Dear Sir,

I m writing this Letter against one of the worst courier services, as I think DTDC is the black spot on the name of the courier services.

This is the second time I have suffered from this company. First incident was when I had couriered a Book to Guwahati from New Delhi and it reached the destination after 2 weeks. The book was couriered through DTDC with the intention that it would reach the concerned person on time and help her appearing for an exam for which the book was required. However due to the shoddy service of DTDC the whole purpose was defeated.

The second case is the latest one where we as a Corporate Organisation (KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd.) had to deliver a packet of Study Materials to Mumbai from Delhi. It was booked from Delhi on 15th September, 2008 with the expectation that it would reach the destination in Mumbai if not on 16th Sept, 2008 but definitely on 17th September, 2008 and the materials were required at our client’s end in Mumbai from 18th September, 2008. However, once again DTDC has proved that they are not only the worst Courier Service Provider but also the most irresponsible and a bunch full of illiterate people. My courier which was addressed to Mumbai from Delhi reached Chandigarh on 17th September, 2008 and from Chandigarh to Amritsar, and I have no clue right now where the packet is at present (18th September, 2008).

Due to this careless and pathetic service of DTDC, we as an Organisation have lost face in front of our client and also suffered some additional financial loss as I had to take the help of another premier courier service company and sent some additional materials from Delhi to Mumbai. The Other Premier Courier Service Provider booked the materials on 17th September evening at 8:30 pm and it reached the destination in Mumbai on 18th Sept, 2008 at 10 am.

As on one hand I am really thankful to the Other Premier Courier Service Provider, on the other hand I am planning to move the court against DTDC and also publish it in a premier newspaper and news channels so that they would not be able to harass other people who in faith use their service.

I am still unable to locate my materials which were sent through DTDC.

I demand an apology letter from DTDC .

However, I am absolutely sure that no action would be taken against this complaint because if actions would have been taken I don’t think such pathetic service would have been provided.

I was not aware of these things yet. But i had a bad experience with dtdc courier. Once i was selected in a famous school for the interviews and call letter came after the date of interview. Now my license also went missing under their carelessness. Please do something so that the people should take care of others important and valuable things without any damage or illeffect. We have to be very consious about this thing that if trust is not there then why should we go for this dtdc courier? The responsible should take the appropriate action on this matter. Then only these people will do their duties carefully.
It has been 4 working days since my courier started from Noida to Gurgaon .
There is no response from DTDC management regarding the same.

I am extremly anoid by the pathetic service provided by your company.
Even on the online tracking tool, misguiding messages are displayed to illude customer.
As a corporate customer, i would restrain my colleagues from using DTDC courier services

    REF: CONSIGNMENT NO. D00614074 DTD 23.7.08

    Sir,
    With reference to the above, it is here by requested to repair the damages happened during delivery from Mumbai to Indore by your courier company. I have dispatched 5 nos of laptops from Jogeshwari west DTDC office to IT rescuer, deepesh sharma, 163/3 flr, dawa bazaar, Indore, MP, for software upgradation, but 2 laptops (acer 4000 series s/n lxt530c0124440aa35em model no. 4000nlci and lenovo 3000 n100 type 0768 a39 sn l3-en196) has been found damaged during delivery.
    Consignee IT rescuer, deepesh sharma informed me the fact and the indore DTDC courier branch has accepted the damage and the laptops has been sent back to DTDC jogeshwari west office. The cost of each laptop mentioned in the declaration form was 40000/- each, but when I saw the declaration form at jogeshwari west DTDC office, the altered/modified declaration shown to me, I surprised to see the form presented before me.
    Now I request DTDC to handover my laptops computers by repairing the damaged parts like screen, key board and other hidden internal damages. I need my laptops in the same perfect working condition which I have dispatched.
    Please do needful and repair the damages as soon as possible because these laptops are used for my office and without laptops my business is affecting very much.
    The jogeshwari west DTDC office is not co-operating me in this matter and says you will not get anything from us, take your laptops back. This is not a good reply. I did trust DTDC couriers, please do justice with me.

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      I am Vijay Mahajan. I sent a courier to Chennai from Mumbai on 14th July 2008 (Courier Consignment Number : M35205339.), but still it has not reached Chennai.I enquired many times to the DTDC office (DTDC COURIER & CARGO LTD. Gala No. 1-2, Green Lawns, Aarey Rd. Goregaon(E), Mumbai-400 063.) from where i sent. I came to know from chennai DTDC Courier office[protected] that my consignment has not reached. I am sure that they have lost my consignment. As the consignment sent contains Rs.1000 worth, please ask to refund money(Rs.1000) for my consignment and the Charge of courier (Rs.101). I mailed and informed them that i will complain to cusumer forum, even then no response from them. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I have given all courier details below.

