Vide Consignment NO.f05662167 dated 8th March I sent one enveope containing original FD of ICICI Bank from Thane to Banglore.

The so called best company's phone nos are never atteneded by the staff nor do they update on websiite regarding delivery status. I sent mails to their customer care thru their Thane office, in person, but in vain. Will my problem be solved?How can anyone help me in this regard. This is not the first experience. It happened during the month of February too. Fortunately the consignment was delivered after 10 days.

My DTDC consignment no.H81404699 was booked at Kurnool, AP on 26.02.2011 and it was not delivered as on date. The online tracking also clearly showing it was reached to chennai on 01.03.2011 and status also shown material in transit. The same has been complaint at DTDC head office banglore also. But till now my consignment was not received.

What can i do further.

Kindly do the needful please.

i had sent a parcel via DTDC Courier on 12.03.2011 which contained two boxes of blood test strips for accuchek and an empty container, making a total of 3 containers in an envelop. It was addressed to akta medico, ratu road, ranchi. according to the courier company, it was supposed to reach ranchi on the 14th but it failed to happen. i complained in the company complaint center, but no action was taken for 4 days. finally today,18.03.2011, the courier center at ranchi confirmed that they have recieved the courier. but when they went to deliver the courier, my correspondent at the recieving end informed me that the envelop was empty. the cost of my parcel was approximately Rs 2500. firt the delivery was delayed and then my parcel was damaged, which is not expected from a courier company.i therefore request you to kindly look into the matters and take steps for reimbursment of my loss.

Hi,

I had an urgent parcel to be sent within bangalore. So I used DTDC's pick and drop facility.
They promised the delivery by next day evening for regular service. But, the parcel needed to be sent by afternoon as the receiver had a flight to mumbai in evening.

So they offered me express service for delivery by afternoon. But to utter dismay they didn't delivered the parcel even by 7 P.M. in evening. I asked for full refund but they denied any claims.

Please help me lodge a complaint against them.

Hi,

I have sent my parcel(Computer system) from bangalore to kanpur on 28-Aug-2010 and waybill no. D03887063 and its duly insured by the DTDC, which was very much delicate,has been delivered late from its due time and its been damaged in such a way that no one can use in future. when complained to the delivery boy, he started fighting with us.

I have been doing the consistant followup with Mr. Mohan raj,Mr. Thyagrajan,Ms. Amudha,Ms. Arati Nandeesh,Mr. Debyendu and now with Ms. Jayanthi, but no one is helping me in this regards infact no one is picking my call as well.

If any government offical is reading this, request your support to claim the amount for my damaged computer system.

Look forward to hear a favrouble information about it.

On 10/03/2011 i came to know about the courier is not yet supplied and i contacted the DTDC cherplassery office and i got very disappointing reply that "if you have any complaint contact headoffice or go to court" After that i send a mail to DTDC customer care on 10/03/2011 itself. there was no reply. please suggest me what i do?

A consignment containing Watch for my father was booked with consignmet number : Z33177515 by DTDC from Delhi on 18th feb, online status till 1st march was showing in transit and then on complaining it automatically changed to Delivered and they claim to deliever it on 20th Feb.
consignment was never delievered and they don't even reply to email.
I have lost huge money because of this sevice.
Advice no1 else to ever use it

V[protected]. which is lost by dtdc during transit, as told by them. i wallet was stolen at a railway station and i lost my consignment reciept too. i applied for the claim but they are not agreed to give the claim without original reciept, which is not possible me to show. very hardly i collected the money for ipod and sent it to chennai as gift for my brother. there should be a alterntive solution for my claim. they know very well that i sent the consignment through their service.

DTDC HAS FAILED TO DELIVER A PACKAGE SENT 1 WEEK AGO FROM MYSORE TO THANE . PACKAGE CODE B68079974. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON RESPONSIVE IN GOREGAON, BANGALORE AND THANE. A LOT OF MENTAL ANGUISH AND TRAUMA HAS BEEN CAUSED DUE TO THIS POOR PERFORMANCE OF DTDC. PLEASE REVOKE THEIR LICENSE AND BAN THIS COURIER SERVICE. I HAVE THREATENED THEM WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES FOR NON DELIVERY AND YET THEY HAVE A LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDE. THEY ARE ALSO ABUSIVE. IF THIS IS A DEMOCRATIC, FREE COUNTRY, THEN JUSTICE HAS TO BE DONE. I had sent an important package from Faridabad (Delhi-NCR) to destination in Hyderabad

-Tracking number Z26625202.

