My first experience with your organisation has proved very discouraging. I have purchased MI 20000 mAh Boom Power Bank (Order Id: OID383425). It was delivered yesterday but was found not functioning. It was very painful whereas the products from Flipkart never proved the same. I badly need an immediate replacement of the product. Do the needful at the earliest. Call me back to my given number ([protected]) for an acknowledgement. I have tried to contact you to your given number, but my call was not received. That was very unprofessional. Immediate action is solicited.

I had booked MI Powerbank 20000 mah of Pink colour.But I have received the power bank of white colour.I have continuously called but the line is busy from last 4 hours. Still I am trying the call from the last 4-5 days. the call is not connected
As in the bill it is clearly mentioned..Pink coloured MI Powerbank 20000 mah.Please look into the matter as soon as possible

It is quite shameful to know that so many people have been cheated like me by giving a duplicate product. To add upon their mischief, no phone calls are being attended by customer care.

Have called on their customer support number many times but no response, no response to the emails as well. Can you please help me get my refund at the earliest.

An advt on website indicated company is selling power bank.
I decidedone for my wife so placed the order.I was shocked to see the one delivered was of bigger size and a fake one.brought it to their notice.
A reverse pickup was arranged on 24 Apr 17 reverse pickup receipt No[protected].

Hi as per order id - OID381084 i ordered 2 mi powerbank on 7th may 2017, and i paid through my credit card, but stil product has not been delivered and am trying to call the number given on website, but no response at all, i already paid 1798 rs for the same, kindly help me to get back my money as i am no more interested in product now. pls help me with the same at the earliest.

I just want to share to all o[censored] a fact that. Ebazaarninza is a not any e commerce company. Its just a adda of a group of peoplee who first make customers fool by online shopping greed then these people make money through their gurgas by asking the customers about their bsnk credit or debit card no. Cvv no. Pinno.. Etc by saying that companying is refunding ur money as well giving u additionally 5000 rupeers getting transffer in ur accountso give ur account details. I received such 3 to 4 calls from companys behalf.

I bought this 20800 Mah power bank of mi brand. But this is fake and also non working. Their customer care number is wrong and fake. Even after repeated requests on mail they refuse to return my money saying it is more than 48 hours. I told them that the product is 20800 mah battery.

How can I check the function in 48 hours in normal circumstances. But They refuse to return money.

On their website they have quoted price of the product with good discount, which helped me to decide to shop from them. Also they have uploaded original product's photos and details, so i went further and made an online purchase.
After receiving the product and observing it, i came to know that it's a fake product as it's not working as expected as well as differ from the product image provided online on their website. So, immediately i reported to their customer care and made a replacement request.
Now, its been more than 10 days, i haven't received a single update from their end and even if i try to call the same customer care number, it always seems busy.
Now my money is gone and i have nothing in my hand.

We received power bank. But it is not working condition. More over the customer care number is not working. (It is just ringing but no one lifting the call). And we went to local mi show room. They told that it is fake product it is not mi product. As per order id - oid380419. On 11th may, 2017, after receiving i tested but it is not working. That time onwards i am keep on calling you but no one is lifting the call. It is a fake site. Officials has to take the action against this site.

I received this product on last Friday 12th May 2017. I want to return this product because the product is duplicate / fake. I verified this with same product purchased from MI site also with customer support of MI. It's not fake.

I purchased mi20000mah power bank an that is not worth using. Its not taking charge and even efficiently work. I want my money back or replaced. If no action will be taken i will file complain to the consumer court. Its biggest cheater company. Since i m lawyer i knw how to tackle it. Since last two days i m trying hard to call companys call centre no but no body is answering and not even picking the call. It seems company is a doing fraud with the consumers nationwise. However the power bank shipped to me seems to be damaged as when i opened it... The torch light of the power bank was on and within a minute it died out with a burning like smell... Besides all the lights on the power bank which show the charging were also on and are still on as i write to you and the "power on" button of the power bank is stuck and does not switch off or on...

I tried calling you customer care numbers...43482200 and [protected] but there was no response... Just cant get through... So i am writing to you... I would be grateful if the power bank could be replaced with one which is in working condition...
