DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

This is to inform you that the courier are not deliver by the below mentioned courier branch of DTDC which were sent Delhi to - Tadipatri. For your information please see the shipment no. x08983649, Shipment are showing the status item delivered on 7/08/2014 but item not delivered to me, The courier company not taking responsibility to deliver such courier as earlier I had faced same problems with DTDC. I Have registered my complaint to local office and even DTDC head office in main so many times but still have not received any response or ensure form them. Further information please find attached file for status of the shipment no. which are showing " ITEM DELIVERED".

we have send a courier on 16.08.2014 from bangalore to mumbai .on the tracking of that courier number (B[protected] it was delivered on 18.09.2014.But the concern person was not receive any documents. we have tried to call you Mumbai head office phone numbers they didn't respond properly . Actually the courier was important document for us. so thats why we are give a compliant about that document.

Dear Sir We have buy the battery in online.My product has shipped on 16th Aug. We have not recieved the product till date.We have checked the status in DTDC tracking.It is updated Door lock.My house is always opened only.i have contacted the Puzhal location DTDC customer support officer no- [protected].He said, there is no service in your street and he speaking illegal talk but the status is wrongly updated in the DTDC courier tracking system. I have sent Rakhi from Delhi to Bangalore vide /S09 SF 086 Dwarka Sector -7 Master Fran. North CSS[protected] Receipt No. Z28554755 dated 04.08.2014) through your courier but till date the packet is not delivered at Banglore. On contacting at Sector 7 Dwarka, the person in charge did not give proper reply and even not attend to the complaint. You are requested to solve my problem at the earliest. I have given two packets on 05/08/2014 to DTDC Courier in Kamal Cinema Complex, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi110029. One for Quadia (Punjab) PIN Code 143316 and one for Kalanaur (Punjab) Pin Code 143512. One Packet came back with CN No.Z28637575 on 18/08/2014 with a reason that address was wrong, but surprisingly address was not wrong, because on the same address I have already sent letters through speed post. The 2nd packet with CN No. 28637576 is also lying at Gurdaspur Dist. And the person in DTDC office is saying that we will call on mobile and ask your person to collect the packet from Gurdaspur. The person who is staying 50KM away from Gurdaspur to Kalanaur, why will come to collect the packet.

In both the cases DTDC has not service. Then why they collect the things and charge money from us and not delivered the same. Also they were saying that I have given Wrong PIN Codes. I request to please check the PIN codes of Kalanaur & Quadia in Punjab. Also tell your DTDC office in Safdar jung area to refund Rs.140/- which they have charged from me.

HI, This is to notify that my important document which was Supposed to delivered at Shoppers Stop, In- orbit mall, Whitefield, Bangalore 560066, but it was delivered at wrong Address Shoppers Stop, soul space, Mahadevpura, 560037. This was courier at my friend place(560066) because I was out of town for 10 days, And same document has to reach by timeline. So consignor booked it through air charged 180 at my friend place. But same delivered at 560037 (soul space) I visited at your Mahadevpura office to check the status because it was supposed to deliver in a day and already 2 days passed, but they have already delivered but at wrong place. In reply they said it was head office Mistake go and speak with them don’t eat our head. This was exact reply I got from your delivery guy. What kind of service you are providing . how can be you deliver at wrong address. Luckily Mahadevpura Shoppers Stop called me and informed that they got my courier. I want a strict action to be taken and concerned person to Contact me personally asap. On 16th i have sent complain mail to this id css.[protected]@dtdc.com, no reply

I have been charged for premium service for a document which was suppose to be delivered in 24 hours. The document was shipped on 20th and was suppose to be delivered today morning which has not happed. Its business loss for me. Who will bear the cost They say it as - Premium Express

Dear Sir, I have send a parcel on 8th Aug 2014 (Consignment No. M[protected] to Gaziabad. Due to some reason it was not delivered at its destination. And I am suppose to get the parcel back on my given address. I have repeatedly send email & called at there office located at Gaziabad and in Navi Muumbai (where I booked). Also not that there customer care number at Mumbai[protected] is not working from last week (10th August 2014). Any one in this facility is not able to track my parcel till date. The PARCEL booked from Jaipur to Mumbai on 29\07\14on DTDC natinal plus number is V17414840, Till the time given by DTDC parcel not delivered to the party>The parcel time to deliver is 5 p.m.on 30-07-14 but parcel deliver to the party at 11p.m. midnite, is this is the rite time to deliver the parcel at any place. PARCEL is very important for me. I complaint twice thrice to SANJAY KUMAR THAKUR ( CHANNEL PARTNER DTDC JAIPUR ) but very poor resonse from his side, then i complain to his super officer ( Sushendra ji (mob [protected] )) but he is very irr responsible person on company behalf..then i call customer care DTDC[protected], but they aresuch a illetratre peoples sitting on company ( dtdc ) behalf, they even don:t know how to speak with customers..they cut it the call, by telling me talk to Sanjay KUmar, who book your parcel, that"s it.. The above all are such a liar peoples... plss let me know, from where i have to lodge my complain to DTDC COURIERS.. Regards : Abhishek !!!

