Ordered a MI power bank of 20800mAh for rs.980. when it was delivered its a damaged one and seems like a duplicate product. Hence, I want to return this product and want my money back. I tried calling customer care number so many times but no one has picked up the call. Also there is no diect link in site as well where we can directly go for return option like other online shopping sites eg. flipkart, Amazon.

This site simply seems fake and direct connection to Gray market (Chor Bazar). Requesting you to take proper action on the seller and also necessary action so no other innocence person become victim from this site.

    I ordered a product from ebazar ninja. Product details is given following:

    Order id - oid49356
    Product - eb 10400 mh powerbank
    Pod no. - [protected].

    This product was duplicate. And i returned it to ebazar ninja and i asked to refund my money. They note down my account number and branch details but they did not replied me yet.

    I also called ebazar number i.E [protected]. But they never respond me.

    Please find SnapShot for the same. And in snapshot we can see there is no logo of EB on power bank. but you deliver me a wrong product and duplicate product.

    I am again requesting you to please collect this product from me and either return me my money 600/rs or deliverer me orginal MI Product.

            OID 37528 delivery date 17 Feb 2016. The product was defective and after ample of calls and mails which they hardly respond my product was picked up by the bluedart courier services three weeks back but the replacement of the product has not been initiated yet. Request do the same at priority as it more than two months that this issue is on and the product has yet not been received. This company is fake and I am sure they are not even interested in running it. I would want them to return my cash as enough of their forgery and if they can't respond to customer care and e mails why have they given it also. This company should better shut down

              Hi,

              I have ordered boxers for my dad.
              We have ordered XXL size of 6 pieces of boxer.
              What we received is 3 L size and 3 XL size today
              Please take a return of the product and provide a proper size.
              When ever i call customer care and not getting line.
              They actually cut the size tag in the boxer to make it look like XXL.
              but some of the cut tags came along with the boxer.
              Also some cut tags can be clearly make out that they are not XXL.
              If they dont have the size then they should not show it in the website first

                Sir,
                My complaint is against the site ebazar. Ninja who is selling duplicate mi 10400 mah power banks . Actully i have purchased a brand new mi power bank of order id oid62546 which seems to be original due to its specification and the images given on 4th april 2016...But it got it delivered on 8th april..When i opened up the package i found it totally useless, duplicate and not in a working condition..It appears as if of some old stuff and no sign of resemblence is there as mentioned over their quotation..They gave me a very local cheap product which was not working properly...So i applied for the refund request on the same day but since then no initiative has taken till now.The company was totally fraud and i am not getting my refund as well as any response from them till now...Not only this, since the day when i started using there power bank my phone got damaged, the battery is not lasting more then an hour and i have used and replace many chargers since then and my device is only showing your phone is charging slowly...I mean my phone now requires 12-14 hours to complete charge and battery last for only 1 hour...The power bank has damaged and destroyed my phone costing 15000 ...I need a compensation and a strict action against the company as no response of refund has taken and my phone is completly demolished and i am emotionlly harrased...I have complained and emailed them many times but no good response i have achieved about any refund or any enquiry...I am in a complete state of despair that my phone also got damaged due to there product costing me 15000 and even no refund has been issued..Please take a strict action against the company ..I hope for the compensation...Please do the needful and take an instant reaction about the company...I am hereby attaching all the necessary details

                  Purchased a mi portable charger on 28th feb from ebazar. Ninja, which came defective and fake on 3rd march and had not documents about the product.
                  Returned the product on 8th march which they received on 12th march.
                  They took my bank account details and all other details on 21st march to process back the money back into my account. I was said that the money would be transferred within 5-6 working days on 30th march. (Attached the screenshot)
                  But they haven't refunded the money yet. (10/04/2016)
                  Now, they do not respond to emails or phone calls.

The above product which i received one was black colour jean further the size of the jean was 26inch but i mentioned 32 during my order. The jean size not matching and it not suits me. Kindly take back my order and refund my amount. The date you supplied was end of march at that time i was not in my home. That's y i was complained late.

