this is with ref to courier received on 29/10/14 at around 4pm was broken...the shipper had mentioned on top of the courier that the item inside are made of glass please handle with care..inspite of that we have received broken product..the delivery boy (name sanjay as mentioned in the entry register)did not even told us and left the courier at the gate to the guards and wrote his wrong phone no in entry register the item were very essential to us and we want immediate response/solution to the matter

I am not getting my bank documents by DTDC courier, whenever I get any courier through the bank, I get the message from bank, there were no one in the address and your courier is returned back to the bank. This is happening especially with DTDC courier in Gottigere, Bannerghatta Road. Today also I got a call from DTDC courier[protected] and they told me to come to their office and collect the courier, but I asked them, why the courier is not delivered to the residence, MR. Manu, spoke very rudely and told, if you want to take the courier, come and take it or else get lost. The way of DTDC courier in Gottigere, Bannerghatta Road, was not the service give to public. I request concern managers to look into these issues and give us the solution.

Myself Jasveen I've couriered a package through DTDC on 13/10/2014 from Bangalore to Ambala Cantt which was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. If I check the status on DTDC website its shown as package delivered on 20.10.2014 to Ambala. But, its not delivered yet to the concerned persons. Also, I've gone to DTDC office and called their customer care many-a-times but have not recieved good response form them regarding my package. Everytime I'm being told that I'll be given information on it but nothing is been told to me. Its already been 15 days and there is no information on my courier. Kindly help me in this issue. Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I Sankar Mondal a resident of Joka nabapally ranjan nagar Kolkata-700104 and I worked at Lupin Ltd.My office is located at Salt Lake Kolkata-700091. Office send me Letter on regular basis by DTDC Courier.The problem is that my local DTDC courier at Joka delivered the 2-3courier together once in a week or more than that. My consignment reached Delhi on 19th October 2014, on Tue, Oct 21, 2014 Arrived at DTDC Facility OKHLA BRANCH, DELHI 04:28 AM Shipment Dispatched for Delivery OKHLA BRANCH, DELHI 11:02 AM Till now I have not received.

Worst service facing from DTDC.My consignment (Z[protected] not delivered since even after 15 days.SMS & web tracking is not working at all .Trying to call on [protected]but no one responding . I really don't know what to do now. If such service is for delhi - Mumbai location, What will happen for other location. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DTDC - INCURRED A LOSS OF 33000 AND I AM TERRIBLY HARASSED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DTDC TO ANYONE. On 27'th July 2014, Mr Deshmukh and Mr Sagar Shilimkar, both employees of DTDC Franchisee Mr Dhiren have collected 6 boxes(total 78 kg) from my home in Wakad, Pune. They booked my parcel on consignment number D18782389 and I paid them the full payment of Rs 3025 at the time of booking. However, the D18782389 consignment number could not be tracked and I was given a new roadline number G90109970 which also could not be tracked. Though I paid for the more reliable 'Surface' transport, the mode was changed to the more economical roadline, without my consultation. I have not received one box of weight 14 Kg, out of the initial 6 boxes that I booked for parcel. The pending box has new branded clothes and items worth Rs 30000. Inspite of repeated followups for the last 4 months, I have not received the box or the compensation. Instead I have been made to run from pillar to post, speak to new people everytime(all of whom are unsupportive) and have been terribly harrased. I had booked the courier (Tracking ID : B[protected] on Sat 18th Oct 2014 for Patna . But I have not received till 26th Oct 2014 . This is the worst experience with your Courier Service till date . I dont think I would ever try my luck using this courier service ever as no body even bother to receive the call for enquiry in the Patna DTDC Office. I have no clue when they would deliver the courier as there seems to be no SLA for service.

Hi, I have been chasing the above id for last 6 weeks. Nobody from Noida hub picks up call, got to speak to a mobile no as in the website, who is on leave. I had email exchange with the hub-manager Dewakar Awasthi, still no action taken.