      I am jp mumbai. I sent a courier from delhi to Mumbai on 30th July 2009 (Courier Consignment Number : Z94856281but still it has not reached mumbai.I enquired many times to the DTDC office (DTDC COURIER & CARGO LTD.bora bazar strreet fort Mumbai-400 063.) . I came to know from mumbai DTDC Courier office that my consignment has not reached. I am sure that they have lost my consignment. As the consignment sent contains Rs.d/d's, and the Charge of courier (Rs.101). I mailed and informed them that i will complain to cusumer forum, even then no response from them. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I have given all courier details below.

      An envelop has been booked on Sep 14, 2009 through DTDC courier vide Docket no T 34813959 from Jabalpur (M.P) for couriering it to me at my distination ie; 18-Gupkar Road, Srinagar.

      The courier is very important therefore kindly do the needful to get it delivered at the earliest please.

        'Its very bad curier servise.in DTDC his employee not trained, not gave any real informaton and ALWAYS DO VERY VERY MISBEHAVE ON PH TALKING.i booked a curier from DELHI OKHLA PHASE -1 T O SITAPUR .have taken 5 days Bt still not delivered..i call in DTDC office 20 -25 time(okhla), pick d ph by DTDC employee and tell me OK HOLD ON MAM after 20 mint holding says ok i call u back after 10 mint and giv eu exact information..BT they do not do any call of customer and not give any information..THEY ARE VERY VERY IRESPONSIBLE.never RELY THIS SERVICE
        DTDC is the worst courier service compared to any other service provider. I had sent 2 documents to Kolkata on 6th April out of which one needed to reach by 12.00noon. The franchise service provider told me to send it by V Express so that it will be delivered by 12.00pm. Next day when I started tracking my document, it had not reached so I called up the agency and I was told that generally documents are delivered by 6 or 6.30 pm but yours will reach by 3.00pm. When I call up at 4.00pm saying that the document is still not reached the concerned person, I was told it is out for delivery and will be delivered any moment. It is already 6.00pm and the document is still not reached...The most disgusting and useless courier service.
        If there is worst & cheapest service all over the world, i am sure that DTDC is doing that.

          I have sent some important document through DTDC courier service vide consignment no z68261980 from jaisalmer on 28/08/08 to N Delhi.
          The courier has not reached till date i.e 2000 on 02/09/08. I have been contacting through STD since yesterday to your CP office and Parliament street office
          on tele no 30480538, 23342627, 23743263. There is no positive response. No one is responsible enough to give a feedback atleast. The addressee’s telephone and mobile no is included in the address of the courier, but in vain. The addressee is ensuring availability of at least one member in the house awaiting the courier. I am surprised that in this age of technology and competition, a private courier is operating so irresponsibly in our nation’s capital city, Delhi. Jaisalmer and delhi is connected by overnight train but still I fail to understand a delay of 5 days.

          We would like to inform you that we have sent documents alongwith the original Railway Receipts vide our letter dated 17.11.2008 to the consignee - The Dist.Marketing Officer, Chattishgarg State Co-Operative Marketing Federation Ltd, Itwari Bazar, Raigarh (C.G.) Pin-496001, Chittishgarh, Which is neighter delivered to the consignee nor returned to us in spite of our repeated persuation.

          Please note due to non-receipts of R/R by the consignee, goods are incurring heavy demurrage charges at the destination for which you will be held responsible.

          Meanwhile, we request you to arrange delivery of the consignement to the consignee or return to us without any further delay.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I was having great faith in DTDC Courier. But that was totally shattered . My consignment (Z[protected] to Karnataka was opened and things were stolen from that consignment. Consignment was given on 25th of Aug.
            The consignment reached today (27th Aug 08)

            Pls help me to relocate the things.
            It was having sony ericsson k810i and accessories. Only accessories reached destination.

            It was send from Noida. We have enquired at Tumkur, they are saying that ask People in Noida.
            And noida people are not picking up the phone.

            Pls do immediate and strict action.

            i Need some result.

