HI,

I SENT A COURIER FROM DELHI WITH THE CN NO= Z26286538 on 5th of jan 2011.
but its not delivered till now. and i talked miss anjali on[protected] and mr. umesh on [protected]. all these persons are irresponsible and pretending all the time and now not picking my phone or disconnecting. so i am totally annoyed with the services of DTDC and in future i will never use.
but if my problem would not be resolve in 48hours then this case would be in customer form.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am complaint you Against DTDC courier service regarding my DVD parcel which I didn't receive.
I sent it 31 December 2010 (CN no. Z26944724, from Gurgaon to Panipat) and today 14 January 2011 still I not receive my DVD return to origin.
Is this DTDC courier services?
i have no idea what kind of services are DTDC people providing
people in DTDC office are illeterate and extremly arrogant.
Nobody response, everybody try to put their responsibility to another person.
I also tried to helpline service but them also not response properly; they said your parcel is at Gurgaon Apex Branch. Every day I call your Gurgaon branch but they said “Sir, we didn’t find your parcel and we’ll send you today”. I hear this words form last 10 days.
I think every person is worst in DTDC. Nobody give the right information, everyone try to run away from their duty.
Is there any person in DTDC who give me my DVD’S back to me?

This is the third time that the same sort of incident happened to us.

I booked two consiquitive courier vide Con No H79455971 and H78504554 with DTDC , Hyderabad to Kolkata, from same office to same destination, where the meterials were some costly Medecines (LSD), Puja Prasadam, Idol of Lord Tirupati, Puja Flowers & Leaves and some dry and raw Pasta to our parents where 25% of the meterials have reached to the desired destination and that too after 12 and 14 days consiquitevely.

Each consignment cost Rs 100 and 125 respectively and was promised to deliver with in 48 hrs.

Complaints to the consigned DTDC office all the times repetedly, but no result.
This time complaining to this site as our old parents, who are very sentimental on the Puja object has met with an emotional attack because of not receiving the desired meterials that they have asked for.

Its high time now, that I feel, this Courier Company has to act to their, so called, employees, to keep their services standard and not playing with the customers meterials.

When I booked my courier on 27 dec 2010, I was told that it will reach to the destination within two days. Today it is 4 jan 2011, but still that has not reached to the destination.DTDC courier website also not showing and details to this shipment. It is just saying " In Transit". I used this courier service with a impression that it will give me fast service as the issue was need to solve on urgent basis. But This is the worst courier service I ever used. Please guide me how to proceed further.

i brought a 16 gb kingston pendrive from ebay india from a delhi seller. i was not given the courier in ebay cover which is mandetary for ebay seller...the pod of dtdc courier is z26842218 someone in dtdc tore the ebay cover and took the pendrive.when i enquired about it.they told me that there was a change in product weight from 25grams to 30grams when i received.the boy who gave me saw the courier without the ebay cover. they simply gave me customer care numbers of which they never respond to me. i kindly request take appropriate action and get my pendrive back to me

I have been transferred by Accenture office to Malaysia and I took a chance to courier my regular household accessories to Malaysia through DTDC. Following are the points that I didn’t liked about this.
1. The person Kalpesh Gadkari ([protected]) came to my home where my family handed over to him the materials that needs to be couriered. The person took the material along with him and didn’t replied for two days. We kept asking him the weight and the charges that would be incurred. We could not get any details from him on phone and my wife personally visited the office to see what was the issue. When asked about this Mr Kalpesh ignored the things. At the end of second day when I called from Malaysia for what is the reason, the person there told me that departure certificate was required by your team. Question: why this as not communicated earlier? Why it took 2 days to those guys to tell me certificates are required?
2. When my wife reached to main branch of Shankarseth road, to her surprise the personal belongings were being tried by the ladies who were checking (?) the materials there. Is this the way you guys are checking the things out there?
3. Repeatedly we kept on asking on phone about the reason, but we were not entertained and neither our calls were answered nor we got return calls for our missed calls.
4. When my wife checked the actual weights of all boxes in front of those guys, it was found that 5 Kg extra was written on one of the box. Is DTDC so cheap to give false weight for merely 5 Kgs?
5. We were told the material would be received in Malaysia within 5 working days. Keeping this in mind when I handed over the material on 14th Dec, I could have received the material latest by 21st Dec. But as I told already it took those guys 3 days to just start the shipping. I am writing this mail today on 23rd Dec and today I was told the material will be received on 27th Dec. I am still not able to locate the material because the status online still shows “In scan at Gateway, MUMBAI”. I am still not very sure when to expect the material.
6. After all this frustrations I have faced with DTDC when I am making calls from Malaysia to know what is the issue my phone is still not being received.
7. When I tracked the courier, my courier has been routed through Paris and Guangzhou. Why should I not claim the money? My frustration is building up as I still not have received the courier after 14 days. It’s a mere 3 days delivery which I was promised.

My documents were couriered to from Jodhpur on 20th December, 2010 (Consignment No. F[protected] to Ludhiana at the address PRAKHAR MATHUR C/o. CITY HEART SAROVAR PORTICO, BHADOUR HOUSE, NEAR CLOCK TOWER, LUDHIANA - 141008 (PANJAB). My uncle had also mentioned my Mobile No. on the consignment.

I went to the DTDC office at Bhadour House on 24th December, 2010 where I got the mobile no. of Mr.Dogra +91 [protected] & madam seated at the office said that we will not deliver the courier neither will give it to you as our payments are pending for which I inquired & found that a few months back City Heart had couriered 02 (Two) wrist watches which were misplaced from the DTDC people & they denied to accept there mistake. After looking at there unprofessionalism City Heart had stopped there payments.

I clarified them that this is my personal courier but even then they denied & said will not give neither deliver any courier on the name of City Heart.

