And in website it is showing as attempt to delivery, but i did not received any calls from courier team

I ordered for mi (20800) power bank in ebazar ninja on October 26th 2016( OID 239314) and i got a duplicate mi (20800) power bank, so i returned the product for refund but still now they have not refunded my money of rs 899. For this I send many mails but they didn't reply. If i call they don't receive my phone. Stil I didn't get anything. I request you to process my refund.

My order/ Invoice no OID256201, MI 20000 mah power bank, has recieved today. But it is not functioned on off switch and charging, so please replace my order immediately, and give me two port latest mi 20000mah power bank immediately. So please take action as early as possible.

I purchased mi power bank from ebazar.ninza ..i got it in 6 day but when i used it than i found its fake or defected..
i charged it 3 days & when its show full charged than i used it but its charge my mobile only 1.5 times..& now its never fully charge.. i m trying 2 charge it from last 2 days but its show half charge.. is it fake product or fake site??

Highly disappointing

The product which i have received is duplicate and is not working properly

I checked all the sites stating the difference between the fake and original ones.
The power bank which I got from eBazar is almost failing in all the tests

I have never expected that eBazar will cheat its customers by supplying duplicate products.

Kindly refund the money.

Recently i bought power bank (Mi 10400) from ebazar ninja website, but i received fake product (Found through reviews). Then i called to customer care number but they did not give proper response and they told that refund is not applicable for this product, now i need my money back, i. E this is very precious time for money as we have demonetisation of 500 rupees notes. I have given my all 500 rupees notes to this product purchase as my order type is cod.

Please help me somebody on this.

I ordered a power bank and on bill -'mi 20000 mah portable powerbank' is written which i received it yesterday but when i opened i saw that power bank was looking completely fake and it was not working on my mobile.
When i got a confirmation call for my order, i had asked that lady about refund and she also had agreed that the refund for this product will be available but now they are refusing.
I tried calling customer care and they are not replying to any of my calls. When i asked them to take it back and refund my money, the lady said once you paid for the product you'll not get any refund.

I want to return this...

I ordered one bluetooth wireless headset on 10 sep, 2016 for which i paid rs. 1099 /-

But on delivery i found the product is faulty, the bluetooth itself was not working. Hence i returned the product on 23 sep, 2016 and asked for refund. The product was returned and delivered to ebazar and the same has been confirmed by the customer care executive.

Its almost one and half month, but i am yet to receive any refund for the same. First of all to connect to customer care is hell lot of pain, i need to dial atleast 10 times to connect to customer care executive.
I have spoken to the customer care executives (Diksha, priyanka and even their lead vikram) and everytime they are saying "sir, we have processed your request on priority basis. Please wait for 24 hours".

I am really clueless what do they mean by "24 hours".

I think this is serious case of fraud and customer harassment. Please help in this regard so that i can get my refund.

I ordered a power bank and on bill -'mi 20000 mAh portable powerbank' is written but originally they provided me fake product, then they said that we are using mi parts in powerbank so I reached to mi customer care and they said they are making u fool and they suggested me to raise a complain against them in GRAHAK SURKSHA KENDRA

When I got a confirmation call for my order, I had asked that lady about refund and she also had agreed that the refund for this product will be available but now they are refusing

I want to return this item because it somehow charged my 2 phones having 2600 and 3900 mAh battery so very very poor performance

I was placed my order for Western Texas pack of 5 Men Briefs xl size. But eBazar Ninja were supplied SM TEX Vests. Invoice date: 07/11/2016. my Invoice no: OID252769.I am contact their communcation mobile number. but nobody receive my call. how i change and collect my briefs.Every one know and pack my order easily. but eBazar Ninja team despatched wrong item

I've ordered a mi 20800mah power bank with the order #oid244766 two weeks back which i received today, when i open the box i realised that i've made a grave mistake and felt disappointed. The order is fake and looks so cheap, when i connected my cell phone which was showing 50% of batter it was displaying 99% immediately after connecting to power bank. I tried calling customer care and they replied use it for 24-48hours if still it's not working fine then call us. When i asked them to take it back and refund my money, the lady said once you paid for the product you'll not get any refund (That means you're screwed). Kindly take a strict action against this bogus shopping portal and remove them from the website as i've read reviews of the customers like me who have returned their products and still have received any refund or replacement. A big no to ebazar ninja "biggest theives"

I ordered for mi (20800) power bank in ebazar ninja on June 30th 2016 and i got a duplicate mi (20800) power bank, so i returned the product for refund but still now they have not refunded my money of rs 980. For this I send many mails but they replied we raised escalation for you concern and it will be resolved in 2days. If i call they said it will take 24 hours and you will get refund. Stil I didn't get anything. I request you to process my refund.

Not going to buy any product from this site in future... Services are worst and not even checking the product properly before sending it to custmers.

My order has been shipped, but i have found it damaged so i have retuned it pickup receipt[protected] now i want refund asap bcz its already too late the product which i received was duplicate which doesnt have any logo or bar code and other information as on original product which my colleague purchased from mi website. So i mailed them for return on 25 august 2016 they said yes to me and after all no body came took the product. After a month i again mail them about my issue still i am not get any response from them. So this ebazar website is fake and providing fake product to there customer.

I was order power bank of Rs980/- which i was getting damage. Then i return properly and they were confirm me. But no refund process for the same. I mailed so many times, but no response was getting from there.-
