With ref to my ref. above consignment no. the courier was sent on 15th Nov, and same was received on 22nd Nov’10 but the material was found missing in the consignment. And same was highlighted to your delivery person and accordingly a complain was logged at that instant but regret to state that your tracking system even due to inefficiency is giving a message that customer refused to accept the courier.
The package contained a 4 GB Pen Drive of Siemens, containing some vital information.

I couriered a consignment(Number V[protected] on (2nd December)Thursay through DTDC plus from Gurgaon to Bangalore. DTDC PLUS charges extra for delivering the consignment next day to the destination else guarantees a full refund. My consignment reached Bangalore on Monday(6th December) and the courier centre is refusing to refund the money mentioning the delay is because of Flights.

Please help as DTDC mentions the delivery of goods on 2nd Business Day using DTDC PLUS service.

I booked my courier from DTDC courier, R.V. Road, Bangalore, PH : 25922309, 41203798, My courier No. is B66021139 on 25th OCT. when I complained to company site the give me Ref No. CFD0037157 and mail your courier didn't book. when I went to agent, he told me, I'll refund your claim but today is already 34 days gone but they are abusing me and telling me i cannot do anything. and giving my claim refund also. I've original receipt of R.V. Road and mail print of the company. They are not proper giving me answer. In that courier, there was cloth for children which weight is atleast 200g to 250g. and company is not taking any action about this matter. I' m attaching original receipt photo. and mail replied.

On 24th Nov i have send a greetings card and some documents to my in-laws. There was also a small gift inside the envelop.
But when they received it they found that the packet is teared and the gift is missing.
The gift is not as much valuable but the service they provide is unacceptable at all.
Earlier also i faced similar kind of problem. When i asked about the problem they simply ignored.
Is this the kind of service they provide? They are stealing things in front of everyone's eye and they called they are courier service providers. Strict actions should be taken against them or cancel their courier license.

Hi,
I am experiencing extreme delay in delivering post by DTDC, India. Though they are charging the premium for the speedy delivery, their service is now worse than normal post. The details are as follows

1. I sent a letter to Thane (which is neighbouring city of Mumbai) on last saturday Nov 27. The consignment no. of the post is M58388612. The post has not been, till date, delivered to its destination. The status report from DTDC website (as on Dec 2) is attached (file name: DTDC-2.jpg).

2. I sent a letter to Ranchi on Oct 28,2010. The consignment no. of the post was M57662134. After repeated reminders, the post was delivered on Nov 4, 2010. The status report of that from DTDC website is attached (file name: DTDC-1.jpg).

They charged Rs. 90/ to send the letter from Mumbai to Ranchi within 48 hours but it was delivered after seven days.

Its been 1 month since the courier dispatch and still I have not received the same.

I have visisted the DTDC Courier office in dehradun, called them many times but still the same response "We are checking".

Also when we call either they disconnect the call and or dont pick up.

This is really frustating as this is very Imp for me.

P.) branch on 20 Nov 2010 for Gurgaon (Hr.), i have check track detail in the DTDC web site which showing consignment have reached in the gurgaon Apex in kheriki dhola area on 22 Nov which is 2 km far from destination But till date I have not recived my consignment, I have talked to Hundrad times in the gurgaon chhindwara and Nagpur even their head office in banglore (karnatka) from bottom to top level person , and i did many mail also but till date not got any feed beck from their side, sir i am too worry and disappointment to follow up to him, PLEASE help me its much importent and urgent .... I am waiting of your help with hope

Thank you for registering this complaint against DTDC couriers. I posted the electronic item valued Rs. 2100.00 through DTDC counter near Kwality at Salt Lake City Kolkata. They charged me extra money for the same...but lost it on the way ...wrote several emails... the management answered but never did anything about it ..its simply ripping off consumers and then harrasing them.

Uttranchal, In 24 Nov. 2010, and frenchazier of DTDC Courier & cargo limited commited to me that courier will deliver within 2 working day's but that courier still not diliver. when i called to frenchazier he said that courier will be deliver in monday. In that case i am going in loss because envelop has some important documents. I claimed against the courier company Rs. 50000/-. I am sending the courier slip.

this to complain about not having any response from anywhere I have complained about the delay of delivery of goods sent from dtdc kannur office to Gwalior on 18 november and it is not yet reached the destiny R02586339 is the CN no. I have found that the thing is moved from kochi to mumbay on 19 and from there it went to nagpur and then delhi as if they want to make it an all india tour for the goods. It is complete irresponsiblity of the company and i would advice everyone not to choose this company any more for sending goods to any destiny.
The fright charge is Rs 400. and it takes so much time and giving no reposne to the enquiry.
I hope I would be given with the proper response and also immediate delivery of the good will be done.

A consignment number A19909209 was consigened from junagarh to my address through DTDC courier. on tracking the same it is being shown as delivered, however the same has not yet been delivered. On contacting the Lucknow office umber[protected] , I was assured that they will look into the matter and get in touch with me, but no reply was recived. Further from 24.11.2010, i have tried at least 100 times to call the numbers provided but they are not being picked up. an e-mail sent to their e-mail address provided on thrir web page was also not responded to.

I have a courier frm devshoppe with CART26131916.It's now in Moulali branch .They contacted me and asked if I can collect the same.So,extending my help I told a kolkata address ,so that it would be of ease for them.Now, what happenned is I cant go for some reason to collect the same .So,informed them to send it to my original kankinara address .I got extremely bad behavior from them saying there is no service in kankinara and being told they just cant help.However,I found dtdc office kankinara.

WHY should a courier service company accept a delivery that they can't deliver?

I have send a PC through dtdc courier service from Kannur, Kerala to Gwalior, M.P. I was informed that it would reach in four days and it was sent on 18 th nov. and not yet reached the destiny. I have complained in different ways and no satisfactory answer is given. the thing so urgent and we have a great loss by the delay. I do need the explanation and immediate delivery of the thing. I should also get the compensation for the time energy and other great loss that caused by it.

My courier with a destination address of Delhi dated on 18th of november reached Delhi on 19th but has not been delivered till now.
none of their phone numbers work really, some of them are diverted to non existing numbers and some others reply to be wrong numbers.
even if any customer firstly realise his/her duty to inform the company he/she gets no reply back.
i mailed them but they even don't bother to reply.

I sent an extemely urgent courier through DTDC courier services form Bangalore to Saharanpur(UP)on 17th november 2010.It was supposed to reach Saharanpur on 19th november 2010............but never reached even till 23rd nov.

I checked the website for any escalationor customer care number...........but there was none.

When i called the Saharanpur branch.........the reply i got was there is no one to deliver and if someone could come and collect on our own............

I was shoched to hear how a courier service say like this.........am i getting it done for free or is this how they work...........

What is most pathetic is you cant even escalate it to any customer care or any such department.......................

I booked one courier (well packed) for sending Diwali Gift to my home on 1st Nov '10.
The parcel contained one Richard morphy blender/chopper , few chocolates and
puja items (rice+sindoor). The copy of item bill (and all other contents list) was also attached alongwith.
It was from Kharghar (Navi Mumbai) to Shamli (Pin 247776).
After a very long journey, it reached on 9th Nov'10 . When opened, there were
no item except, 3 rotten apples, 3 cups and 2 glasses, which I never put into.
The packet seems to be loosly packed. So means, the item has been stolen
in between.
I lodged complian with DTDC. But after asking me consignment no., and destination address, no response has come from there side yet.
I dont know, how they care for their costomers.
It was booked on National blue service of theirs, which they claim, delivers within 2-3 days. It took 9 days to deliver, that too in short condition.
