My power bank is not charging properly, I want to replace it.

The eBazar Ninja is simply doing fraud keeping their hands clean and themselves on a safe side by doing all these things of not interacting with the consumers directly and making us here the automated message of being busy every-time.
It is not only me but many others facing the same issue.
I would like to request the authority to please take care of the issue and help us out in getting our money back from such thieves.

I palash kumar jana from bagnan, howrah, west bengal, 13th sep 16 i have book a 20000amh power bank from ebazar ninja & i have already done the payment through my credit card. My oder id-oid195754. 45 days already passed but still i have not received my product. Many time i am call to ebazar customer care but every time there assure me, i received my product within under next 48 hrs.
But no body call me for the same. There also provide me there courier service number-[protected] & tracking number[protected]. But bad luck, the courier service told me there not tracking the product & not received the product.
I am last 45 days approx 25 time followup with ebazar ninja but still no responds.

So kindly request to you please look into the matter.

To customer, but response take a every time 48 hour wait, this step repeat three times, last time response comes a your product received to 21 oct 2016. So please his requested accepted, god biliss you.

Hai this is vani, last week I have purchased Mi Powerbank from your website but the product is completely fake. The LED lights keeps on blinking even if I charge for whole night. Please I need to return this product or replace it with original product.

i was purchased a MI power bank 20800 Mah for Rs. 980/-. When i have received
this item but the same not working and when I visit MI service centre then they told
me that this item is fake and duplicate. Your seller was send me product which is
duplicate and fake and chit me. You mention 6 month manufacturer warranty for this
product at your site.
For this regard i was send you a notice through speed post Docket No- ER[protected]IN as on 19/09/2016. And then after you contact me and insure for refund and say for return the item with your reverse logistics courier partner Name- Delhivery. I was return the item from your courier partner with docket No[protected] and received the item as on 27/09/2016 by you as per courier record.
I have already sent my bank account detail by email. From 27/09/2016 many time i was call/email you but you are not reply yet.

I have registered a complaint @“INGRAM Portal” (Department of consumer affair Govt. Of India) against you and Complaint no is 27576.This is clear fraud case. And I will take a legal action against you and your company and seller. So kindly refund my original amount as soon as possible with all postal & legal charge immediate.

I was buy MI power bank from ebazar ninja on 13/8/2016 .i was surprised when i know it was duplicate and non working i was contact customer care but not got proper response then i had complain in consumercomplaints site then thwre was call from them and as per them i was sent back it i was returned it reverse pick up receipt no[protected] OID168449) 1 MONTH BACK BUT till today i have not received refund . i want to ban cheater company like this ebazar ninja

Dear sir yesterday i bought mi power bank 20800 mah. I charged the power bank about 5 hour. Then i started to charge the mobile. It is showing only symbol of charging. Not charging the phone even one percentage of my xiaomi note 3. I was waiting so long, the result was same. Pls collect that faulty product, and supply me a good one. I hope e bazaar will understand my problem. My intention is not my money back, i need a good thing. Thank you.

Don't send this, I checked reviews of this seller. They send duplicate products or used products. This seller cheats users. So i don't want my product from this seller/ this site.

E-Bazar.ninja is a fake e commerce site. They are cheating the public by sending fake and duplicate products, especially power banks. There are many victims, it seems. All those who are cheated by these people are hereby requested to post on social media about these cheaters, and those in Delhi or nearby should complain to the police to investigate this fraud company and punish them so that they will not cheat others. Some one should act immediately before they cheat more people.

This item was delivered to me on 25th Sept 2016 OID200951 and immediately I noticed that it was a fake product and I asked them for return and refund of my amount which at first they blantly refused but after putting the incident on Facebook about this company I got a call from them asking me to return that item and they promised that they will refund me within 4 days of returning, from then it's been more than 3 weeks till date but they are not refunding purchased amount of 980.

When ever I am calling them regarding refund they are simply disconnecting my calls and for mails I am sending in that they are just telling that it will take more time to refund, extremely fraustrated.

I have ordered two mi powerbank worth rs 2100 and both power bank is not even charging nor the customer care is taking my complaint i want to go for consumer case against this fraud ninja bazar this rascals don't such care about people they are busy in filling their stomach

I recently purchased MI Power Bank 10400 & received on 14th October. I was very upset to find that it did not work as expect. It's not charging cell phone or i have doubt that it's not getting charged itself. Also packaging was not good. seems like it's already used product.
