Dear Sir.
My name is Shasidhar Behera, i have sent an urgent document from Jorhat, ASSAM, via DTDC courior consignment number- K46288708 to Cuttack, ORISSA
dated -02/03/2011, But till consignee not received the document. when i contact DTDC cuttack office, they told me that "there no such type of consignment
number come from jorhat, ASSAM".

please help me how can i get the document

dtdc.rajahmundry — the consignments they're not sending properly.

Our town is very near to rajahmandry approx 20km.we r in a profession where we need to send more than two couriers per day through dtdc to dental labs.and we should get the couriers regularly.but the courier staff is very negligent sorry to say this.we r paying money but we r not getting proper service

we have sent a courier of - H13047915, from rajahmundry to vishakapatnam on 5th march, still its not sent. how cheap & worthless service. i call up the customer care, they say they cant take my complaint, but they gave a number, [protected], when i call up this number they say they gave me a wrong number & gives another number,[protected], when i call to this, they say power isnt there. call us when power is there. after i call after few hours, they give me another number [protected], and in this number, a guy speaks so rudely that i got dishearted, dispite of me making all these calls. today is march 8th. what a service is this. whats the status of our mail.they charged 75 rupees to deliever it to vishakapatnam from rajahmundry which is about just 200 kms, if posted in normal mail, it would have reached by now.

The worst courier service I ever seen. even after 5 days I do not receive my courier. and they provide 3 different customer service no none of this work.and if you cal on the no [protected] given by the company on just dial the lady literally shouting on me. today is the 6th day and I not receive my important document. my Shipment Number is Z85000802

I have made a booking tough DTDC courier, on Thursday with Premium Plus service. Paid Rs. 180 for a consignment from Chennai to Bangalore. In the Booking office for the specific Pin code Service shown as available. But on the other side in Chennai people told service not available.There are whole lotta of confusion in their system. Sent a e-mail to DTDC Chennai office no response. Put a complaint in DTDC website. No response. Called call center they gave a number in cheennai. Called that number, they gave another number. Called that number, he told for that location no Service and gave another number, this gentle man so called manager in Chennai for DTDC franchaicy, he told he will arrange to deliver on Friday evening. Which was not done.. Then in the morning after trying to connect to him several time, he didn't responded properly. Finally, I tried to reach Customer service centre Bangalore. They gave another number... this the customer service for Premium service. Premium plus service center says no service... and connected me back to Booking franchicy from where I have booked the consignment. Booking Franchicy able to see the Service location, customer service center can't see the service location...

There are whole lotta confusion in DTDC service location. I advise whom so ever reading this and advise their friends also not to use DTDC service.


The DTDC service and Response from Delivery branch is totally unsatisfactory... Worst ... Worst... Worst...

Hi,
I had a very bad experience with DTDC courier.Last week[protected] i booked a courier post to coimbatore from chennai, still that is not dispatched to coimbatore (not even to the address).If i started walk from chennai to coimbatore that will not take 1 week.Very worst courier service i have seen.

again i dnt Use DTDC courier its a WORST courier service...
i think Professional Couriers is Better than You...

The consignment dispatched on 30th March'2015 from Hyderabad hub but still it not received. Consignment number is V22023500 so kindly verify and solve the issue.

Not delivered On TIME

Very poor service. Whenever I had called the respective DTDC office people, they always give excuses. Highly disappointed with service. I think post service is way more faster than DTDC. My documents are still not delivered.

courier is not deliveryd plezzz wach

I had sent an important package from Faridabad (Delhi-NCR) to destination in Hyderabad


-Tracking number Z26625202.


The package was sent on July 11, 2014, but the intended recipient has not received the package till date.


I enquired DTDC helpline on July 18, 2014 on status of package - and response was that package has been returned - due incorrect address. I told that address is valid, and accordingly did send a address proof of the recipient to css.[protected]@dtdc.com


Here is the response from DTDC executive:


" Have a nice day said c/ment already rto fwd reason due to Door/office Closed ;shipment fwd to booking point so plz contact to booking point, "


I have 3 points -


1. Reason given for non-delivery is different on phone and on mail.


2. Why was I not informed before return of package ? My mobile number was mentioned.


3. I'm dealing with DTDC - why do I need to follow up with individual entities seperately - booking center, delivery center, delivery boy - shouldn't these matters be resolved internally by DTDC ?


This raises question if any sincere effort was even made to reach the destination address at all ?


And all through this, no attempt has been made to reach out to me - and the package is already delayed by 5 days from promised delivery time.
How does DTDC aims to resolve this service failure is also unclear from communication from their staff at booking center and call center

Cn # A31554975, sent from Jamnagar to Guwahati on 26th June. Package was not delivered. Dtdc office don't know where the package is.

We done a courier from Bawal to Amabala at dated 29-Jun-10 with docket no.-Z16415142.But we are still waiting for our consignment.We have consulted many times regarding this problem with the consulting person of DTDC of Ambala as well as Rewari and Zonal head of Delhi but we didn't get any satisfactory response with them.

Hi all,
I have sent document on 27.10.2014 through DTDC COURIER, malikipuram branch (CN no. H[protected] to kuwait. The courier service people promised me that the document will deliver within 4 working days, but still it is not delivered.
I tried cal to DTDC Courier centre people and customercare but there is no responce.
The document is very important to me.
I have lost my valuable time and money, can I have solution fir this?

DTDC Bangalore -20 — Non delivery of consignment

DTDC seshadripuram Bangalore picked up consignment No. B74515765 from RITES Ltd bangalore on 8.8.11 for Gurgaon office of RITES Ltd ststing that it will reach by 1030 hrs on 9.8.11. On enquiry it was told that it has not reached still and may reach in next 48 hrs.
Is his the way courier works for dispatching to India capital Delhi close to Gurgaon ( HR)

DTDC gurgaon removed more than half the stuff that was to be delivered before delivery !! DTDC gurgaon sucks...
