Hi,
Please refer mail trail below.
These guys have accepted that the parcel delivered by them in damaged condition.
But not replying despite reminding several times.
Even their customer care email ids are just sitting on this
My complain "N95417699 Received in damaged condition"
1) Its received in damaged condition after 13 days
2) Books are torn because of poor and improper handling of parcel
3) Packets of eatables are spoiled because of poor and improper handling of parcel
4) The parcel is received via DTDC only and DTDC guy had done all the cleanup of parcel before delivery.
