    I made a order of MI power bank for rupees 980 and I received it 30jan2016
    But it is found that the product is not working and so I logged a complaint of the non working product and for which they generated the ticket

    Spread everywhere and let's make page againts them on fb and let people know this is fraud company.
    After the telephonic conversation with Mr.Sharma we arranging the reverse pick up for the replacement

      Please consider this a warning to all of you who unconsciously venture out to unheard online companies to buy products saving your time, energy and money .

      I would like to bring to the public that as a customer I have been duped by

      WWW.EBAZAR.NINJA

      .

      I received a circular by WWW.EBAZAR.NINJA regarding a XIAOMI powerbank at a 67% discount rate .

      I fell trap as the online product shown was exactly the same as by the original company .

      After payment I got a product which was just an excuse to humanity. A fake disgusting third rate product, not even a first copy but a copy of their entire parenthood.

      These so called online gits have the audacity to display their upbringing into the public . What their parents made them go through, right from their mothers fake breast milk to their fathers fake upbringing is what has built up in them over years as frustration and retaliation owing to which they decided to go public with a company named WWW.EBAZAR.NINJA, as they themselves are the modern NINJAS of their sufferings of a bad upbringing .


      The following are their modus operandi:-

      1) Public online mailer sent in bulk regarding a fake product of MI Powerbank
      2) Fake duplicate product sold to customer by taking full amount in personal account .
      3) Taking the product back on agreement of duplicate product.
      4) Refraining from refunding the money or replying to mails .
      5) Challenging the last point of contact by the customer by not adhering to the extended time offered by the customer for remorse.

      Upon checking online a thousands of customers have expressed remorse regarding the same, fooling the public at large with Duplicate BRAND LABEL PRODUCTS - PLEASE HAVE A LOOK .

        I Need Help to get the resolution from Ebazar Ninja Team.

        With reference to Order Id: OID20387 I have order on 26th Dec 2015 for the product as mentioned below.
        20800 Mah PowerBank
        Qty : 2
        Unit Price: INR 980.00
        Total : INR 1960.00

        for this order, I have got the courier on 11 Jan 2016 after 17 Days of ordering. with waybill number: AWB NO:[protected] around 4:30 PM. since I was out of station for customer meetings our security have received the same and I have checked the courier 20th Jan 2016.
        Immediately I have realized that.
        Only 1 Power Bank received that too wrong one with 10400 Mah
        also Quantity is missing here.
        I have raised a compliment on the same day 20th Jan 2016 with the bazaar Ninja call center team on number: +[protected], and they have shared the portal ID to raise the tickets. till now there is no response from the eBazaar ninja team and keep on stating that they
        have exculated this issue to their management but even after 15 days there is no response.

        Worst part is that still they are sending the marketing mails to order for 20800 Mah Powerbanks, where my powerbanks are not still fulfilled.

        I request you to please some one help to get this resolve by getting the right product or get the money back.

        As I have raise this Complaint on Ebazar team they have deleted my Ticket since that was tracking entire History, Till Now there is no any call or status from the Team.

        I would like to go to file an FIR in Chennai Royapet Police station, proofs have been submitted in the police station they were suggested to wait for an week of time to get the update, If not later it will go through process legally after filing the FIR against the online purchase in Ebazar.

        I have given all the details of my order number and other details in te earlier message.

        I am so sorry, Since being a customer it really pathetic situation to get connect with the call center team and even after month also they are not responding in a proper way.

        If some can help on this I can share all the details of the Bills and other details. to get the solution for this issue.

            While I got a phone call from the vendor, the issue remains unresolved. This looks like a case of cheating. I think firm action should be taken against the site owners.

              I have ordered the same product. Product fully fake. This is a fraud company.
              I have ordered mi 10400 power bank it's charging only one mobile fully ven the oder phone is connected the power is getting nill it's a fake products totally fake don't buy any products in this e Bazar

              1. The original is branded mi.com; yours has xiaomi.com
              2. The original cable has no dented dots on the plug-ins, yours has them, two each per side.
              3. The original cable has no logo printed on the plug-in; yours has.
              4. The original cable has a guide in English-yours has NONE.
              5. The original cable has a beige slot-in guide; yours is white.
              6. Your device can be charged by just plugging in the same cable into the micro USB slot. How can a device recharge itself from its own batteries?

