I want to complain about the employees of the DTDC courier company as they are the most irresponsible persons I had ever faced. I received a courier from one of my relative from Gujarat (Junagarh) and there are 3 items in that courier but I received only one of them. The courier consignment number is "A19024519". The other items are not there in the courier. The packet is also not damaged then how will the items get missed out. I am sure that office employees had done this as they had stolen the things from the courier. I was satisfied with the courier services before as they deliver the courier on time and many other which other courier companies do not do but now I am not satisfied with this. I am a regular customer of your's. I have not seen this kind of employees in any office who steal things of their customers only. I had also called to our area courier department (New Delhi - Pitam Pura) on "[protected]" even they didn't done anything to resolve they just told that they do not about the parcels which they receive, they just courier the parcels. Then I called to customer care department, the number on which I called for registering my complaint is "[protected]" but when I called the lady has listened to my complaint then told me to hold for 2 times and she asked me questions too but at the end she also responded as they cannot do anything in this case as the courier is not damaged. She told if the courier got damaged then only she will have noted down the complaint and will do something for that but now she will not be able to do anything. She told the courier of mine which they received is of the same weight which was delivered from Gujarat (Junagarh) so there were no missing items till the courier was at there place and sent from there to another office. I am also not satisfied with the service that she has served to me. At least she can written down the complaint or have forwarded to the concerned department or have done something as I have told her 2 to 3 times to forward my complaint but she didn't. From next time if I will send the courier from DTDC then I will think 1000 of times otherwise may be I will again face these type of problems and will miss my things again. If you cannot do anything for me as no one had done, at least reply back to my mail. If you can do something then do it for other's at least as I have faced these problems but at least other people will not face this again. You will loose customers (regular) like us.

Courier with consignment no # F05597176 is showing delivered in the online tracking system is showing as delivered though the courier is not yet received.

On contacting the delivery person/courier office, they say that the courier was dropped in the letter box of building.
I have not signed the delivery note.
The value of goods in the courier is about Rs450/-

I had ordered a product through online shoping. The DTDC was responsible for delivering me the product. I was told that the product will be available in one week but its one month past but yet I have not received the product.
On tracking, it was told the product is in stand still due to no service available in some on the way.
Also complaint to their custome care. But still no response.

DTDC service "shyam express"has told that there is service in Borama district,Godda,Bhagalpur and collected the amount of courier for document on 31st dec,2010 against consignment no.Z26986530 and told that it will be dlivered on 4th of jan,2011 but after asking lot they said it has been delivered to the party on 6th jan and even there is no service so they can't deliver.....neither they refunded the amount of DTDC Lite service for the docs....nor returned back and not delivered to the correct person...the contact no. of DTDC is [protected].....plz take an action against it in favour of me

This is in ref to the above subject, my father had booked a Consignment vide No. K45951513 by DTDC Courier Service Ltd on 21 Jan 2011 from gopalganj Bihar from its franchisee office in Gopalganj, Bihar. today after seven days i have not received my consignment.
On calling the office here in Jabalpur on[protected] & [protected] ( as mentioned against their contact on internet, Someone received the call on gsm phone but replied that he cant help as he is not in office and told to call on land line number as he will be available on the same after five minutes, but no one receiving the call, i called about five to six times again when i called on the gsm number, he did'nt receive my call. This shows the lackadaisical attitude this service provider has towards its customers.
Hence you are requested to take an appropriate action against the oncerned branch of the service provider.
Your kind and appropriate action is coveted.

Sub : Complaint against lost consignment by DTDC courier services.

Sir,
Consignment number: B65313262 & B65313796 booked by GINGERSOFT MEDIA PVT LTD - BANGALORE on 25th November, 2010 to deliver at Vizianagaram. I has been reached to Vizianagaram DTDC office on 1st December, 2010. Both the consignments has been haded over to a person named by G. Ramu (Unknown Person) and the DTDC office people are not responding.

Have registered my complaint to booking place and even DTDC head office in main so many times but still have not received any response or ensure form them.
Hence, I would like to register my complaint against DTDC Courier co.

I wish to bring to your notice on the very poor service offered to me around 2:30 - 5pm noon on January 25, 2011 at the

GUINDY BRANCH (BO) NO.16/106 L.D.G ROAD, LITTLE MOUNT, SAIDAPET, CHENNAI CHENNAI 600015 (TN) Phone:[protected] / 32524454 / [protected]

I didn't have prior knowledge if my order was shipped in 1 or 3 pieces of separate shipments. So initially I only had this consignment number Z27511534.
I approached the front desk, and missed the number 5. I came back and gave him the correct number. I was offered the parcel promptly the first time. Calling back I found another order Z27511544 dispatched which was receipted in guindy.

Here is where the worst service started cropping up. The front desk person said he can't find and provide me the parcel due to shortage of man-power. He asked me to wait or come on Jan 27th morning. I talked to him saying I travelled from perumbakkam(25kms) and would appreciate him giving it to me now. The front desk person didn't have his lunch, and said I need to wait indefinitely. I waited for him to arrive, and after 30-45 minutes he came back and he asked the dispatch guy to hand me the parcel.

