I purchased one 20000 mah power bank 25 days before since purchase it is not getting charged and now it is completly dead.
CC number is switched off.
Website is not working.
What to do for replacsment ?

We have not received ordered item yet (20000 mah xiaomi battery bank). As per info received, they sent it theough aramex never received. We inquired with aramex and they said that consignee rejected order which is though totally false. No one reached our home delivery address. They might have gone to wrong place.
Courier people said they have been asked to send the item back to them. L amd denied us of re delivering the order. Now they have taken the courier back to ebazar ninja. Neither my ordered item is delivered nor they return my money. Customer care never pick up call. No escalation mateix defined. Its totally a big time fraud.

My order id is - oid308649 and i have purchased mi power bank of 20000mah which is duplicate. Then i have returned my product to his warehouse and after receiving they switched off all their phone numbers and i am trying to contact him since last month but all their numbers are switched off. So i request all customers of ebazar. Ninja to make a complaint in consumer forum regarding their duplicate product and fake consumer service and try to get close his company as soon as possible.

I purchased 20000 mah solar power bank on 31st mar 2017 from ebazar. Ninja.. And i complaind to costumer care on 4 june and she told me to send mail ans attach the pics of powerbank that i have sent to your mail id but i didn't get any reply from you. Powerbank is not working properly.. It charges my mobiles 3000mah battary just one time after fully charge.. Its a humble request to solve my problem..

My kid nb 362628.i purchase a mobile portable power bank.but it was not original and not good working.so I replaced the power bank.approx 40 days

I am to inform you that on 29th of may 2017 i received my order seal packed.

When i open the same the power bank is damaged from one side. The blue indication light as well as led light is also not working.

I am tried to call your customer care whole day but all the lines were busy entire day. Hence i request for returning the product and resend me the undamaged piece to the mail id [protected]@ebazar. Ninja. On same day they inquired by mail that kindly send the photograph of the damaged piece. On same day at 8:39 pm i send the photographs of the damaged piece and inform them that charging indicator is also not working. Led light is not working. Body is also damaged.
Then after on 31st may at 4:30 pm reply received that the pick up is already initiated from there side courier person will be there at your place within 5-7 business days. We request you to please share the tracking details with us so that we track the order.
Then on 1 june i again send them my address as well as order details.

There after i remind them to send the details of he pick up on 1st june, 8th june and 12th june however till date no positive response i had received.

Ebazar ninja mi power bank ordered (Order number:oid372701 dated-26th of april 2017), fake product received, mail sent and calls made but no response from the company, calls not picked anymore, consumer has sent the snaps for the product through mobile. Company closed his complaint saying that he is not reachable but he not get any call. He sent many mail to the company

The power bank is not capable of charging my 3000mah phone even once... I need my refund or an exchange.

I have received the above power bank device shipped by you vide invoice no, - oid385688 dated 16/05/2017 code: 234076 for rs.899 cod.

To make use of it i tried to connect it with my power charger but it was not fitted.
Subsequently i tried to charge with other charger having different types of pins but socket of power bank is not accepting anyone.

On facing the above problem i tried to contact on your contact number [protected]
(Mentioned on invoice) which is always switched off.

Kindly replace the device by another good & tested working device or refund the money.

I ordered below mentioned​ product from your web site. I received it today 30th may 2017 by cod. My complaint is that the product (Power bank) which i received has a faulty point for charging. The charger pin is not getting inserted into the charging point.

I have got a fake mi power bank and i paid through cod. It's not working at the moment itself i received. I have tried to charge but no use!. Its charging portal is not suitable for any charger and also its usb portal is not suitable for it. I need the cash back and i have tried to contact your customer service many times, but no use. It was not reachable, and some times it was switched off, i tried to call your customer care nos. 91 [protected] several times which is always switched off. Other no.[protected] gives recorded message that all lines are busy. The above facts it is clear that e bazaar ninja is cheating the public. I would request to refund the amount.
How to take action? Whom should i contact? How i will get my cash back?

But on june 1, the company give a reply like this "this mail is with reference to your order #oid389432.
As checked with team reverse pick up is already initiated from our end and same has already forwarded to concern team for pick up, courier person will be there at your place within 5-7 business days".

But, now 10 days over. They didnt give any action. 5-7 business days over and also donot give any message by phone or reply. Any one cannot there for picking up the parcel... Highly cheating the public.

Kindly do the needful at earliest.

I have purchased two power banks on your website and received a couple of damaged goods. Which i have sent back to you guys via postal courier.
