Hello sir
I have ordered a mi 20000 mah portable power bank from ebazar ninja through online on 8/5/2017. But the product delivered in 12/5/2017 is different one and the company name is mentioned in the product as allone (It's solar power bank) i've tried several times to contact the customer care. But no one picking up the phone. I want to return the product and get my money back or send me a proper mi brand power bank. Please help and resolve the issue in priority.

    Recently i purchased online solar power bank of mhah 20000 from ebazaar ninza in delhi. The moment i received the product and get into chage it shows no proper working. The power bank is not getting efficiently charged and even giving good output as it promised. Thus i want to get my money back or get it replaced by the other product. I m calling again and again to the call centre given at wedsite as[protected] but there is no reply. I m trying hard. Im very puzzled. The company cheated with me an abovre all not replying to my mail or call. Finally i dexcided i[censored] wont take any action i will go to consumer court.

    I purchased solar power bank an that is not worth using. Its not taking charge and even efficiently work. I want my money back or replaced. If no action will be taken i will file complain to the consumer court. Its biggest cheater company. Since i m lawyer i knw how to tackle it. Since last two days i m trying hard to call companys call centre no but no body is answering and not even picking the call. It seems company is a doing fraud with the consumers nationwise. My power bank has become worthless to me. I repent why i not order through any aunthetic website. An above all the most suprisingly somebody call me on companys behalf and deliberetly asjing my account details such as debit card no.. Cvv no.. Pin no.. Etc. An to the extrem this type of fake call come twice to me and challenging that they are company representativess. I wasted 999 rs. Sadly. Police nust take action against these people. Beware. Come an unite together an lets fight against this company.

      I have purchased 2 mi power banks of 10400mah from your website on 15th April and you have send it on and. I have received my package on 20th April and I have used it 1 day so I have face the problem that 1 power bank is not working and other one is not working properly sometime it will charge my phone but most of the time it won't works. So I have decided to return back to you so i called u on your customer care and laughed my complaint against it. So your company's man came to my home and collected it on 25th April. But problem is now is there is no reply from your side so please look into this matter seriously and do the needful.

        Received defective powerbank (Oid321704) and i was asked to reship the item back. I incurred the cist of reshipping it too. Replacement was sent and the same was also not working. It was again returned and now they are not at all responging to my mails or calls. I requested them to refund the purchase cost and the reshipping cost but all of it is being ignored

          They supply me used and non working power bank20800 mah of mi company ebazar. Ninja 100% chor digital marketing co. I mail so many time to refund my money and as per telephonic conversation i sent them pics. Of power bank they assured me to replace. They are not picking my phone too. I think they are cheating more and more customers by this way, supplying​ old and scrap non working products

            I have ordered a product on 14th April from eBazar Ninja.I have received a damaged product of 20800 Mah PowerBank on April 18th 2017 and on the same day asked the customer care to place a refund.
            Then my product was picked up by Delivery on 21st April 2017.
            I waited for 2 days and when I didn't receive any call from the team, I gave a call back from my end. For 3 days no one responded to my call neither my mail. Still I kept on trying if some body picks any call. Finally 1 day my call was attended and I was told the same that once we receive your product our respective team will give you a call back.

            On May 5th I got a mail response, that they have received my product. From that day till now I didn't receive any call nor any mail. I am still waiting for my refund.

            I have paid -Rs. 799 cash

            Such a fraud company and how stupid these people are. They are just cheating and eating up the money of the customers. Knowingly they give defective products so that they can eat our money.

            They called me asked me my bank details in such a way that ... they are going to refund me money immediately.These people should act in films. Till now no money, no call, not also picking the call.

            will drag them to court.

            So inhuman Rascals these are.

              The product was delivered to me on 6th may 2017 evening. As soon as i opened the package i saw that it was damaged. Usb slots were empty and light was on by itself. No phone or usb jack fitted obviously.

              I immediately called the customer care numbers ([protected] and [protected]) but there was no response. Phone will connect and my bill will increase but its silence from their end. When i could not connect over phone, i wrote an email to "[protected]@ebazar. Ninja" with the photograph of the damaged powerbank. However, they did not respond to my email.

              After that, i again tried calling them during the day but no response. I wrote another mail. Again no response. This is a cheating online bazar. They are looting hard earned money of the people and remaining silent after sending useless products.

                  I have ordered redmi power bank 20000 mah for 899 rs on 15th April 2017.. Product received was not the same as it was showing on website.. I called support team to get it replaced or refund, there was no company trademark "mi" on the product.. they picked up the power bank on 22nd April but till date i have not received any update on this.. called them and mailed them several times but have not received any update regarding its delivery.
                  Nobody is responding to the mails and calls
                  Moreover, when i checked on " http://www.ebazar.net/track-order/" link regarding delivery, it is showing that " we do not have such order in our database". I was so much surprised with this msg. Now I want my money back

                          I was place order on ebazar.ninja on 4 may 2017 14:39 GMT+5:30, (Order ID-OID378945)
                          and I was cancelled order on same date at 16:42 GMT+5:30, I was pay money by online payment by HDFC net Banking but there no refund given beck to my account and I was so many call at help care number of given by them. There is no response from them yet.So please help me out there.

                            Sir,
                            I have purchased a power bank from the above
                            noted site for Rs.599/-.
                            After two days I noticed that the instrument is unable to charge the mobile and is faulty.
                            I called the customer care help line they told me that after 24 hours only repair is possible.
                            Therefore I returned the mobile to the company asper the address prescribed by them.
                            I have made emails on 11/04/2017, 21/04/2017, 09/05/2017 and now today also but neither any response nor any reply has been received.
                            I have emailed them the scanned copy of courier receipt and photo of items sent by courier also.

                            Kindly look into the matter and guide me the lapse if any at my level.

                                    I purchased a xiaomi 20800 power bank last week from ebazar. Ninja. But i received a fake xiaomi product with name mi (Co). I bought it as a gift and presented it to my friend. Later we found it is not charging properly. When we connect my mobile and turn it on for charging, it gets off automatically within​ few seconds. I believe there might be a defect a with the power button or else the whole product itself. It was a total shame for me for presenting a fake defectful product. I tried reaching customer care thru mail, call and dropped a message for getting assistance and replacing the product but no response from them. Kindly help getting my product replaced or return my money back.

                                      I had ordered for one 20000 mah power bank of mi make on line. But, when i received the product, i found that it was an old, used piece. Immediately, i complained to the customer care & sent back the product within a week as per their instructions. But, after that, already 20 days have passed but no replacement has been given by ebazar till date. While calling them, they are not receiving the phone & not responding to their mails also.

                                        Hi,
                                        Purchased MI 20000 MAH power bank but when I have charged my lenovo A6000 handset; the powers banks 2 LED lights goes off however my phone's battery is only 2300MAH.
                                        So in actual the power bank which I have received is not 20000MAH and they are making fool to the genuine customers.
                                        The customer care number which they have provided is not reachable and even though it is reachable; no one is answering my call.
                                        So need a refund.
