I have already submitted a complaint against the product i received the return has been successful but i neither got replacement nor refund return pick up happened on 14/01/2017 but no response from the customer care if i call them they are not connecting the call i am gonna raise against this shopping site if i did not get my refund within 15 days i am raising this complaint on 1st august 2017 if i did not get my refund i am gonna raise complaint against shopping site on 15th august 2017.

Fraud people.

If you have shame and manners just return my money.

If i don't get my money you gonna face a very big loss and you gonna close your company remember.

    Defected piece of mi 20000 mah boom power bank was supplied to me via invoice no. Oid388906 dated 19/05/2017.
    On complaining they asked me to return by courier, and promised to supply the another working piece. Its been almost two months but till date neither they supplied me the product nor they returned my money back. And now they are not reachable to me not even on their site or by contact numbers.

      Hi,

      I purchased a power bank by paying rs899, when it reached to me i found that was not working at the same time a different product which i saw on the add.
      I tried to call many times till 3 months. I lodged complain to consumer forum and even they informed many times to get that returned. When i planned to go for consumer court, i last time sent mail and they sent their vendor to collect that back to them. After that no one responded. Its been 6 months neither money nor product reached to me. Simply this a fake company i understood, and this is my last purchase from this site. If possible respond back you #.

Oid392390 on jun 1, 2017 at 6:43:32pm by making payment of rs 429 for callmate soap power bank 5600 mah - 1 no. Whereas i have no information about despatch of the item ordered for nor the tracking details so far (July 23rd 6.26 pm) - even after 54 days despite my mail reminders...!!!

            Not charging...i have purchased an power bank..on 30/03/2017..EB 10400 mh it is not charging.. when i charge it after few min later it shows battery full but when i charge the ph it shows battery low..i have tried to call at custoner care no but it is n9t reachable..and i tried to mail also...it says wrong e mail id...what to do

              I have purchased a 20000mah portable power bank. My order id is oid370120 dated[protected] & i have received a power bank on[protected]. You are showing the power bank on this site & you had send me power bank both are power bank differed, this power bank is not working & not charging.
              I had return the 20000mah mi power bank dated[protected]. Pickup receipt no.[protected].
              After many days than i have recieved porduct 20000mah portable power bank as on 22/05/2017, but i had not satisfy now i have again returned the 20000mah portable power bank dated[protected], pickup receipt no.[protected].
              Kindly requesting you to that you will be given my money rs.899/- refunded.

                    I have purchased xiaomi mi powerbank, 10400mah through ebazaar vide order id: oid372406 on 26.04.2017. But after receipt of the product, we found that this is not charging mobile properly (Ie. After full charged, the powerbank not able to charge the mobile,) within 2 min. It's charge becomes low. So i request for retake the product and delivery an good product, product was retaken, but still now there is no response from them
                    So please arrange to change the product else refund the amount (Rs. 899/-).

                      I have bought 2 nos. 10000 mah power bank of mi, which when received found to be fake mi products also were damaged and faulty so i complaint there. They didn't respond for very long and we're delaying everything and after my continuous calls they arranged the reverse pickup and said that they will deliver the new product within a week but it's been a month now and their website is offline and also no telephone no. Is working.

                          I purchased a Xiaomi (Mi) Power Bank 20800 from eBazar Ninja on 22 november 2016 (approx 8 months before) with below transaction details.

                          but it turned out to be a fake product. It was not working properly and that's why i returned the product by calling their customer care no.but after that they did not returned my money.i have tried many time to call their customer care, no one is picking the call and that's why never been able to connect to any executive.
                          This is a fraud company selling fake MI products.

                                        They sent in a fake mi charger and have not provided any refund.The company since then have not replied to any of my emails or calls.
                                        The company's customer care number as well as the website happens to be out of service