The package was sent on July 11, 2014, but the intended recipient has not received the package till date.

I enquired DTDC helpline on July 18, 2014 on status of package - and response was that package has been returned - due incorrect address. I told that address is valid, and accordingly did send a address proof of the recipient to css.[protected]@dtdc.com

Here is the response from DTDC executive:

" Have a nice day said c/ment already rto fwd reason due to Door/office Closed ;shipment fwd to booking point so plz contact to booking point, "

I have 3 points -

1. Reason given for non-delivery is different on phone and on mail.

2. Why was I not informed before return of package ? My mobile number was mentioned.

3. I'm dealing with DTDC - why do I need to follow up with individual entities seperately - booking center, delivery center, delivery boy - shouldn't these matters be resolved internally by DTDC ?

This raises question if any sincere effort was even made to reach the destination address at all ?

And all through this, no attempt has been made to reach out to me - and the package is already delayed by 5 days from promised delivery time.
How does DTDC aims to resolve this service failure is also unclear from communication from their staff at booking center and call center

We done a courier from Bawal to Amabala at dated 29-Jun-10 with docket no.-Z16415142.But we are still waiting for our consignment.We have consulted many times regarding this problem with the consulting person of DTDC of Ambala as well as Rewari and Zonal head of Delhi but we didn't get any satisfactory response with them.

SUB : Parce has received totally damaged & repacked

Dear Sir / Madam,
A courier has booked from chennai to mumbai on 21st Feb 2011. Consignment number : C 32767296. While booking the parcel was 500 gms and when the concern person reciving it it is only 250 gms in the middle someone has opened the parcel and repacked it and it totally damaged. When i am trying to file a complaint there is no proper response and nobody is taking the compliant as well.

Please give me the proper solution

Some one booked a packet for me from Delhi CN No Z31804574 on 21st Feb, which was most urgent category. This DTDC courier i believe the worst courier in the earth. to day is the third day, I havent receive my packet. The worst thing is nobody picks up phone and reply. I am completely in dark. My suggestion to others, pl depend on DTDC courier, they are the black spot in courier service in India.

I have sent document on 27.10.2014 through DTDC COURIER, malikipuram branch (CN no. H[protected] to kuwait. The courier service people promised me that the document will deliver within 4 working days, but still it is not delivered.
I tried cal to DTDC Courier centre people and customercare but there is no responce.
The document is very important to me.
I have lost my valuable time and money, can I have solution fir this?

DTDC Bangalore -20 — Non delivery of consignment

DTDC seshadripuram Bangalore picked up consignment No. B74515765 from RITES Ltd bangalore on 8.8.11 for Gurgaon office of RITES Ltd ststing that it will reach by 1030 hrs on 9.8.11. On enquiry it was told that it has not reached still and may reach in next 48 hrs.
Is his the way courier works for dispatching to India capital Delhi close to Gurgaon ( HR)

Sir,

A courier was sent from Mathura to Jhajjar (Consignment No. Z[protected] by DTDC courier on 9th Feb and the courier person promised to deliver it by 12th Feb. The courier was not delivered on time and when I tried to check its status online, I came to know that it was moved from Delhi Apex office of DTDC on 11th Feb to Jhajjar. I went personally to DTDC Jhajjar on 12th Feb and was informed by them that they have not received the packet. I contacted DTDC customer care on the same date and lodged a complaint but no response was given. I contacted DTDC on 14th Feb again (13th being sunday) and tried to track the courier but I was informed by DTDC Delhi Apex office that they are not having courier and I shall contact DTDC Jhajjr for enquiry. I contacted DTDC Jhajjar again and they told that they didn't have the courier. On being kicked between these two offices of DTDC I tried calling some senior staff of DTDC and then I was informed that the couurier was lying with DTDC Bahadurgarh which is not a destination of a courier coming to Jhajjar from Delhi Apex as per information given by DTDC staff.

They told that somehow that courier reached bahadurgarh and they promised to get it delivered on 15th. On 15th I again visited DTDC Jhajjar but I was told that they were not having the packet. As the packet was important for me, I decided to visit DTDC Bahadurgarh office which is 90 KMs away from my place.

I went to DTDC Jhajjar and collected the packet. When i came back to my place and checked it, I found that one of the article sent by courier was missing from packet.

