Recently I had to sent courier to my place. The delivery person was very rude and spoke very disrespectfully. I am very much disappointed with the kind of service you guys provided. Please hire guys who are professional to the job and have some manner to speak to customers.

When Your Neemrna Center not Delivered The Material Of " ULTRTECH CEMENT LTD, MOHANPURA, KOTPUTLI, THEN WHY ARE YOU TAKE THE MATERIALS. When I contact to your DTDC Center Person Mr. Sanjay Sharma for my material he says to me if you required the material you come at location and collect the material. From my Location your DTDC center are 40 KMS away. When we talk to him why are you not delivered the material then he says" I am already inform to my company (DTDC) by E-mail so many times, I am not delivered the material in (Ultra tech Cement) our location." In present scenario my material dispatched by HomeShop18 but you Neemrana center not give me yet.. Please Do the needful. Praveen Gaur [protected]

I have booked a consignment with number "F08442353" from Chennai to Delhi on 14th August'14. the delivery of the consignment should be done by this time but when i go and check in the website if the consignment has been delivered or not it says "InTransit" till date it says the same thing but the consignment has not been delivered. when i give a call to your representative they don't even answer the call properly. Reason for not delivering the shipment is no service is provided in the region mention. But why they accepted my courier if no service is there in that region. Then my courier is to delhi University it is in south delhi. Known to everyone in delhi. My document contains application documents for IIFT. Please delivery it at the earliest. Please don't put me in trouble.

It was supposed to reach 10 days back . Still I didnt received my package. I called them twice (I corrected the address) but they are not responding properly is this the way DTDC work .I am expecting some proper action

I have booked a consignment on September 3, 2014 bearing number: V17912879, from Vijayawada to Kakinada, as the document was urgent, the Courier company told to book a Speed delivering consignment which will be delivered by next day morning (DTDC plus) and they have charged me an amount of Rs. 130/- (Rupees one hundred and thirty only) as the documents are important I preferred the same for quick delivery, but to my surprise the document was not delivered till 530 in the evening because of the delay and not delivering the documents in time I have lost an important financial deal leaving me in all types of agony and pain ( as the documents of the consignment are important). I am herewith enclosing the receipt of the consignment, I request your kind perusal and see to it that these type of frauds never happen again.

Hi, I have send a courier using DTDC on 23-Aug-2014 morning 12 AM from Pune to Kanpur. C.No - P28950160. As per discussion from DTDC Kanpur office staff, It has been informed that Courier Boy called the required person but some how the phone was not picked so the courier has been returned. "KINDLY NOTE THAT COURIER BOY DIDN'T VISIT THE ADDRESS ON WHICH THE COURIER HAS TO BE DISPATCHED. HE ONLY CALLED AND ONCE THE PHONE IS NOT PICKED HE RETURED THE PACKET" I HOPE, i have paid to deliver the courier not just called the recipient and somehow if recipient is not able to pick the phone then return the courier. As per today packet is not yet delivered. I have also make it register on DTDC customer care ( Request No : 774889 ) 2 days back but today once again i called to customer care for the updates then it has been informed that i need to repay the amount to send the courier again. This is pathetic & frustating. This is not mine fault so why should i pay it again. Please take some strict and immediate action to resolve this. Thanks Ashish

1. Saturday (30 August) - Monday (1st September) 2014, I was trying to track my package sent from Guwahati to Brambe, ranchi under the consignment id: K73641758. 2. Tuesday (2nd September 2014) : My call was finally received by a really mannerless horrible female employee who I dont think has even passed out matriculation. She said my courier has been there in the office of DTDC in Main road ranchi because the address in the package falls under no-service area. I requested her to somehow manage things for me. She said no. He tone and voice were neither professional nor humane. If this is the standard of employees you got, god bless your company! 3. Wednesday (3rd September): I called about 10-15 times from morning 10am to 10pm. Nobody received the calls. 4. Thursday (4th september): I sent a person to collect the shipment on my behalf. I was told THROUGH the person I sent, that my shipment has been returned. I was neither given a call about the arrival of my shipment, nor the return. Your company should not receive orders for addresses that falls under no-service area. Your company employees are mannerless and not at all helpful. They have no idea how to treat a customer and makethe customer feel relaxed about any issue. I request you to return me back my money and return my parcel to the Guwahati DTDC office. If I am not returned back my money, I shall write as many bad reviews in all the online forums as humanly possible for me. I need an apology from your employee who works in DTDC office, Tirath Mansion, Ranchi. She is a female employee and I did not ask her name as it did not occur to me that I would be writing a mail like this. I will never use DTDC again.

