We have purchase mi power bank from ebazar ninja 2pcs but 1pcs are damage and we are complain by email to ebazar ninja and return on dt.28/04/2017 we have received return pickup receipt no[protected]. Our order id oid367458 but till we have not received relapse,
We are daily contact in his toll free no.[protected] but every time he was busy, theres is not reposed by him, please give sagesion...

The product mentioned on the website was a just a market gimmick to attract customers. Selling duplicate and local products in the name of their original and branded producers. After pointing it to the customer care, they have a very lame excuse that the website mentions "MI Co" power bank and its not a product of xaomi(original company) Misleading...

I ordered mi powerbank 20800 in ebazar. Am not satisfy with this powerbank. This is not in good condition. My phone not getting charge proper. I want to replace this product. Please make a call i will explain to your customer fully. Please take action as soon as possible....

I had ordered a MI 20000 MAH Power Bank. It worked for 2 charges, post which I had kept for the 3rd time for charging there was no light getting on nor charging.
Also I tried calling your customer care number which never is working (+91 [protected]) the same is available in website, have the correct number fed.

Give me a Customer care number or person I can talk regarding the same.

I have online purchase one power bank mi 20000mah from your website, my awb no is [protected], this power bank had no battery backup, only one time charge my mobile. Its 20000mah very poor performance i think its not branded product. I have not found model no or any steaker on this product.

I was purchase a power bank 20000mah boom on 23.5.17 and received on 26.5.17 when i charge it with the charger up to 12 hrs continuously but it was not showing full charge.
In this regard i was register the complaint 3-4 times and ask them to revert it ands provide another power bank but till now no any action has been taken from your side check it please...

I want to inform you that as per my request for reverse pickup of the product eb 10400 mh under order no oid377897 has already done on 16/05/2017. But its is not redelivered till date.
I got a call from ebajar on[protected] regarding delivery of the product and they assured me that product will be delivered within 4 days. But it is not delivered yet

I ordered mi power bank 10400mah on may 22 2017. But still order is not delivered. I paid amount through mobikwik wallet at time of booking. But the company replied me through the sms, my shipping address pin code is not identified, please add another address. But there is no option to add another address.

I have received the faulty item (Mi power bank 20800 mah) and as per return policy within 48 hr i informed to company for faulty product by mail within 12 hrs.. But there are no response as well as no body picking phone, then three time i have follow-up for the same, but still i am waiting for response....
