    I order mi power bank and its fake product I return my product but I didn't got my money return..its a ******* frauds company. Dont waste ur money to buy any product..in this customer care number not at all work as well.. When I call that number always says line busy or switch off or number busy they try to cheat us Dont waste ur money...after this I decide to publish my opinion on my Facebook I can do my best no one can ever buy any product on THIS WEBSITE... Thx to ebazar for give me d worst experience on ur deal

      I have purchased a mi 20000 power bank with order id OID325511, the product is not working. I tried to contact on your customer care number but is always busy. I have also written mail to you but I have not got any reply. When I visited mi service centre they simply said me that they will not acknowledge your bills for warranty and my warranty is rejected. Mi service centre had given me all things in written, I am attaching pic of their note.

        Hi to the worst service team.,

        This is the 3rd product you people have sent me but still am facing the same issue.
        Still am not able to charge a mobile with 3k mah battery for single time when the power bank is charged for 4-6 hours.
        If you guys cannot provide the good product just refund my money..

          We ordered 4 MI power bank which was in offer but we thought if it will be not as per our expectation we will return so happened same thing the power bank which we ordered is not good and i think it is duplicate but the company is denying to returning the same item and saying that only we can replace the item not we can get the refund so please take it as on higher priority and take some action against company and already so many bad reviews you can see about this company.

            This item brought trough EBazar but from the very begning I found that, something very wrong with the item and that's why took time to judge for a week to ensure me bcz, return itself is a botherion n raise suspicion on consumer.I repeatedly requested them but flately denied to replace or refund.
            48 hrs is not sufficient enough to judge items performance. This 30000 mAH can hardly recharge 2times of 3000 mAH battery. So, how can I accept it.
            Pl.u r requested to do something in favour of me.
            Know will not b able to favor me still pursuing.

                They sent me duplicate MI power bank which didn't last 3 months.

No body is available to give the response. How bank is giving permission such type of cheater company to access their site for net banking. I think they are cheater

                        I placed it as guest user. So I coulnot be able to cancel this order.
                        Don't send this, I checked reviews of this seller. They send duplicate products or used products. This seller cheats users. So i don't want my product from this seller/ this site.

                        E-Bazar.ninja is a fake e commerce site. They are cheating the public by sending fake and duplicate products, especially power banks. There are many victims, it seems. All those who are cheated by these people are hereby requested to post on social media about these cheaters, and those in Delhi or nearby should complain to the police to investigate this fraud company and punish them so that they will not cheat others. Some one should act immediately before they cheat more people.

                        I have purchased power bank from ebazar ninja in April 2016, where it was not in working condition, so immediately i registered for retunring the product. the courier people came and checked tghe product and taken back the item in May 2016. But till today i have not received the payment. kindly go through it and arrange for refund of money

                          Bought a power bank from ebazar ninja website by paying Rs 800, the product arrived, it was not working and was also a fake product, contacted the company over phone call no response, latet tried over email, they responded and asked me to return the product and I did so, they took the product back and now they are not refunding the money . They are not even responding. Please help and also make others aware of this fraud company.

                              I had booked the above product vide Invoice No. OIS 313333 dt 21.1.2017. I received the product on 27th through courier, on opening the box I could not insert the charging chord in the power bank to charge the same. I immediately
                              tried to call on [protected] and the mobile or phone was switched off. I emailed the complaint on the same day and repeated with photos on 7th and 14th Feb through their email but till date (16.02.2017) there is no response and when trying to call [protected] this customer care number it is switched off. I am attaching the photos for your perusal.
                              Yesterday 16.02.17 I visited MI service centre after speaking to Customer service. The service centre declared that the Power bank I carried was a duplicate one
                              Would request for an refund of the item and take necessary action

                                    This company is fake and number one chor company and sells only fake, duplicate and broken products to genuine cusotmets. They too send broken and duplicate MI power bank to me. They neither receive any calls or mails o[censored]s and nor they reply any mails at anytime. Please any legal practitioner look into this company and file a legal case against this online site because as only daily basis it is fooling and looting the Indian citizens at very large scale.
