I had ordered a mi powerbank from ebazar ninja website. But surprisingly I got a useless/damaged product. Not working as well.

More ever despite trying several times to contact them through call and emails, no response as expected.

Am surprised to see there are several victims like me who has already faced same kind of experience from ebazar ninja website. There complains were also not get resolved till now. Every one of them get duplicate products and when they tried to replace them or return them, no one get any response from seller customer care no or email.

From this you can imagine how frustrating there service is. It seems they are doing it intensionally to deliver fake products with vigorous email marketing.

I ordered for MI power bank - MI 20000mAh boom power bank. I just received it and after opening the packet found that the charging usb cord missing. The product does not have any warranty card and no description of the product on the body except a tiny removable sticker of mi. Both your customer care numbers not responding to the call ([protected] and [protected]. Using own USB cable found that the product is not working at all. What next?

Ebazar ninja — power bank return


I have purchased mi power bank 20800mah from ebazar ninja order id oid376090 and got delivered on 5th may 17. But when i opened the product, i fond it fake brand and not even working at all. Tried calling them and sent many mails regarding this, but there was no response from them. Ebazar ninja is cheating everyone by selling the fake and non working products to the customers. I want to return this product back and get refund of my money.

I buy mi power bank 20000 mah. But its not orignal its fake product my order id OID377733. PLZ refund my Money.

On 2nd may and it was delivered on 4th of may 2017.
As delivered the power bank was completely discharged, so i charged it for 12 hours. After this i tried charging my phone using this, but it was not able to charge it fully.
Later i saw even if i fully charge this power bank, it by itself discharges completely in 2 days.
Looks like ebazar. Ninja is knowingly selling these fake mi power banks by vigorously prompting it on emails.
And latter they don't pick there customer care numbers when people try to return these items.
Please help me to get me a refund for this fake product.

EBazar Ninja is advertising for MI Peer bank of various capacity. I placed an
Online Order ID : OID375766 dtd.01/05/2017 on eBazar Ninja for MI 20000 mah power bank. The power bank was delivered on 04/05/2017.
The power bank charging socket is misaligned and USB charging cable pin is not going in. Hence, charging is not taking place.
Further, they did not provide any user guide and the power bank module does not have any serial number etc on its body.
I checked up with Xiomi web site and talked to their customer care officials. They say they do not sale any power bank through eBazar Ninja. Hence, it's a fake name under MI brand which belongs to Xiomi. I tried to get them customer care no. [protected] but no one picks up.
Please arrange replacement or refund.

I tried to contact customer care no. But thats is not redponding

Received today power bank
But its not charging nor i can charge my phone iam tried to charge but that device is getting hot please solve my issue as soon as possible
please refund my money if possible or send a new peace of power bank

On their website they have quoted price of the product with good discount, which helped me to decide to shop from them. Also they have uploaded original product's photos and details, so i went further and made an online purchase.
After receiving the product and observing it, i came to know that it's a fake product as it's not working as expected as well as differ from the product image provided online on their website. So, immediately i reported to their customer care and made a replacement request.
Now, its been more than 7 days, i haven't received a single update from their end and even if i try to call the same customer care number, it always seems busy.
Now my money is gone and i have nothing in my hand.

I have placed an order for MI Power Bank and later checked the reviews and found this to be duplicate product. Hence, did not agree to take the delivery. Accordingly written an email for refund and initially they responded saying they will come back to me after 5-6 days but so far no one has reached me and not picking my call (number does not exist) and no response to email.

May I request help in getting my money back as I have not accepted the goods and informed them in advance as well.

But when i opened the product, i fond it fake and does not have serial number and proper description of product printed on product. Ebazar ninja is fooling everybody. The product MI power bank, order id-manual 1998, EB 10400 MH power bank order dated 22 apr 2017, received on 27 Apr 2017 is fake product.It is not charging the mobile phones.
Please take note and complete the returning procedure and reverse the amount soon.
And on receiving the product there was no manual guide and its detail
Hoping you will solve this before my approach to consumer forum.

I am trying to call the conserned company customer care but i am only facing faliures from their side. Two days ago, i recieved a product which for worth ₹899 and it was mi 20800 mAH powerbank. I thought that i would be getting the same product which we are getting on the official mi store for ₹2199. Please try as soon as possible to make the product replaced or please help me in getting cash return as early as possible as i have no more faith on this online commerce website.

buy a product from ebazar ninja product name - Power bank 20800mah, order date - 08/04/2017, when i receive the product see that unit is damage then i call back the e bazar ph no. they say that your pick up company go there and pick the unit then send another unit, 19/04/2017 pick up the unit but no any reply either ph call nor email so please take necesary action and refund my money.

I have ordered MI 10400MAH Power bank which is worth 600rupees i was not satisfied with the product so i raised a return pickup and asked for replacement the said they will be calling me back once they recieve the product return pick happened on 14/01/2017 but till now i dint get any call if i call theire customer care they are not connecting call.