I request you to please intervene in the matter.

Hi Team,

my courier was sent to me as on 20jan-11from bangalore to Gurgaon to me and the consignment no is B68910609 but till now it has not been delivered to me since 25of JAn continuously i am folling and talking over phone but they are just misguiding me saying by today you will get it. but it is not happening and by 8-feb it was sent back to bangalore and when i ask the reason then they told me they did not find anyone which is highly impossible so again i asked them to get it back and they get back as on 12-feb so again i am asking to get it deliver and they are just lestening and keep quite not doing any thing and when i spoke to their mangaer now she is telling it is misplaced and now she is not picking up my call also.

like this i had very bad experience with them. I found in DTDC all are lier and not supportive also. and service is very worst which is very true.

Please help me on this since i had very important document in this and take some action on them

My consignment no.- N95867095 wasnot delivered yet. But the most sad things is that they didnt delivered my parcel which was sent from kolkata on 2nd july 2015. They charge me extra 400 dollar for delivering my parcel. I was so disappointed that whom to blame and what action should i take for thos type of coulier service.please advice me what to do

I want to complain about the employees of the DTDC courier company as they are the most irresponsible persons I had ever faced. I received a courier from one of my relative from Gujarat (Junagarh) and there are 3 items in that courier but I received only one of them. The courier consignment number is "A19024519". The other items are not there in the courier. The packet is also not damaged then how will the items get missed out. I am sure that office employees had done this as they had stolen the things from the courier. I was satisfied with the courier services before as they deliver the courier on time and many other which other courier companies do not do but now I am not satisfied with this. I am a regular customer of your's. I have not seen this kind of employees in any office who steal things of their customers only. I had also called to our area courier department (New Delhi - Pitam Pura) on "[protected]" even they didn't done anything to resolve they just told that they do not about the parcels which they receive, they just courier the parcels. Then I called to customer care department, the number on which I called for registering my complaint is "[protected]" but when I called the lady has listened to my complaint then told me to hold for 2 times and she asked me questions too but at the end she also responded as they cannot do anything in this case as the courier is not damaged. She told if the courier got damaged then only she will have noted down the complaint and will do something for that but now she will not be able to do anything. She told the courier of mine which they received is of the same weight which was delivered from Gujarat (Junagarh) so there were no missing items till the courier was at there place and sent from there to another office. I am also not satisfied with the service that she has served to me. At least she can written down the complaint or have forwarded to the concerned department or have done something as I have told her 2 to 3 times to forward my complaint but she didn't. From next time if I will send the courier from DTDC then I will think 1000 of times otherwise may be I will again face these type of problems and will miss my things again. If you cannot do anything for me as no one had done, at least reply back to my mail. If you can do something then do it for other's at least as I have faced these problems but at least other people will not face this again. You will loose customers (regular) like us.

On contacting the delivery person/courier office, they say that the courier was dropped in the letter box of building.
I have not signed the delivery note.
The value of goods in the courier is about Rs450/-

On tracking, it was told the product is in stand still due to no service available in some on the way.

DTDC service "shyam express"has told that there is service in Borama district,Godda,Bhagalpur and collected the amount of courier for document on 31st dec,2010 against consignment no.Z26986530 and told that it will be dlivered on 4th of jan,2011 but after asking lot they said it has been delivered to the party on 6th jan and even there is no service so they can't deliver.....neither they refunded the amount of DTDC Lite service for the docs....nor returned back and not delivered to the correct person...the contact no. of DTDC is [protected].....plz take an action against it in favour of me

I am 100% accepting. Because i have sent a cover from pune to chennai on 4th July 2012 with full details consignee phone no./My Phone no etc... i have complained to call centre after 2 days 6th July 2012 for the non-delivery of cover, they answered me in rude manner that the consignment will get deliver on 6th July and asked me to wait . Till today ( 8th July 2012) the consignment hasn't received and got the answer that got rejected for the reason "Continuous Door Lock". I did the continuous follow up on 6th and 7th July with DTDC lite chennai branch and informed that pls give a call to the phone no. mentioned in the Cover or else to me but without giving any intimation they have rejected the consignment. Consignment No. - P 19325359. I request everyone that don't prefer DTDC lite courier...
Chennai customer care centre - [protected] are not lifting the call even after tried to reach 50 times. Once Pune Customer Care Centre people lift the call and as i said they answered me in rude manner, after that always the call is busy and no reply for the message posted through IVR response.
