This is in reagrds to my order number 367836, i ordered a mi power bank but that was not in a good condition so you took it back. I'm mailing you the pictures that you'd told me too, but this won't show how useless your power bank is. I've been cheated upon by your firm.
After a lot of calling and mailing you, you delivered a new power bank to my house. I checked it to test if it works fine, it charges the phone 10% when it has been put up for almost 3 hours. This is insane. I need a refund for my product as soon as possible. What customer base are you maintaining if cannot answer your customer's query. This is highly disappointing, i've been cheated upon from your firm and i'm registering a complaint in the consumer court.
You took the power bank as well as my 900/-. I've been calling you but nobody answers the phone. Get in touch with me as soon as possible. I need refund for your false product

      The product mentioned on the website was a just a market gimmick to attract customers. Selling duplicate and local products in the name of their original and branded producers. After pointing it to the customer care, they have a very lame excuse that the website mentions "MI Co" power bank and its not a product of xaomi(original company) Misleading

      I have already returned the product but this company don't even care to return my money. Refund amount is pending since 1 week. And they haven't even notified me in any form about the return of my payment. This company is totally ridiculous.

          I had ordered a MI 20000 MAH Power Bank. It worked for 2 charges, post which I had kept for the 3rd time for charging there was no light getting on nor charging.
          Also I tried calling your customer care number which never is working (+91 [protected]) the same is available in website, have the correct number fed.

          Give me a Customer care number or person I can talk regarding the same.

Its 20000mah very poor performance i think its not branded product. I have not found model no or any steaker on this product.

              I was purchase a power bank 20000mah boom on 23.5.17 and received on 26.5.17 when i charge it with the charger up to 12 hrs continuously but it was not showing full charge.
              In this regard i was register the complaint 3-4 times and ask them to revert it ands provide another power bank but till now no any action has been taken from your side check it please

                I want to inform you that as per my request for reverse pickup of the product eb 10400 mh under order no oid377897 has already done on 16/05/2017. But its is not redelivered till date.
                I got a call from ebajar on[protected] regarding delivery of the product and they assured me that product will be delivered within 4 days. But it is not delivered yet
                When it will be delivered reply it
                Kindly deliver it as soon as possible. If not possible refund amount

                    I bought mi 20800mah poer bank from this company using their website.
                    Order id: OID389468

                    On their website they have quoted price of the product with good discount, which helped me to decide to shop from them. Also they have uploaded original product's photos and details, so i went further and made an online purchase.
                    After receiving the product and observing it, i came to know that it's a fake product as it's not working as expected as well as differ from the product image provided online on their website.Also, it dies off just after half an hour after full charge . So, immediately i tried to report to their customer care to make a replacement request.
                    Now, its been more than 5 days, i haven't received a single update from their end and even if i try to call the customer care number, it always seems busy.
                    Now my money is gone and i have nothing in my hand.

                    You can easily find the product has fake company logo on it.

                    Please help me or i'll have to take legal actions against ebazar, soon.

                                The day i received the power bank, i tried to charge but it is not charging. I tried once again it is not working. It is a fake one. E bazaar is cheating the public.

                                I request for refund of rs 899 paid by me.in their site, there is no option to return the product. I tried their customer service but there is no use. From the above facts it is clear that e bazaar ninza is cheating the public. I would request to refund the amount.
