I had booked courier on 3rd oct from Bangalore to Guntur which id very important. DTDC guy over in Bangalore (Electronic city branch) told that it will be delivered in a day & charged extra rupees as well. In the online the consignment is shown to be booked as on oct 6th to my surprise. But the courier is not yet received. Iam really pissed of with their service. no body is really responding. Please help me its really urgent courier. Please help it in getting delivered. Inronically they promised me to get delivered in day !!! for extra charges they took. If you dint know to deliver, stop doing service. This is very worst ever service.

Today on 07.10.2014 at 05:42 PM a Delivery boy of DTDC Courier Service, Premnagar, Dehradun came to deliver me my parcel which was ordered on Shopclues. But I was shocked when he was about to handover me the product. He said "Jaldi receive karke Signature Kar, Itna Time nahi hota hamare pass". When I asked him for this misbehavior he took back the product and went out... means he taken back the product and did not deliver to me... .. Is this is the talking standard of DTDC Courier company's Delivery boy with their costumers... ???? Puneet Panwar, Dehradun

I never ever seen such a "sloppy" courier service providers in india..!...I have been waiting for more than 10 days but i yet to receive my parcel. First of all delete the [protected]@dtdc.com id from your website because customers find no use by that id.!!!...Don't loose your credibility for some highly irresponsible employees..!..Find them and fire them all...Are you shipping your goods by snail??..I have no idea when will i get my parcel..!...I have called to the dtdc office at my place but no employee is there to pick up my call...These are the numbers...[protected], 4030224, [protected], [protected]...Call them and try your luck..!...Don't play fool with your customers..!..You gonna understand soon "not all the customers are same"..!...
There is no wonder why foreign companies survive successfully in india because of some foolish ceo's of india running a sloppy company..!..Im not sure whether these comments are reaching to mr.Subhasish chakraborty, the honourable ceo of this sloppy service company..!...

courier sent from hyderabad to warangal on 28th sep 2014 docket number - V 18595059, till today it has not reached. when we contacted them they very irresponsibly says that it has been misplaced... idiotic this is... it was a digital signature of one of the directors of a company who had to file their income tax returns on 30th sep 2014... i want to ask the authorities concerned to know who will bear the costs and penalties involved and who will trace the missing courier.

DTDC AWB number:C55917938 The above mentioned is the AWB numbers of items have been purchased online on ebay. I am receiving a bad experience from DTDC courier service, Aluva. They are deliberate not to deliver the item on the mentioned address or neither to contact me on the registered contact details. The item was sent back to seller, reason being cited is INCOMPLETE ADDRESS. I dont think that the postal address which has never had any problem previously needs to be changed to comfort DTDC, ALUVA. Hi, I have send a courier on 22/09/2014 to Odisha, but till now its not reached. People say that DTDC is the fastest courier service, but as per my experiance, its worst. One patient is waiting for his medicine but, till now its not reached. They promised me to delever within 3 day but till today not yet reached. Sir, As per attached file details, We do not get the feedback from DTDC Costumer care they always they give us the Contact detail of Jaipur & Sikar DTDC office but nobody take the call and if they take call Jaipur DTDC office says materiel in in Sikar Office & Sikar DTDC Office says material is in Jaipur and costumer care also not give us the proper response material booked in last week but steal our customer is in trouble about the material. Dear sir/Mam, I have book a consignment from Khokhra branch Ahmedabad to Delhi at 1 Oct 2014 by air cargo service. The consignment number is i01188652. This is very important parcel for me and in the condition of not received yet, a huge loss i am bearing.I have confirm the status everywhere naraina Delhi office, kapashera apex, Ahmedabad office but No buddy give me a proper answer even if i asked about the flight detail they don't have any information. I have booked this consignment by air just because of the urgency but after 5 days i did not recived it. If i will not received this consignment by Monday 6 Oct 2014, in such situtation, we shall compelled a legal action against the courier company which will be huge financial amount as a compensation paid by courier company. My field sent me an urgent official document to my office address.But I have not received the same still after 5 days. In my DTDC tracker my consignment number is showing as delivered.But still I have not received the same.I am trying to reach in DTDC customer care.They are holding the line for more than 20 minutes.And saying "Your callis important to us".Even I am trying to reach the local office where the it is showing as delivered.But no one is picking the call. Even my friend mentioned proper contact number.In my consignment history it is showing all the 1s. I am a regular customer of DTDC.But this time I am coimpletely frustated.Please do the needful to resolve the issue.

Material not delivered on exact location c56076296 and in status showed delivered, but when I contact the concerned person he replied his boy will bring back courier and delivered to me.But again he delibered to unknown person, with out my signatures.DTDC ur service is very very poor, bad and unmannered.

This is really a pathetic service DTDC is providing, one courier has booked on 27th September with consignment number- Z33603489. In their portal its showing its DELIVERED, but actually it is not, I have been calling the branch office and they said check with courier boys, while I am checking local DTDC center, they said courier boy sometime write DELIVERED before delivering, this is a pathetic answer I ever came across, how can a courier boy can write Delivered without delivering it? and what kind of action courier company taking?? is this a joke or what? You guys don't understand the importance of the document or parcel somebody expecting and ending with following you guys here and there???? I need my parcel to by deliver by tomorrow (i.e. 4th October).

Dear sir, my dtdc tracking no Z34407192 is not delivered to me. On 30 September 2014 it has reached Puri (Destination), but till yet not deliver to me. I asked the dtdc person regarding the parcel, but there was no response from them. I also complained to the customer care of dtdc regarding this matter, but they provided me wrong information. I have booked my parcel from Bangalore to Mathura (UP) on 26th Sep 2014 which has not been delivered so far. Just now checked the delivery status and it lead to big surprise - How DTDC can have such bad process for consignment movement? My Parcel was reached at Agra on 27th Sep and then it was routed to Lucknow then Aligarh and Then reached to Mathura? Mathura is very close to Agra even closer to Delhi - Why it was routed through Lucknow? Is it standard process? If yes then it was my mistake to book parcel through DTDC by believe of best service. My parcel / consignment number - B13343645. Same has not been delivered so far.

We sent one courier on 19.09.2014 to Neyveli, Tamilnadu in the name of Mr.K.Mohan Reddy from Hyderabad vide docket no.H34423457 at Banjarahills, Hyderabad.Still the courier is not received by our client. My mother sent some snacks from Kolhapur to bangalore. When I received the parcel one day late here, I found that the box which was containing snacks was opened from one side. When I opened the box completely I found that one zip lock bag out of two was missing. wherein the kolhapur branch had taken extra charges for the packing since my mother has mentioned that parcel is fragile while boooking. DTDC, Chittaranjan, Dt: Burdwan, West Bengal, PIN: 713331 is not giving delivery to residence rather they are forcing to collect parcels from their custody/stores/office. If it is not collecting, they are returning parcels showing false reasons. I faced such problems several times with them. I am giving one instance here. The said consignment was booked from Baroda (PIN 390018) for Jhumriteliya(825409) on 22th of September 2014 with an assurance/commitment to reach the destination positively on 25th September2014. As the document was very urgent in nature they asked to pay Rs.530.00 as speed charge.But sorry to inform you that till 09.25am of 291st oct 2014 it did not reach me .I am very much worried about my important documents.Please also let me know how one can trust in DTDC after paying the charges more than double of the normal courier charges.Please also tell me know why the extra amount has been charged...at this time my documents on transit