            DTDC Courier — Goods stolen from courier packet

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I was having great faith in DTDC Courier. But that was totally shattered today. My consignment (Z[protected] to Tumkur (Karnataka) was opened and things were stolen from that consignment. Consignment was given on 25th of this month.
            The consignment reached today (27th Aug 08)

            Pls help me to relocate the things.

            It was having mobile K810i . The packed was accepted in sealed condition in Sector-63 Noida - 201301

            It was send from Noida. We have enquired at Tumkur, they are saying that ask People in Noida.
            And noida people are not picking up the phone.

            Pls do immediate and strict action.

            Either Track down the mobile or provide compensation.

            I know for sure that the mobile has been stolen from the DTDC office b'coz the packet was stapled and tape was used to pack the packed again which were not used actually at the time of packing.

              Dear sir
              I want to bring to your notice the utter carelessness and gross negligence of DTDC.


              I had sent a courier on 11.08.2008 to Ajmer (Rajasthan). The no of courier is z77745072. The envelope contained an examination form (whose last date of submission was 14.08.2008) and the address of the recipient was clearly printed on it. However, to my utter surprise, the envelope got delivered at my own address (from where it had started) after two days.

              Due to the gross inefficiency and carelessness of callous officials of your department, I could not submit my examination form, within the prescribed time frame. Forms cost was Rs 250, which has now gone waste and with it my one crucial year. When this case of carelessness was brought in the notice of your officials from Bali Nagar Branch and when I asked to pay back the monetary loss (Rs 250) that I have suffered, he simply refused.



              I request you take stern action against your callous official and give my monetary compensation at the earliest.

                I Have sent the Rakhi to my brother on 12th August, 2008. It should have reached the destination within 3 days or not exceeding a week. But as on now the rakhi have not reached the destination and its very embarasing for me to face my brothers as if they feel that i have not sent the Rakhi to them. Being an indian major festival for brothers and sister this has really depressed me and for which i want to sue DTDC for the same. How can i proceed further please let me know.

                  I have booked two envelopes on 13.8.2008 to be sent to Hyderabad through DTDC Plus - an alleged "Premium express product by DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd.". Under the DTDC Plus service, the charges are very higher than the normal / ordinary courier service, as it guarantees delivery in Metros within 24 hours. Accordingly, I have booked the said two packets, both destined to Hyderabad, @ Rs.120/- each. They had assured me that the same will be delivered on 14.8.2008. However, today on 15.8.2008, I am shocked to notice that the said packets have not yet reached the Consignees.

                  The cause of action for the complaint is that I have been assured by DTDC that the packets will be delivered within 24 hours. Only on this assurance, I have booked under DTDC Plus and had to shell out extra money. But, if the packets reach in normal course, and not within 24 hours, then what is the use of the so called "premium service". Had I not been assured of delivery within 24 hours under the DTDC Plus, then I would have booked my packets under normal courier service and would have paid a lesser amount.

                  DTDC has forced me to believe their false promises and got booked the packets under the premium service, whereas they have not kept their promise of delivering the goods within 24 hours. This is a clear case of MISREPRESENTATION.

                  Kindly fight for me.

                    i had sent card with rakhi on saturday 9th august 2008 from DTDC(hosur road), Bangalore to New Delhi and the company ensured me that the courier will reach on Monday i.e. 11 august or latest by tuesday i.e., 12 august. upon the communication of failure of delivery, the company said that there was nobody at the address mentioned.
                    i had written addressee's mobile no. and my own mobile no. on the envelope and without calling to re-check on either of the numbers they sent the courier back to Bangalore.
                    nobody in DTDC is ready to take the responsibility for failure of delivery. they don't even realize how painful it is for me whose rakhi could not reach her brother.

                        Hi,
                        I m writing this mail against one of the worst courier services, as I think DTDC is the the black mark on the name of the courier services.

                        This is the second time I have suffered from this company, First incident was when I was expecting my appointment letter from Nagpur to Jabalpur, the distance between both the cities is 270 Kms and the company has send me the appointment letter a week before the appointment but I was unable to receive it and they have given me duplicate offer letter before joining. After that I have worked with that company for about 10 days and till then I haven't received that letter and I have left the job after working for something 10 days and when I have pressurised the courier office at Jabalpur the guy reached early in the morning at 7 AM and gave that letter to my mother who bymistakely received that and signed the POD without putting the date and time, otherwise I would have appealed against the company in the court. The duration for delivery was something about 20 days for 271 Kms if a guy would have started walking from Nagpur I would have received the letter withing a week. I have even followed a lot for the appointment letter but nobody bothered from their side, also I have called at their office at Banglore but I was unable to talk to any senior official.

