I ordered for a new powerbank of mi (20800 maH) which I received in damaged condition and it's not even working.

I tried to call all customer service numbers provided and all of them either goes engaged or is switched off.

Help me get this returned as soon as possible and get my refund, I shall be highly obliged to you

I am unable to understand such a fraudulent organisation has been cheating people so openly, but ipc/indian law is not taking any action against that. Why? How could then we dream about swachh bharat to come to our life?

This nasty organisation had delivered a condemned product (Order no.: oid383425) but intending neither replacement of the product with a workable one nor the refund.
What are the steps taken for the redressal by this organisation?
1. Asking for credit card details for the refund: credit card no, expiry date, respective phone number and "even cvv no.", which the bank even never asks for.
2. Reverse pick up of the product without delivering any instead of that. Would the company be still believed after the incident?

Now my issue is, since you have created this site for public grievances, some solution must come out of that other this would prove farce.
Do the needful at the earliest so that my purpose be served.

Updated by Kousik Roy Once I put a complaint to your site, some people from jungle use to start releasing nasty words. I am keeping a serious note of these and take necessary action definitely. The notorious numbers are [protected], [protected]. I have already informed my local police station and lodged a complaint against. They will convey it to the Lalbazar Police Station (Head office) to track those numbers.. So your company is a vulgar in other way. [censored]! I will see the end of my agony until my problems are sorted out.

he took some information for refunding the money for the power bank but deducted 19990 twice from my account.he is doing fraud to me.

Sir,
As per advt.i have ordderd a power bank to the abovesaid company.
My order number was OID358835 was delivered on 06/04/2017 at my office address and paid the amount of Rs.599/-cash.
At home I found that the instrument was unable to charge the mobile even after two days because we tried to charge the instrument also but in vain.
I have emailed to the company on 11/04/2017, they asked me that 48 hours passed therefore now only repair service will be available for this instrument.
As per their direction I have returned the instrument complete in all respect i.e. invoice, packing slip and box and scanned courier receipt also.
The instrument (including all) have been received by Mr.Vikas on23/04/2017
at the office of Ebazar.ninja Plot no.46, 2nd floor west guru angad nagar, Laxmi nagar Delhi 110092.
Since then I am regularly trying to contact the company as per their customer care number [protected] and by email dt, 21/04/2017, 09/05/2017, 10/05/2017 23/05/2017 and today 24/05/2017
also.

Kindly help me and curtail these type of companies who are earning millions
by on line fraud

Had got power bank on 04-May-2017 but it was not in a proper condition (duplicate MI backup) and was not working condition. so the immediately i raised a complaint against the company for replacement or refund.the next day i got a call and sent their pick-up agent for the return of goods with a acknowledge. but till now i did not get any call regarding ding the replacement. i am tired of contacting them. Number busy???????????!!

Fake site, Fake products. Duplicate things on site, show original pics of things.

I ordered for a power bank of Mi 20000 make on 6/5/2017. The logistic wing of the portal made the delivery after much hiccups, finally I received the mi 20000 power bank. But to my surprise the charging ports are not intact and am unable to connect any devices. The product delivered is not a original piece of device as claimed in the web page. I requested the online portal website for replacement or return, but the company is mute on the said issue.

Urgent attention

Dear sirs,
I purchased one mi (Co) 20800 mah power bank vide order
Id - oid383061 from ebazar ninja, but i regret to inform you that the said power bank is defective and is intermittently going on and off. Since the power bank claimed a warranty of 6 months, i requested e bazar ninja to take immediate measures for replacement of this power bank with a new genuine power bank. The said courier may be asked to take back this defective power bank against the replacement of new properly tested power bank.
Matter urgent.
The matter has been referred to ebazar, ninja by email but no response received till date. Request urgent intervention.

Customer care no always found out of order or busy.
Checked at service center they said that this is duplicate.
Please do not beleive in the faque adds & cost.

They supplied a fake product and that too an used piece. This is a clear fraud and they must be called to reply and refund money to people. They do not reply to emails nor take the phone on the customer care number given.

I was surprised when I got a piece just wrapped in bubble wrap. When I opened it, I saw no packing, no warranty, no instructions or product sheet. Immediately I tried to switch it on, to my surprise I found it half charged. I inspected closedly and found the outer case come off and so I clicked it in place, but it did not fit properly.

I went to YouTube to see reviews and found that the piece is a duplicate product as described in YouTube. I

I tried reaching them several times by phone and sent many emails. There is no response.

I have been made a sucker and I am getting very angry at this nonsense. This site needs to be stopped in their tract and proper complaint given against them to authorities.

Not working tried to contact customer care it is switched off /busy,
email was send twice no response.
Return me the amount of rs.599/- i paid for power bank immediately.
worst experience with such fake companies should be closed
