I checked my notes and found he charged Rs 50 for booking and Rs 50 for returned item. so, total 100 for undelivered item.

I am not more concerned of my money given to him, but my concern is How he can cheat people like this on behalf of DTDC. Strict action needs to be taken against him.

STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE FRM DTDC END. Most fraud courier service I ever faced .I lodged the complain on 27th August & they updated its status on 28th August giving the delivery date as 21st August . SHAME TO YOU DTDC

I had couriered Rakhi to Bhubaneswar from Bangalore Marathahalli DTDC Branch on 8th Aug 2014 and still its not delievered. The Rakhi was sent with DTDC Blue service and consignment number is V18295919.

I have sent a courier on 29th sep 2014 from DTDC Pune.The Destination address is of Gurgaon, - sector 17C, Gurgaon, Haryana 122007. It is still not delivered, while tracking it showing in transit only, It reached to Delhi on 3rd oct 2014 but after that there is no updates.I have mailed to pune DTDC and delhi DTDC too. Called even customer care numbers too, but nobody respond. Please help me out.

My courier with POD No Z38732451 was supposed to be delivered at my address, for which i received a mail that the same has been reached at DTDC Office on 31st October 2014 and will be delivered.But today its 16th of November and no information about the same.Being a courier company they are providing the worst experience to customers.Nobody even bothered to contact for the same from DTDC.Request you to please look into this matter as its really a shame for a courier company that more than 16 days passed but unable to deliver package and not even a call received for the same.Please take necessary action against them as i am very much frustrated from their service part.

My courier sent vide reference number F08449486 sent from Trivandrum to Kalanjoor has not been delivered even after 2 days. Even if I had walked from Trivandrum to Kalanjoor, the parcel could have been delivered in 24 hours. Hopeless service from DTDC!!!

Dear sir/mam,
I have booked a courier via docket no.Z37549932 dated 24.11.2014 from delhi to Chennai. When I checked the status of the same on 26th I was shocked that 'no records was found against the docket no mentioned earlier. Then after repeated following with booking office I could find that status is still in transit.
I wonder how could a courier take more than 5 days... till now the courier has not been delivered. Please take immediate action.

my dtdc tracking no. is X11516669. a product was supposed to be delivered to me on 18 november 2014. but i have not got it till now.
when i contacted dtdc about the courier they told me that they have already delivered to another person. this is their fault. it is their responsibility to provide the courier to the correct person. the courier man should have contacted me when he brought the courier but he didnt. its his fault. i want my courier .

I have couriered on 14th of jan from jalandhar to ludhiana still the courier is not delivered.
Whenever i call DTDC branch ludhiana they always tell they will deliver soon, sometimes they make excuse that delivery boy has met with accident, even sometimes they will pick my call and keep it on hang.

After while i got the person incharge of Ludhiana branch Mr. Shiv Tyagi[protected] the way he responded like he is doing some pitty on me, doesn, t know the way to deal with customers, when i ask why my courier not delivered, he said they are doing investigation on the parcel.Its almost a month.I m staying abroad i just arranged some gift for my family members.I have spent more money that the gift calling the ludhiana office.

But it was not delivered n when I checked on your website it was saying the courier is delivered n received by the security guard.
I checked up with my security guard n they said they don't receive any parcel unless the resident gave them such instructions on phone
The main thing is dtdc courier delivery man doesn't even bothered to cross check that the courier is delivered to the right person or not.
When I contacted the manager of marathalli branch which is just opposite the arena mall that person says the courier was delivered to wrong address. ..

I have sent my 4 boxes of courier from "Bangalore to Ranchi" through one of the franchise of DTDC on[protected]. The courier person told me that he'll deliver my courier with 5-6 working days but even after 5-6 working days he has not delivered my courier. I kept on calling him & he kept on saying me that it'll be delivered within 2 days & in this ways he has delayed it for 10 days. When my friend called him instead of me to inquire for my courier the courier guy said he has not yet sent my parcel. Its been 15 days & I have not received my courier. Even in my tracking id also it's only showing Bangalore. Now the courier guy whose courier services is in the name of "Global Courier services" in J.P Nagar, Bangalore is discarding my phone whenever I am calling him. He is not answering my phone & still I have not received my courier. He has misplaced it. Now I am leaving bangalore withing 4-5 days & i don't know where my Courier services is. The DTDC is really careless.

I am trying to figure out where is my courier which was discpatched from chennai on 17 April .

I have tracking no :- C60232155 which is showing Processed & Dispatched from DTDC Facility today, but st john road branch is telling it is gone to chamrajpet branch . I have tried calling this brnach but they are again giving excuse of server problem.

I want my courier as this has important document to be given to our vendor today.

I had sent a courier on dated 25.04.2015 vide document no. K74629278 from Paradeep to Karnal, which was supposed to be delivered on 28.04.2015, but it has not been delivered till date (04.05.2015). On contacting local DTDC office, Paradeep, no positive response is given by them.

A parcel have been sent to me by my company staff on June 4. The tracking id is 'B22132683'. Tracking status shows that it reached my city on June 8. But I haven't received it yet.

I tried contacting the city branch([protected]) and state brach office([protected]). The city branch is not attending any calls and the other number is invalid.

I am supposed to recieve a courier with tracking ID Z58309630. The courier was dispatched on 18 Jun 2015 from Bahraich Hyderabad.

parcel P51302514 displays status as 'Returned Parcel Received at Facility' on 7th June, 8.15AM. Till now the parcel is not returned to the origin (My Company) from where the parcel was picked up.Also, it states that- area (Solapur) not serviceable, which shud have been notified while collecting the parcel itself from me. Need my parcel back at the earliest to my company address and refund the money ASAP.

I have checked in Madiwala and Bommasandra branch:

Bommasandra branch is not able to find the details and not in their tracking system and books.

I am Akhila B Edathazhe, research scholar in NIT Karnataka. My one parcel has got missed on December 2014 with Consignment Number - F08693313. When I was contact with DTDC Coimbatore office, they said that the person who send the courier has to reach their office and give complaint. But the courier with DD has send from P S G Institute of Engineering (COE Indutech), Coimbatore, Tamilnadu and the college people told that they can not do any help. Because I send my samples for analysis there so such type of dealing they do not care and they cant go to DTDC office. What I have to do get my courier with DD and my research samples. What have I to do? Please solve my problem and give back my money...I am a resercher and I have to show this bill amount to my institute authority.My courier contain DD and small glass powders in small boxes. I need the DD amont only...please help me...