In the meanwhile I found one of my order missing, and asked about it. The company that sent it gave me another Z25597950 number to get it. I found the staff not approachable (like the government office) thinking that what they have in the warehouse is theirs.
After 5:00pm the front desk person came in, and said if you need to take delivery of any more list all the numbers in a rude way and asked me to contact the guy inside. Why can't the front desk person do this job ? - Is this my job ? Hell no. !

When I talked to the dispatch, the dispatch person sarcastically says, You are still around. I found another person asking me why I am here, for which I didn't answer and poured my thoughts on treating customers. At this junction it was learnt my order Z25597950 was actually put in the van for delivery and was near my home. What a piece of joke, when the other two orders for the same location were lying in the warehouse ?

This isn't the way to daunt and torment customers who have come to collect their delivery. In fact by collecting our delivery I didn't hinder your work and actually contribute by saving delivery trips.

Z28697628 consignemnt number the parcel contains important papaers related to office which was urgetn.called them so many times didnt respondeded.tracking showed followning details but till now from 2 days it yet not delivered and the people picked call at morning 9 n told will deliver by 1 thn again i called told to call after 10 mins n like wise it went 6-7 times.because of it i couldnot go to office waiting for the important document n on calling they telling impropoer addres the same address which i have given before also n evrytym it cums for delivery.and top of that the lady at thiruvanmiyur was too rude n abused me for the same.please take immediate action against such service. and i am yet to receive the courier waitinfor which i couldnot go to office.

I had packed a apri of shoes and an expensive cosmetic Item in a box in front of the DTDC courier delivery pick up boy. and he said the final covering of the box will be done at the office. This was on 12th JAN 2011. the packege was not delivered till 21st JAN 2011. So i personally went to Ahemdabad office and collected the box. There was no explaination as to why the package was not delivered. After Reaching home I opened the box and I was shocked to see that the box was opened and re packed, and the expensive Cosmetic Item was Missing from the Box.

DTDC is not trustworthy, Can you belive this - STEALING from within the package.?
Please Never USE DTDC Services.

I am sandeep Lohia from Bihar and residing in Bangalore since 7 years as a student. I sent a parcel containing medicine ointment to Gulabbgah Purnia Bihar from bangalore on 27/12/2010 using DTDC courier service Chandra layout. And, they told that the parcel would reach to the given place within 3 days. But, it has been 24 days as of today and there is no clue about it.
I went to the office of Chandra layout also but they are telling it has reached to Purnia but when my brother went to the office of DTDC Purnia, they do not have any answer about it. They are not able to find out the parcel, and it seems that they have lost it. And i do not know what to do about it. I called to the manager of DTDC also and he does not have any answer on it. Moreover, he is not picking up my calls too. I am really frustrated and irritated by their behaviour and these ointment are not available at my place.
So, i kindly request u to have a look on the matter and please help me on this.I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

With reference to the Consignment Number Z26073623 & Z26073624 both the consignment was booked on 27 dec 2010 . Consignment Number Z26073624 was delivered on 30 dec 2010 & Consignment Number Z26073623 was delivered on 04 JAN 2011. Please justify what should be the benefit of sending gifts by courier . For courier tracking i had mailed to each and every branch of banglore but no one was responding for two days. I need my courier booking amount refunded & the courier people should give the reason why this kind of service to the customer.

Would like lodge a complain regarding a courier service of DTTC.I have sent a courier from GACHIBOWLI - HYDERABAD on Wednesday, January 12, 2011.As my mother had her birthday on 15th Jan I bought gift for her.As it was assured me that it will reach within 3 days , i paid the charge 130 rs.
Now by 17th Jan no body has received it.When i tracked it i found it in BHILLAI SUPER FRANCHISEE, BHILAI .I called them many times but the contact numbers doesn't work specially mobile one :[protected] and After calling many time someone picked and informed that on Monday night they have received the courier so next day morning they will send it.The whole day my family was waiting.I called the courier person.They picked u and informed that they will dispatch it today.It was already 5:30 pm in the evening.Still i waited but now when it was 8:00 pm still the courier is not dispatched I had the question about the reliability and the quality of service.It is not about money i paid but the quality i expected.Still the courier is not yet dispatched.

I have couriered a parcel from LALACHERUVU - RAJAHMUNDRY on 6th January, 2011 to Bangalore. Estimated date given to me was 8th January 2011 and it is 18th January today and the courier is not delivered yet. Nobody receives the phone on any of the centers like Rajamundry or Hyderabad. Even if they receive they dont have information. They don't update us on anything. I have used the several courier services before. But the DTDC service this time is not only very disappointing but also very disgusting! People at Bangalore office say that Courier has been lost. What is this nonsense? This is a severe nuisance since the courier has been sent on 6th Jan and its close to 2 weeks and the courier has not reached Bangalore yet. People at Rajamundry office also throw tantrums and have the luxury to be rude inspite of all this?? Hyderabad people have no clue.
Courier reached from Rajamundry to Hyderabad and they say that declaration form was missing. Rajamundry office sent the form again and no news after that.