Consignment Number: V19934187 Type: Express Delivery Place: Kalina branch (DTDC) Date: 22nd October Expected date of delivery: 23rd October Wanted to deliver diya’s and few other items for Diwali to a Pune address. When asked a DTDC representative as to when will it reach if I couriered it on 22nd October, I was said that it will take a day if you go for express delivery. The minimum delivery charge for express delivery by bus she said was Rs. 175 for 500 gm. For just 20 gm additional she took Rs. 220. Even after paying this amount, my package has not yet been delivered. I was mislead by the representative saying that the consignment would get delivered by 23rd October EOD if I couriered it by express delivery on 22nd October, which I did. After calling multiple times at the agency from where I couriered, I was never responded. This has been from Kalina DTDC agency. It is a very humble request to the DTDC agency to let me know when would my consignment get delivered and if it would get delivered or not.

Hi, A parcel consignment num:(K[protected] worth RS 1000 was booked with DTDC courier services Dealer code: - KR 1487, contact person Parthoguchit, contact number [protected], from KOL/HWH (Bankra Branch), dated 21st Oct, weighing 01 KG which was charged 140 INR. Till date this consignment cannot be tracked nor delivered. On several attempts on contacting DTDC customer care it cannot be reached, even the vendor cannot track due to unavailability of Internet with him. When the vendor was asked about the parcel replied in an ill-mannered way, that he has provided a receipt copy and is not responsible for the parcels whereabouts.. This type of service is not acceptable from such a renowned service provided as yours. I want prompt action from your side dealt seriously, If i don't get the consignment with-in couple of days I’ll be liable to take lawful action against the service provider...

Dear Sir, I had sent a parcel (Dry Fruits and Chocolates) through DTDC, WHITE FIELD BRANCH, BANGALORE. Cn No B13060122. Online Tracking shows the parcel is delivered but it has not been delivered to the address I had sent. There isno detail of the receiver or contact number given there. I sent a parcel on 22nd oct, 2014(around 12 noon) from kolkata, Belgharia on DTDC plus for Delhi.They charged me Rs 235/- as the parcel need to deliver urgently. But now when i am trying to track it(24th oct, 4pm), I am unable to reach DTDC in any means. No one is picking up the customer call. Track button in the website is not working and also not getting any response in SMS. I hope this matter would be solved urgently.You guys cheat people taking more money but delivered the parcel in more days.My consignment no is:- V19356706. I was called to receive the returned product but when i came to receive the product the item WD 2TB Hard Disk Blue Color was missing and instead of that stones were present inside the returned packet.

The item was shipped on 1st October 2014 and was to be delivered till deadline 8th October. As per the online status it is showing that the delivery was attempted on 6th October but the concerned person was not available though the address was correct.

While shipping the item was opened and verified by the DTDC Supervisor Mr.Prakash Ghatbande and was again packed and shipped and the shipping receipt was provided to me. The tracking number is F08325934. When i received the item i opened it in front of Mr.Prakash Ghatbande as it was given by him only to me. That time we both saw that there was Hard Disk Missing and instead of that Stones were sent.

As discussed, please find the attached snaps of the stones sent instead of Hard disk. The delivery address was of Haryana as below :-

Hi Guys,

DTDC is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I am expecting a courier(AWB#Z[protected] which got dispatched from Delhi on 16-Oct-2014 and supposed to be delivered in Bangalore. I did not receive it till date ( 24-Oct-2014). They did not even update the status of the consignment after 16-Oct-2014. Also, they (DTDC) have world's worst customer service representatives, I called so many times on the given number ([protected]) but, nobody picked it up even for once. It is really frustrating. I dropped them multiple emails as calling them did not work, but no response so far. You guys really deserve the award for worst courier service.

This complaint is in reference to a courier which was booked with DTDC Docket no Z36956600 on 16th October 2014 from Sector- 62, Noida, U.P to Aon Global Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Employee Benefits 801-803, Ashoka Estate, 24 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi -110001. The packet contained original Medical papers and a stamp paper of Rs. 50.

We got conformation from DTDC representative that it would be delivered next day but yet not delivered(22nd October 2014). They have confirmed that the packet is with them in Jhandewalan Branch.

We have still not got the packet back .

I tried to contact every one whom i could but no body helped i called