On site product images and description were original product is far away from originality. Serious action should be taken against them.                     I ordered 3 power bank at a time on 29/12/2015 through Ebazar Ninja. I paid by credit card for all three. Till date they sent only One. I called their customer care team so many time, but no one have any updates. They are avoiding customers complaint. They are selling fake products stating warranty products.

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        I had purchased a power bank – “Xiaomi 10400 mah” from your website via Order ID - OID10366 on 05.11.2015 which was delivered to me on 07.11.2015. Though it has the MI Logo on it, but it was a fake product and so it was not working.
                        I placed the return request via mail on the same day i.e 07.11.2015 and requested to refund my amount of Rs 599/-. After frequently enquiring about the status of the reverse pickup, the fake product was collected by me on 16.11.2015 via Request ID - P 94976174. However, the funds were still not credited to my account and though I frequently called your help desk for almost a month but they were least bothered in sorting out the matter.
                        Thereafter, I received another power bank on 26.12.15. But to my surprise, it was also a fake product and was not working. I again contacted your help desk and informed them the issue and once again requested to refund my funds as I no longer want to receive a fake product again. But they have only one thing to say that I would receive a confirmation call for which I am still waiting.
                        Being a rational consumer, I am not saying that all the customer would face the same problem, however what amazes me is the poor after-sales service from your help desk representatives.

                        After my daily calls to the help desk, they arranged for a reverse pick up via blue dart Receipt No – [protected] and the 2nd fake product was received by your office on 24.12.2015

                        I have to state that I feel duped by your brand/site and more with your after sales service. Such uncaring and unprofessional conduct your company that vows on delivering exceptional service comes across as totally unacceptable.

                        I have been frequently calling your help desk for the past 20-25 days and explaining them the whole issue but they don’t care about the customer satisfaction. And now I am really fed up with your service.

                        I once again request you to refund my funds of Rs 599/- asap.

                            Hai every one, please beware of this company which are selling not only fake products but also used with limited warranty of 6 months & even there is no option to cancel the product or refund the amount once we place the order, the product some time not even delivered and if delivered it doesn't work more then 2 or 3 days that too in a worst condition, and there is a special attraction in the site that when ever you go for a review it takes automatically 5 star rating which is already programmed, so be careful while entering into this kind of site & better to see reviews from google or consumer complaint before buying any product !

                                OID 19390 dt.22.12.2015, POD ref.[protected], Delhivery Courier. eBazar is setting a new benchmark on non-performance and Customer dodging. About 20 phone calls have been made and every time they say "it is handed over to the Courier and will reach you in 4-5 days". Then they say, it has been escalated and by now it should be on top of Himalayas after so many "escalations". They also instruct us to send emails or WhatsApp on what is our concern (as if they do not know). Pat reply comes, it will be answered in 24 or 48 hours. I am shocked to read that, they send fake, wrong products and does not bother to address it. Also, their Terms of Policy is only on how they are "not responsible" for anything and covers what others have to do ! There is no mention on how Customer grievances are addressed for eBazar defaults. Can I have this resolved immediately ?

                                    This is regarding the order number OID15444. I had received a fake product from the seller. I also returned the product to the ebazar store, but i haven't received any refunds to my account. I dont want product replacement. if the problem is not resolved i will definitely raise a complaint in civil consumer court.

                                    as per customer complain refund was done , so we are closing the complain from our side .
                                    This is regarding the order number OID24412. I have received the power bank which is not as per specification. I called and registered a complaint with the given number. They asked me to drop a mail and it has been 7 days since I have not received a response. I took the power bank to MI service centre who said that it is fake. Moreover the invoice only says 20800 MAH power bank and MI is never mentioned. The product is delivered without any warranty card or Manual. I dont want the product, just take it back and refund or I will raise a complaint in Civil Consumer Court.

                                      At the time when i purchased they said they will be replacing or refund the amount associated with this product.But now after 1 month i found the product is not working at all. When i drooped a mail for refund of my amount, i got a very kind reply saying that as you've crossed the grace period hence, you have to send the product to mentioned address for repair(Not Replacement) and also refund would not be possible.If i don't get my money i'm going to file a complaint on this eCommerce business as you are violating the rules as well as torturing customers mentally.
