Hi,

Similar to other complaints, the website has supplied faulty power banks and has not bothered to take the product back even though there is a 6 months manufacturers warranty. Have tried calling customer care but no one picks up. Also over emails they claim that products can only be returned within 48 hours. I received the product on 10/Mar/16 and sent my email complaint on 13/Mar/16 after several unsuccessful attempts at getting through to the customer care.

      Ebazar.ninja is a fake company recently i bought a powerbank from their website they are showing mi original powerbank at heavy discount prices i ordered one but when i got the product i found its fake and not working also they have the return policy so i tried to call them many times [protected] and mailed them many times but i got a single message every time is we will get back to you shortly or within 24hrs yet i didn't received any calls from them please do something..         I had purchased online from ebazar on 17 Feb 16 two 10400 man power bank.firstly the product seems duplicate as there is no company logo on the cover secondly the product is defective. On sending so many mails and calling so many times this company does not respond at all. It seems they are just no scared of the consequences.I have been tired sending them mails but no response. Their customer care also never picks up. Pls help in refund of money as this is the worst company I have ever seen

          I purchased a power bank of Mi on 19th Feb 2016 which was not a genuine product and i asked the eBazar Ninja team to return the same and refund back the money on 22 Feb. Mr. Parmindar (Executive of eBazar) called me on the same day and promised for reverse pick up but the product was not picked uptill now. i tried to contact back on the same number and even on the customer care number but no result. I request the eBazar team to contact me asap and arrange the reverse pick up.

          The issue took 4 months to resolve a small query, it was just a small case of return and refund. You guys should do something to expedite your process. This experience of mine was so bad that in future I will never purchase anything from Ebazar and will never recommend too.

            I recently ordered a portable charger (MI, 6000mah) on 29th Feb 2016.
            I received the product on 4th march. On using the product I realized the was defective and fake.
            On 5th March I emailed about the product being fake and defective and claimed for the refund.
            The product has be returned to ebazar.ninja on 8th march.
            I have not received any help since then.
            I am looking for some help and I would want my money back from ebazar.ninja.

            It's more that 22days where the account details has been and the matter has been escalated to the concerned department (as I am getting this 'auto generated' emails)
            Make sure the transfer takes place today.
            I don't want to share my anger for ebazar.ninja and share my experience with approximately 1800 people in my contacts(fb) and I wouldn't want them to share it further about how ebazar. Ninja are taking orders and giving out fake products and not returning back the money. Also, other details like sending 'auto generated' emails and harassment by not paying back the money. Also, twitter and whatsapp are trending where problems are shared and people get awareness of 'how not to be cheated' by few online e-commerce sites who sell fake products.
            Also, as per consumer protection act, 1986, a consumer can even claim for compensation from the defaulting party for the damages and has right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices also to 'fair settlement' for the grievances of the consumer.
            Make sure I receive the money back for the fake Mi product I received on 3rd march 2016.

              EBazar Ninja delivered us the fake powerbank of MI while in the image they shown the real power bank. after full charging, it is providing back up of 3-4 hours. the MI logo is just painted and it vanished with 1 week o[censored]ses.

                I bought a xiaomi (Mi) power bank 6000 mah from ebazar ninja for rupees 649. Below are the transaction details.

                From the time i received this power bank it is not charging at all. It is fake product and it is not working. I tried calling customer care many times but no one responded. The fun part part i am getting email from the support saying the ticket closed since this was resolved at my convenience. Please take immediate action and replace it and refund my money. Please resolve the issue as earliest.

                      I purchased mi 20800 powerbank order id OID38123 and received not working condition, i got the product on Feb 24th and i mailed them same day for refund procedure. They replied on 10th of march stating refund cannot happen due to 48hr has been crossed. It took 15 days for them to reply my mail and saying 48hrs has crossed to deny my refund. They are providing fake product and worst service in the world. Please help us to get a solution.

                        2 days back i got a message from aramex as my product is out for delivery..Today i got a message as my order from e bazar ninja attempted via aramex is pending...They gave a contact number 33003300 which says this number doesnt exist when i try to call it..I dont know whats wrong with problem between them..It was almost a week from my order..Feeling bad about the company as they are not feeling responsible for new customers

                          I have order a product MI 20800 Mah PowerBank (cost INR 980) against the order id OID37946, POD No.[protected], Order type: COD from your website www.ebazar.ninja on Date Feb 17, 2016, but I received a fraud product of MI 20800 Mah PowerBank.

                          After received, I just replied and informed them through email and they open a ticket for the same. But, after that no response from there.

                          Also, I called their customer care no. +[protected] multiple times and no response from there.

                              I recently ordered a power bank (MI, 6000mah). After using the product I found out that the product was defective. My mobile phone battery wasn't charging when connected to it.
                              I also found out that it wasn't the 'genuine' Mi product.
                              The company is absolutely a fraud co.
                              They have not replying to the emails and not receiving the phone calls.
                              Firstly they said I could claim for the money back if I complained within 48hrs. I showed them that I emailed within 24hrs about the product being fake. Now, they are not receiving or replying to emails.

                                I had ordered two Mi powerbanks on 24 February when i received a mail selling Mi powerbank with Mi logo and i have been cheated. I have received fake products, which does not have any brand box, any document with it. Its not working properly. Even the casing is damaged.
                                The customer service doesn't pick up the phone. No response has been received regarding the mail too.
                                The company must refund me in full.

                                    I had ordered a Xiaomi 10400 MaH which got delivered & It turned out to be a fake product.

                                    On complaining about it, I got from them which said they can't do anything because I have crossed the 48 hour window to report a return.

                                    Ever after raising a complaint in their feedback query, there was no response even after 4 days, when called them about this, they started to tell the same story as I have crossed 48 hours.

                                    They won't work on Sundays, even for warranty we need to send the products to their place incurring the courier cost.

                                    I would like them to collect the fake product from my place, refund my money and stop selling fake products.

                                      I ordered for Mi (20800) power bank in eBazar Ninja and I got a duplicate mi (20800) power bank, so I returned the product for Refund but still now they have not refunded my money of Rs 980. IF I call they are not attending the Call.

                                      eBazar Ninja Customer Care informed that they will Refund with in 5-7 working days but still now not Refunded.
                                      Still the issue is not resolved, Please open the complaint back.

                                        I bought this powerbank from this worst site i ever crossed in my life.
                                        And even worse the powerbank doesn't work at all.
                                        They don't even receive the calls or reply to the text on whatsapp too!
                                        They are the worst people on this planet Earth running the biggest fraud company! After placing the order, they'll call you 100 times for confirmation.
                                        My only complaint is i need the money back and my only wish is that this FAKE COMPANY BURNS TO HELL.

                                        Fake Product - MI Power Bank

                                        I have ordered 2 MI 10400 Mah Power Banks, both turned out to be fake .
                                        My Order details → Order ID - OID60565
                                        → Product - EB 10400 MH Powerbank

                                        I have refunded the product and requested for a refund, but still after one month or so i am yet to receive my money back . Such a lackadaisical attitude in handling a customer complain .
