Dear Sir,

Most respectfully informing you that i have booked a courier from noida to azamgarh on 24th Jan. 2009.
They assured me that the courier will be deliver on Tuesday(27th Jan. 2009). But status is showing from last two days that courier is in transit from Varanasi.
I don't think that Azamgarh is too far away from Varanasi to take three or more days to deliver. it is only 96km from there. And till time courier is not deliver. I think it is better to use speed post rather than DTDC courier. Please do the needfull. no. z83572446.

Hello Team,

I was called to receive the returned product but when i came to receive the product the item WD 2TB Hard Disk Blue Color was missing and instead of that stones were present inside the returned packet.

The item was shipped on 1st October 2014 and was to be delivered till deadline 8th October. As per the online status it is showing that the delviery was attempted on 6th October but the concerned person was not available though the address was correct.

While shipping the item was opened and verified by the DTDC Supervisor Mr.Prakash Ghatbande and was again packed and shipped and the shipping receipt was provided to me. The tracking number is F08325934. When i received the item i opened it in front of Mr.Prakash Ghatbande as it was given by him only to me. That time we both saw that there was Hard Disk Missing and instead of that Stones were sent.

As discussed, please find the attached snaps of the stones sent instead of Hard disk. The delivery address was of Haryana as below :-

DTDC — Non delivery of courier after 6 days also.

A courier envelop containing very very urgent and important documents was being booked on 26th Nov'09 in Faridabad for Jaipur but today on 1st Dec.'09 still it is not being delivered and when asked they replied that they will revert after one day as they are not having delivery executives in Jaipur to deliver or so. We booked the important documents with DTDC keeping their brand name in mind but were not aware that they will provide the worst service to us.
I know that anyone will do nothing against them but its my right to bring it into notice to get my doucuments and the loss accrued due to delay.

I sent one article to Belapur, Navi Mumbai on 18.8.2010 from Bhubaneswar Branch Office. It was marked as " out for delivery " when I tracked on 21.08.2010, but today, the said consignment not received as it is understood by the person to whom I am sending.

we found a curior from meridian mobil in which a mobile handset .and realy it was sent us by meridiant but due to lack of responcibilty by dtdc or its stafe cheating we found empty box, box was packed by dtdc seal but chalan was not in sesl.you can say mobile was stolen by dtdc stafe and we are feeling uncofertable because we lost our mobile

I had sent gifts on Date 14 sep through DTDC PLUS.Alongwith my gift i put Chocklates and Rose both item stolen by the company; also the packet was tampered !I believe the company is responsible for such bad practice and it is extremely unprofessional! My Courier Number is Z92239125. My relatives couriered an important "DU Admission form" on 2nd June from Delhi.
On 4th June DTDC exec called my mother to ask about the house number details due to some problem. After that he assured us to deliver it on the same day. After waiting 2 days we contacted at the same number. People just don't recognise and trying to mould up the things. They provided their manager number which is always busy.
Today is 9th May, we haven't received courier yet. And last date of summision du form is 15.

DTDC is purely a fake organizatino with lack of management and responsiveness towards customers.

I had sent an envelope weihing less than 250g. to Chennai from Thane by DTDC; even though their website shows charges to metros as Rs.60/-, I was charged Rs.70/-. I lodged a complaint with the company with all the details. They informed me that they are investigating and will let me know. I am waiting for their reply for almost two weeks.
In the meantime, I sent another letter by courier to Chennai.from their Ghatkopar east office;even though the envelope was less than 250g., I was charged Rs.75/- saying that the charges vary from office to office. As I know that complaining to DTDC is of no use, I have now decided to stop sending through them.
I would like to know courier service which is reliable and has uniform charges at least in the same city branches.

DTDC — lost of pendrive from the courier envelope

i have booked one courier on 26/4/09 from sagarpur dtdc.the couier consist of two 4Gb pendrive.the cost one pendrive was Rs 400.when the courier was received at the destination address one pendrive was missing.i made several phonecalls worth Rs 150 but to no avail. i have made many visits to the DTDC but unable to get my pendrive.plz help

The courier was finally collected by one of my cousin on on 13th Oct. Forget that it was emergency.. does any courier take so long... I want to sue DTDC for this... till today i think no was has done this and since we indian are very lethargic to taking steps... its our fault that we dont keep a check on them... This service SUCKS BIG TIME!!!

I booked a parcel containing medicine for my mother from DTDC Shivane Warje Pune office on 8th March. Docket No P22333548. It was comitted that it will be delivered within 2 days. But till today 16th March still not deliver to its destination Bhopal. I enquired Pune office, but they are not giving supporting answer. HAVE YOU REALLY LOST THE PARCEL?

I Alpa Mehta staying in Pune had sent a parcel to my mother in Chennai with Consignment Number P29903408 on 14th November 2014. My contact number is [protected]. This parcel is not yet received in Chennai. I sent dry medicine to my mom. It was not costly but I had ordered from Surat my native place. Since I stay in Pune, it is not possible for me to get the medicine again. My parcel was around of Rs. 1000/- . Since three days I am continuously in follow up with DTDC but they are not responding me. Tracking show that it is still in PUNE APEX, PUNE. Pl help me for the same.

I AM FROM JALANDHAR AND MY COURIER NO. Z40225747 DATED 12/12/2014. THIS PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED. WE ARE SUFRING WITH THIS ISSUE FROM 6 DAYS BUT NOT RESPONSED.

Sir, i have sent a courier containing a mobile and accessories through dtdc courier service to my brother in punjab but he recieved the mobile without charger

Dear sir, My parcel tracking no[protected], i check at dtdc courier tracking my parcel arrival at hubli location 17/11/2014, it was not delivered at my home address imdtly delivered at my home address please

Urgent documents sent by express service. Online status says 'delivered' but the parcel has not been received. The documents are very important and needs to be submitted today. No one is responding properly. Worst courier service experience ever.

I send a b'daycard to Mysore by DTDC courier from Vidisha, my receipt no is "M42330904", card weight is 40 gms. on 8/7/09 at 3 pm.They charged Rs 90 for this and promise me they surly deliverd it on 11/07/09.but they deliverd it on 13/07/09.
which is a fault
i think they cheet my sentiments .also i pay them this much money for delivering it on 11/07/09.b'cos normal charges are rs 40.
So plz i want you that you can take an action against them.
