RESPECTED SIR/MADAM, I am a regular customer with DTDC service, but unfortunately I am writing this mail regarding my Order Number: 20371835, Tracking number:[protected], which have reached at Agartala Super Franchisee, Agartala on 19th September 2014, where Agartala to Udaipur is only 50 km far and by Bus its taking only 1 hour 15 minutes. But till date I have not received the shipment. This is not their first mistake. Several times he has done similar mistake with me and he didn't talk to me properly rather he was telling that he has forgot to dispatch from his office. Previous time they have done same mistake only. Previous CN No : K73064327. And request you to take some action regarding DTDC Super Franchisee Agartala. So that other customers will not suffer in future. The attached file contains the detailed of the above mentioned Shipment Tracking. Hi I booked a consignment # V18414001 on 18/09/2014 at Hyderabad. Source stn : Hyderabad, Destination : Vizianagaram. DTDC Team has assured me it will reach destination on 19/09/2014 by evening. But still is has not been reached at destination. DTDC has collected 140rs for this consignment. I belived the team. When I contacted DTDC person Mr.Mahesh, he was very rude. He told me very recllessly, the parcel reached Nizamabad, it may go to destination after sometime.He did not give me any time frame for this. He told me if you want your money, I will throw 85rs after deducting 45rs for booking. Is this the service you people offering to customers? Ok, you may give some money back . But what about my time wasted? Will you give it back? Now I am trying to contact him and other DTDC team. No one is responding.

Dear sir, my parcel of dtdc courier is P29146338 should reached to me on 18 sep 2014, but becz o[censored]r system & ur week manpower problem till the date i didn't get my parcel ...& concern dept person is not receiving my phone no. is [protected], so pls tk some corrective action on it...

My docket no. is Z30734800 and it was despathed on 8th sept 2014 from new delhi for lucknow but till date it has not been recieved. As per on line status is delivered at lucknow branch but since last 5 days branch is only giving assurance and by their appearance it is clearly appeared that they have lost it. This all communication was done on phone no.[protected]/[protected].

Sir, Mr. Manoj Bagheria from Laxmi Nagar booked a parcel for my office at Chandni Chowk vide docket no Z33402685. The parcel stands undelivered till date. I contacted the Jhandevalan office on 19.09.2014 and came to know that pin code was mentioned as 110016 instead of 110006. I got the pin code rectified and the person assured that it will be delivered maximum by 20.09.2014. On contacting one of your office on number[protected], the official misbehaved and said that "we do not have any parcel and I may hit the doors of consumer court." I want to ask that what kind of behaviour is this and is this behaviour of their employees will help them succeed in the long run. Please llok into the matter and arrange to deliver the parcel. I HAVE SENT FIVE GARMENTS ON A PACKET FROM PANIPAT TO KOLKATA ON 12/09/2014 (CONSIGNMENT NO. D[protected]. BUT TODAY WHEN MY SISTER OPENED THE PACKET, SHE FOUND THAT ONE GARMENT IS MISSING. I PHONED AT THE KOLKATA END, THEY SAID IT IS PANIPAT END FAULT, AGAIN I PHONED AT PANIPAT DTDC OFFICE, AND THEY SAID IT IS KOLKATA END FAULT... WHO WILL COMPENSATE ME??????????

Myself ravikumar sent a courier on 28/08/2014. It has not reached the destination, however after tracking I found out that the package has been returned back. The same has not been intimated nor the package has been returned till date. This service was not expected.

I send a parcel from Pune To Gurgaon. It reached the Gurgaon office in S-BLOCK in 2 days. but it has been 12 days that the parcel didnt get delivered. Officials at the Gurgaon office told that the package got lost. What type of answer is this.?? If these persons are not able to deliver the parcel, why is the company keeping these persons, in its office.. Requesting the top Management to kindly take action aganist S-BLOCK Gurgaon. I had sent a courier vide airway bill no Z33543894 to noida on 12/09/2014 but it has still not reached even after 5 days of disptach. What a pathetic service and quality your company has . i am going to restrict all my cutomers and clients for sending their couriers and consignment by DTDC. This has been really a nightmare for me as the documents were really urgent. Who is responsible for your filthy service. I will file a suit against you if my important docs do not reach the destination. i will sue your company.

Amazon.in sending my parcel through DTDC courier whose track id is X09358083. I am calling to DTDC Belpahar, Odisha to know the status whether parcel is arrived to them or not on Mobile No.[protected] (No. is given by Website of DTDC for DTDC Belpahar). But person who received the call he is acting just like DUMB & DEAF. Why you are having these kind of persons just kick them out OR Shutdown your DTDC.

