I this to inform you that i have purchased eb mi 10400mha power bank from ebazar. Ninja, which i found to be a fake one. Their customer care no is not available it says try between 9am to 9pm even though i trird at 10am on 9/5/16. I have no option to return it within 48hours.

Please take action against this fake company.

    Hello everybody I would like to share one of my experience with ebazaar ninja .
    One month back I have purchased Mi 10400 power bank however it was packed in loose polythene packing and there was no charges To charge and colour was different from what I ordered and finally showing the symbol of charge but actually not charging the phone so default product.
    I raised complaint but there customer care number is just to make fool of the customer not working no one picks that number and I written too many email finally received reply that they have send someone to collect that product however it's been a month and no body have came yet to collect the same.
    So finally I would suggest everyone not to purchase anything from this company as this is making fraudulent activity and doing fraud with their customer and sending them local and cheap type o[censored]sed product.
    Please stop this company to do such kind of fraud with the customer, I haven't seen this type of cheap and local e commerce company and how can government have provide the licence to them to run there business.

    I got a fake 20800 mah powerbak which fails through all the tests of checking a genuine MI powerbank.it has lots of bucks . and now I am trying to call the customer care all are unavailable . when it is in charge itself it does not charge my phone, it's not more than 24 hours of delivery, I paid 980 rupees for it

      I ordered a Mi 20800mah power bank from Ebazar ninja. When I got my packet I was totally shocked. It is a duplicate product. When I ask them to return my money they simply refused.
      So as far as my experience I would suggest to all, please don't go and buy anything from these duplicate guys. They will make money only by cheating some one.

        Hi, I purchased a mi powerbank 20000mah from ebazaar ninza website. As mentioned on their website the products delivered would be 100% original.
        The power bank delivered was not original and did not have any device serial no on it and no where its written that the capacity is 20000mah.
        I did mail the support team the same day as the product got delivered for the return or replacement of the same (there website says easy return and replacement). First reply from them was the product delivered is original on which I then tried charging my phone. On full charge it could not even charge my phone twice.
        They are not initiating the return, it has been more than ten days.
        There is no configuration no device information on the piece.
        Also I asked the mi service centre and they said there is no warranty for such products without serial no.

        I need a return for this order and my refund of 1050 as soon as possible.

        With correspondence to the above complaint i received a call from the below no

        the person was asking for my mobile no, paytm otp, card no was saved on the paytm .
        then he asked for the card cvv and asking for my otp received on my mobile no..in the name of refund process..
        On asking for a mail regarding the refund process he refused to send any mail. Please convey to the customer service to stop fooling their customers.
        With correspondence to the above complaint i received a call from the below no

          I ordered an mi power bank of 20800mah for rs 980. When it was delivered today, it's a damaged one and seems like a duplicate/knock off product. Anyways, i ordered an "mi" product and ebazar ninja delivered me an "mi (Co)" product.
          Hence, i want to return this product and want my money back at any cost.

          I tried calling ebazar ninja customer care number so many times and when they picked up the call, they gave me an option for alternate shopping of the same amount but i am not willing to buy anything from ebazar ninja website. Also, there is no direct link available on this website as well where we can directly go for return option like other authentic online shopping sites.

          I have already seen so many complaints against ebazar ninja regarding fake products issue. I, personally have the contact details of many buyers who got cheated by these people.
          It seems that they are simply involved in ipr violating cases. Strict action should be taken against them by mi india officials and i am going to write mi india also for this. I am planning to raise this fraud issue in consumer forum and will also register an ipr violation case against "ebazar. Ninja".

          Attaching the product pictures and bill for reference, please take proper action immediately. Forget ebazar ninja's return policy, i am going to sue them people in ipr violation case.

          Same is the case with me too. i too brought a 20800 Mah PowerBank for 980 rupees. i too got the damaged power backup. even i too found it to be duplicate. i had a call with customer care, and they had asked be for a exchange. other day they came down to my house and collect it and went no update after words. very poor support and very problematic site for on line purchase.

            This website is rubbish! and their products are fake too..i ordered a mi power bank 20800 mah.. its not working properly and its parts are broken too.. i dont think its a original item! i tried to call customer care services and they are also not available... +91-[protected] is the number.. i called twice but it is deducting my balance but showing that its not available! file a case against this fraud website!

                its been a month and i have not received my refund...! Their customer care phone doesn't work...! They respond to emails with pre-generated emails...!!
                They gave me a fake powerbank and on returning i am still waiting for my refund...!!! This company ebazar.ninja is fraud, a cheater...!
                I tried to contact them on their facebook page and i got the same pre-generated email type reply and then when i asked for a refund and told them its been a month and more they ignored it completely...!

                  I recently ordered a power bank from this website which should have been of the company (Mi-20800 mah). I payed rs 980 for the same.
                  The product received initially on 05/05/2016 was fake with no external packing and in non working condition. I asked them to redeliver the product which was delivered on 28/04/2016 was in even worse shape and the entire casing of the product was out along side the product being fake.

                  I wrote emails to them to rectify my problem and they responded that i have to use the product and henceforth stopped replying to my queries.

                  I would like to have a refund of my amount.