I SENT A COURIER FROM DELHI WITH THE CN NO= Z26286538 on 5th of jan 2011.
but its not delivered till now. and i talked miss anjali on[protected] and mr. umesh on [protected]. all these persons are irresponsible and pretending all the time and now not picking my phone or disconnecting. so i am totally annoyed with the services of DTDC and in future i will never use.
but if my problem would not be resolve in 48hours then this case would be in customer form.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am complaint you Against DTDC courier service regarding my DVD parcel which I didn't receive.
I sent it 31 December 2010 (CN no. Z26944724, from Gurgaon to Panipat) and today 14 January 2011 still I not receive my DVD return to origin.
Is this DTDC courier services?
i have no idea what kind of services are DTDC people providing
people in DTDC office are illeterate and extremly arrogant.
Nobody response, everybody try to put their responsibility to another person.
I also tried to helpline service but them also not response properly; they said your parcel is at Gurgaon Apex Branch. Every day I call your Gurgaon branch but they said “Sir, we didn’t find your parcel and we’ll send you today”. I hear this words form last 10 days.
I think every person is worst in DTDC. Nobody give the right information, everyone try to run away from their duty.
Is there any person in DTDC who give me my DVD’S back to me?

This is the third time that the same sort of incident happened to us.

I booked two consiquitive courier vide Con No H79455971 and H78504554 with DTDC , Hyderabad to Kolkata, from same office to same destination, where the meterials were some costly Medecines (LSD), Puja Prasadam, Idol of Lord Tirupati, Puja Flowers & Leaves and some dry and raw Pasta to our parents where 25% of the meterials have reached to the desired destination and that too after 12 and 14 days consiquitevely.

Each consignment cost Rs 100 and 125 respectively and was promised to deliver with in 48 hrs.

Complaints to the consigned DTDC office all the times repetedly, but no result.
This time complaining to this site as our old parents, who are very sentimental on the Puja object has met with an emotional attack because of not receiving the desired meterials that they have asked for.

Its high time now, that I feel, this Courier Company has to act to their, so called, employees, to keep their services standard and not playing with the customers meterials.

Today it is 4 jan 2011, but still that has not reached to the destination.DTDC courier website also not showing and details to this shipment. It is just saying " In Transit". I used this courier service with a impression that it will give me fast service as the issue was need to solve on urgent basis. But This is the worst courier service I ever used. Please guide me how to proceed further.

i brought a 16 gb kingston pendrive from ebay india from a delhi seller. i was not given the courier in ebay cover which is mandetary for ebay seller...the pod of dtdc courier is z26842218 someone in dtdc tore the ebay cover and took the pendrive.when i enquired about it.they told me that there was a change in product weight from 25grams to 30grams when i received.the boy who gave me saw the courier without the ebay cover. they simply gave me customer care numbers of which they never respond to me. i kindly request take appropriate action and get my pendrive back to me

I have been transferred by Accenture office to Malaysia and I took a chance to courier my regular household accessories to Malaysia through DTDC. Following are the points that I didn’t liked about this.
1. The person Kalpesh Gadkari ([protected]) came to my home where my family handed over to him the materials that needs to be couriered. The person took the material along with him and didn’t replied for two days. We kept asking him the weight and the charges that would be incurred. We could not get any details from him on phone and my wife personally visited the office to see what was the issue. When asked about this Mr Kalpesh ignored the things. At the end of second day when I called from Malaysia for what is the reason, the person there told me that departure certificate was required by your team. Question: why this as not communicated earlier? Why it took 2 days to those guys to tell me certificates are required?
2. When my wife reached to main branch of Shankarseth road, to her surprise the personal belongings were being tried by the ladies who were checking (?) the materials there. Is this the way you guys are checking the things out there?
3. Repeatedly we kept on asking on phone about the reason, but we were not entertained and neither our calls were answered nor we got return calls for our missed calls.
4. When my wife checked the actual weights of all boxes in front of those guys, it was found that 5 Kg extra was written on one of the box. Is DTDC so cheap to give false weight for merely 5 Kgs?
5. We were told the material would be received in Malaysia within 5 working days. Keeping this in mind when I handed over the material on 14th Dec, I could have received the material latest by 21st Dec. But as I told already it took those guys 3 days to just start the shipping. I am writing this mail today on 23rd Dec and today I was told the material will be received on 27th Dec. I am still not able to locate the material because the status online still shows “In scan at Gateway, MUMBAI”. I am still not very sure when to expect the material.
6. After all this frustrations I have faced with DTDC when I am making calls from Malaysia to know what is the issue my phone is still not being received.
7. When I tracked the courier, my courier has been routed through Paris and Guangzhou. Why should I not claim the money? My frustration is building up as I still not have received the courier after 14 days. It’s a mere 3 days delivery which I was promised.