Kindly look into the matter.

We are a regular client of dtdc, on Wednesday 8/12/10 (cn no.—z[protected]we sent a courier to our jaipur client which contains some important import related document .
The Jaipur office mishandled the same and not delivered to the consignee .The delivery detail doesn’t contains any receiver’s name or contact number which I can find through internet and we are not getting even a proper reply from Jaipur DTDC office .

But in the mean time our client is paying heavy damage for not removing the shipment from port.

I Rajeev kumar kushwaha meerut jagriti vihar sect. 6, i have send the some important documents by DTDC courier cargo limited on 12dec 2010, but documents are not deliver at the right place (buland sahar) till the 16 dec. 2010, sir i have visit 2 time at the courier office, but result is siffer, he is giving only orgue, this is very urget to reach right time & right place.

I had sent my TV from Pune to Jamshedpur on the 21st of October, 2010. My consignment number : D04182412. The person in charge Mr Avinash whose number is [protected], told me that he will take care of the insurance claim. I kept calling him regarding the status of the claim and he kept saying that it will come, it will come. Then one day I call him and he says he cannot do anything and you will not get anything, do whatever you want.

Please take action against this stupid irresponsible person.

As discussed on 9-Dec-10 with your higher officer it was already committed to me that your team is investing for same case and final result will declared to me on 10-Dec-10 evening so I can now the process for further what to do but still no result came.

Aside to All officers- Let me tell how you care for your customer ? Not telling him exact result and asking him more time to wait as today 40 days been passed but neither no result came and nor courier delivered and now asking again to wait more so please tell me how long I should wait.

So request you all to please tell me exact things to sort out my problem.

Still no update came for courier as waiting from long time and 32 days has been passed and courier has not delivered( Refer to snap shot mention below). As per your record only courier is untraceable then why DTDC is showing delivered courier at Agra. Courier was for Firozabad not for Agra then how can you show it delivered to Agra when it is already lost as per your record and your trailing mail.

Please explain how can DTDC can show lost courier delivered. And if courier is lost let us now how can I get my refund back.

Further, I have contacted all the DTDC customer care executives at
Meerut, Agra and Delhi Centres but none of them has been able to trace
the consignment. Its status on DTDC tracker is : Out for delivery since
03.11.2010. But now even after passage of more than 14 more days, it
has still not been delivered. My complaint reference no. is FDB0053480.

I feel high displeasure at the non-responsive attitude of the DTDC’s
Customer care and their unwillingness to even entertain any further
communication. As a lost resort, I am bound to inform you of my
complaint in order to seek necessary redressal.

I request your goodself to kindly take necessary action in this regard.
Further, this may please be treated as a final request seeking
redressal of above complaint before initiating any proceedings in
consumer forum.

With ref to my ref. above consignment no. the courier was sent on 15th Nov, and same was received on 22nd Nov’10 but the material was found missing in the consignment. And same was highlighted to your delivery person and accordingly a complain was logged at that instant but regret to state that your tracking system even due to inefficiency is giving a message that customer refused to accept the courier.
The package contained a 4 GB Pen Drive of Siemens, containing some vital information.

I couriered a consignment(Number V[protected] on (2nd December)Thursay through DTDC plus from Gurgaon to Bangalore. DTDC PLUS charges extra for delivering the consignment next day to the destination else guarantees a full refund. I booked my courier from DTDC courier, R.V. Road, Bangalore, PH : 25922309, 41203798, My courier No. is B66021139 on 25th OCT. when I complained to company site the give me Ref No. CFD0037157 and mail your courier didn't book. when I went to agent, he told me, I'll refund your claim but today is already 34 days gone but they are abusing me and telling me i cannot do anything. and giving my claim refund also. I've original receipt of R.V. Road and mail print of the company. They are not proper giving me answer. In that courier, there was cloth for children which weight is atleast 200g to 250g. and company is not taking any action about this matter. I' m attaching original receipt photo. and mail replied.

On 24th Nov i have send a greetings card and some documents to my in-laws. There was also a small gift inside the envelop.
But when they received it they found that the packet is teared and the gift is missing.
The gift is not as much valuable but the service they provide is unacceptable at all.

Hi,
I am experiencing extreme delay in delivering post by DTDC, India. Though they are charging the premium for the speedy delivery, their service is now worse than normal post. The details are as follows

1. I sent a letter to Thane (which is neighbouring city of Mumbai) on last saturday Nov 27. The consignment no. of the post is M58388612. The post has not been, till date, delivered to its destination. The status report from DTDC website (as on Dec 2) is attached (file name: DTDC-2.jpg).

2. I sent a letter to Ranchi on Oct 28,2010. The consignment no. of the post was M57662134. After repeated reminders, the post was delivered on Nov 4, 2010. The status report of that from DTDC website is attached (file name: DTDC-1.jpg).

They charged Rs. 90/ to send the letter from Mumbai to Ranchi within 48 hours but it was delivered after seven days.

Its been 1 month since the courier dispatch and still I have not received the same.

I have visisted the DTDC Courier office in dehradun, called them many times but still the same response "We are checking".

Also when we call either they disconnect the call and or dont pick up.

This is really frustating as this is very Imp for me.

P.) branch on 20 Nov 2010 for Gurgaon (Hr.), i have check track detail in the DTDC web site which showing consignment have reached in the gurgaon Apex in kheriki dhola area on 22 Nov which is 2 km far from destination But till date I have not recived my consignment, I have talked to Hundrad times in the gurgaon chhindwara and Nagpur even their head office in banglore (karnatka) from bottom to top level person , and i did many mail also but till date not got any feed beck from their side, sir i am too worry and disappointment to follow up to him, PLEASE help me its much importent and urgent ....
