But I am sorry to inform you that 1 of the Power Bank is not having any tag/specification about the product which is a mandatory requirement about the product so that the same can be identified. I hereby request you to look into the matter and replace the said item immediately.       I have ordered two mi power banks but both of them are fake products, both of them I have taken to mi service centre they told that they are fake and both of them are not working this is fake bazar total fake products I recived now I lost 1800 for the fake products they have sent I am asking them to return back they are saying they won't take it return it seems

        Dear sir/mam,

        I have purchased a power bank but its was damaged so i have returned the product and they issue a coupon against the product. Than i have ordered another product by this coupon but they are no have in stock and take my bank details for refund but after 25-30 days i have not received my refund amount yet.
        Please help me and bane of this type of fraud companies. My registered complain no on ebazar.ninja is BE341AB3.

          Website: I am complaining about the fake product delivered to me.

          I placed an order for the above mentioned product after clicking on the advertisement on my mail for the same product. This is yesterday i.e. 29 April 2017. Today I was delivered the product CoD Rs 899.
          I have the following complaints to submit:
          1. Since the product did not carry the name of the manufacturer in its original box/packaging and user manual I became a little suspicious and checked the internet.
          2. To my dismay, all that I could gather suggests that the product delivered to me is a fake one. And the so called power bank is basically a 2000 mAh product.
          I need your reply within three days or else I will have to go to the police.

            Yesterday i ordered mi 20800 mah power bank for 899 rupees... After review on websites i am not convinced on the product quality. Hence, need to cancel the product with refund. Please help to get my money back. Thanks!

            I have not received the product yet... Hence, request for cancellation and refund of money soon...

            I was really surprised to see so many complaints on this company and not sure why there is no action taken so far on this company? Looks like some big hands behind this cheating and they are surviving by cheating customers... This is not the right way to...

                I got an email that the powerbank of mi is on sale for 899, actual price 2199.
                I bought it and got an old and used fake product.
                I called the customer care but nobody was responding on that number..
                I wrote to the customer care but no response from their end.

                They are not ready to reply to the complaints. What should i do.
                Its a fraud company shipping fake products

                      I was order a mi 10400 mh power bank on 21/04 2017. It was delivered to me on 24/04/2017. I doubt it is a fake or orignal product. I compairing to orignal powerbank. The fake has many issues-more shiny colour. It's clour fading with just a small scratch. The led indicators five dots are bigger than origna l. Power buttons making a sound t.. T.. T.. When pushed. I want 1amp but it is of 2 amp.
                      Im not satisfied with this product.

                          Today i got the dilvery of pwerbank of 20800mah which was mentioned of mi brand i got mi powerbank but it is totalyy fak i want it to be replaced or i want my money back or else i will fire a case on them

                            Bazaar ninja are cheating customers sending email with xiaomi-store name, marketing fake mi branded power bank. I fell to their trick and bought the power bank only to realize that it was a duplicate power bank. Even though they mention return policy, they will not accept any returns. Customer care cleverly states that this was mentioned n in their website that this is oem product. The power bank does not even last 2 full phone charges and take entire day to charge. There should be strict action against www.ebazaar.ninja website for selling fake products and using brand names to trap customers. The website also displays maximum 5 star reviews for the products but as a customer there is no option to write any reviews, i believe the reviews are all forged to attract customers.

                              On website http: // ebazar.ninja I purchased MI Power Bank of 20800 MHz which cost Rs. 899. After receiving product came to know product is copy of MI as in duplicate product Upper cover case is fully painted and its logo also scratched and power Bank is not getting charge.

                              Pre delivery they said product is 100% Geniuin but Post deilery Product found as fake and duplicate. Their contact detail is[protected].

                              I need my money back, i have called multiple times and wanted seek help from the customer service team but they not help me instead they kept disconnecting my calls.

                              I have send emails to their official email id "[protected]@ebazar.ninja" but did not get any help regarding this matter.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I ordered for 1 no MI Power bank 20800 MAH online from ebazar.ninza.

                                        The order was received by courier on 11.4.2017.

                                        On unboxing the packet it is clearly visible that it is a fake product as MI does not manufacture PowerBank of 20800 MAH.

                                        When I called up the company they insisted that the product is OEM and is original. All my efforts to convince went in vain.

                                        Now the seller is not willing to take back or repair the equipment which is not working properly.

                                        Pls help me in this case where I have been cheated and duped by an errant company.