I have couriered Rakhi and Chocolate on 21/07/2014 to Arunachal Pradesh Pin code - 791001. Every time I used to track it shows in Transit., no body answers phones at the office and nobody responds to mails. After one month they are saying that there is no DTDC facility available in Pin code 791001 so please take the parcel from Jamshedpur office you will get the refund. After continue going to their office 10 times I got the parcel return on 15th sep 2014 with only Rakhi in the envelope, chocolate was missing and they refuse to pay the refund amount also. They are saying it is not their policy to refund the charge. So, avoid using DTDC if you are sending valuable things and need urgent delivery because once you have send through DTDC, you can do nothing about it!... You can neither complain anywhere about DTDC worst service through mail or through phone as Customer care also not picking up the phone.

If your package gets misplaced through DTDC, you will never get to hear the end of it. I used DTDC plus (which is supposed to be their best service), the package contained a lot of important of documents and it has been over a week, it hasn't been delivered yet. The worst part is there is no way I could track it. The online tracking says it is out delivery since a week, no body answers phones at the office and nobody responds to mails!! Avoid...

MY Consignment no D18091737. My Parcel was suppose to reach on Monday 15th Sep 2014. I checked DTDC Tracking it said left for delivery. I spoke to a concern person on [protected], who assured me that I will receive my parcel before 6.30 evening. I told him that the parcel have some perishable product so please do deliver on time. He reassured me that it would be done. I called him at 6.30 as I have not received the same. He picked up my call and disconnected the line. Later on I kept trying he dint pick the call. Not a single call center no was responding. I went to DTDC office near my place they checked and told me that the parcel is still lying in the head office. Later on when i checked the tracking record late at night, they updated Attempted at 8.21 Yesterday. I have kept all my work aside and was waited for the parcel yesterday. My whole family was at home at 8.20 including me and nobody has turned up. I WAS SHOCKED, that these guys didn't even delivered the parcel or even reply to my calls and later on updating FAKE FEEDBACK on the site that attempted to deliver. Its Disgusting and shameful for a brand like DTDC. Even the Feedback service is not working if I want to write a complain. There are sweet worth Rs 5000 in that bag, which I communicated to you guys yesterday also, which have sure been rotten by now. Horrible Service. Highly Disappointing, an average courier service must have given a better service than you guys.

I have ordered a bag from amazon on 10 sep, the seller had sent it by dtdc lite service

Courier. It had reached noida hub sector 7 on 12 sep, and in status it is showing out for

Delivery.But they are not delivering it to me.

Dear Sir/Madam We the customers of DTDC feel very poor about your service. A courier was booked from Calcutta to Kundrathur on 4th September and the Courier was not reached us. We fought with the one who sent to us and received the courier on 13th September. It didn't reach us by proper way rather we fought with the courier service supplier. After we asking they told us that they don't have supply in Kundrathur but he courier was with them. If they can't supply properly they can call us or send the courier back to the place so that they can send by other courier service. We had lots of financial problem because the cheque was delayed. Will the DTDC be responsible for the lose of our business? Please take into consideration.

I thought DTDC is good and very punctual about their Deliveries and commitment given to customer. With respect to it, I submitted parcel on 9th Sept to be delivered to Pune from DTDC Amravati Rajapeth office of doc no V18403726. As I need to deliver it urgently, I have opted PREMIUM EXPRES Sservice worth of 230/- and I have been told that it would be delivered by 11th morning any how. With those words I agreed and planned my respective activities. But when I checked status on 11th morning, I was amazed to see parcel was in KOLKATA APEX. I didnt understand delivery is in Maharashtra itself, why does parcel went to KOLKATA. Then I tried to call Amravati office no [protected] and office landline, both no were OFF. Then sent mail to nagpur and pune customer service ('css.[protected]@dtdc.com'; 'css.[protected]@dtdc.com') but still i didnt received single word of communication till now. Finally I rest with option of wait and it received on 12th Afternoon. That was of no use to me. Then I called Amravati DTDC Rajapeth office, luckily person picked up call and when I discussed same with him, he said send me details on mail ID: 'amaravatisf.[protected]@sr.dtdc.com' which is undelivered means wrong mail ID. Also now person has switched off the no. [protected]. DTDC is playing with customer by giving wrong commitment and gathering high amount by providing normal service. I will never think to use DTDC service in future and even recommend to anyone for such poor service. It is better to be know than hiding from customer.

I sent a courier from Powai branch to Kochi branch which was not delivered and returned (the person to which it was sent never got any calls). Adding to this, the shipment returned never reached me even though it reach mumbai on August 30th. I checked with the Powai office in person 3 times during which the only response which I got was it hasn't reached them yet(the offices are just 2-3 kms apart). It has been 12 days and I never got a communication from them regarding the arrival of the parcel.

our courier noX 08941574 show deliver on dated 30 August -14 in Jhansi but till date i am not received any courier. very important document keep in this envelop. I am disappointed for this type o[censored]nresponsive service.Please revert on our mob no [protected] after tracing.
