    Recently i ordered MI powerbank from ebazar, the pics showed online had the original product displayed, but when i received the product it was fake one. now when i have asked customer care to refund my money they are not willing to do so.

      These people are doing online scams, they sent me a duplicate Power bank claiming it from Xiaomi. It was broken when it arrived and never worked. They didnot even respond to my calls or my emails. They have cheated me and done fraud with my money. Please take action before they cheat millions online. They are frauds, , gave me duplicate not working product claiming to be from Xiaomi, and using their logo.. please see pics attached..

      Why the hell you guys take no action ... I have been complaining along with other users for so long .. why can't you act ?
      Exactly same thing happened to me. It was a broken, damaged powerbank which did not look like from XIOMI.
      They do not respond to any calls and nor to emails. They are doing this deliberately fleecing people. It is sad that such cheaters exist in our country who want to loot people by fraudulent means and they are going unchecked.
      There should be option of negative rating too.

        Am received the item on 10.02.2017 of 2 nos power banks of Rs. 1198.00, in that one is working and another is not working .. I want replacement for default one.. Or re-pay the amount. Power button of the power bank is not working ... it is dummy piece kindly replace the material as soon as possible.. it is not charging also. finally i want replacement or payment back.

          I ordered a powerbank by making a payment of 899 rupees on 5th november 2016 but it was not sent even in 2 weeks, after getting fed up, I cancelled my order around 20th November 2016. Since then I have been following up for my refund, but no refund recd even after getting fake promises from customer care officials. Please do some needful and arrange my refund.

            Hi sir/mam please take action against this company.already i complained many times to them regarding my refund this people are not refunding for my cancelled order, with an OID:292963 i placed an order in 31st dec 2016 now its feb 9th 2017 no refund no reply to mails.always they say "we are processing this issue" how many days & months it takes for processing? so please take an action against this kind of activities. in this 30+ days if i kept my money in bank i would have gained its interest atleast...never going to place an order in this company again...

              their is no ISI mark on the product, no serial no. mentioned
              we have raised the mail immediately response is awaited from EBAZAR
              I have called on [protected] but no is not reachable
              I have attached photographs of the bill and product

                Dear Team
                I have made a purchase from eBazar Ninja vide order number OID305252 dated Jan 13, 2017 1:05:01 PM
                As per the description in the website while ordering, I choose MI brand with 6 months warranty.
                I received the product after number of calls to customer care. The product I received was defective and was NOT of MI brands. There was no specific warranty letter provided as well.
                I called customer care that day and requested for a replacement with original MI product. Initially Customer care said, it was a mistake and they will be replacing the product with original MI with warranty.
                They did not send any confirmation mail after numerous requests.
                And post a week, When I called again, they said the same will be replaced with another brand and not MI one. So I requested them to refund as I dont need anything else except MI. They did not respond after that and started giving various excuses like, there is no policy of refund, we will be giving you a coupon..etc.

                I am done following up with them. I literally had to call everyday and ask for an update. Everytime, someone picks the call and repeats the same thing .

                On Saturday, i.e 04/02/2017, I made a call to finally ask if they are going to refund or not. One the associate from eBazar Ninja told that some one from refund team will get back to me on Sunday(05/02/2017). Here I am, waiting for the team to get back to me.today, I made a call again and got the same assurance from the team that I will be getting call soon

                I will be filing an FIR very soon if this goes beyond my stretch. Please suggest .

                please don't change the status to "resolved". It is not yet resolved and not even have received any communication from ENinja. Worst ever on-line service provider ever seen in my entire life.
                I did call them, but same story continues.. They would be calling me back.

                      When u say cod ( cash on delivery) that's should be it...why it is asking me to pay with credit card...I don't feel secure..by this means you will loose loads of business in the market...your toll free numbers don't work either...sorry I am really not content to buy anything from you anymore...I just placed an order for 2k it's refused in spite of saying cod?i hope you get back on this soon...

                              I had ordered an Mi power bank from ebazar.ninja(Order ID - OID308463).
                              The product delivered is a fake one as there is no proper input/ output rating written on power bank. My mobile is also not getting charged.
                              Also, there is no proper packaging of Mi brand. I had initiated a return by submitting a ticket on their helpdesk. There is no response from them from 2 weeks(incident date: 19 Jan 2017).
                              I want a full refund of the product as soon as possible.

                                Hi sir/mam, I have ordered 2 products-3 cctv surveillance cameras, 2 mi powerbanks with an OID:292963 on 29th dec 2016. on 30th I cancelled 1 product i.e., 2 mi powerbanks & got other delivered. ebazar ninza people sent a mail that they are going to transfer the refund amount for the cancelled product within 4-5 business days... but since 34 days no action was taken. i called customer care so many times in between this 34 days where i hear the answers like with in 24hrs, 48 hrs amt will be refunded to account, their accounts manager out of station, they forgot to transfer... and so on reasons but they didn't transfer upto now. so please make them to refund my amount of 2000 change money please

                                  The product is faulty . It is under warranty.Company not resoponding to email or telephone.

                                    I have received on 30th Jan'2017 a product which I ordered on 24th Jan’2017. But the product is faulty, hence raise a ticket to replace the product but already 30hrs gone no reply received from the concerned team.

                                      Hi,
                                      My order number is OID223000.

                                      I ordered this in October 2016, found it faulty and hence filed a complaint to return it. An executive from the company came and picked it up after some days and since then there is no communication from their side. I tried calling many times but nobody picked up.
                                      This is a really bad way to treat customers. My first experience with this site is seriously pathetic.
                                      A quick resolution would be highly appreciated.