Dear Sir / Madam, This is to bring your notice that on 11th Aug'14 I have booked a consignment in Bangalore ( DTDC branch / HBR layout ), with booking no : B11155083 to send Agartala . DTDC Bangalore branch told me it will reach Agartala by Thursday ( 14th Aug'14 ) . But unfortunately today after 8 days also my consignment has not reached it's destination . Moreover neither your Bangalore branch nor Agartala branch is telling anything properly regarding my consignment . I am seriously worried now about my parcel . Being one of the most prestigious courier service of our country I never thought that I need to expect this kind of response from DTDC . Refer to my h31552978, dtdc making fool to customers, if you cannot delivered the item within city. Then why are you booking it. Customer support is very poor. A third class service provided by vizag dtdc which is not expected from dtdc. It is very shameful that neither item delivered nor any body called to customer even after sending two three email to customer support.

Please i request do not send any item through DTDC, it is a worst courier services. I had faced lot of problems many times. We have sent a cover on 13.08.2014 from Delhi. They said it will be delivered in 3 days. But almost 6 days gone it was not reached. If i checked it on the tracking it is showing item has been sent for dispatched on Saturday 11:30 am. Might be for the courier person do not find my address for the last 3days. I tried to call the local Hyderabad offices on Saturday / Monday / Tuesday but no one is picking the calls.I am wasting lot of money as i am calling from US to get the item immediately. The worst DTDC services not responding to any call nor delivering my item.

Please check the attached screen shots about the tracking and updates and my consignment slip.

I request all whoever is reading this post please think twice before sending any item through DTDC.

I had sent A courier from Pune to Shriram Pistons & rings Ltd Pathredi Bhiwadi Rajasthan with Docket No P28660305 on[protected] which is not yet delivered on 19/08/2014. there is no reply to my mail also phone number of dealer provided on website is switched off. I had many times sent courier on same address which were delivered, but my last courier was not delivered and status shown on website is also confusing. Pl help to resolve the issue.

I have sent a official letter with demand draft in favour of Supdt. Curgon Road Govt accommodation through DTDC courier but the packet lost along with demand draft I have contacted DTDC office but no headway, it is very important letter, DTDC neither return the money nor packet.

Hi, I have booked a parcel from Gachibowli, Hyderabad to Tamluk, East Medinipur, W.B on 14th August, Consignment Number is H33352818. Today, 16th August parcel has reached to the Tamluk local DTDC office but in spite of delivering that item they have called to the recipient to collect the parcel from the TAMLUK local office. When i called to the Tamluk local office they misbehaved and they totally disagreeing to deliver the parcel in mentioned address and told me the same that recipient should collect parcel from there office. Now nobody will picking the call also!!! It is really very disgusting, is that type of service we can DTDC? Is there any rule that recipient should collect from there office?

i had to receive an item before 5 days which i have not received till date. the airway bill number is M09487005.the item is at mahabubnagar dtdc since 3 days and they still didn't take the pains to deliver it. this is the 2nd time i am having problem with dtdc mahabubnagar. they don't deliver it on time and the last time i waited for 3 days and they were irresponsible and negligent to deliver it so i had to go and collect it for my self at dtdc office leaving all my work. this is the last time i am send or receiving anything from dtdc mahabubnagar. i never had any problem with bluedart or other services.

I have sent a very urgent kind of document with a CD from JABALPUR (M.P.) TO BHOPAL (M.P.) by DTDC courier, napier town, jabalpur on 05/08/2014 . I was promised by courier company that the courier will reach in 24 hours as I told them that it is necessary to reach till 07/08/2014. But even after passing more than 7 days it is still not delivered. The person whom I have sent that courier has already moved from that place. For safe receipt of the article sent, I myself visited BHOPAL on 10/08/2014 but even after vigorous follow-up of whole day, I could not get my parcel back and I had to return back empty hand. I am very frustrated and feeling very cheated with this incident and my loss uncoverable so I want justice. Please do the needful

See the tracking number K72532069 I have not received the package yet. The customer support says they are not aware of the consignment. Says it might have gotten lost! DTDC service is no longer reliable. I cant get any information on the package. Tried calling several people from Dtdc but everyone seems to have an excuse of not solving the problem. No accountablity.
