I have purchased Power bank from this website but not received yet, there is no tracking as well I tried to call to their customer care but they are answering properly.

One 20000 Power bank was received against Cash. This piece was found defective and the details were sent along with photo. Was advised to send back through reverse logistics and was sent on 28.11.'16 under pickup receipt[protected] DFS (OID2508760). AS OF TILL DATE there is no news about the replacement. It is not known when I can get the replacement will come. Is going to come or it will not come at all? Pl inform the status.

Refund my amount

Ordered 2 nos of power bank both of them were in broken condition and
I have kept on charge for 24 hrs still it does not work
Its is faulty and duplicate product, please find the product details mentioned below

I had placed the order for mi 20000mah power bank. My order no. Oid243983 dt 29.10.16 for a value of rs.899.00.

Same product i ordered from amazon as well around the same time but it costed around rs.1500.00

Though i had an initial doubt whether to with ebazar ninja product but my mistake i still went for it.

The power bank delivered by ebazar ninja turned to be a fraud product - this 20000mah power bank gets charged within max one hour and discharges in less than 30 min.

Never buy any product from ebazar ninja. Its big fraud site and products. The promoters are big cheats who sell product with absolutely low cost so that you get tempted to buy. After the product is delivered, you will realise you have been badly cheated.

Their customer care number is never reachable.

So never venture to buy any product from this cheat company ebazar ninja.

Placed order for the above mentioned product on 10 october, 2016. Paid online by debit card.
Received mail acknowledging the same. Order id oid220993.

Received mail on 11 october saying the product has been dispatched. Expected deliver-5 to 7 days. Product not received.

After the 7th day started calling their costumer care +91-[protected] every alternate day. Asked to wait till diwali.

Even sent mail to them but was told taking action. Told them to repay my amount of rs.599/- to my bank account no; (With ifsc code).
Even recent mail says - taking action.

Neither have i received my money or the product.

Now it is 3rd december and so far no action

Big fraud. My orderid is 232633. I ordered for mi powerbank for 20800 mah. I received the order after a week with invoice dated 22/10/2016. The charging pin of the product was damaged and the product was also duplicate. I registered a complaint with the customer care but it was collected 10 days after the complaint. I received my replaced product on dec.01, 2016 after a long gap on the very same day after three hours without charging the powerbank i plugged in my phone to charge it. Now came the worst thing, the power button couldn't make the powerbank switch off. After 10 minutes i saw smoke coming out of the powerbank. It spoiled my costly cell phone completely. I called the customer care and registered my complained. I wished to talk to the higher authorities but i was denied. I demanded to replace the duplicate powerbank in the name of mi with the original one i ordered for. Every time i call the customer care it costs me 5 rupees. Who will bear the loss of my phone, time and money? Should i go for the consumer court. It is totally fraud in the name of mi product. I want my original mi powerbank 20800 mah that i have paid for.
No more patience is left now.

I have ordered mi 20000 mah power bank in ebazar ninja site on 25/11/2016 with order id oid260639 and it got delivered to me on 28/11/2016. But the product delivered to me was not the original power bank and not the same which was shown in the site. It is duplicate product as the label on it is showing as mi (Co) whereas in site it was showing as mi. As the product delivered was duplicate i logged a ticket with the support guys in ebazar ninja. I have raised a complaint on nov 28th thhough email and i called the customer care no. On 1/12/16. They refused to replace it with original and denied to refund my money too. Please could someone help me with refunding my money. Also i would like the citizens of india to be aware of such fake sites.

I want to refund an mi 20000 Mah powerbank which is not original its a cheap replica of it, which have charging issues from the day i got it.i called customer care but they say they have noted my number and will call me back.but no call nor any response yet.this is a cheap company and selling duplicate products they allure the customers by mailing them the offers and free shipping and when you finally fet your hands on product you will feel that you have been scammed by a duplicate product.never buy from this site.

But the product delivered to me was not the original power bank and not the same which was shown in the site. I have raised a complaint on Nov 07th and i got reply on Nov 25th stating that the ticket has been closed without any reason. Please could someone help me with refunding my money. Also i would like the citizens of India to be aware of such fake sites.

I have bought two mi(redmi) powerbank of 20800mah capacity from eBazar ninja.The product which i received was fake. The product was not even having a mi cover or any other proof to prove that the product is mi made. And further i found that mi is not having such a product.And it does not have the specified capacity assured (capacity was less than 5000mah).I also have all the evidence including the recorded voice clip of the company executive accepting that the product is fake.

Hope, i will get a solution to refund my money back or replace this pseudo product with orginal one

Its total damage . Order ID OID258944 . Its broken . This is not fare . disgusting . i paid for it Rs. 899 .. total waste oof money

I ordered 5 polo tshirts in julyb2O16..cash on delivery.The said tshirts not of the size 44 or double XL.The label was showing as 44 ..but when compared physically with a shirt of the same size it was small infact maybe a 36or38 .Hence I requested them to give me the proper size not a cheating in size ...As per their instructions I handed over the shirts to their courier .Although they promised to replace the shirts til date they have not done so .They only send emails repeating the same thing ' your complain attended to and hence closed ' The customer care is not attended by anyone
When I send email they reply...
My complaint has been attended to successfully and is now closed
It is almost 5 months since I paid for my order

Screw you ninja group, this is the road side loafer managing company where they use to sell local products with triple benefit, this doesn't have any customer care any complaint section, everything is fake, guys i will give you idea just order 20 30, how much you want items with different address on cash on delivery, when you get call from delivery people don't accept, tell not required i found this is a fake company return them.

I have ordered a MI 20000 power bank from http://www.ebazar.ninja/, but they sent me the fake product, my order id is OID258391, the link of the product is http://www.ebazar.ninja/product/mi-20000-portable-powerbank . I am already using the same product that’s why I know all the details about the product. Even the product they sent doesn’t match with the images they have shown on their website, beside that there is no packaging, warranty card & product verification code.

I received the product on 24th Nov. 2016 & when I call to their customer care[protected] just after 5 minutes of receiving the product they refused to admit that the product is fake & said that they manufacture the MI products, absolute blatant lie. And after many repeated calls & emails which I sent to them they were not replying to resolve the issue. And on 26th Nov. 2016 they mailed me stating that your order has already crossed the 48 hours return policy. Therefore, it may not be possible for us to opt for a refund or replacement. This is their modus operandi to loot people’s money.

I already have the same product & I know there is a code in the packing through which one can check at http://www.mi.com if the product is genuine or fake.
And I will pay only after checking the authenticity of the product.

For this i send many mails but they didn't reply. If i call they don't receive my phone. Stil i didn't get anything. I request you to process my refund.

i got an email from EBazar Ninja, there is an offer for me that MI-10400 mAH power bank in just Rs. 599/-. I placed a order(OID243089R) of it . first time i recieved a duplicate fake power bank with physically damaged product immediately i request for refund money back..
EBazar Ninja team accept my order second time they replace the same another duplicate fake power bank which is not having user manual of company, not sealed with company leveled box, nothing inside the parceled box.the product is also defective, which is available in market in just Rs. 300/-.

again i complaint to EBazar ninja to refund money back...
but i have not received any confirmation neither call nor message. almost 10 days completed.
such a fake online company, selling duplicate items, and cheat the people,
legal action should be initiated against them..
