I had ordered 1 MI Power Bank under order Id: OID37228 dated 16/02/2016 and recd the same on 20/02/2016.

Since i was out of station i opened the parcel on 23/02/2016 and found that the product is duplicate and not a genuine MI Power Bank product. Immediately I contacted ([protected]) the customer care and talked to Anika. She asked me to send a mail to [protected]@ebazar.ninja, which i did. In reply i received a mail stating that a ticket has been generated but there was no ticket number in the mail, which is usually there in the sub of the mail.

Thereafter i have been trying to contact them over phone and also send an email reminder but nothing has happened till today (27/02/2016).

There is no dought that the company is a FRAUD and people should not buy anything from them.

we have contacted you for the resolution but you werer busy and you have denied for the reverse pickup. so kindly inform us so we can proceed further.
customer product reverse pickup initiated, once we will receive the product we will initiate the refund.
The customer care tried 2 times to close the complaint over email without even contacting me once.
Every time i reverted back that the complaint is NOT resolved and still open.

Now, nearly after 1 month they contacted me. They excepted that the product is NOT a genuine MI product but an OEM product of MI and manufactured by eBazar Ninja themselves only.

I asked for a copy on the permission from MI to ebazar Ninja to manufacture their product, they went silent and gave me an option to return the product and buy other products from the website, which i refused.

They only they said that we take back the product and only after receiving the same will initiate the refund procedures.

As the company is a fraud company and i am not sure if they will return the money after they receive the product, I am not going to return the product.

With reference to order #OID18562 18/12/2015

Received defective material returned it but till date not received any response from the eBazar Ninja except the automated messages. Every month am sending email but not getting the product or the money.

        Hi,

        My order number is "OID39067". I ordered the mi power bank from ninja and the next day I found that it is not working so I tried their customer care number many times but no one picked the call. I tried the complaint section on their website and got the response that my complaint is taken and the ticket is created for the same but nothing is done till now (waiting from 4 days). No one is responding.

        I am trying their customer care number everyday but no one picks it up. Also no one is responding to my emails as well. It seems to be a fraud company and immediate action needs to be taken against them.

          I have placed an order to purchase a product by name: "Baby Ac Blankets Multi printed" with ebazar ninja with ORDER ID: OID33182 on February 04th 2016.
          I have made online payment of Rs.558 through HDFC Net banking. (Payment reference no:[protected]: Narration:[protected]PAYUIBIBOWEBPVTLTD).

          Till date, the company has not mentioned the product shipment date and also the delivery date of the product. I am not getting any proper response from the customer care[protected], after several attempts. Sometimes, the customer care number goes to a voice message and that too only for a shorter duration. I could not register my complaint properly as there was no one responsible to receive my complaint request.

          Now, i don't find a way how to track the order status nor do i know how to raise a request for refund.

          The ORDER that was placed with ebazar ninja has been shipped (as per their mail communication on Feb 04th 2016). But till date the product has not reached me. Details of the Order that has been shipped to me on FEB 04TH 2016 (as per ebazar ninja mail) is as follows,

          Just I have received a Power Bank (EB 10400 MH POWERBANK).It is not in working condition.It is totally duplicate product no box is given with the Mi power bank and also no gurantee card is given to me.

              Hi, I ordered an Mi power bank from eBazar Ninja on 19th February, 2016 and product was delivered to me on 20th February, 2016.

              Immediately after opening the product i can find that its a fake product and not original. I even contacted customer care for this thing but as soon as I said that i have to return the product and want refund of it the lady put down the call. the name of executive was Anita. I tried to call again on the same number but they IVR did not gave the option for connecting with the executive. Very smartly they use their system to avoid complaints.Below are some more details for the complaint

              After posting this complaint i got a call on Feb, 22 (Monday) from Ebazar's Executive Mr. Parmindar and he said that reverse pickup has been arranged and the product will be collected from me by Thursday. Today is Sunday and there is no update regarding the reverse pickup, I am trying to call on the same number but its not reachable.

              Ebazar Team - Can you please let me know when the product will be picked from my place.

                Ebazar has cheated me in the purchase of power bank of MI xiomi brand with 20800 mah.                   Got a fake xiomi Power charge bankon Jan 7th 2016 . Returned it . the courier is delivered and its been almost two months and all what i am doing is calling their customer care almost everyday where some dumb **** shivani mohpatra picks the call every time and she has gall to laugh over the phone while talking to customers and make fun of them and then repeat one sentence - madam give us some time. Send millions of emails to them . no response. they have wasted so much time of mine. I am filling a complaint not only for selling fake products in market but having arrogant indiscipline customer care.