                        The second case is the latest one which by mistake my brother has booked his importand assignment letters from Delhi to Jabalpur by DTDC (worst courier) it is almost a week those important documents haven't reached to the destination. I am quite confident these mistakes are due to the Jabalpur Franchise, but its totally the companies fault because its the companies assigned franchise.

                        Docket No. Z 77405525 I had sent a courier from Noida Sector 33 to Bhopal on 24.10.08. The courier had not been delivered upto 29.10.08. Since it was carrying 'Tikka" for Bhai Duj festival which was on 30.10.08. we contacted the Bhopal branch of DTDC and also their franchisee and requested to deliver the envelope at the earliest in the morning. However till 4.00 p.m. today (30.10.08) the envelope was not delivered and your Bhopal office is not giving proper reply. The franchisee is not responding to our call. The urgency of delivering is not realised by your office. If the envelope cannot be delivered in six days from NOIDA to Bhopal, what is the use of sending it by a reputed courier.
                        Earlier also I have sent many letters / parcels through DTDC and almost all have been delivered in time, except for Bhopal where previously also my letter has been abnormally delayed by DTDC Bhopal office. Kindly enquire and give me the reason.

                        I agree. DTDC is the worst courier and the Jabalpur branch is typically horrendous. I haven't got a Rakhi that was sent to me and its been almost a month since it was sent.
                        I have been couriered some import item and it hasnt reached me in past 1 week.

                        DTDC is the worst courier service and it is better in my opinion to use EMS Speed Post. Far better and cheaper option.

                        This is the worst courier service .Those who are going for DTDC pls go for other option .Iam staying in chennai city i.e velachery and my friend kept a courier on[protected] and i did not got courier more than 15 days .when iam trying to call the courier office the courier person is telling that the door was locked and they send back to hyderabad.

                        My sister had sent me a parcel of a pair of shirt and a pant, which I received in a very bad state. The clothes were totally (tore) damaged, seemed like some vehicle ran over the parcel.

                          1. Consignment No.S35713250, booked on 25/07/2008 from Mumbai-64 to be delivered at Mumbai-37 is still not delivered at destination.
                          2. Numerous email complaints have no effect on them. No follow up action by Customer care.
                          3. Office of booking said packet was delivered but after fifteen minutes said packet was delivered at wrong address.
                          4. Head office seems to be hardly concerned. There's no link to file complaints/refunds.
                          5. How does one file for refund/damages? Thanks.

                              This is Mrs. Meenakshi Dahiya from Hisar ( Haryana ). This is for your kind attention that I got a very bad experience with your courier service. Some important documents have been couriered from Kolkata to Hisar on 14th of July, consignment No. is K29510674. I got the information from your website that it has been reached to Hisar Branch on 16th of July but till date I didnt receive the Courier. I contacted to the Hisar Branch people today itself 4 times and they assured me that the courier will be delivered today in any case but still i didnt receive it. DTDC is well recognised and reputed company and it can never be expected such a situation from your company. Those documents were very very important for me and because o[censored]r bad service i had to bear a big big loss of around 30, 000 Rs. It is not a small amount. Its not only a loss of money but other so many countless things. Courier companies are meant for the fast delivery in emergency but if the company doesnt solve the consumers problem n if your companies objective doesnt fulfill then what is the meaning of the existence of your company. The same situation was happened with my Brother also 2-3 years back. I want to claim my loss against you.

                              You are requested to take immediate action. It has been 10 days for the pending delivery. You can imagine what can be the results of your poor service. I want the written explanation from your side. And please take strict action against the Hisar Branch.

                              My Father have send the consignment ( No- Z[protected] from Meerut at before 14:00 hrs on 09/03/2009 to New mumbai.

                              Its reached New Mumbai on[protected]. And the story behind that is

                              Courier done on from Meerut[protected] before 14:00 hrs at abulane office, Meerut
                              Its Moved from Delhi to Mumbai[protected]
                              Dose not reached Mumbai till[protected] Noon as confirmed by phone at mumbai office
                              Finally reached to destination[protected] i.e. New Mumbai

                              My father inquired about the courier on[protected] in Meerut office in noon & wait for half an hour but of no use. As your meerut authorities were failed to track it out or they may be ashamed of providing their feedback to the customer. Than we enquire at mumbai office on[protected] noon about the courier which they confirmed that the courier did not reached mumbai from delhi.