                    I have Order MI 20400 MH Power Bank on this Site in 29th March . Product was not working and like not Brand of MI.                           Its a humble request, please never buy from ebazar ninja. They are selling fake products against branded images claiming to be the genuine products.
                          Pathetic return policy. Once you buy they dont refund your money. No return pickup. No customer support. Most of the products are fake and below general standard. So dont waste your money. Dont get trapped. Its a mega cheat! Check their google review, i bet you would never return to their website.

                          I bought a power bank. Before buying i confirmed, they told its a original mi power bank. Later i received a duplicate power bank with level eb mi!!! And that too a defective one. It never worked. Complained. No response. Called and got a very unpleasant support. No action. Again called, mailed and waited fr 4 days. Finally they asked me to send photos. Thwn after a week i was informed, no return pickup. I had to parcel it back to them. No refund of my money. They told me there is no money refund policy i have to buy some other product of the same amount. Similar happened with my friend who ordered a kitchen ware.

                          Do you want the similar experience? Hope not!

                            I am not getting any response for the refund. No calls are being answered on telephone.
                            I talked to ms shivani on 14.4.16 on telephone no. [protected]. She committed that the refund will be paid by tuesday (19 apr) but till date no refund is received. I am getting message that i will be contacted but nobody contacts me. It is frustrating.

                            I fail to understand your difficulty. The delay in refund giving me doubt whether your intentions are good ? Was it my mistake to buy online ? Have i been cheated ?

                            Before these doubt convert to fir or moving for legal remedy with damages, pls respond immediately and remit me my amount immediately. Please note, you cannot take my patience for granted.

                              I submitted my Complain on 4th April for refund but ebajar didn't redy to refund my money for fake power bank of 20800 mah capacity. They called me and dissicused about my issue. They said our polisi is to return in 48 hr. But you are late so we can not refund your money, but my point of view is polisi work for original product. If they sold duplicate or fake insted of showing original product in e mail than polisi is dose not matter. Ever time u contact ebajar than they only say all executive busy we noted your number and we call back to in short time, but they never called back I try to call them many time but they not give any response. They going to replace the power bank but I am not gonna recive this, I wanna my refund that's all.

                                My complaint is against the site ebazar. Ninja who is selling duplicate mi 10400 mah power banks . Actully i have purchased a brand new mi power bank of order id oid62546 which seems to be original due to its specification and the images given on 4th april 2016...But it got it delivered on 8th april..When i opened up the package i found it totally useless, duplicate and not in a working condition..It appears as if of some old stuff and no sign of resemblence is there as mentioned over their quotation..They gave me a very local cheap product which was not working properly...So i applied for the refund request on the same day but since then no initiative has taken till now.The company was totally fraud and i am not getting my refund as well as any response from them till now...Not only this, since the day when i started using there power bank my phone got damaged, the battery is not lasting more then an hour and i have used and replace many chargers since then and my device is only showing your phone is charging slowly...I mean my phone now requires 12-14 hours to complete charge and battery last for only 1 hour...The power bank has damaged and destroyed my phone costing 15000 ...I need a compensation and a strict action against the company as no response of refund has taken and my phone is completly demolished and i am emotionlly harrased...I have complained and emailed them many times but no good response i have achieved about any refund or any enquiry...I am in a complete state of despair that my phone also got damaged due to there product costing me 15000 and even no refund has been issued..Please take a strict action against the company ..I hope for the compensation...Please do the needful and take an instant reaction about the company...I am hereby attaching all the necessary details

                                  I ordered a product 10400 my powerbank from ebazar ninja about 2 months back. After receiving it, product looks duplicate and it was not got charged at all. So I returned it to ebazar ninja. Just to collect it they took 3 weeks and i asked to refund my money. They note down my account number and branch details but they did not refund yet. Whenever I sent reminders, they reply that it escalated to the respective dept, no and replied me yet.

                                  I also called ebazar on number [protected]. But they never responded me...

                                    Dear Ebazar Ninja,
                                    Its high time that you stop looting people and find a valid means of earning money through E-commerce, now I get it why you guys are not up there with likes of Flipkart and Amazon. What probably even more pathetic is their customer care support, Duh! is there even a thing like that, you guys are pathetic with shrewd business ethics and shamelessly fool people into buying your products .

                                      The Power Bank is not capable of charging out put of anything more than 10000 Mah against the promised capacity of 20800 Mah . I don't think it is a piece oriented defect rather it's purely a matter of dishonesty by the manufacturer. Arrange return of product and cash back unconditionally at the earliest. This was my first customer ship with eBazzar and hope you won't press me upon to take a rethink of being with you in future.

                                        Ebazar.ninja OID 37528 delivery date 17 Feb 2016. The product was defective and after ample of calls and mails which they hardly respond my product was picked up by the bluedart courier services three weeks back but the replacement of the product was not initiated yet. Suddenly after a long gap they send me a message saying that your product has been delivered which I have never got. I did complaint of them on consumer side too and saw lot of people have complaint against this company for their poor customer care response fraudulent items on their web portal and Facebook page and they don't even respond to mails. The products they show on site are fake and that can be seen from complaints that are lodged on consumer court forum. It is more than two months that this issue is on and the product has yet not been received. company is fake and I am sure they are not even interested in running it. They are neither returning cash not replacing the company is involved in forgery this company should better be shut as it is faking electronics products on its site.Thanks