I had sent a parcel from Pune to Andhra and somebody stole my parceled mobile phone(it didn't reach destination) and i immediately raised concern and complained and submitted all docs by May 2nd-3rd week. I suppose to be reimbursed the declared amount from DTDC with 2 months of complaint login and its more than 3 months now but no action ! Is this your level of service DTDC provides ! 1st you lost my product and i followed up with them, not they. 2nd they gave delayed feedback and every time i followed up, not they. Now also with mail, they are not following up, i am doing that. They show no responsibility and quality service. This is never expect from this company who declares him self as a world class service provider. I am attaching the original receipt of DTDC and have submitted all docs to them (incluses mobile invoice) This level of pain, i need my parceled MOBILE PHONE BACK.

Dear Sir/mam, I have send this Consignment Number P28574396 on 16july2014. Due to remote area it’s not deliver & its coming back to Origin. On Internet DTDC tracking from last 31 July 2014 its shown in Nasik. From last two week I am taking to Nasik & Pune office & I did not get the proper information.every day they answering you will get tomorrow but still I didnot get my courier. CN # B13242921 The status is shown as Out for Delivery from 3-4 days. The branch exists same in the area as the parcel is to be delivered. They are important documents that need to be delivered asap. I sent on 01/09/2014. My son inform me today (03/09/2014) that he has not received it yet.
3 day delay is too much for a courier delivery.
When tracked for delivery status, it shows 'Out for delivery'.
Could you help me in some way.

The "WORST" service I ever had experience with DTDC, Consignment no.H34135560, which is courier August, 27, 2014 and supposed to delivered on 01 Sept 2014, but still not received even when calling to local Kharghar branch [protected], on 01 Sept 2014 ..so irresponsibly about how important that courier to customer is! Saying excuses of getting late and all. AND THIS IS THE THIRD TIME HAPPENING WITH ME.

Hello DTDC from one week i am waiting for my courier. Its showing that its delivered in online tracking but actually its not delivered to receiver address or may be your delivery man deliver to wrong address. I dont know the reason i just wanna my courier should be deliver else i have to go to consumer court. Because i already wasted so much time for this issue. HI All, Tracking Number:H32408025 booked on 9th of August but till now goods not delivered to customer. Not sure How DTDC is servicing to customer not even single call from concerned team .. Its more than 20 day's now from booking and item is not even returned back to sender.. No Idea where its struck and blocked by DTDC .. I was supposed to receive a courier containing some important documents but still haven't even after almost two weeks from the date of sending it. The customer care services are pathetic and I have tried to reach them via every possible mode of communication but to no avail. Now I'm told that my courier has been returned to the place of origin as there was no one to receive the package at my place which is an absolute lie as there always is someone at my home. No one came to deliver the courier and they are simply not bothered to sort this issue out despite my repeated pleas and requests. This is the last time I'm ever using DTDC.

Hello dtdc, I am already vexed with ur service. I have ordered a simple item on 22nd august, 2014 on ebay india. You were actually to deliver the item by 26th, because i paid for the transport charges also. But as u know dtdc is brainless and just a idiotic courier service, u shipped it to a wrong place and boasted that u delivwr items in time. It is 31st today and i dint get the item yet. Stupid service. I will never again trust u guys. I feel like calling u ppl and scolding u till my anger gets down. Improve ur service first and then boast abt ur "fit for nothing" services.

This is the request you to improve your Courier services third class to at least second class your slogan delivering values is fully incorrect and its not matching with your services My courier Docket no. is Z31706260 has been dispatched from Amritsar Tuesday 26, august 2014 still it is not delivered to Jaipur. Kindly let me know how much time it will take to come Jaipur and your customer care and your office worker franchise is also so third class this is my last option... send a mail to directly CCO cause I was not getting proper response to any one from your any office as well online tracker.