                              Please kindly let me know that are you using bullock cart for transferring the material from one destination to other or your company dose not care about this hell.

                              Request you to please surrender the courier charges which were INR.419.00 if there are some ethical practises still in your company.

                              This is pathetic... yet no one from regional office has taken this matter seriously... and cared to revert me on mail...On top of all this, I just checked my parcel today... most of the things are destroyed and many of food items are less in quantity ( ie stolen ) and male hair were lying in food items, that means some one has checked my stuff without consignee or consignor's permission / knowledge. Packing of food items have been changed and damaged . I will take the help of consumer protection and media for this cheated service of DTDC, if i dont get promt reply with compensation. Since my goods were insured, it doesnt mean your staff only need to steal it.

                              I have always considered DTDC as a valued brand in sending inportant goods to our relatives, but practically i was wrong . I am very disappointed with the staff's misbehaviour and unreasonable demands for extra cost. My paretns had sent me one parcel from Ahmedabad - Mithakhali (Branch/ Franchisee) of DTDC to my residential. Here in Pune, at the time of receipt of it, Delivery man was asking for Octroi of Rs. 83 ( while Pune Mahanagarpalika's bill was of Rs, 73 only, and that too on the name of vehicle MH - 14 - AZ 4317 instread of mine). I felt cheated to avail your service, since the octroi bill is not on my name nor the exact amt.of Rs. 73

                              And for that Rs. 10 (Rs. 83-73)extra, he mentioned : thats our SRVICE Charge, i was not aware DTDC charges at both the destinations !!! i need a clarification on this . And, when i declined to pay him this amt. he started misbehaving with me by shouting so, for my safety purpose i gave him only Rs. 73 since i was the only girl at home. Just to send him back i had to give it. but he gave me threat that nowonwards i will mismanage your parcel or ll misplace it. i told him i am not scared of it, because now on we wont avail your service. If this continue ... DTDC will lose all its customers one day due to customer's disstatisfaction.

                              I want a clarification on how the customer is supposed to pay octroi and extra service charge on it, when the Govt. 's octroi bill is not on the customer's name ? You must be having guidline for this Octroi treatment from Govt/ Pune Mahanagarpalika. Moreover, i want my Rs. 73 back and apology from your staff. Else i will be forced to take the help of Consumer Prtection and media With the help if this octroi bill and my neighbour's presence for misbehaviour .

                              I am really pissed off with their service. I sent a courier to New Delhi (not some village or small place, but the capital) and still the courier hasnt reached the intended person. It has been 20 days and still there is no trace of the courier. Anytime I call them up, they scold me and get irritated with me and bang down the phone or better still they dont even take my call. This is the worst kind of service I have ever seen even after paying huge amounts for getting the couriers delivered safely. I would NEVER recommend this courier even for the most unimportant things to be delivered. service and atrocious attitude on their part.

                              This is with regard to wrong attitude of Kahlon enterprises one of your franchisee in fatehgarh churian .One packet was delieved to them dtd 30/08/2011 vide POD no Z39203831 .The packet has to been deievered to Max new York life gurgaon.But according to Co the same was not delievered .I asked your franchisee office to provide me the proof .From the last one week he is saying that we have not recieved mail from the HO .Today when i again asked them for the same he behaved in rude way and said the same may take two months also .I am branch head AXis bank and this is the second time he behaved in such a rude way with the staff in prensence of customers.You are requested to take immediate action against them as they are behaving in illeterate way with the customer .If the action not taken with desired time I will circulate mail to all my branches regarding behaviour of DTDC and same will be put on consumer Court

                                This is to draw your attention to the parcel sent by me vide Receipt No. Z58595143 dated 17th October, 2007 to Mr.U.N.Lal, Gandhi Nagar, Dhanbad from your office/agency at Central Arcade DLF-II, Gurgaon.Before booking the parcel, I clarified with your staff the schedule date of delivery of the same at Gandhi Nagar as I was sending the Railway Tickets for my parents and the on time delivery of the parcel on or before 19th October, 2007 at Gandhi Nagar was extremely important and urgent as I had taken an appointment with the doctor at Apollo Hospital New Delhi, for the complete medical check up of my father on 23rd October, 2007. After getting all assurances and confirmations from your staff regarding the delivery of the parcel on or before 19th October, 2007 at Gandhi Nagar, I decided to send the parcel.

