I booked rakhi from Pune to Bhopal on 6th August via DTDC courier service, I was told that it will be delivered either on saturday or on Monday(11th August). I have sent a courier on 6th august 2014 which is the Rakhi special package provided by DTDC. I thought it will take at least 2 days that's y i sent before 5 days of Rakhi festival. The online tracker hasn't been updated since 7th August and none of the customer care numbers are responding after trying even a hundred times. I am so pissed at their service. Sorry to inform that dtdc courier delivery is so pathetic that one parcel has arrived at Jharsuguda, Odisha on last Thursday 7th Aug & till now (11th Aug) the same has not delivered. If any person is not available at home, then courier company may contact over phone, but they don't really bother whether it is required or not. They are simply lieing.