                    It's quality is very poor & also this power bank it is not working . So take immediate action and replace it and refund my money.                     Same has happened in my case too. Unfortunately the power bank stopped working after 48 hours where the return policy of ebazar.ninja says with in 48 hours. When i contacted them, they simply lift off their hands with return policy. What about warranty? NO response from ebazar.ninja.
                    What to do? got cheated...!
                    After the telephonic conversation with Mr.Mahesh Rama Jadhav we are arranging the reverse pick once the product will received at our end we will proceed for the replacement.
                    In my case, the Power bank delivered never worked from the day it was delivered. They showed some product online and delivered a damaged and duplicate product. Do Not buy from ebazar.ninja.

                      Hi i have ordered from Ebazar Ninja a power bank, i received a broken, used and duplicate one. i raised a complaint and sent pictures to them for which they took one month for replacement and i received it today 19.02.2016, after making 100 phone calls they again sent me a duplicate product which look cheap and clearly we could judge that its a duplicate make product.

                      This is just mere cheating customers on their website, they say they deliver 100% original products but they are totally false and their service is unacceptable.

                      i would like to take this issue to consumer court with product and i will also file a cheating case in the police station.

The Power Bank is damaged as there is a bubble at the bottom And It take 7 hours to charge my mobile phone battery which is of 2600 mah Samsung S4 Mobile and in my normal charger it take 2hours

                          Same issue as mentioned by the users above, order id is OID99325, ordered a 10400 mah power bank but it does not charges the devices properly, in 15 mins it charges 1 %. totally fake, I called their customer care and they told me to courier it back, why should I spend 200 rs on sending it back, they should arrange for a pickup when its their fault. Seriouly a fraud company, urge you all not to order anything from here

It was simply wrapped in a plastic bag which was shipped in a small Carton, E) Wire sent with the PowerBank is also duplicate and can be made out easily, f) I believe that this was traded by an entity called Awesome Digital over your Website, g) Before and After delivery of Product, tried calling your Customer Care Number (+[protected] umpteen number of times but the call is NEVER answered! After putting on hold after pressing the apt option (tried all options in the Menu), the Call is ALWAYS disconnected!

                          SO, I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY RETURNING THIS PRODUCT! I'M INFORMING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THIS PRODUCT; YOUR RECEIPT SAYS TO INTIMATE WITHIN 48 HOURS!!

                            OID91003 I have received a fake or a defect power bank. Tried calling customer care multiple times, they either dont answer or donot respond properly.                               I have received the product(Smallest Power Bank 8000 MAH) on 05/Feb/16. It's quality is very poor & also this power bank does'nt belongs to original mi company. I have confirmed from MI company also. MI company do not provide any such power bank.As discussed with customer care of ebazar, they suggested me to full charge power bank and then use it but still it is not working. So take immediate action and replace it and refund my money.
                              I have called at least 50 times regarding this issue. Totally frustrated with online service. Hope positive response and resolve the issue as earliest. Take very strong action against such companies so that next time they don't even try to cheat any one.

                                    I had ordered a Xiaomi 10400 MaH on 24th Dec'15 which got delivered on 28th Dec'15. It turned out to be a fake product.

                                    On complaining about it, I got a replacement around 2nd Jan'16 which turned out to be a fake again. Then the challenge began in terms of reaching their customer care number and convincing them to refund my money, if I was able to get through. One customer care executive promised he would facilitate the refund and get the fake product picked, when I threatened to amplify this on social media.

                                    Then I received an email from them which said they can't do anything because I have crossed the 48 hour window to report a return.

                                    Ever since then, no one takes my calls at their customer care number. The IVR says someone will get back, but no one calls back. There has been no responses to my emails. I posted something on their facebook wall, which they did not read for a long time. So I went back and tagged them in the post, to bring it to their notice. So they deleted my comments.

                                    I would like them to collect the fake product from my place, refund my money and stop selling fake products.

                                        I have placed an order on 5th January and got the order id as OID22194.
                                        Till now I have not received that order.
                                        In fact I have sent many time emails, called them on there so called customer care number +91-[protected] (9 AM TO 6PM) but got the respond we will check and next week you will get the order. In the email I didn't receive a single reply for my concern. They have cheated me - this is the way to treating a customer???