                                Due to negligence and inefficiency at your end the delivery of the parcel was delayed by 7 days, i.e it reached at Gandhi Nagar on 25th October, 2007, which caused great trouble and inconvenience to my parents and exposed my father to high risk of his health and further I had to bear the financial losses as well.

                                I have written several e-mails and letters claiming compensation for the loss and inconvenience caused to me owing to the inordinate delay in delivery of the parcel but to my utter dismay and surprise I didn’t get any response from your side.

                                  The DTDC office in Naraina informed me that the consignment has been returned to their Gurgaon branch on 12th July, as shown in the track record above. I succeeded in contacting that office after repeated calls on Monday, the 14th July 2008, and one Mr. Deepak informed me that the consignment has been returned to that office and can be collected. I visited the office and was informed by one Mr. Sanjay that the consignment has not till then been delivered to them. He even noted my mobile number and promised to inform me as soon as the consignment is received by them.

                                  I made repeated attempts to contact that office on Tuesday the 15th July 2008, but failed to get a reply. Mr. Amit also did not reply to calls made to his mobile.

                                  This morning (16th July 2008) M/s Arora Hello Point informed me that the consignment has been received in the office of Mr. Amit in Maruti Vihar. This has been confirmed by his delivery boy Ashok when I contacted him on his mobile (provided by Arora Hello Point), but he expressed his inability to return my consignment since he was on a delivery schedule. Repeated calls on the mobile of Mr. Amit this morning (on 16th July) have not been answered. I am at a loss on failing to recover my consignment which has some important documents.

                                  I would like the consumer forum to ask DTDC to explain the following:

                                  1. Why a consignment to a destination where their service is not available was booked by them?
                                  2. Once the consignment had reached their office close to Canacona, where their service was not available, was it not proper on their part to contact the Receiver whose mobile number was given on the envelop?

                                  3. Why the inordinate delay in returning the consignment to the sender?
                                  4. The total lack of coordination between their Naraina Delhi, Gurgaon, Maruti vihar, and DLF Qutab Plaza offices, and insensitivity to the problem faced by a customer – a problem caused by their incompetence at every stage.

                                  DTDC provides very bad service, it is worst courier service I found yet. Instead of that somebody should go for SPEED POST or any other good courier service providers. In DTDC the people who works are not properly educated also. Very bad experience with DTDC, never go for DTDC courier option. U will suffer.
                                  I am taking this pain to write feedback about them for you all people as What bad experience I have gone from you should not.

                                  Infact DTDC courier service is the worst of its kind.I urge upon all responsible people not to get in its shabby and disastrous mode of service.It makes only false promises never to be fulfilled at all.Never believe in its service if your consignment carries, even a little meaning for you.
                                  I agree - DTDC is the worst. They accept consignments at one end, which they will not deliver at the other end, claiming 'No service'. They should not accept the consignment in the first place.
                                  DHL does not have this problem at all.
                                  I totally agree with u and have same problem as like you ..DTDC is very very bad courier service and its tracking so so so dirty and confusing ... please don' use DTDC .
                                  DTDC courier Z58501391 not delivered, simply puting the status "no such person" eventhough the many couriers delivered by other courier services. Compeletly cheating fraud

                                      Can you please help me to resolve this issue very urgently i need to submit these copies to PF office .
                                      On 23.01.09 I have send one document from Bangalore vide DTDC consignment note no. B 48819252 dt. 23.01.09 to Mr. Kumar Manna, Baidyabati, Dist.- Hooghly. The document not deliver upto 4.34 P.M on 28.01.09.

                                      I had sent three parcels to same place(Rourkela, Orissa).One has alredy reached the destination on 1st August but rest two are yet not reached.Please help me.
                                      This is not a place to complaint becasue this is not a Govt oranization, this web site just cash the things from people and populate the website

                                        Z68529063 is my consigment no. and this is the 10th day..i am yet to get the courier or a call from them.when i contacted them they were least bothered

                                        He is making money out of others hard earned money...theya re taking original things out of the packet and putting stones in the packets..I am into the business of mobile phones wht dtdc guys are doin open the seal taking out the mobile fones and putting stones in the packet and elivering it to customers...beware of tehse holes...tehy are bloody ...mother and sister ...better to us some other courier servies...son of is wht mr subhasish chakraborty is...
