to mangalore DTDC office IN BROKEN CONDITION! The blame is solely on the DTDC employee of airoli office, I had informed him about the nature of the material and its importance. I also asked him whether they would repack it with any cardboard material or so, firstly he said YES and then he jus pulled a brown tape over the polythene cover I had taken to carry the material and labelled it. On asking about the transportation, he didnot reply and handedover the 850rs bill to me. Rediculous behaviour by the employee, even after asking each and everything he behaved so irresponsibily... I REQUEST THE DTDC CUSTOMER CARE TO UNDERSTAND THE CRITICALITY OF THE LOSS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION ON THE DTDC COURIER OFFICE, mentioned above and DO JUSTICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS and CLUMPSY SERVICE... by DTDC... THE MATERIAL WAS NOT IN CONDITION TO CLICK PICTURE...

I used this service to send one urgent courier (1 day delivery) from Pune to Mumbai on 11 Oct 2014. As on today (15 Oct 2014) no one knows where that parcel is. Their online tracking doesn't work No one picks up at[protected]. The number for Pune[protected] is out of service. SMS tracking does not work email tracking does not work The place from where i couriered, is totally unaware. He said we sent from here now it is not our responsibility that it didn;t reached to destination. I sent it from Shop No 23, LG Floor, Arun Plaza, near Dange chowk. The only question is why are they still operating and fooling people?

A29793469 MY courier had been dispatched on 7/10/14 from ahmedabad to rajasthan but even after a week it yet not delivered this is second consecutive bed experience with me, plz reply me fast as it need to be delivered urgently, its mater for my reputation as well as ur organisation too, reply me i m waiting 0n my [protected]@gmail.com

Couriered a camera from Hyderabad to Jamshedpur through DTDC. The courier charge was approximately Rs. 860 for the DTDC blue service, which promises to deliver the consignment within 2-3 working days. This is what I was told by the lady who operates out of the Begumpet branch, near Lifestyle building. It has been over a month and my consignment has still not reached. I'm told that my consignment, including many others, have been seized in Kolkata, because "they are commercial items". DTDC representatives then asked me to pay a sales tax of Rs. 11, 000 to get my consignment released. I spent Rs. 27, 000 on buying the camera. I chose to courier it to Jamshedpur only because Amazon (the website from which I purchased it) does not ship to Jamshedpur. I have contacted several DTDC officers, including Mr. Srinivas, Ms. Prashanti and Mr.A.R. Khan in Hyderabad, and Mr. Sowmik in Kolkata, and each one has managed to give me a different version of what has happened and what I should do. I was also made to write a written clarification to say that the item that I shipped was not a commercial item, to which there was no response, written or verbal. Despite having all the receipts for it, I have not once been asked to produce them; just been blindly asked to pay the sales tax money. Thank you DTDC, for setting the worst standards in courier service.
