Respected sir/madam, i have brought 10400 mah redmi power bank from ebazar ninja site. The power bank which i ordered and which i have recieved are different. I have ordered for silver colour power bank but i got gold colour power bank. I have ordred for redmi cmpany and it is not of redmi company. The ecommerce people are not responding and cancelling the order. I have mailed them many times but they are dragging the issue and resolving it properly.
Kindly help me.

As per conversation on customer care, RPU already initiated.As soon we receive the product will provide the resolution.
The product is fake. Design is also fake.
I wish to return it. The cable doesn't fit in.and there are scratches. In the product. Highly disappointed .need to take serious'action.

    I had ordered a power bank in the month of June. Got a different fake product. Applied for refund. They picked up the product, I m still waiting for my refund. It's been almost 5 months. Worst service ever. I have called them about a 100 times in the past 5 months. Every time they say by tomorrow it will be done. This has been going on for the past 5 months. I have given them the details of my bank account 5 times. Everytime I call a new person picks up the call, to whomever I have to explain the whole story. I have done this 100 times by now. This is the worst online shopping site.

          This a reminder complaint.
          I ordered powerbank of mi 20000mah for rs.899 and it is duplicate. Also its data cable is not functional.
          I want to return it.

          I already submitted complaint against it on 26 oct 2016 but only response was one phone call and reassurance. After that i never heard from them.
          This kind of service is unsatisfactory and should not be allowed. Help me to get it return and i want full refund. Also action should be taken against the company.

            Just 5 days of the delivery of the powerbank it stopped working. Infact it's not getting charged.The main switch button is also not working. This is a dublicate piece which i received. I tried calling the customer care no. But it is switch off continuously. I have returned the product 10 days back but till today i haven't got any reply nor a call from your representative. Please replace this powerbank with a new one. Please reply asap and keep the customer care no. On so that we can get help through it or else give some another contact details...

                        I bought a new mi 20000 mah power bank through ebazar. The product i received was just bubble wrapped without a cover of mi. The cable received was partially damaged and not working. There is no bar code or any kingd of description on the product and it looks fake. I tried reaching out to customer care several times, but no response.

                          I bought mi power bank. When it deliver to me, some kind of plastic thing is stuck in power bank and button of that power button is also break and it come from one side up like any time it may come out of it so, it should not happen even customer care number [protected] is also showing switch off.
                          I am not going to pay any amount of courier charges for just rs 599 as it is already damage from ebazar.
                          I am very disappoint about it.

                            I have purchased one Mi 10400 Power Bank ordered vide ID No. OID234299. However, the product is not working satisfactorily as it switches off after a few seconds and I have to switch it on again and again. Considering this, I find the product defective. It seems the product is not original and a cheap copy.

                            Kindly replace it with a new, original one (preferably in Black colour) ASAP. Also your helpline is not functioning as per timings given. The phone number is either switched off or some recorded lame excuse about timings are given.

                              Product was damage in usb port even when i called costomer care they told that i have to courier this, so why should i courier if i had already damage when i recive that i why show i put money to courier that product which i just for rs 599.
                              I just want to be replace that product or refund me.

                                  I ordered 2 Mi powerbank 20800 mah. However both are duplicate. On top of that 1 is working grt uptil now, however the other one is not getting charged properly and gets drained very fast as well. Therefore, it wud be great if it gets replaced. It's ok with me if it is not an original one as the duplicate one also works grt. However the one i received is faulty. I tried reaching them over phone, however they have a [censored] customer complaint service. No one picks up the call.

                                    The courier company wow courier has made a fraud by showing its delivery to my address and is say that product has been by some Goldi Gupta Pan No.BMWP8128P which is not my pan No. while my pan No. is ACGPG7713A
                                    It is therefore request that either my money be refunded or the product delivered failing which I will lodge a complaint in the police of 420

                                      I purchased a 10400 mAh powerbank
                                      They have delivered a duplicate product and no one is picking up the phone when I am trying to contact them.
                                      They have cheated me off rupee 600
                                      Now i have a bad product of no use
                                      I am charging the power bank for the full night and
                                      In morning
                                      It gets discharges within 12 hours of being full charged
                                      I am shocked to see that they have given me a duplicate product and I have no idea what to do with the existing product
                                      I thought it would be a day problem but now I got to know that it is a bad thing and I will not buy anything from the company

                                        The charging port of the power bank is damaged. At the back side it seems it is tampered with some screw driver type of object. The packing department has overlooked the discrepancy. please make sure that such inconvenience is avoided in future. hope u will resolve it at the earliest.