                          After long time ebazar called me back and they said we will give back your product. But there is not quation about replace. I wanna my money back because they police is to contact in 48 hr but the polise work for original product. If they give fake or duplicate product than they have to give me my money back without wasting time. Here I attached screenshot of mail resived by ebajar for xiomi power bank of 20800mah but they diliverd EB mi power bank . it's a complete Ford company please take a huge action agnist them..

                            I have ordered a xiaomi 10400mah power bank from ebazar ninja which i received in a polythene bag and when i was checking on it it was not supporting pass through charging and many other flaws which the original one doesn't have so i immediately called up the customer service but there was no response i want an immediate response and the fake product to be collected and return of my money or an original replacement and finally may i know who is the manufacturer of eb mi bazar ninja?

                              I ordered a Mi power bank of rs 600 from Ebazar.ninja on 8th Feb, 2016... Order ID oid35386
                              After two weeks I wasn't able to track my order neither had I received my order..I made a call on their support number numerous times but couldn't reach them.. They would never pick up my calls. Then on 23rd Feb luckily my call got connected and they told me that the pincode I provided was unserviceable.. I took them 20 days to realize this and have I not have made that call they were least bothered to tell me about it
                              I requested for a cancellation and since 23rd Feb I haven't received any refund..each week I call them they give a lame excuse that "your request has been forwarded to the senior authority and in 5-6 working days u ll receive the refund" ..
                              This is the worst site with the worst consumer support.. On asking them to connect the call to some higher authority they replied that the authorities are not available

                              Ebazar ninja sold a mi porer bank (10400 mah) for rs. 599/-.
                              The received product is completely fake. This is not a mi power bank at all and its not working also. Fake look, fake branding on the product body and fake cord. It is just shocking to receive some thing like this. They are not initiating a refund also.
                              I had ordered mi 20800 mah power bank from Ebazar Ninja and found it as a fake product so called them and returned back the product. But unfortunately its been a month yet did not get the money refund. now tried calling to customer service at [protected] but could not connect to them. that is pretty obvious unfortunate. hoping to get a feedback soon along with the money refund. details :

                                    I ordered a power bank on ebazar.ninja website.
                                    Upon opening of the parcel, the product looked fake as the print on powerbank was peeling off as well as usb connector was wobbly.

                                    hence I emailed to Ebazar.ninja to arrange a return collection and process my refund.

                                    They collected the product after few days and asked for bank account details. I had promptly provided these details but after 2 months of following up, I am yet to get my refund back even after repeated reminders.

                                      These guys are selling fake products, I purchased Power Bank of MI on Jan 2016 and since then have been writing mails and calling customer care, but there number is continuously busy and are also not replying to the mail.
                                      Upon calling them the call center does not connect me to the executives and also despite leaving message to call back haven't received any call back for 45 days.Please don't buy any products from them.

                                      Now the Power Bank is not even charging my phone once, i.e not even 2000 mAH as against claimed 20800 mAH. Within 15 days of purchase.

                                      Pathetic product.

                                      On top of this, they did not reply for 45 days and now are asking for original invoice, no one keeps original invoice as this is the reason we buy online and the invoice is available in soft copy
                                      Thanks to this forum and ebazar...The product has been replaced, not of great quality though..As still a powerbank of 21000 MAH does not charge my mobile more than twice i.e 7000 mAH but I appreciate their effort to address my concern.

                                        My order id is oid55260.I ordered the 10400 mah power bank on 16/03/2016. Received the same on 23/03/2016. The product has not been working since i received the product. I tried to contact [protected] i.E., the customer care number of ebazar ninja but the reply i received was that the customer care facility is currently not available. I have tried to even send an email to [protected]@ebazar.Ninja but the mail is not being delivered as the email id is fake. The product is having a 6 month waranty as shown in the shopping site of ebazar ninja but no waranty card was accompanying the product. I want to return the product but am not able to contact the customer care to do the same.
